Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the following description of the embodiments accompanied with the accompanying drawings will be given in detail. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
In the first embodiment of the present application, firstly, it should be understood that, as the bill service volume and the service amount are increasingly increased, bill service information verification including message quantity verification, clearing amount verification, and the like is increasingly important; at present, most bill business information checking class flows have the following defects: the checking flow is complicated, the quantity and amount of information are split, the checking accuracy can not be ensured, the system maintenance cost is high, and the like; when facing a complex checking flow, a developer usually needs to check different business checking information by developing multiple sets of checking codes, and the checking mode of checking the information without unified integration leads to high overall checking complexity, so a method for reducing the checking complexity of transaction business checking is needed at present.
In a first embodiment of the transaction service reconciliation method, referring to fig. 1, the transaction service reconciliation method includes:
step S10, message quantity account checking information and amount account checking information of a target transaction service carried by at least one account checking sub-account are obtained;
step S20, the message quantity reconciliation information of each message quantity is input into a general reconciliation model together, and the message quantity of each reconciliation sub-account is reconciled through the general reconciliation model to obtain a message quantity reconciliation result corresponding to each reconciliation sub-account respectively;
step S30, when the message quantity account checking result is detected to display message quantity account checking, the amount account checking information is input into the general account checking model together, the amount of each account checking sub-account is checked through the general account checking model, and the amount account checking result corresponding to each account checking sub-account is obtained, wherein the amount account checking result comprises amount account checking information;
step S40, the account checking result of the target transaction business by the account checking total account is obtained by posting the sum account checking information to the account checking total account which corresponds to the account checking sub accounts together.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, the transaction service accounting method is applied to a transaction service accounting platform, where the transaction service accounting platform may be a personal PC or a computer, and the target transaction service is used to characterize a transaction service executing the transaction service accounting method, and may be a bill service, a loan service, or a securities service, where there is a relationship between an accounting sub-account and an accounting total account, for example, in an implementable manner, the accounting total account is an account of a general bank, the accounting sub-account is an account of a different branch under the general bank, in a transaction service accounting process, including an accounting demand party and an accounting reference party, where the accounting demand party refers to a party needing to be checked, such as a bank, and the accounting reference party refers to a provider of an accounting reference, such as a credit institution, and the message amount accounting information is used to characterize a message amount of an accounting to be performed, for example, in a implementable manner, assuming that the target transaction message amount accounting information includes an account bill service, and an account amount of the total amount of the bill and the bill amount of the bill account can be implemented, such as a bill amount of the bill amount.
Additionally, it should be noted that, the general accounting model is used for characterizing the common accounting code of different transaction service information, and can be used for accounting different transaction service information of the target transaction service through the general accounting model, specifically, VBA code or JAVA code, etc., where the general accounting model is provided with an accounting preparation stage, an accounting summary checking stage, a detail checking stage and an accounting checking stage, and the accounting information of the message amount and the accounting information of the amount are checked through the four stages at different time steps, for example, in one implementation manner, the transaction service information includes the accounting information of the message amount and the accounting information of the amount, and the accounting process covered by the general accounting model together can be performed for accounting the accounting information of the message amount and the accounting information of the amount at different time steps, where the accounting process includes the accounting process of the summary checking, the detail checking process and the accounting process, and it is required to pay attention that the accounting information of the amount is checked after the accounting information of the message amount is checked successfully, that if the accounting information of the message amount has a plurality of accounts and the amount is checked successfully, the accounting information of the amount is checked to the general accounting information is checked after the fact that the checking account is checked.
Additionally, it should be noted that, if the message quantity reconciliation information and the amount reconciliation information are not checked successfully (i.e. the accounts provided by the reconciliation requirement party and the accounts provided by the reconciliation reference party are inconsistent) in the reconciliation process, the accounts can be adjusted by the corresponding reconciliation means to complete the reconciliation of the target transaction service, where the message quantity reconciliation result is used for characterizing the reconciliation result of the message quantity reconciliation information, and the amount reconciliation result is used for characterizing the reconciliation result of the amount reconciliation information, and specifically may include the amount reconciliation information, where the amount reconciliation information is used for characterizing the amount reconciliation, i.e. the amount of the reconciliation requirement party providing the accounts is consistent with the amount of the reconciliation provided by the reconciliation reference party.
