Abstract
本发明属于气体检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置,包括:气体池,所述气体池的一端设置光电探测器一,另一端设置有激光器;控制系统,所述控制系统电性连接有激光驱动器,所述激光驱动器用于驱动激光器发射激光;还包括:Herriott吸收池,所述Herriott吸收池的一端电性连接有光电探测器二;差分放大器,所述光电探测器一与光电探测器二均电性连接在差分放大器上,用于对两组电信号进行差分处理。本发明引入了Herriott吸收池,使用PC端对于两组信号进行差分处理,以此达到排除温度、压强等无关变量的干扰,能够进一步提升TDLAS装置的精确度,精确测量SO2浓度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于气体检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置。
背景技术
在现代电力系统中,SF6气体因其具有优良的绝缘与灭弧性能,作为绝缘介质可以大大减小设备尺寸,因此在气体绝缘组合电器(以下简称IGS)中有着大量的使用。纯净的SF6气体是无色、无味、无毒、不燃的惰性气体,其自身的分解温度>500℃,在正常运行的情况下分解产物极少,当气体绝缘组合电器内发生绝缘缺陷时,放电产生的高温电弧使SF6气体发生分解反应,进而产生SO2、SO2F2、SOF2等特征分解产物。如果是纯净的SF6气体,上述分解物将随着温度降低会很快复合、还原为SF6气体。实际上使用中的SF6气体总含有一定量的空气、水分,由于上述分解生成的多种低氟硫化物很活泼,即与SF6气体中的微量水分和氧气等发生反应。可能会导致设备内的SF6气体分解,进而产生SO2、SO2F2、SOF2等特征分解产物。这些分解组分会在一定程度上影响SF6的绝缘与灭弧性能,增加气体绝缘组合电器的运行风险,所以SF6分解组分检测对于GIS安全运行具有重要意义。传统SF6分解组分检测方法主要包括傅里叶变换红外光谱法、光声光谱法、气相色谱法和氢离子火焰检测法等。
傅里叶变换红外光谱法技术难度高,维护非常复杂,出现故障必须返厂维修,分析仪价格昂贵,配件昂贵,采样管线长,测量结果偏低或无法测出;光声光谱法能实现在线监测,检测较多种类的分解产物,但在现场容易受到外界环境噪声的干扰,影响检测精度;气相色谱法几乎能实现所SF6分解产物的高精度检测,但其检测时间较长,不利于分解产物在线监测;氢离子火焰检测法操作复杂,使用时需要进行升温,适用于实验室检测,不适用于现场检测。
对此,提出一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置,通过引入Herriott吸收池,对光电探测器采集到的两组数据进行差分处理,排除压强、温度等无关变量的干扰,精确测量SO2浓度
发明内容
为了解决或者改善精确测量SO2的问题,本发明提供了一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置,具体技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置,包括:
气体池,所述气体池的一端设置光电探测器一,另一端设置有激光器;
控制系统,所述控制系统电性连接有激光驱动器,所述激光驱动器用于驱动激光器发射激光;
还包括:
Herriott吸收池,所述Herriott吸收池的一端电性连接有光电探测器二;
差分放大器,所述光电探测器一与光电探测器二均电性连接在差分放大器上,用于对两组电信号进行差分处理。
优选的,所述Herriott吸收池内壁涂有耐腐蚀材料,采用直接吸收的形式实现对SO2的测量。
优选的,所述TDLAS控制器同时还与激光驱动器电性连接,用于处理差分放大器的信号和通过处理后的差分放大器的信号来控制激光驱动器。
本发明的有益效果为:本装置引入了Herriott吸收池,使用PC端对于两组信号进行差分处理,以此达到排除温度、压强等无关变量的干扰,能够进一步提升TDLAS装置的精确度,精确测量SO2浓度。

为了解决精确测量SO2的问题,提出如图1所示的一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置,包括:
气体池5,气体池5的一端设置光电探测器一7,另一端设置有激光器4;
控制系统1,控制系统1电性连接有激光驱动器3,激光驱动器3用于驱动激光器4发射激光;
还包括:
Herriott吸收池6,Herriott吸收池6的一端电性连接有光电探测器二8;
