Abstract
本发明公开了一种控油妆前隔离乳及其制备方法,控油妆前隔离乳包括以下组分组成:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙醇、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、异十二烷、C12‑15醇苯甲酸酯、丁二醇、赤藓糖醇、PEG‑10聚二甲基硅氧烷、烟酰胺、番石榴果提取物、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG‑10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、葡糖酸锌、苯氧乙醇、氯化钠、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2‑己二醇、杜仲树皮提取物、(日用)香精、二氧化钛、乙基己基甘油、CI 77492、CI 77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氢氧化铝,余量为水。抑制皮脂的分泌,对皮肤表面的多余的油脂进行吸附,减少面部油光,以此达到优异的控油的效果,改善油性皮肤的整体外观,具有较好的控油效果;并可常温制备。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种控油妆前隔离乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
油性皮肤是因人体皮脂腺分泌旺盛,皮脂腺功能失常所产生的。皮脂腺分泌过多的油脂,会使得皮肤表面产生油光,且容易沾染外界环境中的灰尘等污染物,过多的皮脂也会堆积在毛囊口,使得微生物大量滋生,皮肤毛孔变得粗大,从而引发相应的皮肤疾病,如痤疮、脂溢性皮炎等。同时因环境因素、气候、工作生活压力大、饮食辛辣油腻及熬夜作息不规律等也会导致皮脂腺分泌失调,研究表明:皮肤局部温度每变化1℃,皮脂的分泌速度变化10%。环境温度越高,皮脂腺分泌越活跃,皮脂输送到皮肤表面的速度也越快。可以说是大多数人受到油性皮肤的影响,因此,市面上出现很多控油产品,用于解决油性皮肤人群的困扰。
但目前市面在售的大多数控油护肤品一是通过硅石、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等吸油粉末来进行物理吸附控油;二是通过一些植物提取物如北美金缕梅、金盏花等提取物来进行控油,但是这类产品效果较为缓慢;三是通过刷酸,如水杨酸、乳酸、苹果酸等来进行控油,虽然此类产品效果较快,但刺激性较大,容易导致皮肤过敏以及皮肤屏障变得薄弱。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种控油妆前隔离乳,该控油妆前隔离乳具备较全面的控油效果以及产品温和性。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种控油妆前隔离乳的制备方法。
本发明的第一个目的通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种控油妆前隔离乳,包括以下组分:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙醇、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、异十二烷、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、丁二醇、赤藓糖醇、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、烟酰胺、番石榴果提取物、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、葡糖酸锌、苯氧乙醇、氯化钠、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、杜仲树皮提取物、乙基己基甘油、CI 77492、三乙氧基辛基硅烷和水。
进一步的,还包括香精、二氧化钛、CI 77491和氢氧化铝。
进一步的,所述聚甲基倍半硅氧烷平均粒径为5μm,平均吸油量为40-80ml/100g。
进一步的,包括以下按质量百分比含量计的组分:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷:10.0%-15.0%、乙醇:8.0%-13.0%、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷:8.0%-15.0%、环聚二甲基硅氧烷:5.0%-10.0%、氧化锌:3.0%-8.0%、异十二烷:2.0%-6.0%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯:2.0%-6.0%、丁二醇:3.0%-8.0%、赤藓糖醇:2.0%-5.0%、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷:1.0%-2.5%、烟酰胺:1.0%-5.0%、番石榴果提取物:0.5%-2.0%、山梨坦倍半油酸酯:0.3%-0.8%、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.3%-1.2%、葡糖酸锌:0.4%-1.0%、苯氧乙醇:0.3%-0.9%、氯化钠:0.1%-0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮:0.15%-0.5%、1,2-己二醇:0.15%-0.5%、杜仲树皮提取物:0.02%-0.1%、(日用)香精:0-0.5%、二氧化钛:0-0.5%、乙基己基甘油:0.03%-0.06%、CI 77492:0.02%-0.3%、CI 77491:0-0.3%、三乙氧基辛基硅烷:0.01%-0.2%、氢氧化铝:0-0.3%,余量的水。
