In some preferred embodiments of the present application, the lengths of the door bodies 21 of the first and second door bodies 23 and 24 are matched with the opening length of the storage chamber 11, and the lengths of the explosion-proof panels 22 of the outer surfaces of the first and second door bodies 23 and 24 are greater than the opening length of the storage chamber 11, when the door bodies 21 are matched and engaged with the opening of the storage chamber 11, the upper and lower edges of the explosion-proof panels 22 of the outer surfaces of the door bodies 21 protrude from the opening of the storage chamber 11 and are attached to the surfaces of the cabinet body 1 on the upper and lower sides of the opening of the storage chamber 11, so that the gap between the door bodies 21 and the opening of the storage chamber 11 is covered, leakage of gas from the gap between the door bodies 21 and the opening of the storage chamber 11 is further prevented, and the tightness of the automatic chemical vending machine is improved.

The explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 may include a lock core 61, a control device and a power supply, where the power supply may be integrally formed with the control device, or may be set as two independent electrical appliances, the power supply may also be an external power supply selectively set outside the chemical vending machine, where the lock core 61 of the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 may be a commercially available lock core, where the lock core 61 of the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 may be illustrated as a lock core with a retractable lock tongue 611, where the lock core 61 may be set at an edge of the cabinet door 2, the lock core 61 may be extended and retracted from the edge of the door body to the lock tongue 611, and correspondingly, a locking groove 18 into which the lock tongue 611 enters is formed on an inner wall of the storage chamber 11, and particularly, the lock core 61 is in communication connection with the control device, and may receive a control instruction of the control device to control the cabinet door 2 to automatically lock and unlock, i.e., after receiving the locking instruction of the control device, the lock tongue 611 extends into the locking groove 18 to lock the cabinet door 2, and after receiving the unlocking instruction of the control device, the lock tongue 611 retracts to unlock, thereby completing automatic opening and closing of the cabinet door 2 without manual assistance. Meanwhile, the lock core 61 of the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 is further provided with a mechanical lock hole 612, and can be unlocked manually in response to the mechanical lock hole 612, so that unlocking of the chemical vending machine can be completed under emergency conditions such as power failure or faults. Preferably, the lock core 61 of the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 may be built in the hollow cavity of the door main body 21, and the mechanical lock hole 612 is disposed in a manner protruding from the surface of the cabinet door 2. In this embodiment, in a manner matching with the double-opening cabinet door 2 in this embodiment, the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 may include two lock cylinders 61, which are respectively disposed on the upper edge and the lower edge of the hollow cavity of the first door body 23, and because of the closing manner in which the first overlapping piece 231 and the second overlapping piece 241 are mutually pressed, the stable locking effect can be achieved only by locking on the first door body 23, and the double locking can be performed from the upper side and the lower side of the first door body 23, and the tightness of the cabinet door 2 when being closed can be further improved by matching with the overlapping piece, and the power wire can be directly connected with the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 in the hollow cavity, so that the power wire is not exposed on the surface of the cabinet door 2, and the mechanical lock hole 612 protrudes out of the surface of the cabinet door 2, so that the manual unlocking operation is more convenient for the user.
In addition, the control device and the power supply of the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock 6 can be integrally arranged in the explosion-proof electrical box 4, and can also be used as separate electrical components, in some preferred embodiments, the control device and the power supply are all arranged in the explosion-proof electrical box 4, so that better electrical integration is realized, compact structure is achieved, and the separation of the electrical appliance and the storage chamber 11 can be ensured in the explosion-proof electrical box 4, in other preferred embodiments, openings through which wires can pass are formed in the front side wall and the left side wall and the right side wall of the explosion-proof electrical box 4, for example, in some embodiments, a limit groove 41 is formed in the front side wall of the explosion-proof electrical box 4, wires connected with a lock cylinder in the cabinet door 2 can enter the explosion-proof electrical box 4 through the limit groove 41 in the front side wall of the explosion-proof electrical box 4, and the wires in the explosion-proof electrical box 4 are led out of the cabinet main body 1 directly from the wire holes 15 of the left side wall and the right side wall, therefore, the external power supply can be further adopted, the wires between the control device and the external power supply can be connected through the wire holes 15, the external power supply can be adopted, the explosion-proof electrical appliance can be saved in a lower level, the cost and the electrical appliance can be prevented from being separated from the storage chamber 11, and the dangerous electrical components can be prevented from being connected with the storage chamber 11.
