Fig. 1 (a) shows a schematic configuration diagram of an information management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The information management apparatus 100 stores personal information of a subject in association with near infrared data acquired via a near infrared data acquisition apparatus, and forms a data information item for management. Specifically, a user (e.g., a doctor) may need to perform near infrared data acquisition on a large number of subjects every day, and before the near infrared data acquisition device is used to acquire near infrared data, personal information of the current subject needs to be entered or imported on an entry interface of the near infrared data acquisition device, and then the near infrared data acquisition is performed. After the near infrared data acquisition is finished, the near infrared data acquisition device correspondingly stores the acquired near infrared data and the input or imported personal information to form a data information item so as to facilitate management.
The near infrared data acquisition device is provided with at least a head cap, and the head cap is used for being worn on the head of a subject. For example, the headgear may have a plurality of probes for transmitting near infrared light and/or receiving near infrared light. Wherein each of the plurality of probes may be configured as either a transmitting probe or a receiving probe, each pair of paired probes may form a probe channel. In some embodiments, one transmitting probe may correspond to multiple receiving probes, or vice versa, with a pairing relationship corresponding to the specific requirements of the probe's deployment location, brain function area to be detected, etc. In addition, near infrared data may also be collected using a near infrared data collection device or other device used in conjunction therewith.
Each item of data information comprises personal information of a subject and corresponding near infrared data, one item of near infrared data corresponds to one item of data information, and if the near infrared data acquisition device acquires a plurality of items of near infrared data, a plurality of items of data information can be formed.
The information management device 100 includes a processor 101 and a display 102, the display 102 including, but not limited to, a cathode ray tube display, a liquid crystal display, an LED display, a plasma display, etc., for presenting a display interface 103 of the information management device 100.
As shown in fig. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the processor 101 is configured to automatically pop up an edit box 104 for editing personal information on the display interface 103 after the near infrared data collection of the subject via the near infrared data collection device is completed. After the near infrared data collection is finished, an edit box 104 for editing personal information is automatically popped up on the display interface 103, so that the user can verify the personal information of the subject through the edit box 104 after the collection is finished. Because the testee possibly suffers from mental diseases or other brain function related diseases, if the personal information of the testee is repeatedly verified before acquisition, and the personal information of the testee is edited and modified in a large amount of time, the testee easily generates anxiety and dysphoria moods, and cannot perform tasks well, so that detection results are affected, and brain function conditions of the testee cannot be accurately and effectively evaluated according to the detection results.
Wherein, the editing box 104 comprises a personal information item 105 of personal information of a subject which is input or imported before near infrared data acquisition and a modification mode item 106 for modifying the personal information of the current subject. Specifically, the information management apparatus 100 may further include an interface (not shown) for importing various data information such as personal information of the subject and corresponding near infrared data.
The interface may transmit information and may include, but is not limited to, a network adapter, cable connector, serial connector, USB connector, parallel connector, high speed data transmission adapter, etc., such as fiber optic, USB 3.0, thunderbolt interface (Thunderbolt), etc., a wireless network adapter, such as a WiFi adapter, a telecommunications (3G, 4G/LTE, etc.) adapter, etc. In some embodiments, the interface may be a network interface, through which the information management device 100 may connect to a network, such as, but not limited to, a local area network or the internet.
The user needs to enter or import personal information of the subject before near infrared data collection, as shown in fig. 1 (b), the personal information item 105 includes a plurality of items, which may include, but are not limited to, name, gender, birth date, ID, etc., wherein the personal information is specific content of each item in the personal information item 105, for example, zhang san (name), men (gender), 20230824 (ID), 1980.01.01 (birth date), so that the user can recognize the identity of the subject based on the personal information. After the near infrared data acquisition is finished, the acquired near infrared data and the detected person are stored correctly and correspondingly, and the personal information of the corresponding detected person is ensured to be correct, so that the method is very important for a user to analyze the physiological conditions related to the brain functions based on the near infrared data of the detected person. The user is forced to input or import personal information of the subject before near infrared data acquisition, and the acquisition stage cannot be entered if the personal information is not filled or is incompletely filled.
