In this embodiment, the terminal may receive, through a 5G message or a communication network, a first record file corresponding to the first user sent by the server, so as to obtain record information of product purchase of the first user, that is, numerical value transfer information of the first user.
In this embodiment, since the terminal is capable of sending an information acquisition request triggered by the first user to the server, receiving the indication information sent by the server when receiving the information acquisition request, and sending the user information of the first user to the server in response to the indication information, the terminal is capable of receiving a first record file corresponding to the first user, which is sent by the server in response to the information acquisition request when the user information is verified, where the first record file includes numerical value transfer information of the first user, so that the user is prevented from being limited by acquisition when needing to acquire a product purchase record, and can quickly and conveniently acquire the corresponding product purchase record.
In the above scenario of constructing the file database, the terminal may send the second record file of the second user to the server. In one embodiment, the method further comprises: transmitting a second record file of a second user to the server; the second record file comprises user information of a second user and numerical value transfer information corresponding to the second user.
The second user refers to a user who purchases a product in the electronic channel, the numerical value transfer information corresponding to the second user refers to a second screen recording file for purchasing the product, and the second recording file refers to user information of the second user and the numerical value transfer information corresponding to the second user.
In this embodiment, after a user purchases a product on various electronic channels, a terminal corresponding to each electronic channel may establish a correspondence between user information of a second user and numerical transfer information corresponding to the second user according to a screen recording file of the user purchasing the product and user information of the user, take the correspondence as a second recording file, and send the second recording file to a server.
As an alternative embodiment, if the storage system is integrated in the server that receives the information acquisition request, the terminal may send the second record file to the server that receives the information acquisition request, and the server stores the received second record file in the storage system, so that a file database is generated in the storage system.
As another alternative embodiment, if the storage system is integrated in a server or a computer device other than the server that receives the information acquisition request, the terminal may also send the second record file to the other server or the computer device, and the other server or the computer device stores the received second record file in the storage system, so that the file database is generated in the storage system.
In this embodiment, the terminal sends the second record file of the second user to the server, so that the server can construct a file database containing the user information of the second user and the numerical value transfer information corresponding to the second user according to the received second record file, after receiving the information acquisition request, the terminal can verify the user information of the first user triggering the information acquisition request according to the file database, and under the condition that the user information of the first user passes the verification, the terminal responds to the information acquisition request to send the first record file corresponding to the first user to the target terminal, so as to further meet the requirement that the user can acquire the corresponding product purchase record quickly and conveniently.

In one embodiment, a terminal is provided, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 13. The terminal includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input device. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the terminal is adapted to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the terminal includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the terminal is used for exchanging information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the terminal is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an information interaction method. The display unit of the computer device is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device. The display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the terminal can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the terminal shell, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structures shown in fig. 12 and 13 are block diagrams of only portions of structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and are not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements are applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a server is provided that includes a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
transmitting indication information to a target terminal under the condition that an information acquisition request transmitted by the target terminal is received; the indication information is used for indicating the target terminal to send the user information of the first user triggering the information acquisition request to the server;
receiving user information sent by a target terminal;

In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
Responding to an information acquisition request, and acquiring a first record file from a storage system;
and sending the first record file to the target terminal in the form of a 5G message.

In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
Transmitting indication information to a target terminal under the condition that an information acquisition request transmitted by the target terminal is received; the indication information is used for indicating the target terminal to send the user information of the first user triggering the information acquisition request to the server;
receiving user information sent by a target terminal;
under the condition that the user information verification is passed, responding to an information acquisition request, and transmitting a first record file corresponding to a first user to a target terminal; the first record file includes numerical transfer information of the first user.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
responding to an information acquisition request, and acquiring a first record file from a storage system;
and sending the first record file to the target terminal in the form of a 5G message.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (12)

1. An information interaction method, characterized in that the method comprises:
transmitting indication information to a target terminal under the condition that an information acquisition request transmitted by the target terminal is received; the indication information is used for indicating the target terminal to send the user information of the first user triggering the information acquisition request to a server;
receiving the user information sent by the target terminal;
Under the condition that the user information verification is passed, responding to the information acquisition request, and transmitting a first record file corresponding to the first user to the target terminal; the first record file includes numerical transfer information of the first user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the transmitting, in response to the information acquisition request, the first record file corresponding to the first user to the target terminal includes:
responding to the information acquisition request, and acquiring the first record file from a storage system;
and sending the first record file to the target terminal in the form of a 5G message.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the retrieving the first record file from the storage system in response to the information retrieval request comprises:
responding to the information acquisition request, and sending an acquisition instruction to a storage system; the acquisition instruction comprises the user information;
receiving the first record file sent by the storage system; the first record file is determined by the storage system based on the user information and a preset file database; the file database comprises user information of the first user and numerical value transfer information corresponding to the first user.
4. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
receiving a second record file of a second user sent by a terminal; the second record file comprises user information of the second user and numerical value transfer information corresponding to the second user;
and sending the second record file to the storage system so that the storage system generates the file database based on the second record file.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
determining whether the user information of the second user is included in the pre-stored user information of the second user;
if yes, determining that the user information is verified.
6. An information interaction method, characterized in that the method comprises:
sending an information acquisition request triggered by a first user to a server;
receiving indication information sent by the server; the indication information is sent by the server under the condition that the information acquisition request is received;
transmitting user information of the first user to the server in response to the indication information;
receiving a first record file corresponding to the first user, which is sent by the server; the first record file is sent by the server in response to the information acquisition request under the condition that the user information verification is passed; the first record file includes numerical transfer information of the first user.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
transmitting a second record file of a second user to the server; the second record file comprises user information of the second user and numerical value transfer information corresponding to the second user.
8. An information interaction device, the device comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending indication information to the target terminal under the condition that an information acquisition request sent by the target terminal is received; the indication information is used for indicating the target terminal to send the user information of the first user triggering the information acquisition request to a server;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the user information sent by the target terminal;
the second sending module is used for responding to the information acquisition request and sending a first record file corresponding to the first user to the target terminal under the condition that the user information is verified; the first record file includes numerical transfer information of the first user.
9. An information interaction device, the device comprising:
the third sending module is used for sending an information acquisition request triggered by the first user to the server;