It should be noted that the chemical vending machine in this embodiment further has an explosion-proof proximity switch 16 disposed on a side surface of the cabinet body 1 corresponding to the cabinet door 2, so that the distance between the side surface of the cabinet body 1 corresponding to the cabinet door 2 and the cabinet door 2 can be detected, that is, after the detection value of the weighing sensor 3 is not changed any more, the user can take the chemical vending machine completely, and the distance between the cabinet door 2 and the cabinet body 1 is detected through the explosion-proof proximity switch 16, so that whether the cabinet door 2 is closed is confirmed, and the chemical vending machine can ensure that the cabinet door 2 can reach the locking position to be locked and closed after the vending is completed every time under the condition of unmanned management.
Third embodiment
A third embodiment of the present application provides a chemical vending machine capable of conducting out static electricity carried by a human body before a user opens a cabinet door 2, on the basis of the chemical vending machine in the above-described embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer surface of the cabinet door 2 of the chemical vending machine is provided with a metal door handle 7, the metal door handle 7 comprises a hand holding part 71 and a fixing part 72, the hand holding part 71 is arranged towards a user for being held by the hand, the fixing part 72 is provided with a mounting structure which is mutually fixed with the cabinet door 2 at one end of the metal door handle 7 far away from the user, in particular, in the embodiment, the fixing part 72 of the metal door handle 7 and the surface of the cabinet door 2 are provided with fixing holes 73 which correspondingly penetrate, a metal screw penetrates through an insulating and corrosion-proof layer on the cabinet door 2 to be screwed into the fixing holes 73, one end of a grounding wire is connected with the tip of the metal screw, and the other end of the grounding wire is connected with the grounding end of the explosion-proof electrical box. Specifically, the insulating anti-corrosion layer can cover all the surfaces of the cabinet door 2 except the positions corresponding to the fixing holes 73 of the metal door handle 7, so that the insulating anti-corrosion effect on the cabinet door 2 can be guaranteed, the metal door handle 7 can directly contact with the cabinet door 2 through the fixing holes 73 by metal screws, and the metal screws can be connected with a grounding wire in the hollow cavity after penetrating through the explosion-proof panel 22 of the door main body 21 and entering the hollow cavity of the door main body 21. Preferably, the outer surface of the hand-holding portion 71 of the metal door handle 7 is also sprayed with an insulating corrosion-preventing layer, so that the corrosion of the metal door handle 7 is avoided while the static electricity conducting performance of the metal door handle 7 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the electrostatic discharge path in the chemical vending machine is as follows: the metal door handle 7 is grabbed by the staff, static is transferred to the metal door handle 7 by the staff, and pass through the metal screw of metal door handle 7, pass the insulating anticorrosive coating and conduct to the earthing wire in the cabinet door 2, transfer to the earthing terminal (not shown) of flameproof electrical apparatus box 4 via the earthing wire, the earthing terminal can be the conductor structure of ground, or the inside earthing wire of flameproof electrical apparatus box 4, it is unlimited here, thereby can all carry out static to the human body before opening the chemical vending machine at every turn, can avoid human static accumulation and form the ignition source to initiate conflagration or explosion better, and can rely on the structure of chemical vending machine itself to carry out static to derive, need not to set up in addition static derivation device, and is simple in structure, and is also more convenient.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the back structure of the metal door handle 7 provided in the present embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 5, the fixing portion 72 of the metal door handle 7 of the chemical vending machine according to the present embodiment may have a rectangular closed cavity structure, and has a handle mounting surface (a surface facing a user) and a door mounting surface 74 (i.e., a rear surface of the metal door handle 7) parallel to each other, the hand grip portion 71 is formed as a hidden handle, and is mounted on the handle mounting surface in an embedded manner, the door mounting surface 74 is attached to the cabinet door 2, and a fixing hole 73 corresponding to the penetrating hole is formed, so that the fixing portion can be screwed through the door mounting surface 74 and the surface of the cabinet door 2 by using a metal screw, preferably four fixing holes 73 are formed at four corners of the door mounting surface 74 of the fixing portion 72, respectively, so that stability of the fixing structure of the metal door handle 7 and the cabinet door 2 can be improved.
In this embodiment, based on the structure of the metal door handle 7, the screw head of the metal screw can be disposed in the cavity of the fixing portion 72, so that after the metal door handle 7 is mounted, the outer surface of the fixing portion 72 of the metal door handle 7 can be directly painted without additionally separating the screw head of the metal screw for painting, and the outer surface of the metal door handle 7 can be formed into a monolithic plane, which is more attractive.
