Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an anastomotic stoma reinforcement piece assembly.
Background
In conventional stapler procedures, the staple cartridge and anvil in the end effector are positioned to pre-cut tissue and then clamped, and the user manipulates the stapler to simultaneously complete the stapling of two or more staple lines to the tissue and form a cut line at a central location of the staple line. This procedure is much faster than the procedure of cutting with a surgical scissors/knife and then suturing with a suture at the incision in a conventional procedure, with the benefit of reduced bleeding time from the wound, and reduced overall procedure time, resulting in significantly improved patient care.
In some procedures, the tissue to be stapled is fragile, it is difficult to fix the staples in the corresponding positions, and furthermore, the problem of bleeding and weeping around the staples also affects recovery. One known protection measure is to assemble a layer of absorbable reinforcement material on both the anvil surface and the cartridge surface of the stapler, fix the material on the anastomat opening while finishing cutting and stapling, protect fragile tissues from being torn by the anastomat, and close the gap between the bare nails and the tissues or blood vessels, thereby strengthening the anastomat opening and reducing the complications risks such as bleeding, seepage, air leakage and the like of the anastomat opening. In order to promote patient recovery and reduce risk, it is generally sought to minimize the area of use of the reinforcement material, however, how to install the reinforcement material very simply onto the anvil surface or cartridge surface, and when the stapler front end enters the body through the laparoscopic puncture cannula, the reinforcement material does not shrink or wrinkle due to friction, is smoothly covered on the tissue to be treated, and is critical to the success or failure of the surgical procedure.
