Abstract

本发明涉及一种深海小型化高精度电动阀装置,其中球阀设于电动阀外壳头端,并且球阀位于电动阀外壳内的一端设有球阀手柄,电动阀外壳内部设有步进电机固定座、转接盘和输出轴,其中步进电机和转接盘分设于步进电机固定座两侧,且转接盘内设有谐波减速机与步进电机输出端连接,输出轴一端与球阀手柄连接,另一端与谐波减速机输出端连接,在转接盘内设有支撑所述输出轴的轴承,电动阀外壳内部设有控制板卡,电动阀外壳尾端设有水密插接件,转接盘上设有编码器,且所述编码器套设于输出轴上,水密接插件通过线缆与控制板卡相连,控制板卡分别通过线缆与步进电机和编码器连接。本发明既实现了小型化目的,又可以实现对电动阀门开关量的精确控制。

一种深海小型化高精度电动阀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及海洋工程和水下科考装备领域,具体地说是一种深海小型化高精度电动阀装置。
背景技术
深海能力建设是海洋强国建设的重要组成部分,是有效利用深海、保障海洋权益综合国力的体现,拥有深海活动能力是探索未知海洋世界的前提和基础,无论是对深海资源的勘探和开发,还是对各种深海前沿重大科学命题进行探究,都离不开先进的深海水下科考装备。当深海科考及作业潜器在作业的过程中,需要大量使用液压系统,球阀便是其中重要的组成部分,而常见的电动球阀无法直接用于深海环境,需加装耐压密封外壳后使用,但这又会导致其体积重量较大,同时也无法实现阀门开关量的精确控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种深海小型化高精度电动阀装置,既实现了小型化目的,又可以实现对电动阀门开关量的精确控制。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种深海小型化高精度电动阀装置,包括电动阀外壳、步进电机和球阀,其中步进电机设于电动阀外壳中,球阀设于电动阀外壳头端,并且所述球阀位于电动阀外壳内的一端设有球阀手柄,所述电动阀外壳内部设有步进电机固定座、转接盘、输出轴和谐波减速机,其中步进电机固定于所述步进电机固定座远离球阀一侧,转接盘固定于所述步进电机固定座靠近球阀一侧,所述转接盘内设有谐波减速机与所述步进电机输出端连接,所述输出轴一端与所述球阀手柄连接,另一端与所述谐波减速机输出端连接,在所述转接盘内设有支撑所述输出轴的轴承,所述电动阀外壳内部设有控制板卡,所述电动阀外壳尾端设有水密插接件,所述转接盘靠近所述球阀一侧设有编码器,且所述编码器套设于所述输出轴上,水密接插件通过线缆与控制板卡相连,控制板卡分别通过线缆与步进电机和编码器连接。
所述电动阀外壳头端设有密封端盖和压紧盖,所述球阀上设有球阀法兰盘,其中密封端盖与电动阀外壳固连,且所述密封端盖与电动阀外壳之间设有头端第一密封圈,所述球阀法兰盘通过压紧盖压紧固定在所述密封端盖上,且所述球阀法兰盘与密封端盖之间设有头端第二密封圈,所述压紧盖边沿和密封端盖边沿通过螺栓固连,所述电动阀外壳尾端设有尾端端盖,且所述尾端端盖与电动阀外壳之间设有尾端密封圈。
所述尾端端盖上设有水密插接件。
所述控制板卡设于所述密封端盖和转接盘之间的空间中。
本发明的优点与积极效果为:
1、本发明通过步进电机、步进电机固定座、谐波减速机、轴承、转接盘以及输出轴的组合形成动力输出机构,并且该机构结构紧凑,可以有效降低装置轴向的长度和装置的重量与体积,实现了本发明的小型化目的。
2、本发明利用编码器、控制板卡等元件对步进电机的运动实现闭环控制,进而实现了本发明电动阀门开关量的精确控制,并且本发明通过控制步进电机的输入转速,既可以实现在球阀手柄转动两侧极限位置区间内进行低转速运动,又可以实现在手柄转动中间位置进行高转速运动,进而可以实现较短时间内的电动阀门通断,保证电动阀门的效率。
3、本发明内部采用充油设计并通过头端第一密封圈、第二密封圈、尾端密封圈的密封圈组合实现深海高压环境下的密封。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1~2所示,本发明包括电动阀外壳1、步进电机7和球阀6,其中步进电机7设于电动阀外壳1中,球阀6设于电动阀外壳1头端,并且所述球阀6位于电动阀外壳1内的一端设有球阀手柄601,所述球阀手柄601通过所述步进电机7驱动转动。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述电动阀外壳1内部设有步进电机固定座8、转接盘11、输出轴12和谐波减速机9,其中步进电机7固定于所述步进电机固定座8远离球阀6一侧,转接盘11固定于所述步进电机固定座8靠近球阀6一侧,转接盘11内设有谐波减速机9与所述步进电机7输出端连接,所述输出轴12一端与所述球阀手柄601连接,另一端与所述谐波减速机9输出端连接,所述转接盘11内设有支撑所述输出轴12的轴承10。本发明通过上述步进电机7、步进电机固定座8、谐波减速机9、轴承10、转接盘11以及输出轴12的组合形成动力输出机构,并且该机构结构紧凑,实现了本发明的小型化目的。本实施例中,所述球阀手柄601可通过卡槽结构与输出轴12实现对接。
如图1~2所示,本实施例中,所述电动阀外壳1头端设有密封端盖4和压紧盖5,所述球阀6上设有球阀法兰盘602,其中密封端盖4与电动阀外壳1固连,且所述密封端盖4与电动阀外壳1之间设有头端第一密封圈16,所述球阀法兰盘602通过压紧盖5压紧固定在所述密封端盖4上,且所述球阀法兰盘602与密封端盖4之间设有头端第二密封圈17,所述压紧盖5边沿和密封端盖4边沿通过沿着圆周方向布置的螺栓固连,所述电动阀外壳1尾端设有尾端端盖2,且所述尾端端盖2与电动阀外壳1之间设有尾端密封圈15。本发明内部采用充油设计并通过所述头端第一密封圈16、第二密封圈17、尾端密封圈15的密封圈组合实现深海高压环境下的密封。
如图1~2所示,本实施例中,所述电动阀外壳1内部设有控制板卡14,且所述控制板卡14设于所述密封端盖4和转接盘11之间的空间中,所述尾端端盖2上设有水密插接件3,且所述水密插接件3通过多根线缆与所述控制板卡14连接,所述转接盘11靠近所述球阀6一侧设有编码器13,且所述编码器13套设于所述输出轴12上,所述控制板卡14分别通过线缆与步进电机7和编码器13连接。本发明工作时,步进电机7驱动输出轴12转动,进而驱动球阀手柄601转动实现球阀6动作,而外部供电及控制信号通过水密接插件3进入本发明内部,并通过多根线缆传输至控制板卡14上,控制板卡14为步进电机7以及编码器13进行供电,并且编码器13将球阀手柄601的实时转动位置信息反馈到控制板卡14中,经处理后控制板卡14发送运动指令至步进电机7控制其转动速度及转动方向,以对步进电机7的运动实现闭环控制,进而可实现本发明的高精度开关量控制。所述水密插接件3、控制板卡14、编码器13、谐波减速机9、球阀6均为本领域公知技术且为市购产品,另外本实施例中,所述控制板卡14可采用嵌入式控制板卡,其可根据具体需要编程设计。
本发明的工作原理为:
本发明工作时,步进电机7驱动输出轴12转动,进而驱动球阀手柄601转动实现球阀6动作,而外部供电及控制信号通过水密接插件3进入本发明内部,并通过线缆传输至控制板卡14上,控制板卡14为步进电机7以及编码器13进行供电,并且编码器13将球阀手柄601的实时转动位置信息反馈到控制板卡14中,经处理后控制板卡14发送运动指令至步进电机7控制其转动速度及转动方向,以对步进电机7的运动实现闭环控制,进而可实现本发明的高精度开关量控制,其中本发明通过控制步进电机7的输入转速可以实现在球阀手柄601转动两侧极限的位置区间内的低转速运动,而在球阀手柄601转动的中间位置则进行高转速运动,从而可以实现较短时间内的电动阀门通断,保证电动阀门的效率。另外本发明通过步进电机7、步进电机固定座8、谐波减速机9、轴承10、转接盘11以及输出轴12的组合形成动力输出机构,并且该机构结构紧凑,实现了本发明的小型化目的,另外本发明内部采用充油设计并通过头端第一密封圈16、第二密封圈17、尾端密封圈15的密封圈组合实现深海高压环境下的密封。

