Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of intelligent medical treatment, in particular to a postoperative care system for a patient with a lung operation.
Background
The intelligent medical treatment is realized by creating a health file area medical information platform and utilizing the most advanced Internet of things technology, so that the interaction between a patient and medical staff, medical institutions and medical equipment is realized, and the informatization is gradually achieved. In recent years, the medical industry is gradually integrated with more high technologies such as artificial intelligence, sensing technology and the like, so that medical services are truly intelligentized, and the prosperous development of medical industry is promoted. Under the great background of new medical improvement, the importance of developing intelligent medical treatment is more developed in order to solve the problem of medical resource deficiency and improve the medical experience of patients.
At present, most patients who do pulmonary surgery need hospitalization, when the patients do pulmonary surgery and return to wards, the patient is generally inserted with a catheter and a chest drainage tube, and medical staff need to follow medical advice to complete nursing work such as pulling out the catheter, replacing a chest drainage bottle, and checking the fluxness of the chest drainage tube on time. Because medical resources are tense, a medical staff often needs to be responsible for the nursing work of many patients, and traditional nursing mode relies on medical staff to remember the nursing items and the nursing time of every patient by oneself to regularly or evacuate to the ward and look over the patient condition, adopts this kind of nursing mode to nurse the patient who carries the pulmonary surgery, has following problem and hidden danger:
1. by the nursing matters and the nursing time of medical staff self-remembering patients, the workload of the medical staff is huge, the problems of untimely nursing, omission, mistakes and the like are easy to occur, the timeliness and the accuracy of nursing are difficult to ensure, the quick rehabilitation of the patients is not facilitated, and the medical experience of the patients is improved.
2. Early bed activity not only can prevent venous thrombosis, can also promote patient's quick rehabilitation, but the use of catheter and thorax drainage tube can cause patient's discomfort and pain, leads to patient's bed activity to be limited, if medical personnel can not in time pull out catheter or thorax drainage tube according to the doctor's advice, can lead to patient's normal bed activity time to further postpone, is unfavorable for promoting patient's quick rehabilitation to improve patient's experience of seeking doctor.
3. Medical staff can only regularly or evacuate to the ward and look over the patient condition, if the chest drainage tube of patient has had the jam, medical staff is difficult to learn and carry out corresponding processing in the first time, causes patient's secondary injury easily, is unfavorable for promoting patient's quick rehabilitation, guarantees patient's experience of seeking medical advice.
4. In order to ensure the drainage effect and avoid infection caused by the countercurrent of liquid in the chest drainage bottle to the pleural cavity of a patient, the chest drainage bottle needs to be 60-100cm lower than the plane of the chest wall drainage port and to keep the vertical state as much as possible, so that when the patient pulls out the catheter without pulling out the chest drainage tube, the patient needs the help of medical staff or family members to get out of the bed and go to the toilet, and the nursing intensity of the medical staff and the nursing difficulty of the family members are increased.
5. In order to reduce the pain of the patient and promote the rapid rehabilitation of the patient, medical staff needs to conduct preoperative education, postoperative education and discharge education, so that the patient exercises abdominal respiration before operation to relieve pain by adopting abdominal respiration after operation; the patient can exercise the expectoration after the operation so as to smoothly expectorate the effusion or the phlegm accumulation in the lung, and the precautions such as the postoperative activity, defecation and the like are described so as to promote the rapid rehabilitation of the patient; when discharged, the patient is guided to observe the illness state, diet, activity and the like; at present, the medical staff is required to explain with the patient one by one, so that the working strength of the medical staff is increased, the memory and understanding degree of the patient are difficult to ensure once, and the medical staff is unfavorable for the actual application of the patient to relieve pain and promote quick recovery.
Therefore, there is a need for a post-operative care system suitable for patients with pulmonary surgery to reduce the care intensity of medical staff, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of care, thereby promoting rapid recovery of patients and improving the hospitalization experience of patients.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a postoperative care system for a patient in a lung surgery, so as to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the workload of medical staff is large, the timeliness and the accuracy of nursing are not guaranteed, the rapid recovery of the patient is not facilitated, and the medical experience of the patient is improved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application adopts the following technical scheme:
the postoperative care system for the patient with the lung surgery comprises a medical care terminal, a server and a patient terminal;
the medical care terminal is used for inputting the bed number, the patient information, nursing matters of the patient and corresponding nursing time, forming a piece of text information, sending the piece of text information to the server, and displaying all text information according to the ordering of the bed number;
the server is used for receiving and storing the text information, sending the text information to the corresponding patient terminal according to the bed number, timing according to the nursing time, sending the corresponding text information back to the medical terminal when the time reaches the nursing time, and displaying the text information through the popup window by the medical terminal;
and the patient terminal is used for receiving and displaying the text information sent by the server.
The principle and beneficial effect of this scheme are:
1. after the nursing item of this scheme with bed number, patient information, this patient and the nursing time input that corresponds through medical terminal, form a piece of text information, can show all text information according to the ordering of bed number size through medical terminal, can show the relevant content of all patients through medical terminal, make things convenient for medical personnel to look over at any time, in order to know the nursing item of each patient and the nursing time that corresponds, avoid nursing untimely, omission and mistake appear, thereby guarantee the timeliness and the accuracy of nursing, be favorable to promoting patient's quick rehabilitation, and improve patient's experience of seeking doctor.
