Abstract
The application relates to a message sending method, a message sending device, computer equipment and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of computers, and can be used in the related financial field or other fields. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a communication identifier of a target user, recommending target product information to the target user, generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information, and sending the communication identifier of the target user and the product recommendation message to a target operator through a 5G message platform so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to a terminal held by the target user according to the communication identifier of the target user. By adopting the method, the efficiency of message transmission can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technology, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium for sending a message, which may be used in the related financial field or other fields.
Background
With the increasing of financial products, the recommending modes of the financial products are increased, and in order to facilitate the financial institutions to recommend products to users, a message sending method is presented. The existing message sending method can send a financial product recommendation message to a user based on software already downloaded by the user.
However, since the current message transmission method requires a user to download specific software in advance, the financial institution cannot transmit a message to the user without downloading the specific software, and improvement is demanded.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a message transmission method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium that can transmit a message to a user without downloading specific software by the user.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a message sending method, including:
acquiring a communication identifier of a target user and recommending target product information to the target user;
generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information;
and sending the communication identification of the target user and the product recommendation message to the target operator through the 5G message platform, so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to a terminal held by the target user according to the communication identification of the target user.
In one embodiment, generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information includes:
determining a target message template from the selectable message templates provided by the 5G message platform according to the type of the target product in the target product information; and generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information by adopting a target message template.
In one embodiment, a target message template is adopted, and a product recommendation message is generated according to target product information, including:
generating a product recommendation page according to the target product information; and adding the address information of the product recommendation page into a target message template to obtain a product recommendation message.
In one embodiment, generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information includes:

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The message sending method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in figure 1. Wherein the terminal 102, the target operator 103, and the server 104 communicate with each other via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. For example, the target user communicates identified relevant data. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on a cloud or other network server. For example, the server 104 obtains the communication identifier of the target user, and the target product information recommended to the target user, generates a product recommendation message according to the target product information, and sends the communication identifier of the target user and the product recommendation message to the target operator 103 through the 5G message platform, so that the target operator 103 sends the product recommendation message to the terminal 102 held by the target user according to the communication identifier of the target user. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices, portable wearable devices, internet of things devices, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers.
With the increasing of financial products, the recommending modes of the financial products are increased, and in order to facilitate the financial institutions to recommend products to users, a message sending method is presented. The existing message sending method can send a financial product recommendation message to a user based on software already downloaded by the user.
However, since the current message transmission method requires the user to download specific software in advance, the financial institution cannot transmit a message to the user without the user downloading the specific software.
Based on this, in one embodiment, a message sending method is provided, which is described by taking as an example that the method is applied to the server embedded with the 5G message platform in fig. 1, where the 5G message platform refers to a platform capable of sending a 5G message, and specifically includes the following steps as shown in fig. 2:
s201, acquiring a communication identifier of a target user and target product information recommended to the target user.
The target user refers to a user who is subjected to information acquisition by a target mechanism; the communication identification refers to identification information of a target user for communication, for example, a mobile phone number of the target user; the target product refers to a financial product which needs to be recommended to a target user; the target product information refers to specific information of the target product. Information such as the type of the target product, the name of the target product, and the like can be included.
Optionally, when the target mechanism pushes out a new target product, a message sending instruction carrying the target user communication identifier and the target product information can be sent to a server embedded with the 5G message platform; then, after receiving the message sending instruction, the server can directly obtain the communication identification of the target user and the target product information recommended to the target user from the message sending instruction.
S202, generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information.
The product recommendation message refers to a message for recommending products to a target user.
Optionally, after the target product information is obtained, the target product information may be input into a trained message generation model, and the message generation model generates a product recommendation message of the target product according to the target product information and parameters of the model itself.
S203, the communication identification of the target user and the product recommendation message are sent to the target operator through the 5G message platform, so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to the terminal held by the target user according to the communication identification of the target user.
The target operator refers to a provider for providing network services for a target area, and further, the target area refers to an area where a target user is located.
Optionally, after determining the communication identifier and the product recommendation message of the target user, the communication identifier and the product recommendation message of the target user may be sent to a target operator in the area where the target institution is located through the 5G message platform; further, after receiving the communication identifier of the target user and the product recommendation message, the target operator may send the product recommendation message to the terminal held by the target user according to the communication identifier of the target user.
It can be understood that, in order to improve the sending efficiency of the product recommendation message, multiple target users can be selected for the same target product to recommend, i.e. the same product recommendation message is sent to the held terminals of different target users.
In the message sending method, a 5G message platform is introduced, and the communication identifier of the target user and the product recommendation message are sent to the target operator through the 5G message platform, so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to the terminal held by the target user according to the communication identifier of the target user. According to the method, the 5G message platform is introduced, the special message receiving function of the terminal held by the target user is fully utilized, the effect of sending the product recommendation message to the target user can be achieved without downloading specific software by the user, the coverage range of message sending is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the generation of the product recommendation message, in this embodiment, an alternative method for generating the product recommendation message is provided, as shown in fig. 3, and specifically includes the following steps:

