At least the lower part of the pre-holding space 27 is designed as a lower opening for the insert 29 to be inserted into the pre-holding space 27 from bottom to top, and in the upward insertion process, the first clamping part 28a and the second clamping part 28b on the inner wall of the pre-holding space 27 are correspondingly matched and inserted with the third clamping part 29a and the fourth clamping part 29b on the outer surface of the insert 29, wherein the first clamping part and the second clamping part are designed as clamping grooves with T-shaped cross sections, and the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part are designed as protruding parts with T-shaped cross sections, which can be inserted into the clamping grooves, so that the insert 29 is firmly fixed in the upper frame unit 9.
As shown in fig. 9, optionally, the upper frame unit 9 of the washing machine 1 and the main body 10 are connected by a plurality of screws, and only one screw hole 30a is formed on the insert 29. When the inserts 29 are inserted into the housing space 27 of the upper frame unit 9 and fixed to each other, the inserts 29 form a part of the mounting portion in the upper frame unit 9. When the upper frame unit 9 is coupled to the main body 10 of the washing machine 1, a part of the coupling fixing force is applied to the insert 29, and the insert 29 is interposed therebetween.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the pre-holding space 27 is optionally provided with at least a part of the thickness dimension of the layer, that is, the thickness h1 of the top wall of the pre-holding space, the top wall is provided with a mounting hole 19a of the faucet, and the top of the insert 29 corresponding to the axis of the mounting hole 19a is also provided with a corresponding lower through hole 19b, so that after the faucet 6 is mounted, the faucet can be supported by the top wall of the pre-holding space 27 and the top wall of the insert 29 at the same time, so that the faucet is more firmly erected.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, after the insert 29 is inserted into the mounting portion 50 of the upper frame unit 9, the upper frame unit 9 with the insert 29 inserted therein is mounted on the main body 10, and then the mounting pipe joint 63 of the faucet 6 is inserted downward into the mounting hole 19a, so that the upper valve body 65, the flat washer 62, the switch handle 61, the water outlet pipe 166 and the water outlet 60 are exposed on the table top 22 of the upper frame unit 9, and the water supply installation structure is completely located outside the machine body, thereby being visible. The installer holds the nut 64 with several fingers, inserts it into the accommodation space 25 from the back of the washing machine 1, aligns under the mounting pipe joint 63, and then turns the nut 64 until the nut 64 is tightened, at which time the faucet 6 has been firmly positioned on the washing machine 1; then, the installer holds the water supply pipe joint 67 at one end of the water supply pipe 66 with a plurality of fingers, inserts the water supply pipe joint 67 into the accommodating space 25 from the rear of the washing machine 1 forward, and then inserts the water supply pipe joint 63 in an upward alignment. This completes the installation of the faucet 6 on the washing machine 1. The water tap 6 may be reversely operated in the above-described mounting process in the process of dismounting the washing machine 1.
In the water supply device mounting structure of the second embodiment, also when the water supply device 160 is provided on the upper frame unit 9, the mounting hole 19a of the mounting portion 50 of the water supply device, the outer surface 22a of the top wall of the mounting portion, and the accommodation space 25 are exposed to the outside of the housing, and the operator can intuitively complete the mounting and dismounting operation of the water supply device 16 on the outside of the housing of the washing machine without removing the upper frame unit 9, without having to enlarge the outer peripheral dimension thereof.
The following is a water supply device mounting structure of a washing machine in accordance with a third embodiment of the present invention:
alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, an insert 29 is inserted into the upper frame unit 9, and then fixedly connected to the upper frame unit 9. The upper frame unit 9, also with the pre-receiving space 27, is preferably injection molded from plastic, and the insert 29 is also preferably injection molded from plastic.
