Description

Endoscope connector
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an endoscope connector.
Background
Endoscopy is of great importance for the early detection and treatment of tumors. The endoscope can enter the body through the oral cavity of a patient, a doctor can observe according to the image acquired by the front end of the endoscope, and a biopsy tool can be used for acquiring a tissue sample for detection, so that the disease is accurately diagnosed.
With the development of scientific technology, the endoscope can be matched with some treatment tools to directly treat a focus, for example, when the endoscope is matched with an ablation catheter, abnormal tissues or tumors can be destroyed, separated and coagulated by using current, frozen gas or heat. However, because of the different location, size, and access orientation of the treatment tool, interventional procedures are often required using tools of different gauges (e.g., tool outer diameter 1.7mm, 1.0 mm), different types (e.g., bioptome, biopsy brush).
Taking bronchoscope diagnosis and treatment as an example, different accessory tools are selected to be matched for use according to different bronchoscope specifications and matched tool specifications before operation, so that a doctor needs to be trained in advance, and the cost is increased. When a doctor performs an operation, the bronchoscope is fixed by one hand, tools such as biopsy forceps and the like are operated by the other hand, and when the tools need to be replaced, assistance of nurses is also needed, so that the tools cannot be independently completed.
In addition, although the bronchoscope is basically matched with the matched tool at the interface part, the sizes of the working channel of the bronchoscope and the matched tool are different, and even some manufacturers usually only adapt the tool to the bronchoscope at home due to the consideration of product market strategies. If certain specific endoscopes are to be adapted, only accessory tools adapted thereto can be selected, and the specific endoscopes may be expensive; if certain accessory tools are adapted, only an endoscope adapted to the accessory tools can be selected, and when the specifications of products (such as the outer diameter of a catheter, the bending control angle and the like) of the endoscope are limited, the bronchoscopy can not be normally performed.
For this reason, some improvements are made in the prior art, for example, chinese patent No. CN208988963U discloses a telescopic adapter adapted to an ultrasonic bronchoscope and a puncture needle. The adapter can be used for conveniently and firmly connecting an EBUS puncture needle of OLYMPUS (Olympus) with an ultrasonic bronchoscope of other brands, so that the suitability of the brand of products is greatly improved.
However, the suitability of other brands of endoscopes and tools remains a problem, and therefore, there is a need for a connector that can accommodate different brands and different specification models.

Detailed Description
The following describes the technical solution in the embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present application.
The inventors of the present application have found that in the prior art, the interfaces between endoscopes of different brands, different specifications and accessory tools are proprietary and do not match each other. In practical use, sometimes, a brand-a endoscope has special advantages, and a brand-B endoscope accessory has special advantages, but the two are difficult to connect and use, so that the method is very inconvenient.
In view of this, the present application provides an endoscope connector to improve the fit between an endoscope and a tool.
Embodiment one
A first embodiment of the present application proposes an endoscope connector, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising:
a connector 1, and an accessory tool joint 2 and an endoscope joint 3 provided at both ends of the connector 1, respectively, the endoscope joint 3 being for connection to a working channel inlet of an endoscope.
The accessory tool joint 2 and the endoscope joint 3 of the embodiment can be respectively connected with endoscopes and accessory tools with different brands and different specifications, a doctor can select proper endoscopes and tools, the medical cost of a patient is reduced, and the convenience is improved.
Specifically, the accessory tool joint 2 includes:
a first tubular portion 21, connected to the connecting element 1,
a plurality of first gripper claws 22 provided on the first tubular portion 21 in the circumferential direction of the first tubular portion 21;
the first collar 23 is sleeved on the first tubular portion 21, the first collar 23 can move along the axial direction of the first tubular portion 21, and when the first collar 23 moves towards the first clamping claw 22, the first clamping claw 22 is pressed, so that each first clamping claw 22 is retracted towards the central axis direction of the accessory tool joint 2, and the accessory tool is clamped.
It will be readily appreciated that the endoscope connector of the present application is integrally formed with an accessory tool passage extending through the length of the endoscope connector body for the accessory tool to pass through. The first collar 23 provided in this embodiment is capable of moving in the direction of the first clamping claws 22 and pressing the first clamping claws 22 so that each first clamping claw 22 is retracted in the direction of the central axis of the accessory tool joint 2, thereby clamping the accessory tool and further tightly connecting the accessory tool with the endoscope through the accessory tool joint 2. Compared with the prior art, the endoscope connector of the embodiment can be connected with accessory tools of different brands and different specifications and sizes, and the suitability of the endoscope and the accessory tools is improved.
