As another example, the internet of vehicles is an important technology of the 5G network, and in an automatic driving scenario of the internet of vehicles, prediction of network performance (e.g., qoS information, traffic load) of a base station through which the vehicle is going to pass has an important role in improving the quality of service of the internet of vehicles. For example, the internet of vehicles server may determine whether to continue to maintain the unmanned mode based on predictive information of network performance. When the data corresponding to the target terminal comprises network performance data, specific area business load data and the like, the NWDAF of the first network is used for realizing statistics and prediction of network performance by collecting the network performance data and the specific area business load data and utilizing a network performance analysis and prediction model, and assisting AF optimization parameters.
According to the data acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the first communication equipment belonging to the first network acquires the data corresponding to the target terminal roaming in the first network, the data can be analyzed and processed, and the service quality of the target terminal roaming in the first network is further evaluated based on the analysis and processing result.

It should be noted that, the first request message may further include at least one of the following: analysis result identification for indicating which analysis result is required, network slice selection assistance information (Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information, S-NSSAI) and data network name (Data Network Name, DNN); for example, if the analysis result is identified as the network performance analysis result, the first communication device only needs to analyze and process the network performance of the target terminal roaming in the first network.
According to the data acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the application, the first communication equipment acquires the data corresponding to the target terminal roaming in the first network based on the user permission of the target terminal under the condition that the first request message sent by the second communication equipment is acquired, so that the data corresponding to the target terminal is processed, and the first communication equipment is not required to actively process the data corresponding to the target terminal.

In addition, the fourth communication device can query the information of the third communication device storing the user license of the target terminal because each UDM or AMF can register in advance in the NRF, that is, register the user license of the target terminal stored in each UDM, register the user license of the target terminal stored in each AMF; thus, when the fourth communication device receives the third request message, the information of the third communication device permitted by the user of the storage target terminal can be queried in the corresponding storage position.
In the case where the fourth communication device includes the NRF belonging to the second network, when the first communication device belonging to the first network transmits the third request message to the NRF belonging to the second network, the first communication device belonging to the first network may transmit the third request message to the NRF belonging to the second network sequentially through the secure edge protection proxy (Security Edge Protection Proxy, SEPP) belonging to the first network and SEPP belonging to the second network.

the first communication equipment acquires the user permission of the target terminal; the first communication equipment belongs to a first network, the target terminal roams in the first network, and the target terminal belongs to a second network different from the first network;
the first communication device obtains data corresponding to the target terminal based on the user permission of the target terminal.
2. The data acquisition method according to claim 1, wherein after the first communication device acquires the data corresponding to the target terminal based on the user permission of the target terminal, the method further comprises:

the target terminal is at a target time of the first network;
and the identification of the target terminal.
9. The data acquisition method according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the second request message includes at least one of:
Roaming indication information; the roaming indication information is used for indicating that the target terminal roaming in the first network is the target terminal;
the identification of the second network to which the target terminal belongs;
a target area of the second network to which the target terminal belongs;
the target terminal is at a target time of the first network;
an identification of the first network;
and the identification of the target terminal.
10. The data acquisition method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the third request message includes at least one of:
roaming indication information; the roaming indication information is used for indicating that the target terminal roaming in the first network is the target terminal;
the identification of the second network to which the target terminal belongs;
a target area of the second network to which the target terminal belongs;
the target terminal is at a target time of the first network;
an identification of the first network;
and the identification of the target terminal.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the first communication device acquires data corresponding to the target terminal based on a user permission of the target terminal, comprising:
The first communication device sending a fourth request message to a fifth communication device based on a user permission of the target terminal; the fourth request message is used for requesting to acquire the data corresponding to the target terminal;
and the first communication equipment receives the data corresponding to the target terminal sent by the fifth communication equipment.
12. The data acquisition method of claim 11 wherein the fourth request message comprises at least one of:
roaming indication information; the roaming indication information is used for indicating that the target terminal roaming in the first network is the target terminal;
the identification of the second network to which the target terminal belongs;
a target area of the second network to which the target terminal belongs;
the target terminal is at a target time of the first network;
and the identification of the target terminal.
13. The method of data acquisition according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the method further comprises:
the first communication device receives the change information of the user permission of the target terminal, which is sent by the third communication device.