Unlike the second embodiment described above, at least the upper portion of the accommodating space 27 is designed as an upper opening, the insert 29 is inserted into the accommodating space 27 from the upper opening of the upper portion of the accommodating space 27 from the upper down, and the mounting hole of the mounting portion is formed directly through the top wall of the insert 29, that is, the lower through hole 9b of the insert 29 described above is directly made as the mounting hole of the mounting portion. The insert 29 is inserted into the pre-holding space 27 from the upper opening of the upper part of the pre-holding space 27 from top to bottom, and then the optional structure for further connection and fixation between the insert and the pre-holding space 27 can be fixed by using screws or further fixed by adopting the conventional structure.
As shown in fig. 12, after the insert 29 is inserted into the accommodating space 27 from the top to the bottom through the upper opening of the upper portion of the accommodating space 27, the first and second engaging portions 28a and 28b are provided on the inner wall of the accommodating space 27 of the upper frame unit 9, and the insert 29 is also provided with the third and fourth engaging portions 29a and 29b. For this downward insertion, the first and second engaging portions 28a and 28b are engaged with the third and fourth engaging portions 29a and 29b of the insert 29, respectively, and the engaging structure can be seen from the structure of the second embodiment, so that the insert 29 is firmly fixed in the accommodating space 27 of the upper frame unit 9. The two can be further connected and fixed, and the optional connecting structure can be screw fixed or further fixed by adopting the conventional structure.
The following is a water supply device mounting structure of a washing machine according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 13, an alternative structure of the fixed connection between the insert 29 and the upper frame unit 9 after the insert is inserted into the upper frame unit 9 is shown. The upper frame unit 9 with the receiving space 27 is likewise preferably injection molded from plastic, and the insert 29 is preferably injection molded from plastic. Unlike the second and third embodiments, the pre-receiving space 27 of the upper frame unit 9 is configured such that the insert 29 is inserted into the pre-receiving space 27 from the back of the washing machine to the front of the washing machine (see arrow direction in the drawing), and a clamping portion having a similar structure to the second and third embodiments may be provided between the insert 29 and the pre-receiving space 27, or/and further fixed by screws.
The shape structure and the mating structure between the accommodating space 27 and the insert 29 and the connecting structure between them in the first, second, third and fourth embodiments of the present invention are only examples, and any application is referred to in the prior art, and is not specifically described herein.
The spirit of the present invention is that the above-described first, second, third and fourth embodiments are considered to be within the spirit of the present invention as long as the same functions and effects are produced in the accommodating space 25 provided and in the shape and structure of the accommodating space 27 and the insert 29.
The following is a water supply device mounting structure of a washing machine in accordance with a fifth embodiment of the present invention:
fig. 14 is a schematic view of a washing machine having an auxiliary washing unit implemented in a widened main body 10 or/and a plurality of machine washing units according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
It is to be noted here that the outer dimensions of the main body 10 of the washing machine 1 in which the present invention is implemented are not limited except for the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 13. The external dimensions of the main body 10 of the washing machine 1 according to the practical implementation need are not limited to the figures drawn by the embodiments of the invention and the patents related to the background art, and the figures cannot be regarded as a conclusion of the future, and the external dimensions of the main body 10 of the washing machine 1 are not limited, can be selected to be narrower, can be selected to be wider, can be selected to be lower and can be higher according to the industrial market need, and are not drawn exhaustively, so that the text is stated here.
As shown in fig. 14, the washing machine 1 may alternatively include a hand washing container 120a and a faucet 6 (not shown), and a housing of the washing machine 1 may be provided with a receiving space 27 for receiving the insert 29 therein. Optionally, the housing of the washing machine 1 is wider to provide a second washing tub or a second auxiliary washing unit or more washing tubs or more auxiliary washing units and corresponding water supply 160 or dewatering tub or shoe tub or ultrasonic functional tub or storage tub in the washing machine 1.

It should be noted here that the outer dimensions of the upper frame unit 9 of the washing machine 1 to which the present invention is applied are not limited as well, except for the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 14. The external dimensions of the upper frame unit 9 of the washing machine 1 according to the practical implementation need are not limited to the figures drawn by the embodiments of the invention and the patents cited in the background art, and the figures cannot be regarded as a conclusion that the user is about to go underground, and the external dimensions of the upper frame unit 9 of the washing machine 1 are not limited, can be selected to be narrower, can be selected to be wider, can be selected to be lower and can be higher according to the industrial market need, and are not drawn exhaustively, so that the text is stated here.