To facilitate the collapsing of the first clamping jaw 22, the first clamping jaw 22 may have a certain elasticity. This elasticity can be imparted by the material of which the first clamping jaw 22 is made, that is, the first clamping jaw 22 can be made of a metal material or a polymer material, so as to have a certain deformation recovery capability.
Wherein the first clamping jaw 22 may comprise:
a first connection rod portion 221, one end of the first connection rod portion 221 being connected to the first tubular portion 21;
a first fastening portion 222 disposed on the other end of the first connection rod portion 221 opposite to the first tubular portion 21;
the outer wall surface of the first link portion 221 may protrude in a direction away from the central axis of the accessory tool joint 2.
As shown in fig. 2, since the outer wall surface of the first link portion 221 protrudes in a direction away from the central axis of the accessory tool joint 2, there is a certain gap between the respective first link portions 221 in a natural state when the first collar 23 does not press the first clamping jaw 22. That is, the enclosing structure surrounded by the first connecting rod parts 221 has a larger inner diameter, so that accessory tools with different specifications and sizes can conveniently extend into the working channel of the endoscope.
In practice, the end of the accessory tool is passed through the accessory tool channel in the endoscope connector and into the working channel of the endoscope, and when it reaches the target position in the patient, the practitioner can effect the fixation of the accessory tool by manipulating the first collar 23 to move in the direction of the first clamping jaw 22 and squeezing the first clamping jaw 22. Preferably, the number of first connecting rod parts 221 is greater than or equal to 3, in particular may be equal to 4, to provide a stable and reliable grip.
In the present embodiment, the width of the first fastening portion 222 may gradually decrease from the direction of the outer wall of the first fastening portion 222 toward the direction of the inner wall of the first fastening portion 222. The gradually reduced width makes a larger gap between the adjacent first fastening portions 222, so that the structure surrounded by the first fastening portions 222 has a wider range of inner diameter variation, thereby providing more clamping space. As such, there are more alternative types of accessory tools to which the endoscope connector can be connected, which can greatly improve the suitability of the endoscope connector. It can be said that the endoscope connector of the present embodiment has excellent compatibility. By adopting the endoscope connector provided by the embodiment of the application, a doctor can match with endoscopes and accessory tools of different brands according to the purpose of surgery before surgery, so that the cost is reduced and the convenience is improved.
It will be appreciated that the inner wall of the first snap-fit portion 222 may have a roughened surface to increase friction between the endoscope connector and the accessory tool, improving the reliability of the connection.
Referring to fig. 2, the first collar 23 may further include:
a first sleeve 231, the first sleeve 231 being sleeved on the first tubular portion 21;
The first closing ring 232 is connected with the first sleeve 231, and the inner diameter of the first closing ring 232 is smaller than the outer diameter of the first fastening portion 222 so as to be used for converging each first clamping claw 22.
Because the inner diameter of the first closing-in ring 232 is smaller than the outer diameter of the first fastening portion 222, the first clamping jaw 22 can accommodate the accessory tool to pass through in a natural state; when the first collar 23 is moved in the direction of the first clamping jaw 22, the first clamping jaw 22 can be pressed very easily, and as the first collar 23 is moved in the direction of the first clamping jaw 22, the gap between the first clamping jaws 22 becomes smaller, so that the accessory tool joint 2 can clamp the accessory tool tightly. Compared with the prior art, the endoscope connector can clamp accessory tools with different specifications and sizes, so that the suitability between the endoscope and the accessory tools is improved, and the treatment cost of a patient is reduced.
In this embodiment, the first collar 23 may further include:
the first orifice ring 233, the first orifice ring 232 is coupled to the first sleeve 231 through the first orifice ring 233, and an inner wall surface of the first orifice ring 233 is inclined in a direction away from a central axis of the first collar 23. Compared to the first closing-in ring 232 having a straight cylindrical shape, the inclined inner wall of the first closing-in ring 232 can also form a shape transition between the two, and the inclined surface can guide the first collar 23 to press the first clamping jaw 22, so that the first collar 23 moves more smoothly towards the first clamping jaw 22.
Preferably, the slope of the first collar 233 may be less than or equal to the slope of the first link portion 221 in a natural state, and the tightening degree of the first link portion 221 may be effectively controlled by controlling the slope of the first collar 233.
