The probe assembly 21 used for high-temperature formation is arranged in the upper cavity 2, one end of the probe assembly 21 extending out of the upper cavity 2 is connected with external equipment through a cable, and the end of the probe assembly 21 is connected with an electrode of a lithium battery, so that the lithium battery is electrified conveniently. The liquid injection cup 3 is provided with a liquid outlet 4 penetrating through the inner part of the upper cavity 2, the liquid outlet 4 is connected with a liquid injection port of the lithium battery, and electrolyte is conveniently injected into the lithium battery through the liquid outlet 4 by the liquid injection cup 3. The liquid filling cup 3 is provided with a gas-liquid separator 5 and a lifting driver corresponding to the liquid discharging nozzle 4, and the lifting driver is a linear cylinder. One end of the gas-liquid separator 5 is connected with a vacuum pump or an air compressor, the other end of the gas-liquid separator 5 stretches into the liquid injection cup 3 and is in sliding connection with the liquid injection cup 3, and an abutting part 41 is arranged on the inner wall of the liquid outlet nozzle 4.
When the lithium battery filling device is used, the lifting driver drives the gas-liquid separator 5 to descend so that the gas-liquid separator 5 is abutted against the abutting part 41, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 is plugged, and the gas-liquid separator 5 is connected with a liquid filling port of the lithium battery. The gas-liquid separator 5 is connected with a vacuum pump through a pipeline, negative pressure is pumped into the lithium battery through the gas-liquid separator 5, and gas generated in the formation process of the lithium battery is pumped away. Electrolyte is reserved in the gas-liquid separator 5, so that the electrolyte is prevented from being sucked into the negative pressure pipeline, and loss of the electrolyte are avoided.
In actual use, the lower cavity 1 is provided with a vacuum valve, and is connected with a vacuum pump through the vacuum valve, so that the inside of the lithium battery formation cabinet is also in a vacuum state, the inside and the outside of the lithium battery are both in the same pressure state for formation, and formation operation is implemented in the state of equal pressure in the inside and the outside of the lithium battery.
After formation is completed, the gas-liquid separator 5 is connected with the air compressor through a pipeline, positive pressure is formed in the gas-liquid separator 5, so that electrolyte remained in the gas-liquid separator 5 flows back into the lithium battery under the action of gravity and the positive pressure, and loss of the formed electrolyte of the lithium battery is reduced.
The gas-liquid separator 5 of this embodiment includes a gas-liquid separation cup 51, an end cap 52, a first gas-liquid separation net 53 and a pumping rod 54, where the end cap 52 is sealed at one end of the gas-liquid separation cup 51 and is in transmission connection with a lifting driver, so that the lifting driver drives the gas-liquid separator 5 to be in sliding connection with the liquid injection cup 3.
The first gas-liquid separation net 53 is arranged between the gas-liquid separation cup 51 and the end cover 52, the first gas-liquid separation net 53 is more than or equal to 100 meshes, and in the embodiment, the first gas-liquid separation net 53 is used for filtering electrolyte by taking the example that the first gas-liquid separation net 53 is equal to 100 meshes. The air pumping rod 54 is connected to the other end of the gas-liquid separation cup 51, and an inverted cone-shaped inner cavity is arranged in the gas-liquid separation cup 51, and the air pumping rod 54 is connected to one end of the inverted cone-shaped inner cavity of the gas-liquid separation cup 51, so that the electrolyte left in the gas-liquid separator 5 can be conveniently guided to the air pumping rod 54 through the inverted cone-shaped inner cavity. The end cap 52 is provided with a gas-liquid separation pipe 521 communicating with the gas-liquid separation cup 51, and the end cap 52 is connected to a vacuum pump or an air compressor through the gas-liquid separation pipe 521.
When in use, the end cover 52 makes the vacuum pump to pump negative pressure to the gas-liquid separator 5 and the lithium battery through the gas-liquid separation pipe 521 and the vacuum pump, the electrolyte is carried into the gas-liquid separator 5 from the lithium battery under the action of gas and negative pressure generated in the formation process of the lithium battery, the gas is pumped by the vacuum pump through the gas-liquid separation net 53 through the gas-liquid separation pipe 521 and the negative pressure pipeline, and the electrolyte is filtered by the first gas-liquid separation net 53 and remains in the gas-liquid separation cup 51.
