Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of an article checking method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the article checking method includes:
step S101, acquiring inventory tasks, and analyzing to obtain corresponding deadlines and progress.
In the embodiment, after the processing of the step, the processing end acquires the inventory task, thereby completing the butt joint of the regular asset inventory flow in the enterprise, and laying a foundation for the follow-up shunting processing of the inventory tasks with different asset attributes, inventory deadlines and inventory progress. Each inventory task comprises a plurality of article codes so as to correspond to a plurality of articles to be checked, and the inventory tasks can be various types of enterprise inherent assets, such as computers, printers, dust collectors and the like; the progress represents the current checked progress of the checking task, namely the proportion of checked articles in all articles to be checked; the term is the latest end time of the inventory task to ensure that the overall asset inventory period is within the proper range. In a further embodiment, the counting task may further include a counting state and a counting result corresponding to each article code, where the counting state may include two states of counted and to-be-counted, and the counting result may include a plurality of results including a flat, a shortage, and a surplus.
In some embodiments, in order to orderly sort and plan all enterprise assets to be checked, so as to improve overall checking efficiency, before acquiring a checking task, a checking execution list may be acquired, and the checking execution list may be analyzed to obtain a plurality of object codes, and asset types and states corresponding to each object code respectively; creating inventory tasks associated with each asset type according to a plurality of object codes included in each asset type to obtain a plurality of inventory tasks; for each inventory task: and calling a preset configuration table to inquire an inventory period corresponding to the associated asset type, adding the inventory period with the system time to serve as a period corresponding to the inventory task, determining a plurality of corresponding object codes and states corresponding to the object codes respectively, and calculating the proportion of the object codes corresponding to the first state to obtain the progress corresponding to the inventory task. The inventory execution list is a table for recording each fixed asset to be checked, and also records the check result and the check state of each fixed asset. For example, the above-mentioned creation of a plurality of inventory tasks may be to divide all object codes { computer 01, computer 02, camera 01, camera 02, computer chair 01} into: the inventory tasks 1{ computer 01, computer 02}, the inventory tasks 2{ camera 01, camera 02}, and the inventory tasks 3{ computer chair 01}, thereby obtaining a plurality of inventory tasks, so as to respectively determine corresponding inventory processing types, inventory periods and preset proportion thresholds (recorded in a configuration table) according to different asset attributes, and achieve the technical effect of overall planning when inventory is carried out on multiple objects. Through the processing of the step, the processing end can correspondingly sort and configure the newly issued inventory execution list based on a preset configuration table, and the method comprises the steps of respectively determining corresponding inventory deadlines, inventory progress and the like so as to generate a plurality of inventory tasks to be executed.
In some embodiments, in order to monitor the status of each inventory task at regular time, so as to dynamically program the subsequent processing end of the inventory task, thereby improving inventory efficiency, the method may further include respectively performing regular acquisition on the created plurality of inventory tasks when acquiring the inventory tasks. Through the processing of the step, each processing task to be executed or in execution can be dynamically monitored, so that the inventory tasks exceeding the inventory period or reaching the upper limit of the processing effect corresponding to the current inventory method (namely the preset inventory progress threshold value) can be timely screened out and forwarded to the designated processing end together, and the unfinished inventory tasks are directionally terminated through the designated processing end.
Step S102, judging whether the system time and the progress do not reach the deadline and a preset threshold respectively.
In the embodiment, through the processing of the step, the corresponding processing port can be clearly determined for each checking task, so that the aim of carrying out split processing on the checking tasks with different properties is fulfilled, and therefore, the correct circulation of each checking task and the parallel processing among different checking processing ports are ensured. According to the technical scheme, all the asset equipment to be checked can be roughly divided into two types, one type is the asset equipment which can be connected with the network and can acquire the operation data, so that the asset equipment is suitable for the emerging operation data acquisition method to perform the checking process; another category is asset devices that cannot be networked or that do not collect operational data (possibly due to device attributes, privacy properties, operator work arrangements, etc.), and thus such asset devices are suitable for use in conventional entity information collection methods to perform inventory processing; obviously, the efficiency of the checking execution process of the emerging operation data acquisition method is higher, and the checking processing cost is lower, so that the checking processing should be preferentially executed by adopting the method for proper asset equipment (and corresponding checking tasks), and the technical purpose of the processing in the step is to screen the proper checking tasks for the method, thereby improving the efficiency of the whole asset checking. In the process of this step, the technical purpose of screening according to whether the inventory deadline expires is to: the method comprises the steps of avoiding continuous waiting of an inventory task with an abnormal phenomenon in a first type inventory processing process, and thus prolonging the whole inventory period, wherein the abnormal phenomenon which causes incapability of collecting operation data can comprise abnormal occurrence of asset equipment or command abnormality of grabbing the operation data or abnormal phenomenon that a plurality of corresponding staff are on holidays, and the equipment is not started all the time; therefore, for such abnormal inventory tasks, the method should be converted into the second type inventory processing method in time, so as to reduce the duration of the first type inventory processing as much as possible. In the processing of this step, the technical purpose of screening according to whether the inventory progress gets the preset threshold value is: through a preset progress threshold value, the inventory processing method can be converted for inventory tasks which reach the upper limit of the first type inventory processing progress (obtained through practical experience statistics) as soon as possible, so that the second type inventory processing method is used for ending the small part of asset equipment which is not checked. For example, if a certain checking task is to check 10 pieces of computer equipment in a week, and it is known that each computer corresponds to a technician, but in the first two days of the week, one technician needs to ask for something, so the first type of checking processing method can only collect the operation data of 9 pieces of computers, at this time, the checking task can be timely converted into the checking processing method, rather than continuously waiting for the operation data of the last piece of equipment, because the specific return time of the ask-for-something technician is not determined, the corresponding waiting time is not determined, at this time, the conversion checking processing method can advance the checking task end time as much as possible on the premise of causing less checking processing burden (namely, the checking burden caused by the second type of processing), thereby improving the overall checking efficiency. Therefore, by combining the two inventory processing methods, the asset inventory period is compressed, the asset inventory efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the labor and material cost required by asset inventory are saved.