After the near infrared data acquisition is finished, an edit box 104 is automatically popped up on a display interface 103, the edit box 104 contains a personal information item 105 of personal information of a subject which is input or imported before the near infrared data acquisition is carried out, and a user needs to carry out information check according to each piece of personal information of the subject which is input or imported, so that the acquired near infrared data and the subject are ensured to be correctly corresponding and stored.
For example, the user can further verify the personal information in the personal information item 105 by asking the subject's name, date of birth, etc., and if the personal information in the personal information item 105 is found to be wrong, the personal information of the current subject can be modified by the modification mode item 106. The modification item 106 contains different modification ways to distinguish the modification range of the data information item modified in association with the personal information. Specifically, the modification manner item 106 includes at least two different modification manners, for example, when the personal information of the current subject is modified by the first modification manner, the personal information of all the data information items corresponding to the current subject can be modified in a linkage manner, and when the personal information of the current subject is modified by the second modification manner, the personal information of the subject corresponding to the current near infrared data in the data information items can be modified in a linkage manner, while the personal information of the subjects corresponding to other near infrared data cannot be changed.
In the case where the user performs verification based on the personal information item 105, in response to a user selection operation of a modification manner of the modification manner item 106, a first modification operation of modifying the personal information of the current subject by the modification manner item 106 is performed, and the personal information in the personal information item 105 is updated in response to the first modification operation. The modification items 106 displayed on the display interface 103 may be buttons or selection keys of different channels capable of modifying the personal information by different modification modes, and in the case where the user finds that there is an error in the personal information items 105, a selection operation may be performed on the modification modes in the modification items 106. For example, if it is found that there is an error in the personal information corresponding to each piece of near infrared data of the current subject stored in the data information item, the personal information corresponding to each piece of near infrared data of the current subject needs to be modified, and the selection key associated with the first modification mode may be selected. By selecting the selection key associated with the first modification mode, proceeding to the modification process associated with the first modification mode, a first modification operation of modifying the personal information of the subject is performed. After the first modification operation is finished, the personal information in the personal information item 105 is updated in response to the first modification operation. For example, before the first modification operation is performed, the name in the personal information item 105 is Zhang three, and by performing the first modification operation, the name is modified to Zhang Si, and after the first modification operation is performed, the name in the personal information item 105 on the display interface 103 is updated to Zhang four.
After the user finds that the personal information in the personal information item 105 is correct by checking with the subject, at this time, a confirmation operation of confirming that the personal information of the current subject is correct is performed to avoid alteration of the personal information due to the incorrect operation.
In some embodiments, after the edit box 104 is automatically popped up on the display interface 103, the operation buttons on the display interface 103 except for the edit box 104 are not applicable, after the user needs to perform the first modification operation or the confirmation operation through the edit box 104, the edit box 104 stops being displayed on the display interface 103, and then the user can perform operations on other operation buttons on the display interface 103, such as operations of checking the collection result, so that the user is forced to perform operations on the edit box 104, and the user is prevented from neglecting the edit box 104, so as to improve the prompting effect on the user to check the personal information of the subject.
In this way, by automatically popping up the edit box 104 for editing personal information on the display interface 103, the user can verify, modify and confirm the personal information of the subject, thereby ensuring that the near infrared data stored in the data information item corresponds correctly to the personal information of the subject, and ensuring that the data information item is error-free. In addition, the user modifies the personal information in the data information item based on the editing box 104, and provides the modification mode item 106 with different modification modes, so that the efficiency of modifying the personal information by the user is greatly improved, and the management efficiency of the data information is also improved. In addition, the personal information of the detected person is prompted to be verified after the collection is completed, the psychological state of the detected person before the detection is not affected as much as possible, and the accuracy and the reliability of the detection result are improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 (b), the modification items 106 include a first modification item 107 and a second modification item 108, the first modification item 107 is used to modify personal information in all data information items associated with the subject, and the second modification item 108 is used to modify personal information in a current data information item of the subject. After the preset personal information is modified based on the first modification item 107 or the second modification item 108, the preset personal information of the subject entered or imported before collection is covered by the modified information. Specifically, in the case where there is an error in the personal information corresponding to all the near infrared data of the current subject in the data information items stored in the information management apparatus 100, the user can confirm that the erroneous personal information corresponding to all the near infrared data of the current subject needs to be modified and updated after verifying the personal information of the current subject by interacting with the current subject. At this time, the editing process may be entered through the first modification item 107, the user may directly modify and correct the personal information of the current subject in the editing box 104, after confirming that the modified personal information corresponding to all near infrared data of the current subject in the data information item is modified, by using the modification method of modifying the personal information by the first modification item 107, the error personal information corresponding to all near infrared data related to the current subject may be simultaneously modified, without performing multiple operations, and the modification method is convenient and efficient. During this editing process, the correspondence of near infrared data in the data information item and the subject remains unchanged.
