When cold accumulation is carried out, the liquid supply three-way valve 26 is closed to be communicated with the heater 23, and meanwhile, the controller judges whether to start the refrigerant circulation or not through the ambient temperature: when the ambient temperature is higher than the set switching temperature, the refrigerant cycle is started; when the ambient temperature is lower than the set switching temperature, the refrigerant cycle is not started, and the cooling liquid is cooled by the radiator 24; the liquid supply pump 22 is intermittently started to ensure that all the cooling liquid is sufficiently stirred.
When the liquid supply is cooled, before the liquid supply pump 22 is started, the liquid supply three-way valve 26 is opened to communicate with the heater 23; after the start, the controller adjusts the opening degree of the three-way valve 26 in real time according to the comparison between the temperature of the cooling liquid between the outlet of the liquid supply pump 22 and the heat load 25 and the set liquid supply temperature, and adjusts the liquid supply ratio of the cold liquid tank 21 and the heater 23 so as to adjust the liquid supply temperature to the set value.