1.一种深海小型化高精度电动阀装置,其特征在于:包括电动阀外壳(1)、步进电机(7)和球阀(6),其中步进电机(7)设于电动阀外壳(1)中,球阀(6)设于电动阀外壳(1)头端,并且所述球阀(6)位于电动阀外壳(1)内的一端设有球阀手柄(601),所述电动阀外壳(1)内部设有步进电机固定座(8)、转接盘(11)、输出轴(12)和谐波减速机(9),其中步进电机(7)固定于所述步进电机固定座(8)远离球阀(6)一侧,转接盘(11)固定于所述步进电机固定座(8)靠近球阀(6)一侧,所述转接盘(11)内设有谐波减速机(9)与所述步进电机(7)输出端连接,所述输出轴(12)一端与所述球阀手柄(601)连接,另一端与所述谐波减速机(9)输出端连接,在所述转接盘(11)内设有支撑所述输出轴(12)的轴承(10),所述电动阀外壳(1)内部设有控制板卡(14),所述电动阀外壳(1)尾端设有水密插接件(3),所述转接盘(11)靠近所述球阀(6)一侧设有编码器(13),且所述编码器(13)套设于所述输出轴(12)上,水密接插件(3)通过线缆与控制板卡(14)相连,控制板卡(14)分别通过线缆与步进电机(7)和编码器(13)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深海小型化高精度电动阀装置,其特征在于:所述电动阀外壳(1)头端设有密封端盖(4)和压紧盖(5),所述球阀(6)上设有球阀法兰盘(602),其中密封端盖(4)与电动阀外壳(1)固连,且所述密封端盖(4)与电动阀外壳(1)之间设有头端第一密封圈(16),所述球阀法兰盘(602)通过压紧盖(5)压紧固定在所述密封端盖(4)上,且所述球阀法兰盘(602)与密封端盖(4)之间设有头端第二密封圈(17),所述压紧盖(5)边沿和密封端盖(4)边沿通过螺栓固连,所述电动阀外壳(1)尾端设有尾端端盖(2),且所述尾端端盖(2)与电动阀外壳(1)之间设有尾端密封圈(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的深海小型化高精度电动阀装置,其特征在于:所述尾端端盖(2)上设有水密插接件(3)。