聚甲基倍半硅氧烷,是一种具有许多不同特性的高性能球形有机硅树脂微粉,优异的疏水性,爽滑性以及优异的吸附控油效果,平均粒径为5μm,平均吸油量为40-80ml/100g。
氧化锌,具有收敛、吸附控油及抑菌等效果,常用于皮肤科外用药膏,婴儿护臀膏等。
烟酰胺,具有美白提亮、祛痘控油等功效,烟酰胺能有效减少皮脂的形成和分泌,减轻痤疮的严重程度,达到控油、祛痘、细致毛孔的效果。
葡糖酸锌,能抑制5α-还原酶,降低雄性激素的生成,调节皮脂分泌,对油性皮肤和痤疮皮肤有很好的效果,还能促进伤口愈合,减少细菌炎症,有防腐抗菌的功能。
番石榴果提取物,有效抑制杀灭皮肤上的各种需氧菌和厌氧菌;对5α还原酶有显著抑制作用;有抗雄性激素作用,能阻断二氢睾酮和毛囊受体结合,抑制皮肤腺体过度分泌。
赤藓糖醇,高渗透压,容易被皮肤吸收,而且负溶解热的绝对值高(-43.3千卡/克),可以释放很强的清凉感。
杜仲树皮提取物,可抑制体温调节的关键分子PGE2的表达,降低血流速度,抑制热诱导的MMP-1基因的表达,抑制热压力相关基因的表达,抑制皮肤表面温度的升高。
本发明的第二个目的通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种控油妆前隔离乳的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、二氧化钛、CI 77492、CI77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氢氧化铝与聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十二烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、香精加入到真空乳化锅中混合,得到油相;
(2)将苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、乙基己基甘油、丁二醇混合,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入到水相锅中;
(3)将乙醇、烟酰胺、葡糖酸锌、氯化钠、番石榴果提取物、赤藓糖醇、杜仲树皮提取物,余量的水,加入到水相锅中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到水相;
(4)将水相缓慢加入到真空乳化锅中与油相混合,边搅拌边加入,完全混合后,均质1-3min,得到所述的控油妆前隔离乳。
进一步的,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、二氧化钛、CI77492、CI 77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氢氧化铝混合后,先进行研磨处理,再加入到真空乳化锅。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,真空乳化锅中混合均质的时间为3-5min;步骤(4)中,水相和油相混合后均质1-3min。
进一步的,步骤(1)、(3)和(4)在20-40℃下进行。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,在加热至55-60℃下搅拌至完全溶解。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的一种控油妆前隔离乳,先通过降低皮肤温度来抑制皮脂的分泌;再通过物理吸附的方法对皮肤表面的多余的油脂进行吸附,减少面部油光;然后通过抑制5α-还原酶,降低雄性激素的生成,调节皮脂分泌,以此达到优异的控油的效果,改善油性皮肤的整体外观,还肌肤一个清爽体验。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。本领域技术人员应该明了,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,所述实施例仅仅是帮助理解本发明,不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
本发明的一种控油妆前隔离乳,具体实施例1-6的控油妆前隔离乳组成如表1所示:

本发明的实施例1-6的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、二氧化钛、CI77492、CI77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氢氧化铝混合,进行研磨处理,然后加入到真空乳化锅中;
2、将聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十二烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、(日用)香精加入到真空乳化锅中混合,均质3-5min,得到油相;
3、将苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、乙基己基甘油、丁二醇混合,加热至55-60℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入到水相锅中;
