The preset angiographic image display interactive interface may be a preset interactive interface for displaying angiographic images. In the interactive interface, a user can find an angiography image sequence to be analyzed of a target object, and relevant functional operations such as corresponding angiography image sequence selection, information reading, information correction, image preview, image processing and the like are performed.
In an exemplary embodiment, an information preview list of each object may be displayed in a preset angiographic image display interactive interface, so that a user may select a target object, and in the interface, the user may perform a corresponding instruction operation to select an object displayed in the angiographic image. The target object selection instruction may be an instruction issued by the user for selecting an angiographic image of a certain object. Accordingly, the target object may be an object whose angiographic image is to be displayed. For example, the target object may be a patient.
The list of angiographic image sequences may be a list of angiographic image sequences for the target object. At least one angiographic image sequence of the target object is contained in the list, and the user can select a certain angiographic image sequence of the target object for subsequent image presentation as desired. The different angiographic image sequences can be image sequences acquired under different projection angles or angiographic image sequences of different body parts. Or angiographic images of the same target object at the same projection angle to the same vascular site at different times.
In a preset angiography image display interface, after a user sends a target object selection instruction, an angiography image sequence list of the selected target object can be displayed in response to the target object selection instruction, so that angiography images in the list can be displayed later, and the speed of vascular analysis is improved.
And S120, responding to a selection instruction of the image sequences in the angiography image sequence list, and displaying preview information and reference vessel type information of angiography images corresponding to the selected target image sequence.
The preview information may be preview information formed based on each angiographic image in the sequence of target images. The preview information may be dynamic preview animation information formed by respective angiographic images, or may be three-dimensional vascular structure information or reactive vascular structure information such as cardiovascular model. Specifically, preview information of each angiographic image in the selected target image sequence may be presented in response to a selection instruction of an image sequence in the angiographic image sequence list. By displaying the preview information of the angiography image corresponding to the target image sequence, the user can dynamically observe the condition of the angiography image in the target image sequence, and the efficiency and accuracy of angiography image analysis are improved.
Further, the reference vessel type information may be vessel type information for which the determined target image sequence is suitable for analysis. Specifically, the reference vessel type information may be determined according to an illumination angle of the target image sequence and a preset mapping relationship between the illumination angle and the vessel type. Referencing this type information may be used for referencing when the user determines the type of vessel for which the target image sequence is applicable. After the reference blood vessel type information is determined, the reference blood vessel type information can be displayed in a preset angiography image display interactive interface, so that a user can conveniently determine the blood vessel type of a target image sequence suitable for analysis according to the reference blood vessel type information, and the efficiency and accuracy of blood vessel analysis are improved.

In a larger area of the central region of the preset angiographic image presentation interactive interface, an information preview list (not shown in fig. 2) of each object may be presented by default for the user to select a target object. Once the user selects the target object, an angiography image sequence list of the target object can be displayed at the lower side of an information preview list of each object of the preset angiography image display interactive interface, and angiography image information of each image sequence, such as information of a serial number, a projection angle, an image frame number, an imaging type, a sequence date and the like, can be contained in the list. And displaying sequence representative images of each image sequence in the angiography image sequence list on the left side of the preset angiography image display interactive interface.
When the user selects any one of the target image sequences in the angiographic image sequence list of the target object, a preview image of the angiographic image of the target image sequence can be displayed, and reference vessel type information is displayed below the preview image of the angiographic image. The reference vessel type control is selectable, and the control is black, i.e. the currently corresponding reference vessel type, as shown in fig. 2.
The user may select a corresponding control to switch to other reference vessel types. Wherein, the reference vessel type may include: three types, left anterior descending branch artery (Left anterior descending artery, LAD), left circumflex branch artery (left circumflex coronary artery, LCX), and right coronary artery (Right coronary artery, RCA). It will be appreciated that the vessel types may determine recommended vessel types based on the vessel objects specifically analyzed, the vessel types described above being exemplary only. In addition, the preview information of the target image sequence shown in the figure may be a stereoscopic blood vessel image reconstructed by the blood vessel structure model of the target angiography sequence image, or may be any image in the planar target angiography sequence image.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, in a preset angiography image display interactive interface, an angiography image sequence list of a selected target object is displayed in response to a target object selection instruction; and responding to a selection instruction of the image sequence in the angiography image sequence list, and displaying preview information and reference vessel type information of angiography images corresponding to the selected target image sequence. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that in the existing angiography image management system, a user cannot be assisted in quickly determining the analysis vessel type matched with the angiography image to be analyzed, and the efficiency of vessel analysis of the user is low, and can be assisted in determining the vessel type corresponding to the angiography image to be analyzed, so that the speed of determining the vessel type matched with the vessel image is improved, and the efficiency of vessel analysis is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an angiographic image display method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to a scene of displaying and analyzing angiographic images, and further illustrates how to respond to a selection instruction for an image sequence in an angiographic image sequence list to display preview information and reference vessel type information of an angiographic image corresponding to a selected target image sequence.