The inventor of the present application has found that a doctor needs to fix an endoscope with one hand and operate an accessory tool such as a biopsy forceps or a ferrule with one hand when performing an operation. In surgery, it is sometimes also necessary to replace different accessory tools. Thus, the operation of the endoscope requires the assistance of other personnel and is inconvenient to be independently performed.
With the endoscope connector provided by the embodiment, during biopsy and treatment, the following steps can be performed:
1. connecting the endoscope connector 3 with an endoscope;
2. placing an accessory tool and adjusting the length of the head end of the accessory tool extending from the head end of the endoscope; the accessory tool is secured by the accessory tool joint 2. Specifically, the first collar 23 may be rotated to be released, then the accessory tool may be installed, and then the first clamping jaw 22 may be pressed by the first collar 23 to be retracted and press the accessory tool to achieve the fixation;
3. when the accessory tool needs to be replaced or adjusted, the first collar 23 may be loosened and the first collar 23 re-clamped after the replacement or adjustment.
In the technical scheme of the application, a good clamping effect can be formed on the accessory tool by means of the accessory tool joint 2, and the accessory tool can be conveniently released and replaced only by rotating and loosening the first lantern ring 23 in operation. Therefore, the endoscope connector provided by the application can also reduce the labor investment and improve the convenience of use.
Second embodiment
The inventors of the present application found that when the first clamping jaw 22 is contracted by the first collar 23, the first collar 23 and the first clamping jaw 22 can be fastened to each other by friction. However, the tightening is only by friction, and the effect is not very good.
In view of this, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present application proposes an endoscope connector, which is a further improvement of the first embodiment, and the main improvement is that the first tubular portion 21 of the present embodiment may be provided with a first engaging portion 211, the first collar 23 is provided with a first engaged portion 235, and when the first engaging portion 211 and the first engaged portion 235 are engaged with each other, the first collar 23 presses the first clamping jaw 22.
The first engaging portion 211 may be a plurality of snap rings provided on the first tubular portion 21, and the snap rings may be provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the first tubular portion 21. Meanwhile, the first engaged portion 235 may be a plurality of engaging grooves provided on the inner wall of the first collar 23. The spacing of the snap rings and the spacing of the snap grooves may be maintained in unison, which enables the snap rings to maintain a snap relationship with one another when engaged in the snap grooves. The plurality of snap rings not only increase the fastening degree of the snap connection, but also can be used to adjust the position of the first collar 23 in the axial direction of the first tubular portion 21, thereby adjusting the tightening degree of the first tension ring 233. Specifically, when the first clamp claw 22 needs to be tightened, only the first collar 23 needs to be moved in the direction of the first clamp claw 22; when the first clamping jaw 22 needs to be released, the first collar 23 only needs to be moved away from the first clamping jaw 22.
The first lantern ring 23 is connected with the first clamping claw 22 in a clamping manner, so that the first lantern ring 23 and the first clamping claw have good fastening effect, and accessory tools caused by the slipping of the first lantern ring 23 can be effectively prevented from loosening in the using process of the endoscope. In addition, when the clamping connection mode is adopted, the first clamping claw 22 can be opened and closed only by pushing the first lantern ring 23, and the operation is very convenient.
Preferably, a plurality of rows of first ribs 234 may be provided on the first collar 23 at intervals in the circumferential direction or the axial direction thereof to increase the friction of the first collar 23. Slip is more likely to occur because the physician needs to wear sterile gloves when handling the endoscope. The first rib 234 according to the embodiment of the present application provides a sufficient force application area and a convenient force application angle for the hands of the doctor, thereby preventing slipping. It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 3, when the first collar 23 is engaged with the first clamping jaw 22, the first ribs 234 are preferably disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the first collar 23.
In addition to the engagement structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first collar 23 of the present embodiment may be screwed onto the first tubular portion 21, and the position of the first collar 23 in the axial direction of the first tubular portion 21 may be adjusted by screw threads. The first collar 23 is connected to the first clamping jaw 22 by means of a screw connection, and the screw thread is less likely to slip than the clamping connection, so that the tightening performance will be better, although it sacrifices a certain convenience.
Specifically, by rotating the first collar 23 so as to step on the thread, the position of the first collar 23 in the axial direction of the first tubular portion 21 can be adjusted, and the tightening degree of the first tension ring 233 can be changed as well. The rotation operation is continuous and more controllable, so that the screw joint has better universality compared with the clamping joint.
