However, in this case, in the state of bending over, when the actuating lever is pressed down in a state where the toenail and the toenail knife have not been kept horizontal, there arises a problem that it is difficult to accurately shear off the toenail due to the misalignment of the blade portion, and therefore it is most required to keep the toenail and the toenail knife in a state of bending over as much as possible.

Accordingly, the present inventors have recently registered an application which proposes a toenail knife as follows: actuation of the blade portion and the operation portion constituted by the fixing lever and the actuation lever is performed in directions orthogonal to each other, that is, on the upper side of the blade portion actuated in a horizontal state in which actuation of the blade portion is induced, so that toenail can be cut off without bending down.
However, this structure has the following disadvantages: since the operation section is composed of a fixing lever that is pressed against the upper surface of the blade section and an actuating lever that is pressed and actuated on the upper side of the fixing lever, when the blade section is actuated by pressing while the fixing lever is pressed against the upper surface of the fixing lever, the fixing lever is moved on the upper surface of the blade section due to a minute gap or the actuating lever is moved on the fixing lever, and thus accurate actuation of the blade section cannot be ensured.
In addition, since these components are all formed by metal working, the fixing lever and the actuating lever are respectively constituted by a head portion and a vertical lever bent from the head portion to be vertical, when the vertical lever of the actuating lever is pressed, accurate actuation cannot be ensured due to the plurality of movable points as described above, and when stainless steel plates are used, that is, when these fixing lever and actuating lever are thin plate materials, bending occurs to fail to ensure actuation of the blade portion, and when thick plate materials are used, there are not only processing difficulties but also reduced easiness of assembly.

Therefore, the blade part of the present application has an opening on the upper surface thereof in a state that the rear ends of the opened blades are connected in a bending manner, thereby not only preventing the movement of the shaft pin and the fixing rod, but also minimizing the stress generated when the blade part is repeatedly folded, and simultaneously maintaining the elastic restoring force, the head of the fixing rod is closely attached to the upper surface having the opening, the upper surface of the head of the fixing rod is provided with a plurality of actuating pins which are spaced left and right, so that the actuating rod is prevented from fine movement when being folded in a state that the actuating rod is closely attached, and the upper surface of the corresponding head of the fixing rod is provided with an actuating groove.
The fixing rod has a plurality of support pins spaced from the bottom surface of the head portion, so that the support pins can be closely attached to the inner wall of the opening of the blade portion to prevent the fixing rod from moving.
In order to prevent the fixing rod from moving and becoming more firm, the upper surface of the blade part is provided with a plurality of protrusions, and the bottom surface of the head part of the fixing rod is provided with a groove part for tightly fixing the protrusions, thereby preventing sinking holes generated during injection molding due to inclined surfaces, wherein the inclined surfaces are provided for preventing the vertical rod of the fixing rod from bending when the actuating rod is pressed.
