技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种补水保湿功能口罩及其制备方法。
背景技术
常规一次性医用防护口罩采用无纺布作为口罩材料,疏水性强,不能及时将人体呼出气体中的湿气导出,佩带舒适性差。现有技术中也出现了具有补水保湿结构的口罩,专利号CN202023103225.X,一种具有芳香和通鼻通窍功能的保湿口罩,保湿口罩主块的内部设置有设备放置槽,所述设备放置槽内部的一端设置有主通气孔,所述主通气孔的内部设置有主通纱布,且主通纱布与主通气孔通过黏性连接,所述设备放置槽的内壁设置有保湿海绵块,且保湿海绵块与设备放置槽通过黏性连接,所述保湿海绵块的内部设置有芳香通鼻块放置块,且芳香通鼻块放置块与设备放置槽通过支撑竖柱固定连接。这种口罩虽然有保湿效果,但是结构复杂,防护性、舒适性较差。因此,研究出一种可以有效补水保湿功能,又可以达到防护要求的口罩具有重要的应用意义。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种补水保湿功能口罩及其制备方法,本发明的补水保湿功能防护口罩不仅具有防护功能,还具有较好的透湿性能,佩戴舒适性得到了极大的提高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种补水保湿功能防护口罩,包括口罩主体,所述的口罩主体由内到外依次包括贴肤里层、过滤层、防护外层;
贴肤里层为玻尿酸天丝纤维面料,该面料玻尿酸含量180-200mg/kg,克重≤120g/m2
过滤层为静电纺丝形成的膜,经过高温加热交联形成的亲水性纳米纤维过滤膜;
防护外层为涤纶纤维面料、聚氨酯纤维面料中的一种,防护外层上带有胶粒;克重≤160g/m2
进一步地,所述水保湿功能防护口罩的细菌过滤效率≥95%,通气阻力≤49Pa/m2
进一步地,本发明还提供了一种补水保湿功能防护口罩的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)贴肤里层的玻尿酸天丝纤维面料的制备:将天丝面料浸泡在玻尿酸整理液中,烘干,使玻尿酸固着在天丝织物上;
(2)过滤层亲水性纳米纤维膜制备:以防护外层为接收布,在电压50-80kv的条件下,将静电纺丝液喷射在防护外层,在防护外层形成一层膜,然后与贴肤里层复合在一起,过滤层在中间,形成过滤层,使过滤层在防护外层与贴肤里层之间,然后与贴肤里层复合在一起,三层复合面料进入烘箱中,高温条件下水性高分子聚合物与交联剂交联;同时高温条件下胶粒融化,使得三层面料粘接在一起;
进一步地,所述步骤(1)贴肤里层的玻尿酸天丝纤维面料的制备:将天丝面料浸泡在玻尿酸整理液中5-30s,经过轧车,轧挤带液率为70%-80%,80-100℃下烘干5-10min,使玻尿酸固着在天丝织物上。
进一步地,静电纺丝液包括水性高分子聚合物、交联剂,水性高分子聚合物通过静电纺丝形成的过滤层耐水性差,遇水会溶解消失,所以加入交联剂,交联后该纳米纤维膜的耐水性才会提高,交联条件为140-150℃,交联时间8-10min,交联后过滤层的耐水性才会提高,这样在接触汗水、呼吸水汽的时候,过滤层不会溶解。同时高温条件下胶粒融化,使得三层面料粘接在一起。
进一步地,水性高分子聚合物包括聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、明胶、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步地,交联剂包括异氰酸酯交联剂、氮丙啶交联剂、咪唑交联剂中的一种或几种。
进一步地,步骤(2)是在140-150℃条件下将防护外层上的胶粒融化,通过导辊的张力,使得融化的胶粒渗透到里层,粘在一起,粘接强力≥8N。
进一步地,所述玻尿酸整理液包括玻尿酸、粘合剂、水;所述粘合剂为丙烯酸酯类,优选丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯和2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯。
进一步地,所述玻尿酸占整理液质量的0.05-0.1%,粘合剂占整理液质量的2-5%。
有益效果
本发明的补水保湿功能口罩,采用玻尿酸天丝面料,克重≤120g/m2,玻尿酸含量为180-200mg/kg,具有超薄透气性和补水保湿性,通过静电纺丝技术提供纳米纤维过滤膜,细菌过滤效率≥95%,通气阻力≤49Pa/m2,完全符合医用口罩的防护效果。本发明所述的补水保湿功能防护口罩不仅具有防护功能,还具有较好的透湿性能,佩戴舒适性得到了极大的提高。

细菌过滤效率测试方法:随机抽取三个样品进行试验,按照YY0469-2011《医用外科口罩》标准中细菌过滤效率测试方法进行测试。
通气阻力测试方法:按照YY0969-2013《一次性使用医用口罩》标准中通气阻力的测试方法进行测试。
玻尿酸含量测试方法:按照QB/T4416-2012《化妆品用原料透明质酸钠》标准中透明质酸钠含量的测试方法进行测试。
实施例1
一种补水保湿功能口罩,包括口罩主体和相连接的挂耳部件,所述的口罩主体由内到外依次为贴肤里层、过滤层、防护外层;贴肤里层为天丝纤维面料,将面料在玻尿酸整理液中浸泡15s,玻尿酸整理液为玻尿酸与丙烯酸甲酯的混合溶液,玻尿酸占整理液总质量的0.07%,丙烯酸甲酯占整理液总质量的3%,其余为水。经过压车进行挤压,带液率为75%,100℃烘干,克重80g/m2;防护外层为带胶粒涤纶纤维面料,克重50g/m2;过滤层为聚乙烯醇纳米纤维膜,通过静电纺丝制得。
上述补水保湿功能口罩的制备方法:
首先,玻尿酸天丝面料为接收面料,聚乙烯醇、异氰酸酯混合液作为纺丝液,通过静电纺丝的方法,形成纳米纤维膜过滤层,150℃高温交联10min,同时胶粒融化,与涤纶纤维面料粘接;复合后粘接强力为8N;得到口罩主体。
口罩主体连接挂耳部件,得到补水保湿功能防护口罩。
此口罩的细菌过滤效率为98%,通气阻力为45Pa/m2,玻尿酸含量为185mg/kg。
实施例2
一种补水保湿功能口罩,包括口罩主体和相连接的挂耳部件,所述的口罩主体由内到外依次为贴肤里层、过滤层、防护外层;贴肤里层为天丝纤维面料,将面料在玻尿酸溶液中浸泡30s,玻尿酸整理液为玻尿酸与丙烯酸乙酯的混合溶液,玻尿酸占整理液总质量的0.09%,丙烯酸甲酯占整理液总质量的4.5%,其余为水。经过压车进行挤压,带液率为80%,100℃烘干,克重80g/m2;防护外层为带胶粒涤纶纤维面料,克重50g/m2;过滤层为聚乙烯醇纳米纤维膜,通过静电纺丝制得。
上述补水保湿功能口罩的制备方法:
首先,玻尿酸天丝面料为接收面料,海藻酸钠、氮丙啶交联剂混合液作为纺丝液,通过静电纺丝的方法,形成纳米纤维膜过滤层,150℃高温交联10min,同时胶粒融化,与涤纶纤维面料粘接;复合后粘接强力为7.5N;得到口罩主体。
所述的口罩主体连接挂耳部件,得到补水保湿功能防护口罩。
此口罩的细菌过滤效率为97.5%,通气阻力为42Pa/m2,玻尿酸含量为190mg/kg。
通过图3-5的扫描电镜图观察,可以清晰看到玻尿酸颗粒,并且过滤层的纳米纤维直径在100-200nm之间,直径细,孔径小,具有超薄透气性和补水保湿性。

防护外层为涤纶纤维面料、聚氨酯纤维面料中的一种,防护外层上带有胶粒;克重≤160g/m2

(1)贴肤里层的玻尿酸天丝纤维面料的制备:将天丝面料浸泡在玻尿酸整理液中,烘干,使玻尿酸固着在天丝织物上;
(2)以防护外层为接收布,在电压50-80kv的条件下,将静电纺丝液喷射在防护外层,在防护外层上形成一层膜,形成过滤层,使过滤层在防护外层与贴肤里层之间,然后与贴肤里层复合在一起,三层复合面料进入烘箱中,高温条件下水性高分子聚合物与交联剂交联;同时高温条件下胶粒融化,使得三层面料粘接在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种补水保湿功能防护口罩的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)贴肤里层的玻尿酸天丝纤维面料的制备:将天丝面料浸泡在玻尿酸整理液中5-30s,经过轧车,轧挤带液率为70%-80%,80-100℃下烘干5-10min,使玻尿酸固着在天丝织物上。