The pumping rod 54 stretches into the liquid injection cup 3 and is in sliding connection with the liquid injection cup 3, the lifting driver drives the gas-liquid separator 5 to descend, the pumping rod 54 is abutted against the abutting portion 41, so that the gas-liquid separator 5 is abutted against the abutting portion 41, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 is plugged, and the gas-liquid separator 5 is connected with a liquid injection port of a lithium battery. The lifting driver drives the gas-liquid separator 5 to lift, and the pumping rod 54 is separated from the abutting part 41, so that the gas-liquid separator 5 is separated from the abutting part 41, and the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the liquid injection port of the lithium battery are communicated, so that electrolyte can be conveniently supplemented to the lithium battery.
In this embodiment, the suction and air-blowing rod 54 and the inner wall of the liquid outlet nozzle 4 have a gap, so that after the suction and air-blowing rod 54 is separated from the abutting portion 41, the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the liquid injection port of the lithium battery can be communicated. The inner wall of the abutting portion 41 is of an inverted cone, and the end portion of the air pumping and blowing rod 54 is of an inverted cone and is provided with a sealing ring, so that the abutting portion 41 is tightly connected with the end portion of the air pumping and blowing rod 54, and the air pumping and blowing rod 54 is better in sealing performance when abutting against the abutting portion 41.
The upper end of the liquid injection cup 3 is respectively provided with a suction and blowing pipe 6 and a liquid guide pipe 7, and the suction and blowing pipe 6 is connected with a vacuum pump or an air compressor. When the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the liquid injection port of the lithium battery are communicated, the air pumping pipe 6 is connected with the vacuum pump through a pipeline, and the vacuum pump is started to enable the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the interior of the lithium battery to be in a negative pressure state.
The pumping and blowing pipe 6 is connected with the air compressor through a pipeline and used for pressurizing the inside of the liquid injection cup 3, so that the electrolyte in the liquid injection cup 3 can be conveniently accelerated to be conveyed into the lithium battery. The liquid guide pipe 7 is connected with the electrolyte liquid storage tank through a pipeline and is used for leading the electrolyte into the liquid injection cup 3.
When in use, the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the liquid injection port of the lithium battery are communicated. The vacuum pump works to make the inside of the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid discharging nozzle 4 and the lithium battery in a negative pressure state through the connection of the air suction pipe 6 and the vacuum pump. So that the electrolyte is led into the liquid injection cup 3 through the liquid guide pipe 7, and is supplemented into the lithium battery through the liquid injection cup 3 and the liquid outlet nozzle 4, and the electrolyte is supplemented into the lithium battery. The pumping and blowing pipe 6 is connected with an air compressor, so that the inside of the liquid injection cup 3 is pressurized, and the electrolyte in the liquid injection cup 3 is accelerated to be conveyed into the lithium battery.
A converging device 8 is disposed between the pouring cup 3 and the electrolyte reservoir in this embodiment, and the converging device 8 is provided with a first flow passage 81, a second flow passage 82, a third flow passage 83, and a fourth flow passage 84, respectively.
The air suction pipe 6 is a Y-shaped three-way pipe, a first port of the air suction pipe 6 is connected with the liquid injection cup 3, a second port of the air suction pipe 6 is connected with the vacuum pump through a first flow channel 81, a third port of the air suction pipe 6 is connected with the air compressor through a second flow channel 82, and pipelines for connecting the air suction pipe 6 with the vacuum pump or the air compressor are reduced, so that connection is tidy.
The gas-liquid separation pipe 521 is a Y-shaped three-way pipe, the first port of the gas-liquid separation pipe 521 is connected with the end cover 52, the second port of the gas-liquid separation pipe 521 is connected with the vacuum pump through the third flow passage 83, the third port of the gas-liquid separation pipe 521 is connected with the air compressor through the fourth flow passage 84, and the pipelines for connecting the gas-liquid separation pipe 521 with the vacuum pump or the air compressor are reduced, so that the connection is tidy.