It will be appreciated that the first ribs 234 are spaced circumferentially along the first collar 23 as the first collar 23 is threadably engaged with the first clamping jaw 22 to better conform to the direction of application of force by the practitioner.
Embodiment III
The endoscope connector provided by the embodiment of the application is provided with an endoscope connector 3 in addition to the accessory tool connector 2, and the endoscope connector 3 is used for being connected to a working channel inlet of an endoscope. In the first and second embodiments described above, the specific structure of the endoscope connector 3 is not described in detail. This is because the fixed interfaces provided by the working channel entrances of endoscopes are different from one brand to another, and a person skilled in the art can use the endoscope connector 3 matched with various endoscopes in the prior art according to actual needs. However, if the endoscope connector is applied to only a single brand of endoscope, the versatility is still not good enough.
A third embodiment of the present application, which is a further improvement of the first or second embodiment, proposes an endoscope connector, the main improvement being that, referring to fig. 2, an endoscope connector 3 includes:
a second tubular portion 31, connected to the connecting element 1,
a plurality of second gripper claws 32 provided on the second tubular portion 31 in the circumferential direction of the second tubular portion 31;
the second collar 33 is sleeved on the second tubular portion 31, the second collar 33 can move along the axial direction of the second tubular portion 31, and when the second collar 33 moves towards the second clamping jaw 32, the second clamping jaw 32 is extruded, so that each second clamping jaw 32 is contracted towards the central axis direction of the endoscope connector 3, and the working channel inlet of the endoscope is clamped.
The second collar 33 provided in the present embodiment is capable of moving in the direction of the second holding claws 32 and pressing the second holding claws 32 so that the second holding claws 32 converge in the direction of the central axis of the endoscope connector 3 to clamp the endoscope. Compared with the prior art, the endoscope connector of the embodiment can be connected with endoscopes of different brands and different specifications and sizes, and the suitability of the endoscope and accessory tools is improved.
The second gripper jaw 32 may have a certain elasticity in order to facilitate the retraction of the second gripper jaw 32. This elasticity can be imparted by the material of which the second gripper jaw 32 is made, that is, the second gripper jaw 32 can be made of a metal material or a polymer material, so as to have a certain deformation recovery capability.
Since the kind of the endoscope is smaller than that of the accessory tool, the range of the diameter of the connection portion of the endoscope and the connector is relatively controllable, and thus the gap between the second holding claws 32 can be smaller. That is, the number of second clamping jaws 32 may be greater than the first clamping jaw 22. By providing a greater number of second holding claws 32, the connection stability of the endoscope connector to the endoscope can be further improved.
In the present embodiment, the second gripper jaw 32 may include:
a second connection rod portion 321, one end of the second connection rod portion 321 being connected to the second tubular portion 31;
a second fastening portion 322 disposed on the other end of the second connecting rod portion 321 opposite to the second tubular portion 31;
the outer wall surface of the second connection rod portion 321 protrudes in a direction away from the central axis of the endoscopic adapter 3.
As shown in fig. 2, since the outer wall surface of the second link portion 321 protrudes in a direction away from the central axis of the endoscopic joint 3, there is a certain gap between the respective second link portions 321 in a natural state when the second collar 33 does not press the second clamping jaw 32. That is, the enclosing structure surrounded by the second connecting rod portions 321 has a larger inner diameter so as to be connected with endoscopes of different specifications and sizes.
The width of the second fastening portion 322 may gradually decrease from the direction of the outer wall of the second fastening portion 322 toward the direction of the inner wall of the second fastening portion 322. The gradually reduced width makes a larger gap between the adjacent second fastening portions 322, so that the structure surrounded by the second fastening portions 322 has a wider range of inner diameter variation, thereby providing more clamping space. In this way, there are more alternative types of endoscopes to which the endoscope connector can be connected, which can greatly improve the suitability of the endoscope connector.
Preferably, the inner wall of the second fastening part 322 may have a rough surface to increase friction between the endoscope connector and the endoscope, improving reliability of connection.
Referring to fig. 2, the second collar 33 may further include:
a second sleeve 331, the second sleeve 331 being sleeved on the second tubular portion 31;
And a second closing ring 332 connected to the second sleeve 331, wherein an inner diameter of the second closing ring 332 is smaller than an outer diameter of the second fastening portion 322 for closing each second clamping jaw 32.
