Abstract
The present invention relates to a process cartridge detachably mountable to a process cartridge in an electronic image forming apparatus having a driving output member composed of an output coupling portion and an output gear portion coaxial with each other. The process cartridge obtains a rotational driving force from an image forming apparatus through a developing roller gear, and the photosensitive drum obtains the rotational driving force through the developing roller gear without passing through the image forming apparatus, and the end of the photosensitive drum unit is provided with a concave structure forming positioning connection with an electronic image forming apparatus. The single driving structure of the processing box and the imaging device reduces the assembly precision requirement between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller, and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a processing box and an electronic imaging device, in particular to a processing box.
Background
The prior art CN109313409a, as shown in fig. 1, discloses a process cartridge and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, wherein the image forming apparatus includes a driving output member 81 including an output coupling portion 81b and an output gear portion 81a having axes which are coaxial with each other; the process cartridge thereof includes a first unit (photosensitive unit) rotatably supporting the photosensitive drum 62 and a second unit (developing unit) rotatably supporting the developing roller 32.
The photosensitive drum end of the process cartridge is provided with a coupling boss 63b coupled with an output coupling portion 81b of the image forming apparatus driving output member to transmit a driving force to the photosensitive drum 62 of the process cartridge. Meanwhile, the developing roller end of the process cartridge is provided with a developing roller gear 30a that meshes with an output gear portion 81a of the image forming apparatus driving output member to transmit a driving force to the developing roller 32 of the process cartridge.
In this prior art, the photosensitive drum and the developing roller are simultaneously driven by the driving output member of the image forming apparatus, respectively, and therefore, the assembly accuracy of the position between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller is required to be high, otherwise, the assembly and the operation interference will occur therebetween, so that the developing effect will be affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the related art, an object of the present invention is to provide a process cartridge that obtains a rotational driving force from an image forming apparatus through a developing roller gear, and a photosensitive drum obtains a rotational driving force through the developing roller gear without passing through the image forming apparatus.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a process cartridge detachably mountable to an electronic image forming apparatus having a driving output member composed of an output coupling portion and an output gear portion coaxial with each other, said process cartridge comprising a photosensitive unit rotatably supporting a photosensitive drum and a developing unit rotatably supporting a developing roller; a developing roller gear which is meshed with an output gear part of the electronic imaging device and obtains a rotary driving force is arranged at the end part of the developing roller; a photosensitive drum gear which is meshed with the developing roller gear and obtains a rotating force is arranged at the end part of the photosensitive drum; the end of the photosensitive unit is provided with a supporting side plate which can rotatably support the photosensitive drum gear.
Further, the supporting side plate is provided with an assembling ring whose inner circumferential wall is in contact with the output coupling portion of the driving output member of the electrophotographic apparatus, and whose outer circumferential wall is in contact with a concave circular portion provided on the outer end side of the photosensitive drum gear.
Further, the support side plate is provided with an assembling shaft which is concave and convex outwards, an outer shaft core part of the support side plate is in concave-convex contact connection with an output connection part of a driving output part of the electronic imaging device, and an inner shaft column part of the support side plate is in concave-convex contact connection with a concave round part arranged on the outer end surface of the photosensitive drum gear.
Further, a round hole which is in contact connection with an output connection part of a driving output part of the electronic imaging device is formed in the outer side of the supporting side plate; the inner side of the supporting side plate is also provided with a convex ring which can rotatably support the photosensitive drum gear; the outer end face of the photosensitive drum gear is provided with a counter bore which is in contact connection with an output connection part of a driving output part of the electronic imaging device, and a counter sink which is in fit connection with the convex ring; the round hole and the counter bore are concentric and have the same diameter.
Further, the outermost side of the support side plate is provided with a clearance part.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the process cartridge obtains rotational driving force from the image forming apparatus only through the developing roller gear, the photosensitive drum obtains rotational driving force through the developing roller gear without through the image forming apparatus, and an end portion of the photosensitive drum unit is provided with a concave structure forming positioning connection with the electronic image forming apparatus. The single driving structure of the processing box and the imaging device reduces the assembly precision requirement between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller, and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The present invention provides a process cartridge detachably mountable to a process cartridge in an electronic image forming apparatus (image forming apparatus is not shown) having a driving output member 81 composed of an output coupling portion 81b and an output gear portion 81a coaxial with each other.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, the process cartridge includes a photosensitive unit 1 rotatably supporting a photosensitive drum 11 and a developing unit 2 rotatably supporting a developing roller 21; the photosensitive unit 1 and the developing unit 2 are combined together by connecting shaft pins at both ends. A developing roller gear 22 which meshes with a gear of an output gear portion 81a of the electrophotographic apparatus and obtains a rotational driving force is provided at an end portion of the developing roller 21; a drum gear 12 which is engaged with the developing roller gear 22 and obtains a rotational force is provided at an end portion of the drum; the process cartridge obtains the rotational driving force required for the process cartridge only by the developing roller gear 22. In order to prevent the process cartridge from shaking during printing, the photosensitive unit 1 of the process cartridge, that is, the photosensitive drum 11, needs to be axially positioned with the output coupling portion 81b of the electrophotographic apparatus as a positioning pin. The photosensitive drum gear 12 of the photosensitive drum 11 is rotatably supported on the supporting side plate 10 at the end of the photosensitive unit 1, so that the supporting side plate 10 and the photosensitive drum gear 12 are in contact connection with different connection structures.

