As shown in fig. 1, the application discloses a screen uniformity detecting method, which comprises the following steps:
S102, acquiring first detection image data of a screen to be detected;
s104, correcting the brightness value of the pixel point of the first detection image data by a preset method;
s106, performing background removal on the corrected first detection image data to obtain detection screen image data;
s108, dividing the detection screen image data into a plurality of sub-image data according to a preset specification, and drawing a gradient image according to brightness values and coordinate data of the plurality of sub-image data;

and S112, detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the divided gradient image through the area change data of the brightness value area and the screen brightness change data to obtain a screen uniformity detection report of the screen to be detected.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first detection data of the screen to be detected is obtained through the camera equipment, then the camera equipment is controlled by the system to shoot the screen to be detected again through different angles and positions, one or more second detection image data are obtained, and the brightness value of the first detection data is corrected through the second detection image data. And carrying out binarization processing on the corrected first detection image data, determining edge characteristics of the detection image, and dividing the background image according to the edge characteristics of the detection image to obtain detection screen image data. And dividing the detection screen image data into sub-image data of a plurality of m x n pixel points according to the image size of the detection screen image data, taking the average brightness value of all the pixel points in the sub-image data as the brightness value of the current sub-image data, taking the center point coordinate of the sub-image data as the coordinate data of the current sub-image data, drawing a gradient image according to the brightness value and the coordinate data of all the sub-image data, representing brightness value change data of a screen to be detected, calculating the area of the area where the brightest point or darkest point is located and the area of an adjacent area through the gradient image, and detecting the uniformity of the screen through the brightness value area change data. Under the condition of normal detection, detecting the uniformity of the screen according to brightness change data between the brightest point and the darkest point of the screen, generating a screen uniformity detection report of the screen to be detected according to all detection data, and sending the generated detection report to a display terminal for display.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the correcting, by a preset method, the pixel brightness value of the first detected image data includes:
acquiring one or more second detection image data through a preset angle and/or position;
performing contrast analysis according to the first detection image data and the second detection image data to obtain a correction coefficient;
and correcting the first detection image data based on the correction coefficient.
It should be noted that, the screen may be photographed by a camera device to obtain detection image data, for example, a CCD camera, etc., but due to the limited resolution of the CCD camera, the screen cannot be detected once when detecting a larger screen, and in addition, the influence of the photographing angle on the brightness of the screen is considered, while the first detection image data is obtained, the screen to be detected is photographed again by the angle or the position preset by the system, so as to obtain one or more second detection image data, and based on the one or more second detection image data, the correction coefficient of each pixel point on the screen to be detected is calculated. The correction coefficient is obtained by calculating a comparison value of the pixel brightness values of the first detection image data and the second detection image data through the system according to a preset rule.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the background removing for the corrected first detection image data to obtain detection screen image data includes:
performing binarization processing on the corrected first detection image data to obtain binarized image data;
analyzing according to the binarized image data to obtain edge image data;
and dividing the background image according to the edge image data to obtain detection screen image data.
In addition, there is usually background data unrelated to the detection result in the detected image data except for the screen image to be detected, and in consideration of the influence of the background data on the final detection result, the background image needs to be segmented before the detection starts, so as to eliminate the influence of the background image on the detection result.
Firstly, gray processing is carried out on first detection image data to obtain gray image data, the gray image data is analyzed through a preset brightness threshold value set by a system, pixel points larger than or equal to the preset brightness threshold value are set to 255, and pixel points smaller than the preset brightness threshold value are set to 0, so that binarization image data is obtained. And then analyzing according to the binarized image data to obtain edge characteristics of the screen image to be detected, and dividing the target image and the background image in the binarized image according to the edge characteristics to obtain the detected screen image data.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a method of rendering a gradient image according to the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the dividing the detection screen image data into a plurality of sub-image data according to a preset specification, and drawing a gradient image according to brightness values and coordinate data of the plurality of sub-image data, includes:
s202, respectively preprocessing the plurality of sub-image data, and removing pixel points with brightness value difference values larger than a first preset threshold value in each sub-image data;
s204, respectively calculating the average value of the pixel brightness values of each preprocessed sub-image data,
setting the calculation result as a brightness value of each sub-image data;
s206, taking the center point of each sub-image as the coordinate data of the sub-image;
and S208, drawing a gradient image based on the brightness value and the coordinate data of each piece of sub-image data.