The number of the liquid injection cups 3 is multiple, each liquid guide pipe 7 is provided with a switch valve 9, a crowded pipeline 91 is arranged between the switch valve 9 and the electrolyte liquid storage tank, each switch valve 9 is connected with the electrolyte liquid storage tank through the crowded pipeline 91, and the vertical section of the crowded pipeline 91 is crowded. When the electrolyte injection device is used, the switch valves 9 are opened one by one, so that the liquid guide pipes 7, the mass type pipelines 91 and the electrolyte liquid storage tank are communicated one by one, the electrolyte liquid pressures led out by the liquid guide pipes 7 are guaranteed to be identical, and preferably, the electrolyte liquid storage tank is provided with an infusion pump, electrolyte is conveyed through the infusion pump, the electrolyte liquid pressures led out by the liquid guide pipes 7 are guaranteed to be identical, and the electrolyte injection cup 3 is enabled to inject electrolyte into a battery more accurately.
The pouring cup 3 of the present embodiment includes a top cover 31, a cup body 32 and a bottom cover 33, wherein the top cover 31 is sealed at one end of the cup body 32, the bottom cover 33 is sealed at the other end of the cup body 32, and the pouring spout 4 is connected to the bottom cover 33, so that the pouring cup 3 is connected to the pouring spout 4.
The bottom cover 33 is internally provided with a first back taper cavity 331, the upper part of the liquid outlet nozzle 4 is provided with a second back taper cavity 42, and the first back taper cavity 331 is connected with the second back taper cavity 42, so that electrolyte in the liquid injection cup 3 is easier to be led into the liquid outlet nozzle 4.
In actual use, a drop is provided between the first back taper cavity 331 and the second back taper cavity 42, so that the electrolyte is easier to be introduced into the liquid outlet nozzle 4.
The top cover 31 of the embodiment is provided with an air guide channel 311 in a penetrating manner, the air guide channel 311 is connected with an air-liquid separation connector 34, and the air-liquid separation connector 34 is connected with a first port of the air pumping and blowing pipe 6, so that the liquid injection cup 3 is connected with the air pumping and blowing pipe 6. The liquid injection cup 3 passes through the air suction pipe 6 and the vacuum pump through the gas-liquid separation connector 34, so that the inside of the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the lithium battery is in a negative pressure state.
The gas-liquid separation connector 34 of this embodiment includes a through connection pipe 341 and a second gas-liquid separation net 342, the through connection pipe 341 is connected with the gas guide channel 311, the second gas-liquid separation net 342 is fixed at the connection between the through connection pipe 341 and the gas guide channel 311, and when negative pressure is pumped to the interior of the liquid injection cup 3, the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the lithium battery, the electrolyte in the lithium battery is filtered through the second gas-liquid separation net 342, so that the electrolyte is not easy to enter into the pumping and blowing pipe 6.
The top cap 31 of this embodiment runs through and is provided with drain passageway 312, and drain pipe 7 stretches into annotating liquid cup 3 through drain passageway 312, makes drain pipe 7 and annotate liquid cup 3 and be connected, realizes annotating liquid cup 3 and be connected through drain pipe 7 and electrolyte liquid storage pot, is convenient for annotate liquid cup 3 and import electrolyte. The end of the liquid guide pipe 7 is provided with the inclined notch 71, the inclined notch 71 faces the liquid outlet nozzle 4, so that the electrolyte is directly sprayed to the liquid outlet nozzle 4, the impact and corrosion of the electrolyte on the liquid injection cup 3 are reduced, and the service life of the liquid injection cup 3 is prolonged.
The tip of the liquid discharging nozzle 4 of this embodiment is provided with elasticity butt joint 43, and liquid discharging nozzle 4 passes through elasticity butt joint 43 and the liquid filling mouth butt of lithium cell, makes liquid discharging nozzle 4 and the liquid filling mouth of lithium cell be connected more inseparabler, and the leakproofness is better.
The end of the liquid outlet nozzle 4 in this embodiment is provided with a mounting groove 44, the elastic abutting joint 43 is provided with a clamping block 431, and the clamping block 431 is clamped with the mounting groove 44, so that the liquid outlet nozzle 4 and the elastic abutting joint 43 can be quickly disassembled and assembled, and the elastic abutting joint 43 is convenient to replace.
The fixing rod 101 is disposed in the lower cavity 1 of the present embodiment, and the fixing rod 101 is disposed along the length direction of the lower cavity 1 and is fixed on the inner wall of the lower cavity 1. The fixing rod 101 is provided with a first fixing groove 102, and the fixing clip 12 is fixed to the first fixing groove 102, so that the fixing clip 12 is fixed to the lower chamber 1.
