Background
The power distribution cabinet of the electric cabinet transfer power, the illumination power distribution cabinet and the metering cabinet are the final-stage equipment of the power distribution system. The power distribution cabinet is a generic name of a motor control center. The power distribution cabinet is used in the occasions with dispersed load and less loops; the motor control center is used for occasions with concentrated load and more loops. They distribute the power of a circuit of the upper-level distribution equipment to nearby loads. This class of equipment should provide protection, monitoring and control of the load. When the power distribution cabinet is maintained, a large number of winding wires are required to be classified and distinguished, the wires with faults are required to be disconnected from the total power supply in the power distribution cabinet when personnel overhauls the wires, so that electric shock phenomenon is prevented, the internal space of the power distribution cabinet is narrow, illumination is inconvenient, maintenance is very inconvenient, and a plurality of tools cannot be used or are inconvenient to use inside.
As disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN111211499a, a power distribution cabinet convenient to overhaul is disclosed, which comprises a base, a movable slipway, an automatic rotation console, an automatic ash removal device, an automatic opening and closing side door, a main drainage channel, a main cabinet front door, a side door, a rain shed, a damping insulation pad for drainage holes in the cabinet, a supporting chute and a connecting fixing pin, when in operation, the automatic opening and side door is opened, the movable slipway enables the main mechanical structure in the cabinet to move to the outer side of the power distribution cabinet, so that the power distribution cabinet is convenient to overhaul, and when not in use, the automatic ash removal device can be downwards moved to the upper part of the automatic rotation console according to time setting to carry out ash removal work on an upper electric appliance original paper; when the power distribution cabinet is used, the blocking effect of the supporting piece cannot be completely avoided when the power distribution cabinet is used due to the arrangement of the supporting piece for supporting the rain shed.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the power distribution cabinet body used for being covered on the outer side of the rack is integrally moved out during maintenance, so that the influence on normal maintenance operation due to the blocking of the power distribution cabinet body is avoided when the electric elements on the rack are maintained and replaced.

Referring to fig. 1-9, the invention discloses a power distribution cabinet body assembly convenient to overhaul, which comprises a base 1, wherein the base 1 is of a rectangular plate-shaped structure and comprises an installation area for installing a power distribution cabinet body 2 and a storage area for temporarily placing the power distribution cabinet body 2 when an overhaul of a rack 3 is carried out; the mounting area is provided with a surrounding baffle 11 with a rectangular frame body structure; the frame 3 is arranged in a surrounding baffle 11 of the installation area; the frame 3 comprises a bottom plate 31 which is horizontally arranged, a plurality of struts 32 are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate 31 along the vertical direction, and a top plate 33 is connected to the tops of the struts 32; the bottom side surface of the bottom plate 31 is connected with the upper surface of the base 1 through a plurality of telescopic columns 34; the upper surface of the base 1 is also provided with a T-shaped channel 12 with the length direction vertical to the length direction of the bottom plate 31; a column sleeve 13 is arranged on the T-shaped channel 12 right below the bottom plate 31, and a top column 14 is movably sleeved on the top of the column sleeve 13; the two sides of the top column 14 are respectively provided with a hinged support A141, and the top of the top column 14 is provided with a supporting block which is supported on the bottom side surface of the bottom plate 31;

Preferably, the elastic telescopic member 25 and the telescopic column 34 are identical in structure; the two-way valve comprises an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve which are sleeved with each other, and a spring B is connected between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve.

then, the power distribution cabinet body 2 is pushed along the length direction of the step part 10 to slide along the matching of the ball 281 and the step part 10, so that the power distribution cabinet body 2 moves to the storage area of the base 1; before pushing the power distribution cabinet body 2, opening a cabinet door 29; and controls the movement of the U-shaped rod 62 in the axial direction of the through hole B61, and controls the end of the rod body 63 to penetrate through the through hole a51; the T-shaped threaded rod 64 is then rotated such that the angle between the first link 65 and the second link 66 is 90-150.
According to the invention, during maintenance, the power distribution cabinet body 2 used for being covered on the outer side of the frame 3 is integrally moved out, so that the influence on normal maintenance operation due to the blocking of the power distribution cabinet body 2 during maintenance and replacement of electric elements on the frame 3 is avoided.
