the air outlet box 40 is provided with an air outlet channel 41, an air inlet port of the air outlet channel 41 is communicated with an air outlet port of the shell 20, and the air outlet port of the air outlet channel 41 is positioned at the top of the air outlet box 40; the front end face of the air outlet box 40 is provided with a storage channel 42 which is horizontal and is communicated with the air outlet channel 41, a sliding block 70 is connected in the storage channel 42 in a sliding manner in the horizontal direction, when the sliding block 70 moves into the storage channel 42, the air outlet channel 41 is blocked by the bottom of the sliding block 70, and the air outlet channel 41 above the sliding block 70 is communicated with the interior of the shell 20 through a communicating pipe 90; the side wall of the storage channel 42 is provided with a mounting groove 43, and the driving component is mounted in the mounting groove 43; an air inlet pipeline 32 for installing a filter screen 31 is arranged in the air inlet box 30, a partition plate 80 is positioned on one side of the air inlet pipeline 32, when the partition plate 80 moves to the air inlet pipeline 32, the partition plate 80 seals the air inlet pipeline 32, and an air outlet channel 41 below a sliding block 70 is communicated with the filter screen 31 through a back-blowing pipe 60; a horizontally arranged supporting plate 50 is fixed between the air inlet box 30 and the air outlet box 40, and the blowback pipe 60 and the communicating pipe 90 are in sliding connection with the supporting plate 50; the air inlet box 30 and the air outlet box 40 are integrally formed box-type structures, and the blowback pipe 60 and the communicating pipe 90 are both slidingly connected in the box body.
The centrifugal blower comprises any one of the air conditioning devices and further comprises a driving motor 11, wherein the driving motor 11 is arranged at the top of the base 10, the output end of the driving motor 11 is connected with a main shaft 12 through a belt, and the main shaft 12 drives an impeller in the casing 20 to rotate; the base 10 comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and a damping spring positioned between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the shell 20, the air inlet box 30 and the air outlet box 40 are all arranged on the top plate; the centrifugal blower is one of a belt-type oil bath blower and a belt-type grease blower.
Working principle: the driving assembly drives the blowback pipe 60, the sliding block 70, the partition plate 80 and the communicating pipe 90 to synchronously move, when the sliding block 70 moves into the storage channel 42, the bottom of the sliding block 70 seals the air outlet channel 41, the air outlet channel 41 above the sliding block 70 is communicated with the inside of the shell 20 through the communicating pipe 90, when the partition plate 80 moves to the air inlet pipeline 32, the partition plate 80 seals the air inlet pipeline 32, the air outlet channel 41 below the sliding block 70 is communicated with the filter screen 31 through the blowback pipe 60, clean air filtered above the air outlet channel 41 reversely blows the filter screen 31, and pollutants such as dust on the filter screen 31 are removed.
It should be noted that, it is obvious that the brushes may be used to remove dust on the filter screen 31 simultaneously, which is a technical means known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