In practical use, the number of the fixing rods 101 is two, and the fixing clamping plates 12 are respectively fixed in the first fixing grooves 102 of the two fixing rods 101, so that the fixing clamping plates 12 are fixed in the lower cavity 1 more firmly.
The sliding clamping plate 14 of the embodiment is provided with a first sliding groove 141 corresponding to the fixing rod 101, the first sliding groove 141 and the fixing rod 101 are coaxially arranged, the sliding clamping plate 14 slides along the fixing rod 101 through the first sliding groove 141, and the sliding clamping plate 14 is prevented from moving up and down when sliding, so that the sliding clamping plate 14 slides along the fixing rod 101 close to or far from the fixing clamping plate 12 more stably.
The pressing driver 15 of the present embodiment includes a transmission sliding rod 151 slidably connected to the lower cavity 1, the pressing driver 15 is fixed on one side of the outer wall of the lower cavity 1, one end of the transmission sliding rod 151 is fixedly connected to the sliding clamping plate 14, and the other end of the transmission sliding rod 151 is in transmission connection with the pressing driver 15, so that the pressing driver 15 is connected to the sliding clamping plate 14 through the transmission sliding rod 151, and the pressing driver 15 is convenient to drive the sliding clamping plate 14 to be close to the fixed clamping plate 12.
In actual use, the sealing guide sleeve is arranged at the joint of the transmission slide rod 151 and the lower cavity 1, and the transmission slide rod 151 is in sliding connection with the lower cavity 1 through the sealing guide sleeve, so that the sealing performance of the sliding connection between the lower cavity 1 and the transmission slide rod 151 is better.
The transmission slide bar 151 of the present embodiment is provided with a second fixing groove 1511, and the slide clamp plate 14 is fixed to the second fixing groove 1511 by a bolt, so that the transmission slide bar 151 is connected to the slide clamp plate 14.
The fixed clamping plate 12 of the present embodiment is provided with a second chute 121, the second chute 121 and the transmission sliding rod 151 are coaxially arranged, the transmission sliding rod 151 slides along the second chute 121, and the upward and downward displacement of the transmission sliding rod 151 during sliding is prevented, so that the pressing driver 15 drives the sliding clamping plate 14 to be close to the fixed clamping plate 12 more stably.
The number of the two transmission slide bars 151 in this embodiment is two, and the two transmission slide bars 151 are arranged in a vertically staggered manner and are respectively connected to two sides of the sliding clamping plate 14, so that when the pressing driver 15 drives the sliding clamping plate 14 to slide, the upper end and the lower end of the sliding clamping plate 14 are simultaneously pushed, so that the stress of the sliding clamping plate 14 is uniform, and the sliding clamping plate 14 slides stably. An inclined connecting rod 152 is connected between the two transmission slide rods 151, and the inclined connecting rod 152 is in transmission connection with the pressing driver 15, so that the two transmission slide rods 151 are in transmission connection with the pressing driver 15 through the inclined connecting rod 152.
The lithium battery cover 13 of this embodiment is provided with a containing groove 131 for containing a lithium battery, and a side opening 132 is provided on one side of the containing groove 131 facing the sliding clamping plate 14, so that the cross section of the containing groove 131 is in a U shape, the sliding clamping plate 14 is abutted against the side of the lithium battery through the side opening 132, and the lithium battery is abutted against the containing groove 131, so that the lithium battery is kept in the lithium battery cover 13. The top of the accommodating groove 131 is provided with a top opening 133, and the inner wall of the top opening 133 end of the accommodating groove 131 is provided with an inclined leading-in surface 134, so that the lithium battery can be conveniently placed in the accommodating groove 131 from the top opening 133 through the inclined leading-in surface 134.
In practical use, the accommodating groove 131 includes a first side wall 1311, a second side wall 1312 and a third side wall 1313, the height of the second side wall 1312 is higher than the height of the first side wall 1311 and the third side wall 1313, so that the second side wall 1312 protrudes from the first side wall 1311 and the third side wall 1313, and when the pressing driver 15 drives the sliding clamping plate 14 to be far away from the fixed clamping plate 12, the lithium battery cover 13 is released, the lithium battery cover 13 can be conveniently lifted up and separated from the clamping groove by the second side wall 1312.
The opposite inner side surfaces of the fixed clamping plate 12 and the sliding clamping plate 14 of the embodiment are respectively provided with an inclined guide surface 16, so that the open end of the clamping groove is horn-shaped, and the lithium battery sleeve 13 is conveniently placed in the clamping groove.