Fourth embodiment
The fourth embodiment of the present application provides a chemical vending machine capable of protecting and separating a wire between a cabinet door 2 and an explosion-proof electrical box 4 on the basis of the chemical vending machine in the second or third embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a schematic partial structure of the chemical vending machine according to the present embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 6, a hollow tube 8 is further disposed between the cabinet door 2 and the cabinet body 1 of the chemical vending machine, the hollow tube 8 may be any tubular structure having a through passage, for example, may be a hollow circular tube structure as shown in fig. 6, or may be any other shape such as a hollow cone, a hollow square tube, etc. all suitable for the present application, one end of the hollow tube 8 is hinged with the cabinet door 2, the other end is connected in a limit slot 41 of the cabinet body 1, and can move along the limit slot 41, specifically, the limit slot 41 may have an open end 41b and a closed end 41a, the open end 41b is close to the cabinet door 2, the closed end 41a is far away from the cabinet door 2, when the cabinet door 2 is closed, the hollow tube 8 is located at the closed end 41a, and a side wall close to the flameproof electrical box 4 is in a folded state, when cabinet door 2 is opened, hollow tube 8 removes to opening end 41b in spacing groove 41, hollow tube 8 becomes braced state by folding state, first door body 23 is rotatory to be opened around articulated limit, when hollow tube 8 is located opening end 41b, hollow tube 8 supports in cabinet door 2 and the lateral wall of flame proof electrical apparatus box 4, cabinet door 2 can't continue to open, preferably, when hollow tube 8 is located opening end 41b, the contained angle of cabinet door 2 internal surface and spacing groove 41 place surface is 60-100, consequently this hollow tube 8 can play the limiting effect, avoid cabinet door 2 to open when excessively overturned and collide with adjacent cabinet or other objects, thereby reduce cabinet door 2 and collide with the impact and produce the risk of ignition source.
In particular, the wires of the electrical equipment on the cabinet door 2 can be electrically connected with the electrical equipment in the flameproof electrical box 4 after passing through the hollow tube 8, for example, in some preferred embodiments, the power supply of the flameproof electromagnetic lock 6 is arranged in the flameproof electrical box 4, the connecting wires between the lock core 61 and the power supply pass through the hollow tube 8, and in other preferred embodiments, the grounding wires connected with the metal screws of the metal door handle 7 are also connected with the grounding end in the flameproof electrical box 4 in a manner of passing through the hollow tube 8, so that bending damage in the opening and closing process of the cabinet door 2 can be avoided, and meanwhile, the hollow tube 8 can also play a role of separating the wires from the storage chamber 11, so that the safety of the automatic chemical vending machine is improved.
Fifth embodiment
The fifth embodiment of the present application provides a chemical vending machine capable of better ensuring safe operation of the electrical components in the flameproof electrical box 4 on the basis of the chemical vending machine in any of the above embodiments.
Fig. 7 is a schematic top oblique view of the chemical vending machine according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the flameproof electrical box 4 further has an inspection opening 42, the inspection opening 42 is covered with an inspection top cover 43 with a matched shape, and the inspection opening 42 and the inspection top cover 43 are both disposed at one end of the cabinet body 1 far away from the storage chamber 11, that is, at the top of the cabinet body 1, so as to further avoid the communication between the flameproof electrical box 4 and the storage chamber 11. The inspection top cover 43 is an arbitrary cover structure capable of controlling the opening and closing of the inspection port 42, and is not limited to a flip cover, a slide cover, a telescopic cover, or the like. In the closed position, even if the edge of the inspection top cover 43 is identical to the edge of the inspection port 42 in shape and size, the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection port 42 can be just engaged, but the engaged gap still makes it difficult to completely close the space between the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection port 42, and in addition, in order to separate the flameproof electrical box 4 from the storage chamber 11, the inspection port 42 needs to be disposed at a position away from the storage chamber 11, that is, at the top of the cabinet body 1, so that it is easier for liquids such as rainwater to penetrate through the gap (not shown) between the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection port 42 in the case of rainfall, snowing, or the like.
In this embodiment, the chemical vending machine further includes a drain tank 44 disposed below the gap between the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection port 42, the drain tank 44 is formed as a groove structure with two sides high and a middle low, the depth and the size of the groove are not limited, and the drain tank 44 is disposed below the gap between the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection port 42, so that the liquid permeated by the gap can be blocked and dredged, and the risk of electrical failure caused by direct permeation of the liquid into the flameproof electrical box 4 is avoided.
It should be noted that the lower part may be directly lower part or may be slightly offset, so long as the notch and the gap are ensured to be corresponding to each other.