the supporting side plate 10 at the end part of the photosensitive unit 1 is in a circular ring 101 structure, the diameter of the inner circle of the circular ring is equal to the diameter of the output connection part 81b of the electronic imaging device, and the inner circumferential wall 101a of the circular ring is in contact connection with the output connection part 81b of the driving output part of the electronic imaging device; the outer end of the drum gear 12 is provided with a concave circular portion 121 corresponding to the outer diameter of the circular ring 101, and the outer circumferential wall 101b of the circular ring is in contact connection with the concave circular portion 121 of the drum gear.
The above-described coupling structure of the supporting side plate 10 and the photosensitive drum gear 12 and the output coupling portion 81b of the electronic image forming apparatus can effectively fix the photosensitive drum 11 axially. In addition, in order to eliminate possible interference when the process cartridge is loaded into the electronic imaging device, a space avoiding portion 105 is provided on the outermost side of the support side plate 10.

The process cartridge shown in fig. 2, 3 is further specific to a coupling structure composed of the supporting side plate 10 and the photosensitive drum gear 12, as shown in fig. 5a, 5 b:
the support side plate 10 at the end of the photosensitive unit 1 is provided with an externally concave and internally convex fitting shaft 102, the diameter of the outside shaft core 102a of which corresponds to the diameter of the output coupling portion 81b of the electrophotographic apparatus, and the outside diameter of the inside shaft post 102b of which corresponds to the diameter of the concave circular portion 121 of the photosensitive drum gear 12. The outer shaft core 102a of the fitting shaft 102 is coupled in concave-convex contact with the output coupling portion 81b of the driving output member of the electrophotographic apparatus, and the inner shaft post portion 102b of the fitting shaft 102 is coupled in concave-convex contact with the concave rounded portion 121 on the outer end side of the photosensitive drum gear 12.
The above-described coupling structure of the supporting side plate 10 and the photosensitive drum gear 12 and the output coupling portion 81b of the electronic image forming apparatus can effectively fix the photosensitive drum 11 axially. In addition, in order to eliminate possible interference when the process cartridge is loaded into the electronic imaging device, a space avoiding portion 105 is provided on the outermost side of the support side plate 10.

The process cartridge shown in fig. 2, 3 is further specific to a coupling structure composed of the supporting side plate 10 and the photosensitive drum gear 12, as shown in fig. 6a, 6 b:
the outside of the supporting side plate 10 at the end of the photosensitive unit 1 is provided with a coupling circular hole 103 corresponding to the diameter of the output coupling portion 81b of the driving output member of the electronic imaging device; the inner side of the supporting side plate 10 is also provided with a convex ring 104 which rotatably supports the photosensitive drum gear 12; the outer end side of the photosensitive drum gear 12 is provided with a coupling counterbore 122 having a diameter corresponding to that of the output coupling portion 81b of the driving output member of the electrophotographic apparatus, and a countersink 123 which is coupled to the collar 103 in a mating manner, the countersink 123 being located at the outer periphery of the counterbore 122.
The above-described coupling structure of the supporting side plate 10 and the photosensitive drum gear 12 and the output coupling portion 81b of the electronic image forming apparatus can effectively fix the photosensitive drum 11 axially. In addition, in order to eliminate possible interference when the process cartridge is loaded into the electronic imaging device, a space avoiding portion 105 is provided on the outermost side of the support side plate 10.

A process cartridge detachably mountable to an electronic image forming apparatus constituting a driving output member by an output coupling portion and an output gear portion which are coaxial with each other, said process cartridge comprising a photosensitive unit (1) rotatably supporting a photosensitive drum (11) and a developing unit (2) rotatably supporting a developing roller (21); the method is characterized in that: a developing roller gear (22) which is meshed with an output gear part of the electronic imaging device and obtains a rotary driving force is arranged at the end part of the developing roller (21); a photosensitive drum gear (12) which is meshed with the developing roller gear (22) and obtains a rotation force is arranged at the end part of the photosensitive drum (11); the end of the photosensitive unit (1) is provided with a supporting side plate (10) which can rotatably support the photosensitive drum gear (12).

A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein: a round hole (103) which is in contact connection with an output connection part of a driving output part of the electronic imaging device is arranged on the outer side of the supporting side plate (10); a convex ring (104) which can rotatably support the photosensitive drum gear (12) is also arranged on the inner side of the supporting side plate (10); the outer end surface of the photosensitive drum gear (12) is provided with a counter bore (122) which is in contact connection with an output connection part of a driving output part of the electronic imaging device, and a counter sink (123) which is in contact connection with the convex ring (104); the round hole (103) and the counter bore (122) are concentric and have the same diameter.