It should be noted that, the sub-image data is image data with m×n size, where m and n are the number of pixel points, and are obtained by calculating by the system according to the size of the screen to be detected.
When a screen image to be detected is acquired, certain noise is generated, denoising is needed to be performed on sub-image data before data processing, the median of the brightness values of the pixel points in each sub-image data is selected as standard data, the ratio of the brightness values of other pixel points to the standard data is calculated, the difference value between the brightness value of each pixel point and the standard data, namely the brightness value difference value, is obtained, then the brightness value difference value of each pixel point is compared with a first preset threshold value, and the pixel points larger than the first preset threshold value are removed, so that the denoising processing of the image is completed. The first preset threshold is set by the system according to the historical detection data.
Then, an average value of pixel luminance values of the denoised sub-image data is calculated, and the average value is set as the luminance value of the current sub-image. And then determining four end point coordinates of the sub-image data based on a coordinate system established by the image to be detected, calculating the center point coordinates of the current sub-image data through the four end point coordinates of the sub-image data, and setting the center point coordinates as coordinate data of the current sub-image data. And after the calculation of the brightness value and the coordinate data of each sub-area data is completed, drawing a gradient image according to the brightness value and the coordinate data of each sub-area data, and displaying the brightness value change data of the screen to be detected in a visual image mode.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
analyzing according to the gradient image to obtain a minimum brightness value and a maximum brightness value of the screen to be detected;
calculating the ratio of the minimum brightness value to the maximum brightness value of the screen to be detected to obtain a first ratio;
judging whether the first ratio is smaller than a second preset threshold value or not;
if yes, judging that the test paper is unqualified;
if not, detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the area change data of the brightness value area.
It should be noted that, the minimum brightness value and the maximum brightness value of the screen to be detected are determined according to the peak-valley values of the gradient image, and then the minimum brightness value and the maximum brightness value of the screen to be detected are calculated, where the calculating method is that the minimum brightness value/the maximum brightness value is 100% = the first ratio. The difference condition of the darkest point and the brightest point of the screen to be detected can be determined by calculating the first ratio, so that whether the uniformity of the screen to be detected is in a normal condition is judged. The initial value of the second preset threshold is 85%, that is, the screen with the ratio below 85% can be regarded as an unqualified product.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing a method for detecting uniformity of a screen according to area change data of a brightness value area according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the area change data of the brightness value area includes:
s302, analyzing according to the gradient image, and setting a region where the brightest point coordinate data or the darkest point coordinate data is located as a first region;
s304, calculating the area of the first area;
s306, extending outwards based on the first region to obtain a second region;
S308, calculating the area of the second area, and calculating the ratio of the area of the second area to the area of the first area to obtain a second ratio;
s310, judging whether the second ratio is smaller than a third preset threshold value;
s312, if yes, judging that the test piece is unqualified;
s314, if not, detecting the uniformity of the screen through the screen brightness change data.
It should be noted that, according to the ratio of the brightness value of all the pixels on the screen to the maximum value of the brightness value of the screen, the gradient image is divided into a plurality of area images according to the preset interval of the system, for example, the gradient image is divided into 1% of areas, the brightness value is between 99% and 100% of the areas, between 98% and 99% of the areas … …, the area where the brightest point coordinate data or the darkest point coordinate data is located is set as a first area based on the gradient image after the areas are divided, and then the first area and the adjacent areas are combined to obtain a second area based on the first area. The initial value of the third preset threshold is 3, and then the system dynamically adjusts the third preset threshold according to the historical detection data, so that the screen uniformity detection is more accurate.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the brightness variation data of the screen includes:
acquiring one or more non-adjacent relative darkest point coordinate data and brightness values;
respectively calculating the shortest distance between the one or more non-adjacent relative darkest point coordinate data and the brightest point coordinate data;
respectively calculating the ratio of the brightness value of the one or more non-adjacent relative darkest points to the brightness value of the brightest point to obtain a third ratio;
calculating according to the corresponding shortest distance and the third ratio to obtain a first change rate;
judging whether the first change rate is larger than a fourth preset threshold value or not;
if yes, judging that the test is unqualified;
and if not, calculating based on the divided gradient images, and detecting the screen to be detected through the brightness change rate of the local images.