Since the inner diameter of the second closing ring 332 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second fastening portion 322, the second clamping jaw 32 can clamp the working channel inlet of the endoscope in a natural state; when the second collar 33 is moved in the direction of the second holding claws 32, the second holding claws 32 can be pressed very easily, and as the second collar 33 is moved in the direction of the second holding claws 32, the gap between the second holding claws 32 becomes smaller, so that the endoscope joint 3 can tightly hold the working channel entrance of the endoscope. Compared with the prior art, the endoscope connector can clamp the working channel inlets of endoscopes with different sizes, so that the suitability between the endoscopes is improved, and the treatment cost of patients is reduced.
The second collar 33 may further include:
the second orifice ring 333, the second orifice ring 332 is connected to the second sleeve 331 through the second orifice ring 333, and an inner wall surface of the second orifice ring 333 is inclined in a direction away from a central axis of the second collar 33.
The inclined inner wall of the second closing ring 332 may also form a shape transition therebetween, compared to the second closing ring 332 having a straight cylindrical shape, and the inclined surface may guide the second collar 33 to press the second clamping jaw 32, so that the second collar 33 moves more smoothly toward the second clamping jaw 32.
The slope of the second opening ring 333 may be smaller than or equal to the slope of the second connecting rod portion 321 in the natural state, and by controlling the slope of the second opening ring 333, the tightening degree of the second connecting rod portion 321 may be effectively controlled.
With the endoscope connector provided by the embodiment, during biopsy and treatment, the following steps can be performed:
1. the endoscope connector 3 is connected with the endoscope, specifically, the second collar 33 can be rotated to loosen the endoscope connector, then an accessory tool is installed, and the second clamping claw 32 is extruded by the second collar 33 to retract and press the accessory tool so as to realize fixation;
2. placing an accessory tool and adjusting the length of the head end of the accessory tool extending from the head end of the endoscope; the accessory tool is secured by the accessory tool joint 2. Specifically, the first collar 23 may be rotated to be released, then the accessory tool may be installed, and then the first clamping jaw 22 may be pressed by the first collar 23 to be retracted and press the accessory tool to achieve the fixation;
3. when the accessory tool needs to be replaced or adjusted, the first collar 23 may be loosened and the first collar 23 re-clamped after the replacement or adjustment.
Fourth embodiment
The inventors of the present application found that the second collar 33 and the second gripper jaw 32 can be fastened to each other by friction force when the second gripper jaw 32 is contracted by the second collar 33. However, the tightening effect of friction force is not good only since then.
In view of this, a fourth embodiment of the present application proposes an endoscope connector, which is a further improvement of the third embodiment, and the main improvement is that, as shown in fig. 3, the second tubular portion 31 of the present embodiment may be provided with a second engaging portion 311, the second collar 33 is provided with a second engaged portion 335, and when the second engaging portion 311 and the second engaged portion 335 are engaged with each other, the second collar 33 presses the second clamping jaw 32.
The second engaging portion 311 may be a plurality of snap rings disposed on the second tubular portion 31, and the snap rings may be disposed at intervals along the length direction of the second tubular portion 31. Meanwhile, the second engaged portion 335 may be a plurality of engaging grooves provided on the inner wall of the second collar 33. The spacing of the snap rings and the spacing of the snap grooves may be maintained in unison, which enables the snap rings to maintain a snap relationship with one another when engaged in the snap grooves. The plurality of snap rings not only increase the fastening degree of the snap connection, but also can be used to adjust the position of the second collar 33 in the axial direction of the second tubular portion 31, thereby adjusting the tightening degree of the second opening ring 333. Specifically, when the second clamp jaw 32 needs to be tightened, only the second collar 33 needs to be moved in the direction of the second clamp jaw 32; when the second clamping jaw 32 needs to be released, the second collar 33 need only be moved away from the second clamping jaw 32.
The second lantern ring 33 is connected with the second clamping claw 32 in a clamping manner, so that the second lantern ring 33 and the second clamping claw have good fastening effect, and accessories caused by the slipping of the second lantern ring 33 can be effectively prevented from loosening in the using process of the endoscope. In addition, when the clamping connection is adopted, the second clamping claw 32 can be opened and closed only by pushing the second lantern ring 33, and the operation is very convenient.