In addition, if the user finds that only the personal information corresponding to the near infrared data currently detected by the subject is wrong after verifying the personal information of the current subject, the modification process may be entered through the second modification item 108, and after the modification is completed, only the wrong personal information corresponding to the near infrared data currently detected by the subject is modified, but not all the personal information corresponding to the near infrared data related to the current subject is modified. For example, if the user finds that only the name of the subject corresponding to the currently detected near infrared data is wrong and does not correspond to the name of the current subject (e.g., the name of the current subject is wang and the name displayed in the edit box 104 is Zhang three), the currently acquired near infrared data needs to be corresponding to the correct personal information of the current subject, at which time the corresponding modification procedure may be entered by selecting the second modification item 108. Specifically, after the second modification item 108 is selected, after entering the corresponding modification procedure, the correct personal information of the current subject may be selected, so that the currently collected near infrared data and the correct personal information of the current subject are correspondingly bound, thereby implementing modification and correction of only the personal information in the current data information item, and not modification of the personal information in the historical data information item before the current data information item.
Therefore, the personal information in the current data information item of the current subject can be conveniently, quickly and efficiently modified and updated, near infrared data and the personal information can be separated and independently modified, and the efficiency of maintaining and managing the personal information in the data information item is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the processor 101 is further configured to convert some or all of the personal information items 105 of the subject in the edit box 104 to an editable state in response to a user selection of the first modification 107. As shown in fig. 1 (b), after the user selects the first modification item 107, part or all of the personal information in the personal information item 105 in the edit box 104 is converted into an editable state. For example, after the user selects the first modification item 107, the ID, name, sex, date of birth in the personal information item 105 are all converted into editable states so as to facilitate the user's modification of the subject's personal information. Since the personal information in all the personal information items 105 of the current subject can be modified by the modification manner of the first modification item 107, when the attribute of the personal information is changed with the acquisition time (for example, the learning information), the personal information which is changed with time can be kept in an uneditable state after the user selects the first modification item 107, and only the personal information which is not changed with time can be kept in an editable state, so that the personal information is prevented from being corresponding to errors. Of course, as long as the user selects the first modification item 107, all the personal information included in the personal information items 105 in the edit box 104, which may or may not change with time, may be converted into an editable state, and the user may efficiently modify and update the personal information. In addition, the first modification item 107 may include only the personal information that does not change over time, and the personal information that does not change over time may not be presented, and the personal information that changes over time may be modified by other modification methods, such as a modification method using the second modification item 108.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the processor 101 receives modification and confirmation operations of the personal information of the subject in the personal information item 105 in the editing box 104 by the user, and pops up a first prompt box 201 for prompting the user to confirm saving or canceling editing on the display interface 103, where the first prompt box 201 includes at least a prompt for prompting the user that the currently modified personal information will synchronously cover all the personal information of the subject. Specifically, in connection with fig. 1 (b), after entering the editing process through the first modification item 107, the user may modify the personal information in the editing box 104, for example, modify the name from Zhang three to Lifour, and confirm. As shown in fig. 2, a first prompt box 201 is displayed on the display interface 103, and the first prompt box 201 includes a prompt and a selection key for confirmation or cancellation. The prompt displayed in the first prompt box 201 is "is the edit operation to update other data of the subject simultaneously, is the save edit confirmed? "to prompt the user to modify Zhang San into Liqu, and after confirming the preservation, updating Zhang San in the stored data information items into Liqu. The user may further verify whether the editing operation is wrong based on the first prompt box 201, and if the editing operation is still wrong, the selection key of "cancel" may be selected, and "Zhang Sanu" in the personal information item 105 may not be modified to "Liqu", and if the editing operation is wrong, the selection key of "confirm" may be selected, and the stored history data information item together with "Zhang Sanu" on the current display interface 103 may be modified to "Liqu".