As an example, steps S10 to S40 include: acquiring message quantity account checking information and amount account checking information of a target transaction service carried by at least one account checking sub-account; the message quantity account checking information is input to a general account checking model together, and account checking is carried out on the message quantity of each account checking sub-account through the general account checking model, so that message quantity account checking results respectively corresponding to the account checking sub-accounts are obtained; when message quantity account checking information of all account checking sub-accounts is detected to display message quantity account checking, the amount account checking information is input into a general account checking model together, and the amount of each account checking sub-account is checked through the general account checking model to obtain an amount account checking result corresponding to each account checking sub-account respectively, wherein the amount account checking result comprises amount account checking information; and posting the amount of each piece of account information to a general account corresponding to each account sub-account, so as to obtain a result of checking the target transaction business by the general account.
In one embodiment, assuming that the target transaction service is a bill service, the account checking sub-account is a branch account, and the account checking total account is a general account, the process flow of posting is as follows: and (3) financial accounting of each branch account to the general account, so that the balance displayed by the branch account is zero, and the account amount between the flat ticket exchange and the branch account is checked through the general account checking model in the preamble step, so that after the account amount of each branch account is checked to the general account, the account balance of the general account is also zero, and finally, the account checking result of checking the target transaction business by the general account checking total account is obtained, namely, the checking flow of the whole amount checking information is ended.
According to the embodiment of the application, different business account checking information of a target transaction business is checked through the general account checking model, so that the account checking flow is integrated, and on the basis of realizing multiplexing of account checking codes so as to reduce the account checking complexity of checking the target transaction business, the general account checking model inputs the account checking information of messages of different account checking sub-accounts under the target transaction business, after the sum of a plurality of account checking sub-accounts is checked to a total account of the account checking sub-accounts, the purpose of checking the target transaction business through the total account of the account checking can be finally realized.
The step of inputting the message quantity reconciliation information into a general reconciliation model together, and reconciling the message quantity of each reconciliation sub-account through the general reconciliation model to obtain the message quantity reconciliation result respectively corresponding to each reconciliation sub-account comprises the following steps:
step A10, for any account checking sub-account, detecting whether the summary check of the message quantity account checking information is successful;
step A20, if yes, generating the message quantity checking result;
and step A30, if not, performing detail check on the message quantity checking information to obtain a message quantity checking result.
In this embodiment, after the message quantity reconciliation information is input into the general reconciliation model, the message quantity reconciliation information is first subjected to a summary reconciliation, i.e. a summary reconciliation stage is entered, for example, in one implementation, if the target transaction service is a bill service, the summary reconciliation is performed as a reconciliation of the message summary information on the ticket reconciliation and bank sides, whether the message quantity reconciliation information is successful in the summary reconciliation stage is determined by whether the two information are consistent, when the two information are consistent, the reconciliation is successful, when the two information are inconsistent, the reconciliation is unsuccessful, and when the message quantity reconciliation information of any reconciliation sub-account fails, a detail reconciliation stage of the general reconciliation model is entered, so that the message reconciliation information is subjected to a higher detail reconciliation stage to find out detail data which leads to unsuccessful reconciliation, and detail data from different reconciliation parties under the reconciliation sub-account is reconciled by the reconciliation processing stage of the general reconciliation model.
As an example, step a10 step a30 includes: for any account checking sub-account, detecting whether the summary check of the message quantity account checking information is successful; if the summary check of the message quantity checking information is detected to be successful, generating a message quantity checking result; if the failure of the summary check of the message quantity checking information is detected, carrying out detail check on the message quantity checking information to obtain the message quantity checking result.
The step of obtaining the message quantity reconciliation result comprises the following steps of:
step B10, detecting whether the detail check of the message quantity checking information is successful;
step B20, if yes, generating the message quantity checking result;
step B30, if not, performing account-checking processing on the message quantity account-checking information to obtain message quantity account-checking information, wherein the message Wen Liang account-checking information is used for representing the message Wen Liang account; and generating the message quantity reconciliation result according to the business account-settling information.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, in the process of checking account information by using a general account checking model, a finally output account checking result of the message amount will display an account checking process of the message amount, that is, if the checking is unsuccessful in the summary checking stage, a detail checking stage will be entered, if the checking is unsuccessful in the detail checking stage, the account checking process can be directly performed on the detail data in the account checking information of the message amount, for example, in an implementable manner, if the target transaction service is a bill service, the unsuccessful cause can be directly checked by the detail checking result analysis, if the report missing on the bank side needs to be supplemented, the application for reissuing can be applied for the receipt, if the reissuing is not applied for the receipt, the account checking process of the subsequent amount of the account checking information can also be performed after the manual checking, if the amount of the report on the bank side is unsuccessful, the more part on the bank side can be performed to ensure that the amount of the report is more than the detail checking information, for the specific account checking can be generated after the amount is obtained, and whether the result is inconsistent with reference to the detail checking result can be determined after the two sides are identical.
