Here, the Cloud is composed of a large number of hosts or web servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), which is a kind of distributed Computing, one virtual computer composed of a group of loosely coupled computer sets.
As explained above, video has penetrated our daily life study as a popular medium. Videos may generally be shared based on a video platform, the shared videos may generally be divided into two categories, for example, a first category may be referred to as PUGC (Professional User Generated Content): refers to user-generated content created by professionals, including professional producers, actors, dramas, and the like. The manufacturing quality of the PUGC is generally higher, and the content is more colorful. For example, on a video playback platform, content authored by professional bloggers having a higher degree of expertise in a certain area. For example, the second class may be referred to as UGC (User Generated Content): refers to content created by a general user, which may be video, audio, pictures, etc., and is generally uneven in quality and level, for example, content authored by amateur bloggers on a platform website, most of which is made by spontaneous shooting of the user.
In general, in order to facilitate the user to acquire and understand the video, the platform side may obtain the video tag based on the video tag provided by the video blogger, or after the platform side performs semantic recognition on the video, so that the user may better understand and search the video based on the video tag. In this case, however, the video itself also faces problems such as excessively long video, lack of organization, excessive information amount, and the like. In this regard, to address such issues, in embodiments of the present application, chapters of video may be split to refine video content, more quickly provide users with "essence content" that may be of interest or interest to them. Therefore, when the platform side receives the video submitted by the user, chapter splitting options can be provided for the user, so that the user splits the video into a plurality of sub-videos or chapters, and the refinement processing of the video is facilitated. As an exemplary manner, for example, the platform may present a split control (e.g., user input split chapters, time associated with chapters) to the progress bar of the associated video after the user uploads the video to assist the user in splitting the video to obtain a plurality of chapters associated with the video. It should be understood that the chapters may likewise be played continuously through the original play sequence without limitation.
Further, after the user splits the chapter or the platform side splits the chapter, the platform side may generate description information and/or semantic information associated with the chapter as description information of the chapter and store the description information. For example, the description information may record the start and end times of the chapter in the video (for example, chapter a starting at 0:00 and ending at 0:20, and chapter B starting at 0:21 and ending at 0:40), and the content semantic information in the chapter (for example, the method of making the chapter in which the content is a food, the method of eating the a food, etc.).
Based on this, the process flow of the method for presenting comment information provided by the embodiment of the present application will be discussed in detail below. For ease of understanding, the discussion and description will be made in connection with what is shown in fig. 1, 2, 3A and 3B.
Fig. 1 shows a process flow 100 of a method for presenting comment information according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method at least includes the following processing steps:
step S101, acquiring description information of a first chapter of a first video.
In an embodiment of the present application, the video may be split into a plurality of chapters in advance, and the chapters and the description information associated with the chapters may be stored accordingly, for example, after being stored in a local or non-local storage medium, a corresponding storage address is generated. The descriptive information may indicate a time interval in which the first chapter is located in the first video and/or semantic information of the first chapter. Further, when association of chapters with comments is desired, descriptive information of the chapters of the video may be obtained (e.g., the corresponding descriptions may be read from the above-described storage addresses).
Step S102, a first comment area for the first chapter is generated based on the description information. In an embodiment of the present application, at least one piece of comment information (simply referred to as comment) associated with the first video may be acquired. In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, generating the first comment area for the first chapter based on the description information includes: acquiring associated information of comments in the first video, wherein the associated information indicates at least one of the following: comment semantics of comments at the posting time of the comments in the first video. Specifically, when a user provides comments to the plateau side, the plateau side may record the time of the video content being viewed when it posted the comments. Subsequently, the record may be associated with a chapter in the video based on its posting time as a comment by the user. For example, when a user views a video to 0:36, comment A is posted, then its posting time may be recorded as 0:36. Or, the text content of the comment posted by the user can be read for reading the semantics of the comment. Subsequently, each comment may be associated with at least one chapter in the video based on its posting time, semantic content. For example, the full duration of a video is 1 minute, if it is divided into 3 chapters (e.g., 0:00-:0:20,0:21-0:40, 0:41-1:00), comment A posting time is 0:36, which may be illustratively associated with this chapter "0:21-0:40". For another example, comment B may be associated with section B of "eating method of a food" by way of example, as the meaning of comment B is that "food a" is made, and the material may be replaced with XX ". Alternatively or additionally, a field for identifying a chapter may also be added to it at the time of user-side interaction (e.g., at the time of sending a comment) to identify a chapter.