Preferably, the second collar 33 may be provided with a plurality of rows of second ribs 334 at intervals along its circumferential direction or axial direction to increase the friction of the second collar 33. Slip is more likely to occur because the physician needs to wear sterile gloves when handling the endoscope. The second rib 334 according to the embodiment of the present application provides a sufficient force application area and a convenient force application angle for the hands of the doctor, thereby preventing slipping. It will be appreciated that the second ribs 334 are preferably disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the second collar 33 when the second collar 33 is engaged with the second clamping jaw 32.
In addition to the engagement structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second collar 33 may be screwed on the second tubular portion 31, and the position of the second collar 33 in the axial direction of the second tubular portion 31 may be adjusted by screw threads. The second collar 33 is connected to the second gripper jaw 32 by means of a screw connection, whereby the screw thread is less likely to slip than the snap connection, so that the tightening will be better, although it sacrifices a certain convenience.
Specifically, by rotating the second collar 33 so as to step on the screw thread, the position of the second collar 33 in the axial direction of the second tubular portion 31 can be adjusted, and the degree of tightening of the second orifice ring 333 can be changed as well. The rotation operation is continuous and more controllable, so that the screw joint has better universality compared with the clamping joint.
It will be appreciated that the second ribs 334 are spaced circumferentially along the second collar 33 to better follow the direction of application of force by the practitioner when the second collar 33 is threaded with the second clamping jaw 32.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that most endoscopic connectors are provided with grooves 4 for mating connection with other tools, as shown in fig. 4. Therefore, preferably, the inner wall of the second fastening portion 322 at the side far away from the second connecting rod portion 321 in this embodiment may be provided with a protrusion 322a, where the protrusion 322a is used to be clamped into the groove 4 reserved at the entrance of the working channel of the endoscope, so that the endoscope connector and the endoscope can be prevented from moving relatively after being screwed, and the reliability of connection between the endoscope and the endoscope connector 3 is improved.
Fifth embodiment
A fifth embodiment of the present application also provides an endoscope connector. The fifth embodiment is a further improvement of any one of the first to fourth embodiments. The main improvement is that in the fifth embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the connector 1 may include:
The fastening piece 11, the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13, wherein one of the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 is connected with the accessory tool joint 2, and the other is connected with the endoscope joint 3. For example, in fig. 2, the first connecting rod 12 is connected to the accessory tool joint 2, the second connecting rod 13 is connected to the endoscope joint 3, and the two can be interchanged.
The first connecting rod 12 is sleeved on the second connecting rod 13, and the fastening piece 11 is used for fixing the relative positions of the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13.
The fastening member 11 may be a fastening screw, and the fastening member 11 passes through a screw hole formed on the first connecting rod 12 and abuts against the second connecting rod 13 to fix the relative positions of the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13.
Referring to fig. 2, one of the first and second connecting rods 12 and 13 is provided with a guide rail 14 along the axial direction, and the other connecting rod is provided with a guide post 15 corresponding to the guide rail 14, and the guide post 15 is embedded into the guide rail 14 to limit the direction of the relative movement of the first and second connecting rods 12 and 13.
The guide post 15 may be a screw as shown in fig. 2, or may be a protruding structure formed on the extension bar. When the guide posts 15 correspondingly arranged on the connecting rods in the embodiment are clamped into the guide rails 14, the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 12 can be prevented from rotating relatively, and further, the accessory tool is prevented from being distorted. Moreover, the restriction of the position between the first and second connection rods 12, 12 in the rotational direction also facilitates the rotation or snap-in operation of the first collar 23.
In addition, after the elastic fixing member 11 is rotated, the length of the accessory tool extending from the endoscope working channel can be changed by adjusting the relative positions of the first and second connection rods 12 and 13. The present embodiment enables stepless adjustment of the accessory tool by the provision of the tightening piece 11.
Typically, the accessory tool is advanced into the working channel of the endoscope with its head end slightly protruding from the head end of the endoscope, thereby defining the length of the accessory tool that is required to remain at the tail end during surgery. During operation, the accessory tool is extended into and connected by the endoscope connector according to the predetermined reserved length, so that preoperative preparation of the accessory tool can be completed at high speed and high efficiency.
The two ends of the guide rail 14 of the present embodiment may be provided so as not to penetrate the provided extension bars, so that the first and second extension bars 12 and 13 remain connected even if the first extension bar 12 moves to the extreme position away from the second extension bar 13.