Under the condition that the darkest point and the brightest point of the screen are closer, the brightness change of the screen is obvious, the brightness change rate of the screen is higher, the use impression of a user on the screen is affected, and aiming at the condition, the uniformity of the screen can be detected through brightness change data of the whole image and the local image respectively.
In general, the maximum value of the brightness value of the screen is at or near the center of the screen, and then is diffused around the screen based on the position of the maximum value of the brightness value of the screen, and the brightness gradually decreases, so that there may be a plurality of relatively darkest points with lower brightness values at the edge portion of the screen. The relative darkest points are obtained according to the analysis of the brightness values of the surrounding pixel points, and if a plurality of non-adjacent relative darkest points exist, the non-adjacent relative darkest points are respectively located in the non-adjacent area images. The shortest distance between the darkest point coordinate data and the brightest point coordinate data, namely the linear distance between the darkest point coordinate data and the brightest point coordinate data, is calculated according to the linear distance between each relative darkest point and the brightest point and the brightness ratio, screen brightness value change data in unit distance, namely the first change rate, is obtained, and the first change rate is compared with a fourth preset threshold value, so that whether the screen to be detected is qualified is judged.
In addition, the brightness change rate detection standards of the screens with different sizes are different, so that the system adjusts the fourth preset threshold according to the size information of the screen, selects the proper brightness change rate as a comparison standard, and detects the screen brightness change rate of the screen to be detected.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the detecting a screen to be detected by a luminance change rate of a partial image based on the divided gradient image calculation includes:
calculating the relative brightness change rate of each area image based on the shortest distance between the brightest point and the relative darkest point, and marking the data with the change rate larger than a fifth preset threshold value as abnormal data;
analyzing according to the abnormal data, and accumulating the mark lengths in the abnormal data to obtain the total mark length of the abnormal data;
calculating the ratio of the total mark length of the abnormal data to the shortest distance between the brightest point and the relative darkest point to obtain a fourth ratio;
judging whether the fourth ratio is larger than a sixth preset threshold value or not;
if yes, judging that the test paper is unqualified;
if not, the test result is judged to be qualified.
When the screen brightness change rate detection of the whole image meets the standard, the local image is used for detecting the screen brightness change rate, and the mark length and the relative brightness difference value of each region image in the gradient image are respectively calculated on the basis of the shortest route of the brightest point and the relative darkest point. The mark length can be calculated by the coordinate data of the shortest route of the brightest point and the relative darkest point and the intersection point of the area image, the relative brightness difference value can be obtained by dividing the maximum value of the relative brightness value and the minimum value of the relative brightness value in the current area image by the maximum value of the brightness value in the whole image, and then the difference value calculation is carried out on the obtained calculation result, so as to obtain the relative brightness difference value. The relative brightness change rate of the current area image can be obtained by calculating the mark length and the relative brightness difference value, after the calculation of the relative brightness change rate of all the area images is completed, the relative brightness change rate of each area image is respectively compared with a fifth preset threshold value, and if the data of the relative brightness change rate of the area image which is smaller than or equal to the fifth preset threshold value is used for meeting the screen detection requirement, the current area is a qualified area; if the brightness variation fluctuation of the current area is larger than the fifth preset threshold value, the brightness variation fluctuation of the current area is larger, the screen detection requirement is not met, and the current area image is marked as abnormal data. The brightness change rate detection standards of the screens with different sizes are different, so that the system adjusts a fifth preset threshold according to the size information of the screen, selects proper brightness change rate as a comparison standard, and detects the screen brightness change rate of each area image in the screen to be detected.
