Working principle: in use, the first motor 14 is started to drive the belt pulley 12 to rotate and drive the belt 13 to perform tensioning motion, finished PCB circuit boards are placed in the clamping pieces 15 of the conveying piece 1 one by one, the conveying piece 1 is followed to sequentially convey the dust removing piece 2, the paint spraying piece 3 and the drying piece 4, when dust is removed, the second air cylinder 23 on the sliding frame 21 is started firstly, the lifting frame 22 is vertically driven to approach downwards to the PCB circuit main board, the first fan 264 on the blowing piece 26 is started to drive external air to enter the filter box 263, the filter cotton blocks 266 in the filter frame 265 on the filter box 263 are utilized to filter air dust, then the air outlet plate 262 is entered to spray the dust on the surface of the PCB circuit main board, the dust on the surface of the PCB circuit main board is blown off, the third motor 25 is started to drive the brush roller 24 to clean the dust on the surface of the PCB circuit main board, the dust on the surface of the PCB circuit main board is brushed off, then starting the anion generator 272 to generate anion wind, spraying the anion wind on the PCB circuit board through the wind cylinder 273 to remove dust adsorbed on the surface because of static electricity, after dedusting the PCB circuit board, when the surface of pins of the surface of the PCB circuit board passing through is sprayed with insulating paint, starting the third air cylinder 34 to drive the support frame 351 on the first paint spraying part 35 to be close to the PCB circuit board downwards, simultaneously driving the shielding plate 353 to cover the PCB circuit board, arranging a hole slot matched with the pins of the PCB circuit board on the shielding plate 353, starting the fourth air cylinder 359 to drive the sliding plate 356 to translate on the sliding rod 354, driving the spraying box 357 to spray the insulating paint on the shielding plate 353, covering the insulating paint in the hole slot of the pins of the PCB circuit board through the hole slot on the shielding plate 353, simultaneously turning the PCB circuit board by using the clamping part 15, repeating the operation to spray paint on the other surface of the PCB circuit board, meanwhile, after the PCB circuit board with the insulating paint sprayed by the conveying part 1 is dried by the drying lamp 33, the PCB circuit board reaches the lower part of the second spraying part 36, the second spraying pipe 361 is used for guiding the three-proofing paint to be sprayed by the nozzle 363 of the guiding pipe 362, so that after the single-sided spraying of the PCB circuit board is finished, the PCB circuit board is turned over by the clamping part 15, the other side of the PCB circuit board is sprayed by repeating the operation, the insulating paint is sprayed on the pins of the PCB circuit board firstly by the spraying part 3, and then the surface of the surface is dried by the drying part 4 after the three-proofing paint is sprayed on the surface.