4、将乙醇、烟酰胺、葡糖酸锌、氯化钠、番石榴果提取物、赤藓糖醇、杜仲树皮提取物,余量为水,加入到水相锅中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到水相;
5、将水相缓慢加入到真空乳化锅中与油相混合,边搅拌边加入,完全混合后,均质1-3min,得到产品。
对比例1-4的组成如表2所示:

对比例5为某市售控油乳液。
性能测试
一、控油功效测试
测试原理:通过测量吸油胶带吸收皮脂后的透明度,测得皮肤表面皮脂量,测试值越大,说明皮肤表面油脂含量越高。
测试条件:测试仪器为皮肤油脂测定探头SM815;测试环境是在相对湿度为50±10%、温度为21±1℃的恒定环境下;受试者是年龄在20-40岁符合试验要求的油性皮肤志愿者,共33位,男女各半,受试者人数有效率100%;测试部位为面部前额。
测试步骤:在面部前额部位,选取对称的2个面积3cm×3cm的区域,随机作为样品测试区域和空白对照区域,测试前,受试者在相对湿度为50±10%、温度为21±1℃的恒定环境下静坐30min,之后用洁面乳清洁受试部位,清洗干净后用纸巾擦干,然后分别测量样品测试区域和空白对照区域皮肤表面皮脂量,在各区域内不同位置测量3次,测量结果为3次测量的平均值,作为初始值。样品为实施例1-6和对比例1-5,样品按(2.0±1.0)mg/cm2的用量进行单次涂抹,使用乳胶指套分别将样品均匀涂抹在样品测试区域内,在2小时、4小时、6小时和8小时的时间点进行皮肤表面油脂含量测试,测试结果以3次测量的平均值表示。对应实施例1-6的空白对照例为空白对照1-6,对应对比例1-5的空白对照例为空白对照7-11。

测试结论:由表3、表4和表5得出,使用样品测试2小时后,实施例1-6的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率高于13.00%,对比例1-5的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率低于10.00%;使用样品测试4小时后,实施例1-6的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率高于16.00%,对比例1-5的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率低于13.00%;使用样品测试6小时后,实施例1-6的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率高于17.00%,对比例1-5的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率低于14.00%;使用样品测试8小时后,实施例1-6的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率高于17.00%,对比例1-5的皮肤表面皮脂含量抑制率低于13.50%;既实施例1-6的控油效果比对比例1-5的控油效果优异,得出本发明的控油妆前隔离乳具有优异的控油效果。
二、人体皮肤斑贴测试
试验方法:选择33名18-50岁符合试验要求的志愿者作为受试对象,男女各半,在志愿者前臂内侧进行斑贴测试,受试物为实施例1-6、对比例1-5所得产品,测试时间为24小时。24小时后拆下斑试器观察受试部位皮肤状态,48小时后再观察一次受试部位皮肤状态。皮肤封闭型斑贴试验皮肤反应分级标准如表6:

由表7可知,实施例1-6、对比例1-5的皮肤斑贴试验结果为阴性,说明本发明所制得的产品是属于比较温和的、对皮肤友好的,刺激性极低的,消费者可放心使用的。
三、皮肤降温测试
测试原理:利用一种特殊的传感器接收皮肤表面发出的红外线来测试皮肤表面的温度,这是一种皮肤表面温度的非接触式测量方法。
测试仪器:CK MPA580皮肤弹性测试仪(主机)+skin-thermometer ST500皮肤表面温度测试探头。
测试方法:选取10名志愿者,男女各半,年龄在18-35岁之间,测试部位为面部脸颊,测试前24小时内志愿者面部不得使用任何化妆品。测试开始前各志愿者先用洁面乳清洁面部,清洗干净后用纸巾擦干。在面部左右脸颊部位,选取左右脸颊对称的2个面积3cm×3cm的区域,随机作为实施例1-6测试区域和对比例1-4测试区域,按(2.0±1.0)mg/cm2的用量进行单次涂抹,使用乳胶指套分别将样品均匀涂抹在测试区域内。接着用kin-thermometer ST500皮肤表面温度测试探头分别在使用前、10min、20min、30min、1h、2h测试志愿者左右脸颊测试区域的温度,测试结果取平均值测试结果如表8所示。

由表8可得,在使用实施例1-6和对比例1-4后10min后皮肤降温效果达到最佳,实施例1-6和对比例2-3的皮肤表面降温效果都比较显著,对比例1和对比例4的皮肤表面降温效果较弱,远低于实施例1-6和对比例2-3,证明赤藓糖醇和杜仲树皮提取物对皮肤表面温度有较好的降温效果。同时根据表5所得,对比例1和对比例4的控油效果远弱于实施例1-6,控油效果相比对比例2和对比例3也较弱,从而得出赤藓糖醇和杜仲树皮提取物可以通过对皮肤表面温度的降温来抑制皮脂的分泌,验证了皮肤表面温度影响皮脂的分泌。

1.一种控油妆前隔离乳,其特征在于,包括以下组分:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙醇、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、异十二烷、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、丁二醇、赤藓糖醇、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、烟酰胺、番石榴果提取物、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、葡糖酸锌、苯氧乙醇、氯化钠、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、杜仲树皮提取物、乙基己基甘油、CI 77492、三乙氧基辛基硅烷和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种控油妆前隔离乳,其特征在于,还包括香精、二氧化钛、CI77491和氢氧化铝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种控油妆前隔离乳,其特征在于,所述聚甲基倍半硅氧烷平均粒径为5μm,平均吸油量为40-80ml/100g。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种控油妆前隔离乳,其特征在于,包括以下按质量百分比含量计的组分:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷:10.0%-15.0%、乙醇:8.0%-13.0%、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷:8.0%-15.0%、环聚二甲基硅氧烷:5.0%-10.0%、氧化锌:3.0%-8.0%、异十二烷:2.0%-6.0%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯:2.0%-6.0%、丁二醇:3.0%-8.0%、赤藓糖醇:2.0%-5.0%、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷:1.0%-2.5%、烟酰胺:1.0%-5.0%、番石榴果提取物:0.5%-2.0%、山梨坦倍半油酸酯:0.3%-0.8%、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.3%-1.2%、葡糖酸锌:0.4%-1.0%、苯氧乙醇:0.3%-0.9%、氯化钠:0.1%-0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮:0.15%-0.5%、1,2-己二醇:0.15%-0.5%、杜仲树皮提取物:0.02%-0.1%、香精:0-0.5%、二氧化钛:0-0.5%、乙基己基甘油:0.03%-0.06%、CI 77492:0.02%-0.3%、CI 77491:0-0.3%、三乙氧基辛基硅烷:0.01%-0.2%、氢氧化铝:0-0.3%,余量为水。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种控油妆前隔离乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、二氧化钛、CI 77492、CI77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氢氧化铝与聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十二烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、香精加入到真空乳化锅中混合,得到油相;
(2)将苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、乙基己基甘油、丁二醇混合,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入到水相锅中;
(3)将乙醇、烟酰胺、葡糖酸锌、氯化钠、番石榴果提取物、赤藓糖醇、杜仲树皮提取物,余量的水,加入到水相锅中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到水相;
(4)将水相缓慢加入到真空乳化锅中与油相混合,边搅拌边加入,完全混合后,得到所述的控油妆前隔离乳。
6.根据权利要求5所述的种控油妆前隔离乳的制备方法,其特征在于,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、二氧化钛、CI 77492、CI 77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氢氧化铝混合后,先进行研磨处理,再加入到真空乳化锅。
7.根据权利要求5所述的种控油妆前隔离乳的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤(1)中,真空乳化锅中混合均质的时间为3-5min;步骤(4)中,水相和油相混合后均质1-3min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的种控油妆前隔离乳的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)、(3)和(4)在20-40℃下进行。
9.根据权利要求5所述的种控油妆前隔离乳的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,在加热至55-60℃下搅拌至完全溶解。
