8. The charging stand of claim 7, wherein the anti-slip structure is an arcuate raised portion disposed at an end of the first stand remote from the axis of rotation.
9. The charging stand of claim 6, wherein the second stand is provided with a threading hole at a position where the first stand and the second stand are rotatably connected.
10. The charging stand of claim 6, wherein the first stand extends from the back of the horizontal support surface in a direction away from the horizontal support surface with at least two first protrusions, each adjacent two first protrusions forming the first slot.

The charging stand of claim 6, wherein the second stand is provided with a pair of clamping portions at one end away from a rotation axis of the first stand and the second stand, a second limiting portion is formed between the pair of clamping portions, a second protrusion is provided on the pair of clamping portions, and the second slot is formed between the second protrusion and the second limiting portion.
12. The cradle of claim 11, wherein the smart device is a cellular phone, and the clip includes a first leg and a second leg having a space therebetween that accommodates a vertically disposed cellular phone.