In operation, it is sometimes necessary to adjust the length of extension of the accessory tool over two or more ranges, where the switching of extension can be recorded and accomplished by means of the splines 16. Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the second connecting rod 13 may be provided with a plurality of positioning clamping grooves 17 at intervals along its axial direction;
The endoscope connector further includes: the positioning sheet 16, the positioning sheet 16 can be clamped in the positioning clamping groove 17. When the first connecting rod 12 moves relative to the second connecting rod 13, the movement of the first connecting rod can be blocked by the positioning sheet 16. Therefore, the positioning plate 16 is clamped into the same positioning slot 17 each time, so that the position of the first connecting rod 12 relative to the second connecting rod 13 can be fixed.
In actual use, two or more splines 16 may be provided, each spline 16 being used to determine a relative position of the first link 12 with respect to the second link 13, which may enable multi-stage length adjustment for a particular accessory tool. This embodiment indirectly realizes the memory of the length of the endoscope emerging from the head end of the accessory tool through the locating plate 16, improving the safety and accuracy of biopsy and treatment.
For the snap fit engagement of the splines 16 with the detents 17, a variety of possible engagement configurations may be employed. For example, the positioning piece 16 can be a metal snap spring with certain elasticity, has a single-side opening, and is elastically clamped into the positioning clamping groove 17 by the positioning piece.
In the example of fig. 5 and 6, a clamping structure is schematically shown, in which the positioning clamping grooves 17 are arranged in pairs on opposite sides of the second connecting rod 13, the positioning plate 16 includes a release end 161 and a clamping end 162 connected to each other, the clamping end 162 has two clamping walls 162b parallel to each other, and the clamping walls 162b are clamped into the positioning clamping grooves 17 to fix the position of the positioning plate 16;
The positioning piece 16 can be pushed to slide the clamping wall 162b out of the positioning clamping groove 17, and the release end 161 surrounds the second connecting rod 13. Since the inner diameter of the release end 161 is larger than the outer diameter of the second connecting rod 13, the positioning piece 16 can move freely along the axial direction of the second connecting rod 13, and when the release end is required to be separated from the positioning clamping groove 17, the positioning piece 16 is only required to be pushed to slide the clamping wall 162b out of the positioning clamping groove 17, and the release end 161 surrounds the second connecting rod 13.
Further, the positioning sheet 16 may have elasticity. When the positioning sheet 16 has elasticity, the positioning sheet 16 can be directly pushed to realize position switching among the positioning clamping grooves 17, so that convenience is improved.
Further, a positioning protrusion 171 may be disposed in the positioning slot 17, and a positioning groove 162a may be correspondingly disposed on the engaging wall 162b, where the positioning protrusion 171 may be inserted into the positioning groove 162a to fix the relative position of the positioning plate 16, so as to prevent the positioning plate 16 from sliding out of the positioning slot 17.
With the endoscope connector provided by the embodiment, during biopsy and treatment, the following steps can be performed:
1. the endoscope connector 3 is connected with the endoscope, specifically, the second collar 33 can be rotated to loosen the endoscope connector, then an accessory tool is installed, and the second clamping claw 32 is extruded by the second collar 33 to retract and press the accessory tool so as to realize fixation;
2. The accessory tool is secured by the accessory tool joint 2. Specifically, the first collar 23 may be rotated to be released, then the accessory tool may be installed, and then the first clamping jaw 22 may be pressed by the first collar 23 to be retracted and press the accessory tool to achieve the fixation;
3. the length of the head end of the accessory tool extending out of the head end of the endoscope can be adjusted by adjusting the relative distance between the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13, and the current position of the accessory tool can be recorded by embedding the positioning sheet 16 into the positioning clamping groove 17;
4. when the accessory tool needs to be adjusted, the positioning clamping groove 17 embedded by the positioning sheet 16 can be switched, and the relative distance between the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 can be accurately adjusted, so that the quantitative adjustment of the position of the accessory tool is realized.
5. When an accessory tool needs to be replaced, the first collar 23 can be loosened and the first collar 23 re-clamped after replacement or adjustment.
Along with the appearance of a plurality of novel interventional diagnosis and treatment technologies, the endoscope can be matched with a plurality of technical platforms for use, for example, the electromagnetic navigation platform is used for navigating the movement of the endoscope in a human body, so that the accuracy of interventional diagnosis and treatment is ensured. Therefore, the endoscope connector in this embodiment may also be connected to a diagnosis and treatment tool matched with the electromagnetic navigation platform, which is not described herein.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the application is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present application may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the application being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
