the working principle and beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: based on the parameters of the target pollutant/target sterilization effect (actual concentration of the target pollutant before sterilization, target concentration of the target pollutant after sterilization, amount of the substance of the target pollutant), the electrode parameters of the reactive sterilization capability (used coefficient of the ith electrode plate, actual potential of the ith electrode plate, theoretical potential of the ith electrode plate, spacing of the electrode plates), and the parameters of the water in the first cleaning tank (volume of the water in the first cleaning tank 101, flow rate of the water in the first cleaning tank, bottom area of the first cleaning tank), the target input power of the water catalyst generator 3 suitable for the target sterilization effect and the water and electrode parameters in the water tank is obtained to ensure the sterilization effect, and the target input power of the water catalyst generator 3 is controlled intelligently by the control device to be adjusted as required for convenience.
