the information matching unit 1033 is configured to obtain real estate transaction requirement information of a user, and perform data information matching on the real estate transaction requirement information by using a transaction matching intelligent contract to obtain transaction matching information;
and a transaction contract unit 1034, configured to generate a transaction contract through the transaction matching intelligent contract if the transaction matching information is approved by both parties of the transaction user, so as to obtain contract real estate transaction information.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a real estate transaction protection system based on blockchain technology according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the homomorphic encryption module includes:
a key generation unit 1041 for generating a key pair composed of a key sk and a public key pk based on a key generation function K carrying a random seed parameter λ;
the ciphertext generating unit 1042 is configured to encrypt the contracted real estate transaction information by using the public key pk, and generate ciphertext real estate transaction information;
the homomorphic calculating unit 1043 is configured to perform a certain number of homomorphic calculations on the ciphertext property transaction information to obtain an intermediate state value, so that the intermediate state value approaches but does not exceed a noise limit;
a dual encryption unit 1044, configured to encrypt the key sk with the public key pk to obtain an encrypted key ck, and encrypt the intermediate state value with the public key pk to obtain a dual encrypted intermediate state value;
an information decryption unit 1045, configured to decrypt the intermediate state value by using the encryption key ck, and generate an intermediate state value with a reset noise level, so as to obtain a reset noise intermediate state value;
and the continuous encryption unit 1046 is configured to continuously perform encryption calculation on the ciphertext property transaction information by using the reset noise intermediate state value, so as to obtain encrypted property transaction information.

the transaction demand module is used for acquiring the real estate transaction demand information of the user based on the user identity mapping information, and transmitting the real estate transaction demand information to the intelligent contract module for data processing;
the intelligent contract module is used for acquiring the real estate transaction demand information, establishing a transaction matching intelligent contract based on real estate transaction rules and real estate lease rules, and processing the real estate transaction demand information by utilizing the transaction matching intelligent contract to obtain contract real estate transaction information;
the homomorphic encryption module is used for carrying out encryption processing on the contract real estate transaction information based on an FHE homomorphic encryption algorithm to obtain encrypted real estate transaction information;
the Hash encryption module is used for calculating the encrypted real estate transaction information through a Hash algorithm to obtain a real estate transaction Hash value, and storing the transaction Hash value into the data of the encrypted real estate transaction information to obtain the Hash real estate transaction information;
the consensus algorithm module is used for randomly selecting transaction information data in the Hash property transaction information through a consensus algorithm to obtain consensus property transaction information, and inputting the consensus property transaction information into a database for storage;
the homomorphic encryption module comprises a key generation unit, a ciphertext generation unit, a homomorphic calculation unit, a double encryption unit, an information decryption unit and a continuous encryption unit:
a key generation unit for generating a key pair consisting of a key sk and a public key pk based on a key generation function K carrying a random seed parameter λ;
the ciphertext generating unit is used for encrypting the contract real estate transaction information through the public key pk to generate ciphertext real estate transaction information;
the homomorphic calculating unit is used for carrying out a certain amount of homomorphic calculation on the ciphertext property transaction information to obtain an intermediate state value, so that the intermediate state value approaches to but does not exceed the noise limit;
the double encryption unit is used for encrypting the key sk by using the public key pk to obtain an encrypted key ck, and encrypting the intermediate state value by using the public key pk to obtain a double-encrypted intermediate state value;
the information decryption unit is used for decrypting the intermediate state value through the encryption key ck to generate an intermediate state value with a reset noise level, and obtaining the reset noise intermediate state value;
and the continuous encryption unit is used for continuously carrying out encryption calculation on the ciphertext property transaction information by using the reset noise intermediate state value to obtain encrypted property transaction information.
2. The real estate transaction system based on the blockchain technology of claim 1 wherein the information mapping module includes a data acquisition unit, a distributed mapping unit, an information defining unit:
the system comprises a data acquisition unit, a real estate transaction unit and a real estate transaction unit, wherein the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring user information of each user of the real estate transaction, and auditing the user information, wherein the user information must meet the qualification of the real estate transaction;

the contract establishing unit is used for establishing a transaction matching intelligent contract based on the real estate transaction rule and the real estate lease rule, and the transaction matching intelligent contract is used for carrying out real estate information matching according to the transaction demand information of the user;
the rule determining unit is used for determining that the property transaction rule and the property lease rule at least comprise property transaction amount information, property transaction time information and property transaction geographic position information;
the information matching unit is used for acquiring the real estate transaction demand information of the user, and carrying out data information matching on the real estate transaction demand information by utilizing the transaction matching intelligent contract to obtain transaction matching information;
and the transaction contract unit is used for generating a transaction contract through the transaction matching intelligent contract if the transaction matching information is approved by both sides of the transaction user, so as to obtain contract real estate transaction information.

and randomly selecting transaction information data in the Hash property transaction information through a consensus algorithm to obtain consensus property transaction information, and inputting the consensus property transaction information into a database for storage.

establishing a transaction matching intelligent contract based on the real estate transaction rule and the real estate lease rule, wherein the transaction matching intelligent contract performs real estate information matching according to the user transaction demand information;
the property transaction rules and the property lease rules at least comprise property transaction amount information, property transaction time information and property transaction geographic position information;
acquiring real estate transaction demand information of a user, and performing data information matching on the real estate transaction demand information by utilizing the transaction matching intelligent contract to obtain transaction matching information;
and if the transaction matching information is approved by both sides of the transaction user, generating a transaction contract through the transaction matching intelligent contract to obtain contract real estate transaction information.
9. The real estate transaction system based on blockchain technology of claim 7 further comprising the steps of:
generating a key pair consisting of a key sk and a public key pk based on a key generation function K carrying a random seed parameter λ;
encrypting the contract real estate transaction information through the public key pk to generate ciphertext real estate transaction information;
performing a certain amount of homomorphic calculation on the ciphertext real estate transaction information to obtain an intermediate state value, so that the intermediate state value approaches but does not exceed a noise limit;
encrypting the key sk by using the public key pk to obtain an encrypted key ck, and encrypting the intermediate state value by using the public key pk to obtain a double-encryption intermediate state value;
decrypting the intermediate state value through the encryption key ck to generate an intermediate state value with a reset noise level, and obtaining the reset noise intermediate state value;
and continuing to encrypt and calculate the ciphertext property transaction information by using the reset noise intermediate state value to obtain encrypted property transaction information.