The fixed clamping plate 12 and the sliding clamping plate 14 of the embodiment are provided with heating plates 17 on one side facing the lithium battery sleeve 13, and the heating plates 17 are silica gel heating plates 17, so that the heating plates 17 have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high heat conduction, good insulating property and good strength, and are convenient for carrying out high-temperature formation operation on the lithium battery.
The side wall of the upper cavity 2 is provided with the window 22 and the lamp 23, the axis of the window 22 is perpendicular to the axis of the lamp 23, the lamp 23 is prevented from being directly seen through the window 22, and the condition of dazzling of light irradiated by the lamp 23 is reduced.
When the lithium ion battery is used, the probe assembly 21 is abutted with an electrode of the lithium ion battery, so that the lithium ion battery can be conveniently subjected to high-temperature formation operation through electricity. The lamp 23 is electrified to emit light to illuminate the upper cavity 2, and the connection condition of the lithium battery and the probe assembly 21 in the lithium battery formation cabinet and the real-time state in the high-temperature formation process of the lithium battery can be observed through the window 22, so that faults in the formation process of the lithium battery can be removed in time, and the formation operation of the lithium battery can be smoothly carried out.
The window 22 of the present embodiment includes a window lens 221 and a window pressing plate 222, the side wall of the upper cavity 2 is provided with a window 200 in a penetrating manner, the window 200 is a runway type window 200 when the inside of the upper cavity 2 is viewed through the window 200. The window lens 221 is disposed between the upper cavity 2 and the window pressing plate 222, and the window lens 221 is made of transparent material, so that the interior of the upper cavity 2 can be checked through the window lens 221 via the window 200. The window pressing plate 222 is connected with the upper cavity 2 and pressed against the edge of the window lens 221, so that the window lens 221 keeps covered on the window 200, and the joint between the window 200 and the window lens 221 is sealed.
The inner wall of the window pressing plate 222 of the present embodiment is provided with a first fixing groove 102, and the window lens 221 is clamped into the first fixing groove 102, so that the window lens 221 is limited and fixed on the inner wall of the window pressing plate 222. The position of the upper cavity 2 corresponding to the viewing window 200 is provided with a first sealing groove 2001, a first sealing ring 223 is arranged in the first sealing groove 2001, the window pressing plate 222 is connected with the upper cavity 2, and the window lens 221 presses the first sealing ring 223 in the first sealing groove 2001, so that the joint of the viewing window 200 and the window lens 221 is sealed better.
The lamp 23 of the present embodiment includes a light transmitting sheet 231, a light source 232, and a lamp holder 233, wherein the light source 232 is an LED lamp. The side wall of the upper cavity 2 is provided with a light hole 201 in a penetrating way, and the light transmitting sheet 231 is covered on the outer side of the light hole 201, so that the outer side of the light hole 201 is sealed. The light source 232 is disposed on one side of the light-transmitting sheet 231 facing away from the light-transmitting hole 201, the lamp pressing seat 233 is connected with the upper cavity 2, and the lamp pressing seat 233 is pressed on the light source 232 and the light-transmitting sheet 231 covers the light-transmitting hole 201 of the upper cavity 2, so that the light source 232 is tightly attached to one side of the light-transmitting sheet 231 facing away from the light-transmitting hole 201.
The light source 232 is electrified to emit light, the light penetrates through the light transmitting sheet 231 to illuminate the inside of the upper cavity 2 through the light transmitting hole 201, so that the inside of the upper cavity 2 is conveniently observed, the lamp 23 is electrified to emit light to illuminate the upper cavity 2, and the connection state of the lithium battery and the probe assembly 21 in the lithium battery formation cabinet and the real-time state in the high-temperature formation process of the lithium battery can be observed through the window 22.
In practical use, the axis of the light hole 201 is perpendicular to the axis of the window 200, so that the axis of the window 22 is perpendicular to the axis of the lamp 23.
The inner wall of the lamp pressing seat 233 of the embodiment is provided with a second fixing groove 1511, and the light source 232 is clamped into the second fixing groove 1511, so that the limit is fixed on the inner wall of the lamp pressing seat 233. The light hole 201 of the upper cavity 2 is provided with the second sealing groove 2011, the second sealing groove 2011 is internally provided with the second sealing ring 234, the lamp pressing seat 233 is connected with the upper cavity 2, and the lamp pressing seat 233 presses the second sealing ring 234 in the second sealing groove 2011 through the light transmitting sheet 231, so that the sealing performance of the outer side of the light hole 201 is better.