As shown in fig. 15, the main body 10 and/or the upper frame unit 9 may be optionally provided with an auxiliary table 91, in fig. 15, the auxiliary table 91 is located on the upper frame unit 9, the auxiliary table 91 is modified to have a three-dimensional size of a pre-receiving space, the pre-receiving space 27 is used for accommodating the insert 29, and the structure of the insert 29 and the pre-receiving space 27 or the connection structure between the insert 29 and the pre-receiving space 27 may be the structure of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth embodiments.

As shown in fig. 16, the embodiment of the present invention is an alternative drum type washing machine, in which the front side (i.e., the front side) of the drum type washing machine is provided with a drum type washing machine door 4 having a hand washing container 120a, a water supply 160 and a tap 6 thereof, and the housing of the drum type washing machine is modified with a receiving space 27 for receiving the insert 29 therein, and the insert 29 and the separate structure or the connection structure between the insert 29 and the receiving space 27 may be the structure of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth embodiments.
The insert 29 can also be designed as an accommodation space 25 as exemplified in the first, second, third and fourth embodiments described above. As shown in fig. 16, the accommodating space 27 is also provided in the upper frame unit 9 of the washing machine, the insert 29 can be also inserted into the accommodating space 27 of the upper frame unit 9 from top to bottom, the outer surface of the top wall of the insert 29 forms a part of the top surface of the washing machine, and the mounting hole is opened on the top wall of the insert 29. Or a mounting hole 19a is formed at the top of the upper frame unit 9, the mounting hole 19a communicates upward with the outside of the upper portion of the washing machine 1, and the mounting hole 19a communicates downward with the receiving space 25.
In the above-described water supply device mounting structure, when the faucet 6 is replaced or maintained, the upper frame unit 9 does not need to be opened, and the mounting or maintenance person can visually see the fastening member such as the nut 64 of the housing space 25 from the outside while standing on the side of the washing machine 1.
The water supply device mounting structure in the embodiment is independent, and is beneficial to the maintenance of the washing machine.
When the water supply device installation structure of the invention is implemented in the drum-type washing machine, if the faucet 6 needs to be replaced, the upper frame unit 9 does not need to be opened, the progress of the washing machine in maintenance is not delayed, the user can independently replace the water supply device installation structure, and the drum-type washing machine is not damaged.
Alternatively, the water supply tube 66 of the present invention may also be double-tube, one tube feeding cold water and the other tube feeding hot water; or the water supply pipe 66 of the present invention may be a single pipe for passing cold or hot water.
Alternatively, the faucet 6 in the water supply 160 of the present invention may also be an instant electric heating self-heating faucet.
Alternatively, the faucet 6 in the water supply 160 in the various embodiments is a gooseneck faucet dedicated to a water purifier.
Optionally, the invention also provides a second tap 6, that is to say at least two taps 6, as required.
Alternatively, the washing machine implemented as above may be provided with a washing machine having a function of a water purifier. The tap 6 in the water supply device 160 in the above embodiments may be a tap with a low water pressure structure dedicated to a water dispenser, and a water supply tap with a water purifier function is provided on a washing machine for implementation. The low water pressure is that a built-in water pump of the water dispenser is adopted, the water supply pressure of the built-in water pump is far lower than the national standard tap water pressure of the household, and the structure of the special tap for the water dispenser is different from that of the national standard tap water tap, but the tap structure is provided with a fastener for positioning the tap and a water supply pipe joint connected with the lower end of the tap, so the water dispenser is also in the scope of the invention.
It is also conceivable for those skilled in the art that such a structure may be equally applied to a washing machine (also called a shoe washing machine) having a brush member incorporated therein.
