The large-particle solid material is left on the surface of the first filter screen 4 under the interception of the first filter screen 4, the retarder solution meeting the injection standard can pass through the first filter screen 4, finally, atomized and sprayed out from the spray hole of the nozzle 302 and enter the drying furnace, and the inside of the drying furnace dries the atomized retarder by upward blowing hot air, so that a dry powdery retarder finished product is finally obtained.
At the same time, under the scouring of retarder flowing towards the nozzle 302 in the shell 301, six fan blades 7 on the rotating ring 6 drive the rotating ring 6 to rotate clockwise, the rotating ring 6 which rotates clockwise drives the scraping plate 5 fixedly arranged on the rotating ring 6 to rotate, the scraping plate 5 is tightly attached to the surface of the first filter screen 4, large-particle solid materials which cannot pass through the first filter screen 4 on the surface of the first filter screen 4 are gathered at the scraping plate 5 in the rotating process, the large-particle solid materials enter the groove 8 from the opening 9 along with the rotation of the scraping plate 5 and are limited by the transverse plate 10 under the guiding action of the scraping plate 5, and finally flow to the second filter screen 12 to gather along with the flow of retarder solution, the retarder solution also impacts the blades 15 on the rotating shaft 14 in the flowing process of the groove 8, the blades 15 rotate after being stressed, the rotating shaft 14 and the stirring rod 16 rotate, the rotating blades 15 and the stirring rod 16 can drive the large-particle solid materials inside the groove 8 and the large-particle solid materials adhered to the second filter screen 12 in the rotating process, the large-particle solid materials can enter the groove 8 from the opening 9 to the groove 8 along with the rotation of the scraping plate 5, the solid materials can be extruded from the second filter screen 12 to the solid materials, the solid materials can be dried and the solid materials can flow from the groove 8 to the inner part of the groove 12, the fine-particle particles can be crushed and the fine particles can be dried, the fine particles can be dried and the fine particles can be sprayed from the inside the filter screen 12 can be dried to the inside the filter screen and the filter particles can and the fine particles can be dried.

For the installation between the scraping plate 5 and the first filter screen 4 in the present invention, it should be noted that, although the rotation ring 6 is not provided with a limiting device to ensure that the scraping plate 5 contacts with the surface of the first filter screen, due to the vertical installation of the rotation ring 6, the filter screen and the housing 301, the scraping plate 5 is pressed by the downward impact force of the retarder solution and the gravity of the rotation ring 6 to be tightly attached to the first filter screen 4 under the gravity of the rotation ring 6 and the impact of the retarder on the fan blades 7 on the rotation ring 6 when the retarder is conveyed downwards. 1. A high performance concrete retarder preparation system comprising:
the drying device comprises a drying furnace (1), wherein a conveying pipe (2) for conveying retarder solution is arranged above the drying furnace (1), a spray head (3) for atomizing the retarder solution is arranged on a port of the conveying pipe (2), and the spray head (3) is positioned in the drying furnace (1);