The probe assembly 21 of the embodiment includes an adjustment seat 211, a probe 212 and a temperature sensor 213, wherein the probe 212 and the temperature sensor 213 are both fixed on the adjustment seat 211, and the probe 212 abuts against an electrode of the lithium battery, so that the formation operation is facilitated. The temperature sensor 213 interferes with the surface of the lithium battery, so that the temperature change of the lithium battery can be detected in real time.
The adjusting seat 211 of the embodiment includes a plurality of fixing bars 2111, two first sliding bars 2112 and a second sliding bar 2113, the plurality of fixing bars 2111 are arranged along the length direction of the upper cavity 2 at intervals, the first sliding bars 2112 and the second sliding bars 2113 are slidably connected with the fixing bars 2111 through dovetail grooves and sliding blocks, and the positions of the first sliding bars 2112 and the second sliding bars 2113 are adjusted conveniently so as to adapt to lithium batteries with different specifications. The second sliding rods 2113 are disposed between the two first sliding rods 2112, and are disposed corresponding to temperature measurement and control points of the lithium battery. The probe 212 is fixed to the first slide bar 2112, and the temperature sensor 213 is fixed to the second slide bar 2113, so that the probe 212 and the temperature sensor 213 are fixed to the adjustment seat 211, respectively.
The upper cavity 2 of this embodiment is provided with a residual liquid recovery tank 203 and a recovery driver 204 for driving the residual liquid recovery tank 203 to move close to or far away from the lower nozzle 4, the recovery driver 204 is a linear cylinder, the recovery driver 204 is fixed on the outer side of the upper cavity 2, one end of the recovery driver 204 extends into the upper cavity 2, and the residual liquid recovery tank 203 is fixed on one end of the recovery driver 204 extending into the upper cavity 2, so that the recovery driver 204 is connected with the residual liquid recovery tank 203.
When the lithium battery residual liquid recycling device is used, when the lower cavity 1 and the upper cavity 2 are opened, in order to prevent residual liquid of the lower liquid nozzle 4 from dripping and corroding the surface of the lithium battery, the residual liquid recycling device 204 drives the residual liquid recycling groove 203 to move close to the lower liquid nozzle 4, so that the residual liquid recycling groove 203 is positioned under the lower liquid nozzle 4, and residual liquid is recycled. When the formation cabinet performs formation on the lithium battery, the recovery driver 204 drives the residual liquid recovery tank 203 to move away from the liquid outlet nozzle 4, so that the electrolyte is prevented from being injected into the lithium battery through the liquid outlet nozzle 4 by the interference liquid injection cup 3.
The recovery driver 204 of this embodiment is provided with a transmission rod 2041, the side wall of the upper cavity 2 is provided with a through hole 205, the recovery driver 204 drives the transmission rod 2041 to be slidably connected with the upper cavity 2 via the through hole 205, and one end of the transmission rod 2041 extending into the upper cavity 2 is connected with the residual liquid recovery tank 203, so that the recovery driver 204 drives the residual liquid recovery tank 203 to move close to or far away from the liquid outlet nozzle 4.

the gas-liquid separator (5) comprises a gas-liquid separation cup (51), an end cover (52), a first gas-liquid separation net (53) and a pumping air rod (54), wherein the end cover (52) is sealed at one end of the gas-liquid separation cup (51) and is in transmission connection with the lifting driver, the first gas-liquid separation net (53) is arranged between the gas-liquid separation cup (51) and the end cover (52), and the pumping air rod (54) is connected to the other end of the gas-liquid separation cup (51);
the end cover (52) is provided with a gas-liquid separation pipe (521) communicated with the gas-liquid separation cup (51), the end cover (52) is connected with a vacuum pump or an air compressor through the gas-liquid separation pipe (521), the air pumping rod (54) stretches into the liquid injection cup (3) and is in sliding connection with the liquid injection cup (3), the lifting driver drives the gas-liquid separation device (5) to descend, the air pumping rod (54) is in contact with the abutting part (41), the lifting driver drives the gas-liquid separation device (5) to ascend, and the air pumping rod (54) is separated from the abutting part (41).