As an example, steps B10 to B30 include: detecting whether the detail check of the message quantity account checking information is successful or not; if the detail check of the message quantity checking information is detected to be successful, generating a message quantity checking result; if the detail checking of the message quantity checking information is detected to be unsuccessful, performing checking processing on the message quantity checking information to obtain message quantity checking information, wherein the message Wen Liang checking information is used for representing a message Wen Liang for checking; and generating the message quantity reconciliation result according to the business account-settling information.
The step of performing the accounting processing on the message quantity accounting information to obtain the accounting information of the message Wen Liang includes:
step C10, performing clear fine account adjustment processing on the message quantity account adjustment information to obtain message quantity account adjustment information;
step C20, inputting the message quantity reconciliation information into the general reconciliation model, and re-reconciling the message quantity of each reconciliation sub-account through the general reconciliation model to obtain message quantity re-reconciliation information;
step C30, detecting whether the statement Wen Liangchong reconciliation information is the statement Wen Liang reconciliation information;
and step C40, if not, taking the report Wen Liangchong account checking information as the message quantity account checking information, and returning to the step and the subsequent steps of inputting the message quantity account checking information into the general account checking model, and re-checking the message quantity of each account checking sub-account through the general account checking model to obtain the message quantity re-account checking information.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, in the process of performing the accounting processing on the message quantity accounting information, the general accounting model may automatically perform the accounting processing, and due to the influence of factors such as data quantity and data adjustment difficulty, the adjusted message quantity accounting information may not be information matched by the accounting parties, so that after the detail accounting is adjusted, the general accounting model may be returned again to perform summary checking and detail checking on the accounting information of the message quantity accounting after accounting until the message quantity accounting information can be output, that is, the message quantity accounting result can be displayed.
As an example, steps C10 to C40 include: performing clear fine account adjustment processing on the message quantity account adjustment information to obtain message quantity account adjustment information, wherein the message quantity account adjustment information is used for representing the message quantity account adjustment information after the clear fine account adjustment processing; inputting the message quantity account adjustment information into the general account checking model, and re-checking the message quantity of each account checking sub-account through the general account checking model to obtain message quantity re-checking information, wherein the message Wen Liangchong checking information is used for representing the information of re-checking the adjusted message quantity account checking information; detecting whether the report Wen Liangchong reconciliation information is the report Wen Liang reconciliation information; if the report Wen Liangchong reconciliation message is detected not to be the report Wen Liang reconciliation message, the report Wen Liangchong reconciliation message is used as the message quantity reconciliation message, the message quantity reconciliation message is input into the general reconciliation model, and the step and the subsequent steps of the message quantity reconciliation message are obtained by the general reconciliation model for reconciliation of the message quantity of each reconciliation sub-account.
If the report Wen Liangchong reconciliation message is detected to be the report Wen Liang reconciliation message, the report Wen Liang reconciliation message is directly output, so that a general reconciliation model is triggered to execute a reconciliation process of the reconciliation message of the amount.
The step of inputting the sum reconciliation information into the general reconciliation model together, and reconciling the sum of each reconciliation sub-account through the general reconciliation model to obtain the sum reconciliation result corresponding to each reconciliation sub-account respectively comprises the following steps:
step D10, for any account checking sub-account, classifying the account checking information of the amount when the account checking information of the amount is summarized and checked, so as to obtain at least one piece of information of the amount to be checked;
step D20, for any amount information to be checked, summarizing and checking the amount information to be checked to obtain a summarizing and checking result;
and D30, when the summarized checking results corresponding to the amount information to be checked are successful checking results, generating the amount checking result.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that after different amounts of account checking information is input into the general account checking model, the passing account checking flow stage is consistent with the message amount of the account checking model, but different from a specific value represented by the message amount, the amounts represented by the amounts of account checking information have practical significance, so that in order to improve the overall account checking efficiency, the amounts of account checking information can be classified based on different category identifiers to which the amounts of account checking information belong, for example, in an implementable mode, if a target transaction service is a bill service, the amounts of account checking information can be classified into 6 categories such as bill clearing, bank side large payment bill clearing, bill clearing batch clearing, bank side payment batch clearing, in-line internal clearing debit and in-line internal clearing, so that after the amounts of different categories of amounts of account checking information are checked in a summarizing check stage of the general account checking model, the amounts of all categories of account checking information are checked successfully, wherein, the amounts of account checking information to be checked is considered to be classified into any category of the amounts of account checking information.
As an example, steps D10 to D30 include: for any account checking sub-account, classifying the account checking information when summarizing and checking the account checking information of the amount to obtain at least one amount information to be checked; for any amount information to be checked, summarizing and checking the amount information to be checked to obtain a summarizing and checking result; and when the summarized checking results corresponding to the amount information to be checked are successful checking results, generating the amount checking result.