As shown in fig. 3, the angiographic image presentation method includes the steps of:
s210, in a preset angiography image display interactive interface, responding to a target object selection instruction, displaying an angiography image sequence list of the selected target object.
The preset angiographic image display interactive interface may be a preset interactive interface for displaying angiographic images. In the interface, the user can perform corresponding instruction operation to manage the presentation of the angiographic image. The target object selection instruction may be an instruction issued by the user for selecting an angiographic image of a certain object. Accordingly, the target object may be understood as an object to be subjected to angiographic image analysis as well as presentation. For example, the target object may be a patient. The list of angiographic image sequences may be a list of angiographic image sequences for the target object. At least one angiographic image sequence of the target object is contained in the list, and the user can select a certain angiographic image sequence of the target object for subsequent image presentation as desired. In the preset angiography image display interface, after a user sends a target object selection instruction, an angiography image sequence list of the selected target object can be displayed in response to the target object selection instruction, so that angiography images in the list can be displayed later.
Specifically, displaying the preview information of the angiography images corresponding to the target image sequence may be statically displaying any angiography image in the target image sequence or circularly playing each angiography image in at least one preset time period in the target image sequence, and displaying the projection angle of the target image sequence in an angiography image preview display area.
The preset time period may be a heartbeat period during acquisition of an angiographic image sequence, and one image sequence may contain images of a plurality of heartbeat periods. By playing each angiography image in at least one heartbeat period, the contraction and relaxation conditions of the blood vessel in the process of one heartbeat can be dynamically displayed, so that a user can intuitively see the dynamic change of the blood vessel.
While displaying the angiography image sequence list of the target object, a sequence representative image can be selected from each image sequence of the angiography image sequence list; and displaying sequence representative images of each image sequence in a preset angiography image display interactive interface.
Wherein the sequence representative image may be an image capable of representing image features of an image sequence in the list of angiographic image sequences. Specifically, the sequence representative image may be a better-definition image with more significant features in an angiographic image sequence or may be an image randomly selected from angiographic images in the angiographic image sequence. After selecting the sequence representative image of each angiographic image sequence, the sequence representative image of each image sequence can be displayed on a preset angiographic image display interactive interface. By displaying the sequence representative images of each image sequence in the preset angiography image display interactive interface, the user can clearly perceive the rough features of each image sequence, the user can conveniently select the corresponding image sequence for subsequent image display according to the needs, and the angiography image display efficiency is improved.
S220, determining a target image sequence in response to a selection instruction of an image sequence in the angiography image sequence list, and determining reference blood vessel type information corresponding to the target image sequence according to the projection angle of the target image sequence and the mapping relation between the projection angle and the blood vessel type.
The target image sequence may be an angiographic image sequence selected for image analysis and presentation. Specifically, the user may perform corresponding selection on the target image sequence in the preset angiography image display interactive interface, and finally the system may respond to a selection instruction on the image sequence in the angiography image sequence list, and use the selected image sequence as the target image sequence. The projection angle may be a photographing angle when each angiographic image is acquired.
Specifically, the information such as the projection angle, the image acquisition time, the image sequence number and the like of each image sequence can be displayed in the image sequence list. The reference vessel type may be a vessel type for which each angiographic image in the image sequence is suitable for analysis. By way of example, the projection angle of each image sequence can be analyzed to determine which type of blood vessel the target image sequence is suitable for analyzing, so that a user can analyze the corresponding type of blood vessel according to the target image sequence, and the efficiency and accuracy of blood vessel analysis can be improved.
Furthermore, a certain mapping relation exists between the projection angles and the blood vessel types, and the blood vessel types which correspond to the images with different projection angles and are suitable for analysis can be determined through the mapping relation. Specifically, corresponding blood vessel types can be correspondingly set for the projection angles in a certain range, so as to determine the mapping relation between the projection angles and the blood vessel types in different ranges. Illustratively, the recommended projection angles for observing the left anterior descending artery (Left anterior descending artery, LAD) range from RAO 50-LAO 30 and CRA 50-CRA 10; the recommended projection angle range for observing the left circumflex artery (left circumflex coronary artery, LCX) is CAU 0-CAU 45 degrees; the recommended projection angle for the right coronary artery (Right coronary artery, RCA) is in the range of RAO 10 ° -LAO 90 ° and CRA 45 ° -CAU 20 °. When the software is used for importing the image, the projection angle of the X-ray angiography is read, so that the blood vessel type can be rapidly recommended, and a user can conveniently determine the blood vessel type suitable for analysis through the projection angle.