In some preferred embodiments, the inspection top cover 43 may be mounted on the cabinet body 1 in such a manner that a long side is hinged with a long side of the inspection opening 42, so that a user may pull up one side of the inspection top cover 43 by means of a handle on the inspection top cover 43, flip the inspection top cover 43 open, and thereby enable convenient opening and closing of the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection opening 42. The shape of the drain groove 44 corresponding to the edge of the inspection opening 42 is formed into a groove structure which is connected end to end, corresponding to the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection opening 42, for example, for a rectangular inspection opening 42, the drain groove 44 is formed into a rectangular groove which is connected end to end around the edge of the inspection opening 42, so that all liquid permeated by an annular gap between the inspection opening 42 and the inspection top cover 43 can be accepted, the annular groove can rapidly drain the permeated liquid bidirectionally, further, the outer ring groove wall 441 of the drain groove 44 can be directly attached to the inner wall of the inspection opening 42 or integrally formed with the inner wall of the inspection opening 42, and the inner wall of the inspection opening 42 is directly used as the outer ring groove wall 441 of the groove, so that on one hand, the liquid flowing down along the inner wall of the inspection opening 42 can be better received, and the liquid permeated into the explosion-proof electrical box 4 by the gap between the inspection opening 42 and the drain groove 44 can be avoided; on the other hand, the inner ring groove wall 442 of the drain groove 44 is flush with or slightly lower than the outer ring groove wall 441, i.e., the inner ring groove wall 442 of the drain groove 44 is flush with or slightly lower than the inspection opening 42, so that when the inspection top cover 43 is closed, the upper end surface of the inner ring groove wall 442 can abut against the lower surface of the inspection top cover 43 to limit, thereby preventing liquid in the drain groove 44 from splashing out, and facilitating stable closing of the inspection top cover 43 and the inspection opening 42.
In particular, since the inspection top cover 43 is opened by rotating upward around the hinged side, at the time of opening, moisture, water drops, etc. adhering to the inspection top cover 43 may slide down along the inner surface of the inspection top cover 43 to the side of the inspection top cover 43 hinged to the inspection port 42, and thus the water outlet 45 may be disposed below the side of the inspection top cover 43 hinged to the inspection port 42, thereby enabling rapid discharge of the liquid sliding down at the time of opening the inspection top cover 43. Preferably, the level of the bottom surface of the drain groove 44 is gradually reduced from the side far from the water outlet 45 to the water outlet 45, so that the liquid entering the drain groove 44 spontaneously flows into the water outlet 45 to be discharged under the guidance of the height difference, and the structure is simple and stable drainage effect can be maintained.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the back of the cabinet body 1 is further provided with a drain hole 17, the drain hole 17 is arranged at a position corresponding to the flameproof electrical box 4 and has a lower level than the water outlet 45, and the water outlet 45 is communicated with the drain hole 17 through a drain pipeline, so that liquid discharged from a drain outlet of the drain tank 44 can be discharged from the drain hole 17 to the chemical vending machine under the action of a height difference, and the liquid does not need to pass through the storage chamber 11 to be directly discharged, and the chemical in the storage chamber 11 can be prevented from being wetted.

Claims (10)

1. A chemical vending machine, comprising:
the cabinet main body is provided with a storage cavity, and the storage cavity is divided into a plurality of layers of storage grids by built-in bearing plates;
the cabinet door is arranged corresponding to the opening of the storage cavity;
the weighing sensors are correspondingly arranged in the bearing plates below each storage grid;
the explosion-proof electrical box is arranged at the upper end of the cabinet main body and internally provided with electrical components, and the electrical components at least comprise an electric control device connected with the weighing sensor;
and the safety partition plate is arranged between the explosion-proof electrical box and the storage cavity.
2. The chemical vending machine of claim 1, wherein the safety barrier comprises two layers of explosion-proof steel plates arranged in parallel, and wherein fireproof cotton is filled between the explosion-proof steel plates.
3. The chemical vending machine of claim 1, wherein the load cell is an intrinsically safe electrical appliance, and the load cell and the electronic control device are communicatively connected by an explosion-proof cable.
4. The chemical vending machine of claim 1, further comprising:
the anti-explosion electromagnetic lock is arranged at the edge of the cabinet door and is further provided with a mechanical lock hole for manual unlocking.

The chemical vending machine of claim 4, wherein the cabinet door comprises a first door body and a second door body that are double-opened, wherein a closing slit is formed between two end surfaces of the first door body and the second door body that are far away from the cabinet body in a closed position, and wherein an outer surface of the first door body and/or an inner surface of the second door body is formed with a overlapping sheet that covers the closing slit.
6. The chemical vending machine of claim 5, wherein the explosion-proof electromagnetic lock comprises two lock cylinders respectively disposed at an upper edge and a lower edge of the first door body.
7. The chemical vending machine of any of claims 4-6, further comprising:
the explosion-proof proximity switch is arranged on one side surface of the cabinet main body corresponding to the cabinet door and used for detecting the distance between the cabinet main body and the cabinet door and between the side surface of the cabinet main body corresponding to the cabinet door and the cabinet door.
8. The chemical vending machine of claim 7, further comprising:
the metal door handle is characterized in that the surface of the cabinet door is covered with an insulating anti-corrosion layer, the metal door handle and the surface of the cabinet door are provided with fixing holes which correspondingly penetrate through the metal door handle, and metal screws penetrate through the insulating anti-corrosion layer and are screwed in the fixing holes;