In some embodiments of the present application, returning to fig. 1 (b), the processor 101 is further configured to: in response to a user selection of the second modification item 108, a personal information database display interface is presented that displays at least one personal information strip of the subject. If the personal information of the subject is input or imported before acquisition, the personal information database stores and records the personal information of the subject and forms a personal information bar. After the user selects the second modification item 108, the user enters a personal information database display interface, which may display more pieces of personal information of the subject, and the user may select a current piece of personal information corresponding to the current subject from among the displayed pieces of personal information. And secondly, the personal information database display interface can also comprise a search window, and when the displayed personal information of the detected person is more and the current personal information can not be selected quickly, the current personal information can be searched by searching the information such as the name, ID or date of birth of the current detected person through the search window. In addition, the personal information database display interface may further include a personal information new item, and if the current personal information item is not obtained by searching, it may be considered that the personal information item associated with the current subject is not stored in the personal information database, and at this time, the user may increase the current personal information item of the current subject through the personal information new item.
Wherein the personal information piece includes at least information of the name, sex, birth date, ID, and age of the subject. After entering the personal information database display interface, the processor 101 receives a user's operation of changing the current personal information item corresponding to the current data information item, and changes the personal information in the edit box 104. That is, after the current piece of personal information is selected, the person information is returned to the edit box 104 on the personal information database display interface, and the personal information of the subject entered or imported before collection in the edit box 104 is changed to the personal information corresponding to the selected current piece of personal information. As shown in fig. 3, after confirming that the personal information in the editing box 104 is correct, the current personal information bar corresponding to the current data information item is changed, and in response to the confirmation operation of the change operation by the user, the processor 101 pops up a second prompt box 301 for prompting the user to confirm saving or cancel editing on the display interface 103, where the second prompt box 301 at least includes: a prompt prompting the user to confirm whether or not the current data information item matches the current personal information item, and the second prompt box 301 displays "is the change operation binding the current data information item with the currently selected personal information item, and is confirmation of saving the binding? At the same time, two selection keys, namely a confirm selection key and a cancel selection key, are provided.
In this manner, based on the second prompt box 301, in case that the user selects the confirm selection key, the current data information (i.e., the near infrared data currently collected) is bound with the selected current personal information piece, thereby realizing separate and independent modification and management of the single data information and personal information.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the edit box 401 includes a personal information item 402, and further includes a supplementary personal information item 403, where the supplementary personal information item 403 includes at least topic information, collection time, and remark information. The subject information may be VFT, gonog, etc., the acquisition time is determined according to the time when the subject acquires near infrared data, and the remark information may include, but is not limited to, a description of the personal condition of the subject. The supplementary personal information item 403 is further presented, so that the user can further know the condition of the subject, help to determine an effective treatment means, and can also be used as a basis for modifying the personal information of the subject by the user, for example, the personal information of the subject can be checked through subject information, acquisition time, remark information and the like, so as to determine the personal information which is correctly matched with the near infrared data.
The processor 101 is further configured to synchronize subject information and remark information configured by the subject prior to near infrared data acquisition to subject information and remark information in the supplemental personal information item 403 in the edit box 401. Further, the acquisition time in the edit box 401 may be automatically generated according to the acquisition operation. That is, before the near infrared data acquisition is performed, the user inputs the subject information to be executed by the subject and the relevant remark information before the data acquisition in advance, and synchronizes the subject information and the relevant remark information into the supplementary personal information item 403 in the editing box 401 popped up after the acquisition is finished, so that the user can know the condition of the subject based on the subject information and the remark information, and further an effective treatment scheme is provided.