In some embodiments, in order to perform the shunting processing on the inventory tasks applicable to different inventory processing methods as soon as possible, before judging whether the system time and the progress do not reach the deadline and the preset threshold respectively, determining the asset type associated with the inventory task; a preset configuration table is called to inquire and obtain a processing type corresponding to the asset type; responsive to determining that the asset type corresponds to a first type. In the embodiment, after the processing in this step, the processing end (i.e. the processing end or the specified processing end) corresponding to each inventory task can be quickly determined based on the record of the configuration table, so that the inventory processing efficiency of the present invention is further improved. It should be noted that, the first type of inventory processing of the processing end corresponds to an asset device which can be networked and is easy to collect operation data, so that an inventory method with higher efficiency and lower processing cost should be preferentially executed on the asset device, that is, the operation data is collected, and an inventory result is obtained by analyzing the operation data.
In some embodiments, in order to skip the first type inventory processing for the asset device which cannot be networked or is not started for some reason and cannot collect the operation data, and directly collect the corresponding entity information, after the process type corresponding to the asset type is obtained by query, the inventory task may be forwarded to the designated end in response to determining that the asset type corresponds to the second type; and attempting to acquire corresponding object entity information through the designated processing end according to the received inventory task, and correspondingly updating the progress of the inventory task according to an acquisition result. In a further embodiment, the second type of inventory processing may include: and acquiring corresponding entity information, matching the entity information with record information of the asset equipment in the asset management system, and if the matching is successful, checking to obtain corresponding asset equipment, updating a corresponding checking result to be a flat, and updating a corresponding checking state to be a second state (which can be checked). By the processing of the step, the inapplicable inventory task can be prevented from consuming time in the first inventory processing stage, so that the inventory period is further compressed, and the inventory efficiency is improved.
And step S103, if yes, attempting to acquire the operation data corresponding to the inventory task, and correspondingly updating the progress in response to the successful acquisition of the corresponding operation data.
In an embodiment, the processing of this step completes the processing of executing the corresponding inventory task using the first type of inventory processing method. In a further embodiment, the processing of this step may include: analyzing a plurality of object codes included in the inventory task, screening to obtain an object code corresponding to a first state as a target object code, collecting operation data corresponding to the target object code, matching with record information of asset equipment in an asset management system, and considering that corresponding asset equipment is acquired by inventory if matching is successful, updating a corresponding inventory result to be flat, and updating a corresponding inventory state to be a second state (which can be checked).
Step S104, if not, forwarding the inventory task to a designated processing end, so as to attempt to collect the object entity information corresponding to the inventory task through the designated processing end, and updating the progress in response to determining that the collection of the corresponding object entity information is successful.
In the embodiment, through the processing of the step, the inventory processing method can be timely converted for the inventory tasks which cannot be executed or are abnormal or reach the upper limit value of the first type inventory processing in the first type inventory processing, so that the technical effect of further compressing the inventory processing time is achieved. In some embodiments, in order to compress the operation resources occupied by the inventory task flowing to the designated end and facilitate the designated end to quickly pick up the inventory task, when forwarding the inventory task to the designated processing end, the inventory task may be screened to obtain an object code corresponding to the second state, and filtered, so as to update the inventory task; and forwarding the updated inventory task to the appointed processing end. In a further embodiment, in order to determine, at the designated end, a corresponding processing sequence of the designated end according to the dispatch time corresponding to each of the inventory tasks, so as to ensure that the total processing time of each of the inventory tasks is within a certain preset period, the designated end may determine, according to the period of each of the received inventory tasks, a corresponding inventory sequence, so as to preferentially process the inventory tasks that have exceeded the period, and later process the inventory tasks with more abundant periods.
In some embodiments, in order to timely and accurately record the inventory result of each asset device, the corresponding acquisition result may be parsed to obtain the inventory result in response to determining to update the progress; and correspondingly updating the inventory execution list according to the inventory result. In other embodiments, when the collected operation data is processed, a preset first model may be further called to analyze to obtain an operation state of the corresponding server, and the operation state is evaluated according to a preset rule, so that an evaluation result is recorded in a corresponding inventory result column of the inventory execution list at the same time. In other embodiments, when processing the collected entity information (the entity information may be a plurality of appearance photos corresponding to the device entity), a preset second model may be called to perform image recognition on the corresponding plurality of appearance photos, so as to identify a corresponding appearance damage, and record a corresponding inventory result column of the inventory execution list at the same time.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of an article checking method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the article checking method including:
