the lighting unit comprises a lamp shell, a winding disc arranged in the lamp shell, a winding disc rotatably arranged in the lamp shell, a driving mechanism and a lamp strip; the winding disc is provided with a winding chute in a spiral line shape, the lamp housing is provided with a storage opening, one end of the lamp strip is connected with the winding drum, and the other end of the lamp strip can extend out of the lamp housing through the storage opening;