After the comparison of all the regional images is completed, calculating the relative length in each piece of abnormal data, accumulating to obtain the total mark length of the abnormal data, comparing the ratio of the total mark length of the abnormal data to the shortest distance between the brightest point and the relative darkest point with a sixth preset threshold value, and judging whether the local image of the screen to be detected meets the detection standard. The sixth preset threshold is 50%, that is, when the total mark length of the abnormal data exceeds half of the shortest distance between the brightest point and the relative darkest point, it can be determined that the brightness uniformity of the current band detection screen is not qualified.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of a screen uniformity detection system in accordance with the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the second aspect of the present invention provides a screen uniformity detecting system 4, which includes a memory 41 and a processor 42, wherein the memory includes a screen uniformity detecting method program, and the screen uniformity detecting method program when executed by the processor implements the following steps:
acquiring first detection image data of a screen to be detected;
s104, correcting the brightness value of the pixel point of the first detection image data by a preset method;
s106, performing background removal on the corrected first detection image data to obtain detection screen image data;

and S112, detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the divided gradient image through the area change data of the brightness value area and the screen brightness change data to obtain a screen uniformity detection report of the screen to be detected.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the correcting, by a preset method, the pixel brightness value of the first detected image data includes:
acquiring one or more second detection image data through a preset angle and/or position;
performing contrast analysis according to the first detection image data and the second detection image data to obtain a correction coefficient;
and correcting the first detection image data based on the correction coefficient.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the background removing for the corrected first detection image data to obtain detection screen image data includes:
performing binarization processing on the corrected first detection image data to obtain binarized image data;
analyzing according to the binarized image data to obtain edge image data;
and dividing the background image according to the edge image data to obtain detection screen image data.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dividing the detection screen image data into a plurality of sub-image data according to a preset specification, and drawing a gradient image according to brightness values and coordinate data of the plurality of sub-image data, includes:
preprocessing the plurality of sub-image data respectively, and removing pixel points with brightness value difference values larger than a first preset threshold value in each sub-image data;
respectively calculating the average value of the pixel brightness values of each preprocessed sub-image data, and setting the calculation result as the brightness value of each sub-image data;
taking the center point of each sub-image as the coordinate data of the sub-image;
and drawing a gradient image based on the brightness value and the coordinate data of each sub-image data.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
analyzing according to the gradient image to obtain a minimum brightness value and a maximum brightness value of the screen to be detected;
calculating the ratio of the minimum brightness value to the maximum brightness value of the screen to be detected to obtain a first ratio;
judging whether the first ratio is smaller than a second preset threshold value or not;
if yes, judging that the test paper is unqualified;
if not, detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the area change data of the brightness value area.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the area change data of the brightness value area includes:
analyzing according to the gradient image, and setting a region where the brightest point coordinate data or the darkest point coordinate data is located as a first region;
calculating the area of the first region;
a second region is obtained based on the outward extension of the first region;
calculating the area of the second area, and calculating the ratio of the area of the second area to the area of the first area to obtain a second ratio;
judging whether the second ratio is smaller than a third preset threshold value or not;
If yes, judging that the test paper is unqualified;
if not, detecting the uniformity of the screen through the screen brightness change data.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the detecting the uniformity of the screen according to the brightness variation data of the screen includes:
acquiring one or more non-adjacent relative darkest point coordinate data and brightness values;
respectively calculating the shortest distance between the one or more non-adjacent relative darkest point coordinate data and the brightest point coordinate data;
Respectively calculating the ratio of the brightness value of the one or more non-adjacent relative darkest points to the brightness value of the brightest point to obtain a third ratio;
calculating according to the corresponding shortest distance and the third ratio to obtain a first change rate;
judging whether the first change rate is larger than a fourth preset threshold value or not;
if yes, judging that the test is unqualified;
and if not, calculating based on the divided gradient images, and detecting the screen to be detected through the brightness change rate of the local images.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the detecting a screen to be detected by a luminance change rate of a partial image based on the divided gradient image calculation includes:
calculating the relative brightness change rate of each area image based on the shortest distance between the brightest point and the relative darkest point, and marking the data with the change rate larger than a fifth preset threshold value as abnormal data;
analyzing according to the abnormal data, and accumulating the mark lengths in the abnormal data to obtain the total mark length of the abnormal data;
calculating the ratio of the total mark length of the abnormal data to the shortest distance between the brightest point and the relative darkest point to obtain a fourth ratio;
judging whether the fourth ratio is larger than a sixth preset threshold value or not;
if yes, judging that the test paper is unqualified;
if not, the test result is judged to be qualified.
