Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the specific embodiment is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings,
as shown in figures 3 to 9 of the drawings,
the distributor comprises a first cover body 103, a second cover body 104 and a shell, wherein the shell comprises a first shell body 100 and a second shell body 200, the first cover body 103 is rotationally connected with the first shell body 100, the second cover body 104 is slidingly connected with the first shell body 100, and the first shell body 100 and the second shell body 200 are fixed in a sealing manner, particularly in a fusion welding manner. The first housing 100 is provided with a charging port 101 and a charging slot 102, the first cover 103 is used for sealing the charging port 101, and the second cover 104 is used for sealing the charging slot 102. The first housing 100 is further provided with a feed opening 105.
The shell comprises a storage cavity 2, a transition flow passage 7, a transition cavity 3, a detection cavity 4, a first flow passage 9, a pre-throwing cavity 5 and a throwing cavity 6; the transition chamber 3, the detection chamber 4, the storage chamber 2, the pre-delivery chamber 5 and the delivery chamber 6 are located between the first housing 100 and the second housing 200. The feed inlet 101 communicates with the transition chamber 3, the transition chamber 3 communicates with the detection chamber 4, the detection chamber 4 communicates with the pre-feeding chamber 5, the pre-feeding chamber 5 communicates with the feeding chamber 6, and the feeding chamber 6 communicates with the feed inlet 105.
The dispenser comprises a detection device 400, which detection device 400 is partly located in the detection chamber 4 for detecting the liquid level in the detection chamber 4.
The transition cavity 3 is arranged adjacent to the pre-throwing cavity 5, the detection cavity 4 is arranged adjacent to the transition cavity 3, and the pre-throwing cavity 5 and the detection cavity 4 are respectively positioned on two sides of the transition cavity 3.
The first flow channel 9 is arranged adjacent to the transition cavity 3, a first partition wall 91 is arranged between the transition cavity 3 and the first flow channel 9, the first partition wall 91 is positioned on the second shell 200, and a slot part 910 is arranged on one side of the first partition wall 91 facing the first shell 100; and the slit portion 910 is close to the pre-dispensing chamber 5 with respect to the detection chamber 4, and in this embodiment, the slit portion 910 is disposed adjacent to the pre-dispensing chamber 5. In this way, the liquid in the transition chamber 3 will first enter the pre-dosing chamber 5, because the dispenser is not completely horizontally placed, but is inclined along the side of the detection chamber 4 where the pre-dosing chamber 5 is located, when it is desired to refill the dispenser.
The storage cavity 2 comprises a first storage chamber 21 and a second storage chamber 22, the shell comprises a first partition wall 11, the first partition wall 11 is a part of the first storage chamber 21, the first partition wall 11 protrudes out of the bottom wall corresponding to the storage cavity 2 (namely the bottom wall of the second shell 200), and the part of the first storage chamber 21 corresponding to the first partition wall 11 is not directly communicated with the second storage chamber 22, so that when the distributor is horizontally or approximately horizontally placed, the brightening agent in the first storage chamber 21 cannot flow back to the second storage chamber 22 under the blocking action of the first partition wall 11; the volume of the first storage chamber 21 is larger than the volume of the second storage chamber 22. When the dispenser is placed horizontally or substantially horizontally, the brightening agent in the second storage chamber 22 flows to the other chambers, the volume of the second storage chamber 22 is small, the amount of brightening agent left in the second storage chamber 22 is small, and the brightening agent utilization rate is high.
The housing comprises a second partition wall 12, a first side wall 13 and a second side wall 14, wherein the second partition wall 12, the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14 are part of the corresponding walls of the detection cavity 4; the first side wall 13 is opposite to the second side wall 14, and the second side wall 14 is far away from the transition cavity 3 relative to the first side wall 13; the second partition wall 12 protrudes from the second side wall 14;
setting the height of an alarm line of the detection cavity as a; the height of the second partition wall protruding out of the second side wall is b, and the value of b is greater than or equal to the value of a; it should be noted that, the height of the alarm line is the distance between the alarm line and the second side wall of the detection cavity, and the height of the second partition wall protruding from the second side wall is the shortest distance between the side of the second partition wall facing away from the second side wall and the second side wall.
