The invention aims at the technical defects of the existing radiator spraying device, and provides a novel automatic spraying device for brazing of an automobile radiator, which integrates a top spraying component and a side spraying component for a secondary sheet and a main sheet, improves spraying efficiency, saves space occupation of the device, is designed into a width-adjustable form, can spray radiator core plates with various specifications by adjusting the width of the spraying component, and has stronger universality.

as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an automatic spray device for soldering of an automobile radiator comprises a housing 1 and a conveying roller belt 16 arranged in a transverse passage of the housing 1, wherein a soldering flux spray device 14 for spraying soldering flux to a radiator core plate 11 on the conveying roller belt 16 is arranged above the conveying roller belt 16 in the housing 1. An air drying spray head 13 is further arranged in the shell 1, the air drying spray head 13 is arranged above the conveying roller belt 16, and an air inlet pipe of the air drying spray head 13 is communicated with the air blower 3 on the top support 6 of the shell 1. The two ends of the axial channel of the shell 1 are respectively provided with an inlet 7 and an outlet 10, and the upper edges of the inlet 7 and the outlet 10 are respectively provided with a hoisting flexible sealing block 12. The inner sides of the inlet 7 and the outlet 10 are provided with exhaust pipes 2 which are communicated with a filtering device 5 arranged on a top bracket 6 of the shell 1. The front side wall of the housing 1 is provided with a spray observation window 8 and an air drying observation window 9. In the housing 1, a flux collecting box 15 is arranged under the conveyer roller belt 16 right under the flux spraying device 14.
The brazing flux spraying device 14 comprises vertical plates 17 symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the conveying roller belt 16, and a top spraying assembly and a side spraying assembly which are arranged between the two vertical plates 17, wherein the top spraying assembly comprises a top plate 18 and a telescopic spraying pipe arranged below the top plate 18, the telescopic spraying pipe is perpendicular to the conveying roller belt 16 and parallel to the upper surface of the radiator core plate 11, the telescopic spraying pipe comprises a thin pipe 21 and a blocking sleeve 20 axially sleeved and butted with the thin pipe 21, the thin pipe 21 is fixed below the top plate 18 through a vertical connecting piece, the blocking sleeve 20 can realize the successive opening and closing of spray holes on the lower side wall of the thin pipe 21 through the axial pushing of the thin pipe 21, a limiting plate 22 stretching downwards is arranged on the lower side of the blocking sleeve 20, a guide plate 23 smoothly transiting with the extrusion surface of the limiting plate 22 is arranged on the front side edge of the limiting plate 22, a lower suspension 25 parallel to the upper surface of the vertical plate 17 close to the fixed end of the thin pipe 21 is arranged on the lower suspension 25 and the limiting plate 22, side spraying assemblies respectively corresponding to the left side and right side of the core plate 11 are arranged on the lower suspension 25 and the limiting plate 22, the side spraying assemblies are positioned on the side of the spraying sleeve and the side of the radiator core plate, and the spraying assembly is arranged on the side of the spraying assembly. The plugging sleeve 20 is mounted on the top plate 18 using a telescopic cylinder 19. The plugging sleeve 20 is composed of an outer sleeve for wrapping the tubule 21 and a plugging shaft coaxially arranged in the outer sleeve for plugging an axial inner hole of the tubule 21. In the axial direction of the conveying roller belt 16, a plurality of telescopic spray pipes are equidistantly arranged below the top plate 18, and side spray assemblies are respectively arranged on a limiting plate 22 and a lower suspension bracket 25 below each telescopic spray pipe.
Embodiment two:
the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the outer end of the plugging sleeve 20 penetrates through the through hole in the side wall of the shell 1 and extends out of the shell 1, the expansion and contraction between the plugging sleeve 20 and the thin tube 21 are realized by pushing and pulling the outer end of the plugging sleeve 20, and the outer end of the plugging sleeve 20 is provided with a locking and positioning structure.
The use principle is as follows:
the radiator core 11 enters the shell 1 from the inlet 7 through the conveying of the conveying roller belt 16, and after the full-range spraying of the brazing flux spraying device 14 and the air drying operation of the air drying spray head 13, the radiator core is separated from the shell through the outlet 10 to finish the spraying operation. The spray width of the brazing flux spraying device 14 is achieved through pushing and pulling the blocking sleeve 20, when the blocking sleeve 20 and the thin tube 21 axially move relatively, the blocking sleeve 20 gradually opens and closes spray holes on the lower side wall of the thin tube 21, the spray width of the top spraying assembly is adjusted, when the blocking sleeve 20 and the thin tube 21 axially move relatively, the limiting plate 22 fixed below the blocking sleeve 20 moves synchronously, the width of the spraying assemblies on two sides below is adjusted, and the guide plate 23 is used for guiding the radiator core plate 11.