The selectable message templates refer to all preset message templates containing related product recommendation sentences; the target message template refers to a template corresponding to a target product. It can be appreciated that, in order to facilitate editing of the product recommendation message, different selectable message templates containing product recommendation sentences may be set in advance for different types of products and stored in the 5G message platform.
Optionally, the type of the target product in the target product information may be compared with the type of the product corresponding to the optional message template provided by the 5G message platform, and if the type of the product corresponding to a certain optional message template is the same as the type of the target product, the optional message template is used as the target message template.
If the product types corresponding to the selectable message templates are different from the target product types, the message sender is required to edit the selectable message templates with the same types as the target product types, the selectable message templates are stored in the 5G message platform, and then the selectable message templates are used as target message templates.
S302, a target message template is adopted, and a product recommendation message is generated according to target product information.
Alternatively, the useful information in the target product information may be extracted according to the target message template, and then the product recommendation message may be generated according to the useful information and the target message template.

Optionally, under the condition that the information amount carried in the target product information is large, the reading experience of the target user is reduced by adopting the text expression, at this time, a product recommendation page can be generated according to the target product information, and the address information of the product recommendation page is added into the target message template to obtain the product recommendation message.
The product recommendation page refers to a page for displaying target product information.
Optionally, because the 5G message platform can share the address information of the page, a product recommendation page for recommending the target product can be designed in advance according to the target product information under the condition that the information amount carried in the target product information is large; and then, adding the address information of the product recommendation page into a target message template to obtain a product recommendation message, so that a target user directly opens the product recommendation page by clicking the address information of the product recommendation page after receiving the product recommendation message, and reading the related message of the target product.
In the embodiment, the target message template is introduced, and the product recommendation message can be directly generated through the target message template and the target product information, so that the editing time of the product recommendation message is saved, and the labor cost is saved.
It can be appreciated that, in order to avoid recommending target products that are not interesting to the target user, in the above embodiment, another alternative method for generating the product recommendation message is provided, as shown in fig. 4, specifically including the following steps:
s401, generating a product blacklist of the target user according to the feedback behavior of the target user on the historical product information.
Wherein the history product information refers to related information that the financial product has been recommended to the target user; the feedback behavior refers to the behavior that the target user feeds back after receiving the historical product message, and can comprise reply purchase, reply disinterest and the like; the product blacklist refers to a list of products that the target user has fed back to be uninteresting.
Optionally, according to the communication identifier of the target user, the feedback behavior of the target user on the historical product information can be directly obtained; and then, generating a product blacklist of the target user according to the feedback behavior. For example, the feedback behavior of target user D on historical product information containing product E is "uninteresting," at which point product E may be added to target user D's product blacklist.
S402, judging whether to recommend a target product to a target user according to the product blacklist and the target product information.
Optionally, for the product information of each product in the product blacklist, the product information of the product and the target product information of the target product can be simultaneously input into a trained similarity model, and the similarity between the product and the target product can be directly output by the similarity model according to the product information of the product, the target product information of the target product and parameters of the model.

In the embodiment, the product blacklist of the target user is introduced, and the target product is compared with the product blacklist, so that the recommendation of uninteresting products to the target user is avoided, and the accuracy of message sending is improved.
In order to ensure the security of the message transmission, after the communication identifier of the target user and the target product information recommended to the target user are acquired, in this embodiment, an alternative method for authenticating the identity of the target user is provided, as shown in fig. 5, which specifically includes the following steps:
s501, identifying whether the target user is in a user white list according to the communication identification.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing logic for generating a product recommendation message based on the target product information in a computer program, may specifically implement the following steps:
generating a product blacklist of the target user according to the feedback behavior of the target user on the historical product information; judging whether to recommend a target product to a target user according to the product blacklist and the target product information; if yes, generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information.
In one embodiment, after obtaining the communication identifier of the target user and the target product information recommended to the target user, the processor, when executing logic in the computer program, may specifically implement the following steps:

according to the communication identification, first identity information of a target user is obtained from a target operator; acquiring second identity information provided by a target user; and determining an identity authentication result of the target user according to the consistency comparison result of the first identity information and the second identity information.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring a communication identifier of a target user and recommending target product information to the target user;
generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information;
and sending the communication identification of the target user and the product recommendation message to the target operator through the 5G message platform, so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to a terminal held by the target user according to the communication identification of the target user.
In one embodiment, the code logic in the computer program for generating the product recommendation message based on the target product information, when executed by the processor, performs the steps of:
determining a target message template from the selectable message templates provided by the 5G message platform according to the type of the target product in the target product information; and generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information by adopting a target message template.
In one embodiment, the code logic for generating the product recommendation message based on the target product information using the target message template in the computer program is executed by the processor to perform the steps of:
generating a product recommendation page according to the target product information; and adding the address information of the product recommendation page into a target message template to obtain a product recommendation message.
In one embodiment, the code logic in the computer program for generating the product recommendation message based on the target product information, when executed by the processor, performs the steps of:

and sending the communication identification of the target user and the product recommendation message to the target operator through the 5G message platform, so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to a terminal held by the target user according to the communication identification of the target user.
In one embodiment, the computer program is executed by a processor to generate a product recommendation message according to the target product information, and specifically implements the following steps:
determining a target message template from the selectable message templates provided by the 5G message platform according to the type of the target product in the target product information; and generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information by adopting a target message template.
In one embodiment, when the computer program is executed by the processor to generate the product recommendation message according to the target product information by using the target message template, the following steps are specifically implemented:
generating a product recommendation page according to the target product information; and adding the address information of the product recommendation page into a target message template to obtain a product recommendation message.
In one embodiment, the computer program is executed by a processor to generate a product recommendation message according to the target product information, and specifically implements the following steps:

It should be noted that, the user information (including, but not limited to, information such as communication identifier of the target user) and the data (including, but not limited to, communication identifier data for the target user) related to the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related country and region.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of the application should be assessed as that of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method of messaging, the method comprising:
acquiring a communication identifier of a target user and target product information recommended to the target user;
generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information;
and sending the communication identifier of the target user and the product recommendation message to a target operator through a 5G message platform, so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to a terminal held by the target user according to the communication identifier of the target user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a product recommendation message based on the target product information comprises:
determining a target message template from the selectable message templates provided by the 5G message platform according to the type of the target product in the target product information;
and generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information by adopting the target message template.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein generating a product recommendation message using the target message template based on the target product information, comprises:
generating a product recommendation page according to the target product information;
and adding the address information of the product recommendation page into the target message template to obtain a product recommendation message.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a product recommendation message based on the target product information comprises:
generating a product blacklist of the target user according to the feedback behavior of the target user on the historical product information;
judging whether to recommend a target product to a target user according to the product blacklist and the target product information;
if yes, generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the obtaining the communication identifier of the target user and the target product information recommended to the target user, the method further comprises:
identifying whether the target user is in a user white list according to the communication identification;
if not, carrying out identity authentication on the target user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said authenticating said target user comprises:
acquiring first identity information of the target user from the target operator according to the communication identifier;
acquiring second identity information provided by the target user;
and determining an identity authentication result of the target user according to the consistency comparison result of the first identity information and the second identity information.
7. A message transmission apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the communication identification of the target user and the target product information recommended to the target user;
the message generation module is used for generating a product recommendation message according to the target product information;
and the message sending module is used for sending the communication identifier of the target user and the product recommendation message to a target operator through a 5G message platform, so that the target operator sends the product recommendation message to a terminal held by the target user according to the communication identifier of the target user.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
9. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