The portion of the detection chamber 4 corresponding to the second partition wall 12 is not in direct communication with the storage chamber 2 (specifically, the second storage chamber 22) so that the brightener in the detection chamber 4 does not flow back to the second storage chamber 22 due to the blocking effect of the second partition wall 12 when the dispenser is placed vertically.
The first side wall 13 protrudes from the bottom wall corresponding to the detection cavity 4 (i.e. the bottom wall of the second housing 200), and the portion of the detection cavity 4 corresponding to the first side wall 13 is not directly communicated with the transition cavity 3, so that when the dispenser is placed horizontally or substantially horizontally, the brightening agent in the detection cavity 4 does not flow to the transition cavity 3 due to the blocking effect of the first side wall 13.
The transition flow channel 7 is partially positioned in the second shell 200, the transition cavity 3 is partially positioned in the second shell 200, the transition flow channel 7 comprises a first port 71 and a second port 72, the first port 71 is communicated with the transition cavity 3, and the second port 72 is communicated with the second storage chamber 22; the first port 71 is arranged adjacent to the pre-delivery chamber 5; the bottom wall of the second housing 200 corresponding to the transition flow channel 7 is higher than the bottom wall of the second housing 200 corresponding to the transition cavity 3. In this way, the bottom wall of the second shell 200 corresponding to the lifting transition runner 7 is beneficial to demolding, and the grinding tool is not easy to deform; in addition, the amount of the brightening agent remaining in the transition flow passage 7 can be reduced.
The shell comprises a third partition wall 8, the third partition wall 8 protrudes out of the bottom wall corresponding to the transition cavity 3, the third partition wall 8 is a part of the wall corresponding to the transition cavity 3, and the part of the transition cavity 3 corresponding to the third partition wall 8 is not directly communicated with the transition flow channel 7;
the third partition wall 8 is connected to the second partition wall 12; the third partition wall 8 comprises a first wall portion 81 and a second wall portion 82, the first wall portion 81 being adjacent to the pre-delivery chamber 5 with respect to the second wall portion 82;
the second wall 82 includes a first portion 821 and a second portion 822, the first portion 821 is located in the first housing 100, the second portion 822 is located in the second housing 200, and the first portion 821 and the second portion 822 are sealed and fixed, specifically, welded; the first wall portion 81 is located at the second housing 200, and the height of the first wall portion 81 is lower than the height of the second partition 822 (the height refers to the length of the portion thereof that is higher than the bottom wall of the second housing 200). The height of the first wall portion 81 is lower than the height of the second portion 822 of the second wall portion 82, i.e. the portion of the transition flow channel 7 corresponding to the first wall portion 81 is semi-open, which facilitates a rapid replenishment of the transition chamber 3 with liquid in the second storage chamber 22 when the dispenser is placed substantially horizontally (i.e. inclined along the side of the detection chamber 4 towards the side of the pre-delivery chamber 5). While the first portion 821 of the second wall 82 is sealingly fastened to the second portion 822 in order to reduce the backflow of liquid in the transition chamber 3 into the second storage chamber 22 after the dispenser has been placed horizontally.
The first partition wall 11 is at least partially disposed in the second housing 200, and a minimum distance between a side of the first partition wall 11 facing the bottom wall of the first housing 100 and the bottom wall of the first housing 100 is greater than zero. Thus, when the dispenser is placed vertically, the brightening agent in the first storage chamber 21 can flow to the second storage chamber 22 through the area between the first partition wall 11 and the bottom wall of the first housing 100.
Fig. 10 shows another embodiment, which differs from the above-described embodiment in that, in the present embodiment,
the housing includes a second communication hole 16, the second communication hole 16 being located at the first partition wall 11, the second communication hole 16 communicating the first storage chamber 21 with the second storage chamber 22; the minimum distance between the corresponding wall of the second communication hole 16 and the bottom wall of the first housing 100 is smaller than the minimum distance between the second communication hole 16 and the bottom wall of the second housing 200. Specifically, the housing further includes a groove portion 17, the groove portion 17 is disposed on a side of the first partition wall 11 facing the bottom wall of the first housing 100, and the second communication hole 16 is disposed between the groove portion 17 and the bottom wall of the first housing 100; the first partition wall 11 includes a first side 111 and a second side 112 disposed opposite to each other, and the second side 112 is away from the second partition wall 12 with respect to the first side 111; the groove portion 17 is provided at the second side portion 112, that is, the second communication hole 16 is away from both the bottom wall of the second housing 200 and the first side portion 111, so that when the dispenser is placed vertically, the brightening agent in the second storage chamber 22 flows toward the first storage chamber 21 through the second communication hole 16, and when the dispenser is placed horizontally or substantially horizontally, the first partition wall 11 prevents most of the brightening agent from flowing back to the first storage chamber 21.