The reference vessel type information may be vessel type information for which the determined target image sequence is suitable for analysis. The reference vessel type information can be determined according to the projection angle of the target image sequence and the mapping relation between the projection angle and the vessel type. Referencing this type information may be used for referencing when the user determines the type of vessel for which the target image sequence is applicable.
S230, displaying the reference blood vessel type information on the preset angiography image display interactive interface.
Optionally, displaying the reference blood vessel type information on the preset angiography image display interactive interface may be displaying the reference blood vessel type information on the preset angiography image display interactive interface in a popup window manner, and displaying a reference projection angle range corresponding to the reference blood vessel type information.
When the reference projection angle range corresponding to the reference blood vessel type information is displayed, a section range value of the reference projection angle to be displayed can be marked on a preset standard projection angle coordinate axis, and a region determined based on the section range value is filled with colors.
The reference blood vessel type information can be clearly displayed by displaying the reference blood vessel type information on the preset angiography image display interactive interface in a popup window mode, so that a user can conveniently review the reference blood vessel type information. Further, the reference projection angle range may be a reference range of projection angles corresponding to the blood vessel type in the reference blood vessel type information. By displaying the reference blood vessel type information and the reference projection angle range corresponding to the reference blood vessel type information, the user can check the accuracy of the reference blood vessel type information according to the reference projection angle range.
Optionally, the projection angle of the target image sequence may also be marked within the reference projection angle range. The projection angle of the target image sequence can be clearly displayed by marking the projection angle of the target image sequence in the reference angle range, so that a user can verify the accuracy of the reference blood vessel type information according to the marked projection angle, and whether the reference blood vessel type corresponding to the target image sequence needs to be manually selected or not is facilitated.
In one embodiment, the reference blood vessel type information is displayed, and at the same time, preview information of angiography images corresponding to the target image sequence can be displayed.
The preview information may be dynamic preview animation information formed by each angiographic image in the target image sequence. Specifically, preview information of each angiographic image in the selected target image sequence may be presented in response to a selection instruction of an image sequence in the angiographic image sequence list. By displaying the preview information of the angiography images corresponding to the target image sequence, the user can dynamically observe the conditions of the angiography images in the target image sequence.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a preset angiographic image display interactive interface for displaying a reference projection angle range according to an embodiment of the present invention. A larger area of the central region of the preset angiographic image presentation interactive interface may be presented with a preview list of information for each object (not shown in fig. 4) by default for the user to select a target object. Once the user selects the target object, the angiographic image sequence list of the target object can be displayed on the lower side of the information preview list of each object of the preset angiographic image display interaction interface, wherein the angiographic image sequence list comprises angiographic image information of each image sequence, such as information of a serial number, a projection angle, an image frame number, an imaging type, a sequence date and the like. And displaying sequence representative images of each image sequence in the angiography image sequence list on the left side of the preset angiography image display interactive interface.
When the user selects any target image sequence in the angiography image sequence list of the target object, the preview information of the target image sequence can be displayed on the right lower side of the preset angiography image display interactive interface. The user may also trigger the presentation of the reference vessel type of the target image sequence in a popup window in the center of the preset angiographic image presentation interactive interface. And displaying the projection angle range corresponding to the reference blood vessel type by using a transparent color block with color in the popup window interface, and displaying the projection angle corresponding to the current target image sequence by using a mark point. The axes marked with angle values are preset standard projection angle coordinate axes, and the transparent color blocks with colors are the results of color filling of the areas determined based on the range values of the reference projection angle intervals.
S240, when a reference blood vessel type switching instruction is acquired, determining a target switching blood vessel type, and displaying a reference projection angle range corresponding to the target switching blood vessel type.
The reference blood vessel type switching instruction may be an instruction sent by the user to switch the reference blood vessel type corresponding to the target image sequence.
Specifically, under the condition that the user perceives that the recommended reference blood vessel type information cannot clearly reflect the blood vessel type corresponding to the target image sequence, a reference blood vessel type switching instruction can be sent out in a preset angiography image display interactive interface so as to switch the blood vessel type corresponding to the target image sequence. The target switching vessel type may be a vessel type corresponding to the reference vessel switching instruction. When the switching blood vessel type switching instruction is acquired, the blood vessel type selected by the reference blood vessel type switching instruction is taken as the target switching blood vessel type. Correspondingly, the recommended projection angle range corresponding to the type of the display target switching blood vessel is dynamically adjusted. The relative position relation between the mark point of the projection angle of the target image sequence and the transparent color block with color in the projection angle range can be changed, so that reference information of image analysis can be provided for a user more intuitively.
Further, the relative position relation between the mark symbol of the projection angle of the target image sequence and the corresponding reference projection angle range in the preset angiography image display interactive interface can be determined; and displaying corresponding blood vessel type analysis prompt information according to the relative position relation. For example, the image is not within the optimal projection angle range.