差分放大器9,光电探测器一7与光电探测器二8均电性连接在差分放大器9上,用于对两组电信号进行差分处理。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,Herriott吸收池6内壁涂有耐腐蚀材料,采用直接吸收的形式实现对SO2的测量。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,TDLAS控制器2同时还与激光驱动器3电性连接,用于处理差分放大器9的信号和通过处理后的差分放大器9的信号来控制激光驱动器3。
可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TunableDiodeLaserAbsorptionSpectroscopy,以下简称TDLAS)技术的发展以及近红外DFB和VCSEL等激光器4生产的突破,为二氧化硫浓度的检测开辟了新的路径。可调谐半导体激光器4具有窄线宽和波长的特征,会随着注入电流发生改变,TDLAS技术使用窄线宽和波长特性与随注入电流产生改变波长测量分子的一个或多个距离近但是难以区分的吸收线。可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术是一种具有高选择性、高灵敏度、检测速度快等特点的气体检测技术。该技术利用半导体激光器4的可调谐、窄线宽性,有效的提高了气体测量的抗干扰性,是克服电力系统多变环境,实现GIS中SF6分解组分测量的理想方法。
同时,本专利在传统可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱的基础上,引入了Herriott吸收池6,对光电探测器采集到的两组数据进行差分处理,排除压强、温度等无关变量的干扰,精确测量SO2浓度。
TDLAS技术是一种用于测量气体含量的高精度技术。它的原理是利用调制的半导体激光源发出的光束,通过被测气体的特定波长的吸收来测量气体浓度。TDLAS技术的特点是具有高灵敏度,高分辨率。它可以检测出极低的气体浓度,比如几乎接近0的ppm(即10-6)。另外,TDLAS技术可以测量多种气体,包括水汽、二氧化碳、甲烷、氧气等,并且可以有效地抑制干扰(比如空气中的其他气体)。波长调制光谱技术利用对吸收曲线一次谐波和二次谐波的归一化处理(WMS-2f/1f),可以有效地抑制由于光路污染、环境振动等造成的出射光强损耗,提高信噪比,抑制噪声,满足气体吸收光谱在恶劣工况和复杂条件下的运行要求。TDLAS技术的工作原理是:首先,利用调制的半导体激光源产生一束宽带的激光能量,然后将其送入TDLAS仪器的探测器中,这束激光穿过被测气体,气体吸收了一部分激光能量,最后,将探测器检测到的反射信号输入电脑,利用数据处理软件,可以得到被测气体的含量。总的来说,TDLAS技术可以非常准确地测量气体浓度,并且可以有效抑制干扰,提高测量精度。
本发明的使用方法如下:
(1)向气体池5与Herriott吸收池6内通入待测SF6分解组分SO2气体;
(2)打开激光驱动器3、激光器4,使用激光启动器调制激光;
(3)打开光电探测器和控制系统1;
(4)通过控制系统1读取并记录数据,分析SF6分解组分SO2气体浓度情况。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

气体池(5),所述气体池(5)的一端设置光电探测器一(7),另一端设置有激光器(4);控制系统(1),所述控制系统(1)电性连接有激光驱动器(3),所述激光驱动器(3)用于驱动激光器(4)发射激光;
其特征在于,还包括:
Herriott吸收池(6),所述Herriott吸收池(6)的一端电性连接有光电探测器二(8)。差分放大器(9),所述光电探测器一(7)与光电探测器二(8)均电性连接在差分放大器(9)上,用于对两组电信号进行差分处理;
TDLAS控制器(2),所述TDLAS控制器(2)与差分放大器(9)电性连接,并于控制系统(1)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置,其特征在于:所述Herriott吸收池(6)内壁涂有耐腐蚀材料,采用直接吸收的形式实现对SO2的测量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于可调谐激光吸收光谱技术的SO2气体检测装置,其特征在于:所述TDLAS控制器(2)同时还与激光驱动器(3)电性连接,用于处理差分放大器(9)的信号和通过处理后的差分放大器(9)的信号来控制激光驱动器(3)。