As shown in fig. 11, another embodiment, unlike the above-described embodiment,
in this embodiment, the housing does not have a transition flow channel 7. The housing has a first communication hole portion 15, the first communication hole portion 15 being provided in the second partition wall 12; the first communication hole portion 15 is close to the first side wall 13 with respect to the second side wall 14, the hole corresponding to the first communication hole portion 15 communicates the detection chamber 4 with the storage chamber 2 (specifically, the second storage chamber 22), and the first communication hole portion 15 is provided adjacent to the bottom wall corresponding to the storage chamber 2 (specifically, the second storage chamber 22). Thus, when the dispenser is placed horizontally or substantially horizontally, the brightening agent in the second storage chamber 22 flows to the detection chamber 4 through the hole corresponding to the first communication hole portion 15, and flows to the pre-delivery chamber 5 through the detection chamber 4; while the dispenser is placed vertically, the brightener in the detection chamber 4 does not flow back to the second storage chamber 22.
As shown in fig. 12 to 15, the operation is as follows:
the distributor is arranged on a machine door of the dish washing machine, when the dish washing operation is carried out, the machine door is opened, corresponding materials (specifically, brightening agent or brightening agent is added to the feeding port 101, and dish washing powder is added to the feeding groove 102) are added into the distributor; at this time, the dispenser is placed substantially horizontally (specifically, inclined along the side where the detection chamber 4 is located to the side where the pre-delivery chamber 5 is located), and the brightening agent enters the transition chamber 3 from the charging port 101, and then a part of brightening agent enters the pre-delivery chamber 5 and the detection chamber 4, and another part of brightening agent enters the storage chamber 2.
As shown in fig. 12 and 14, after the material is added to the dispenser, the door is closed, and at this time, the dispenser is in an upright state (or substantially upright state). The brightening agent in the pre-throwing cavity 5 enters the throwing cavity 6 in the corresponding washing process, and then flows to the inner cavity of the dish washer through the feeding port 105; and the brightening agent in the first storage chamber 21 flows to the second storage chamber 22 through the second communication hole 16, and the brightening agent in the transition chamber 3 flows to the detection chamber 4.
As shown in fig. 13, when the washing is completed or the dish washing operation is performed again, the door is opened, and at this time, the dispenser is placed substantially horizontally, and the brightening agent in the second storage chamber 22 flows to the transition chamber 3 through the transition flow channel 7 (in the embodiment without the transition flow channel 7, the brightening agent in the second storage chamber 22 flows to the detection chamber 4 through the hole corresponding to the first communication hole portion 15); part of the brightening agent in the transition cavity 3 flows into the first flow channel 9 through the groove part 910 and then flows into the pre-throwing cavity 5; part of the brightening agent in the detection chamber 4 also flows into the pre-delivery chamber 5 through the first flow channel 9, so that the pre-delivery chamber 5 is replenished.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, when the washing is completed or the dish washing operation is performed again, the door is opened, and the dispenser is placed substantially horizontally, and the brightening agent in the second storage chamber 22 flows into the detection chamber 4 through the hole corresponding to the first communication hole portion 15, and then enters the pre-dispensing chamber 5 through the first flow channel 9.
When the machine door is closed, the distributor is in a vertical state (or approximately in a vertical state), and at the moment, the rest brightening agent in the transition cavity 3 flows to the detection cavity 4 to supplement the detection cavity 4; due to the second wall portion 82 of the third partition wall 8, only a small amount of the brightening agent in the second storage chamber 22 will flow to the second storage chamber 22.
And the process is repeated until the amount of brightening agent in the distributor is insufficient, and the brightening agent is manually supplemented.
It should be noted that: although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application may be modified, combined or equivalent thereto, and all modifications and improvements thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application are intended to be included in the scope of the appended claims.