It should be understood that the foregoing is illustrative only and is not intended to be in any way limiting.
Further, after the comments corresponding to each section are obtained, a sub-comment area may be generated based on the comments corresponding to the sections for presenting each comment corresponding to the section. In some scenarios, the sub-commentary area may also be referred to as a "chapter commentary area" associated with a chapter. Alternatively or additionally, the chapter mark can also be provided simultaneously with the simultaneous presentation of the normally presented, complete video mark-up area to present comments to the user in two different forms.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, generating the first comment area for the first section based on the description information includes: acquiring associated information of comments in the first video, wherein the associated information indicates at least one of the following: comment semantics of comments at the posting time of the comments in the first video; determining multi-label comment information associated with the first chapter based on an association result of the description information and the association information; and aggregating the target comment information to obtain a first comment area.
Step S103, in response to receiving the browsing operation of the user for the first chapter, a first comment area is provided for the user. In an embodiment of the present application, for a browsing operation, entries of a plurality of chapters may be provided to a user in advance, and a first chapter desired by the user is determined based on the entry selected by the user. When the user requests to browse the first section, a first comment area associated with the first section can be provided for the user to present at least one comment associated with the first section, so that comments can be provided for the user more pertinently, and the use value of the comments is improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, further comprising: in response to receiving a query request sent by a user, a first section provided for the user is determined based on the query request and descriptive information association. In particular, a query portal may be provided for a user so that the user may query, request chapters based on query information in natural language. Accordingly, semantic processing may be performed based on query information entered after the user triggered the query entry to determine the first section that he desires to obtain. For example, a user may provide a first chapter associated with "how to food a" based on such query information by entering "how me wants to query food a". Therefore, the method is convenient for users to use, reduces the acquisition difficulty of chapters and improves the user experience.
For example, reference may be made to fig. 3A. A schematic of an interface 300A including a first comment area provided for a user in some scenarios is shown in fig. 3A. In the interface 300A, a presentation area 310 of the video is included, and a progress bar 311 and a progress indicator 312 are associated in the presentation area 310, the progress indicator 312 indicating that the currently played content is on the progress of the progress bar 311. In interface 300A, chapter selection controls 331 through 334 are also presented, and a user can select chapters of a video based on controls 331 through 334 (e.g., clicking on the controls). Alternatively or additionally, the selected section may be presented for the user in association by visual style of controls 331-334 (e.g., the triggered control, the selected section is presented differently by adjusting the frame color grayscale of the control, the virtual reality, etc.), for example (e.g., the style of control 331 indicates that section 1 is selected by the user). Also included in interface 300A is a first comment field 320 to present comments associated with chapter 1. Alternatively or additionally, the first comment area 320 also includes indication information 321 therein to indicate a chapter (e.g., chapter 1) with which the current comment area is associated. In some embodiments, the user may be further allowed to click on the indication information 321 to directly switch chapters, so as to facilitate the use of the user.
In other embodiments of the present application, in order to further improve the quality of use of the comment area of the chapter, the presentation order of comments may also be differentially adjusted for the user to individually and differentially provide services for the user. For example, the presentation order position (or, presentation order) of comments of interest to the user may be heightened so that the user obtains comments that may be of greater interest more conveniently and earlier.
In this regard, reference may be made to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a comment sequence adjustment process 200 according to another embodiment of the present application, which specifically includes:
at block 211, feature information of the historical reviews may be extracted based on the historical reviews 210 associated with the section, e.g., based on semantic information of the historical reviews, emotional tendency information (e.g., positive tendency, negative tendency), and so forth.
When the history comments 210 are processed, the user requests the video service through an application program interface (Application Programming Interface, abbreviated as API) for processing the history user operation, for example, when the user plays the video page, the service returns corresponding video playing information including the video title, the playing address, the division time point of the chapter, the chapter name, and the like after performing related authentication processing. For example, after the user commentary on the video, the user initiates a request to reach the comment service processor through the API service after filling the comment information. Here, information such as video ID of comment, time point, comment content, comment ID of other associated replies and the like is carried.
Further, at block 240, matching may be performed based on the preference information 220 and the characteristic information of the historical reviews to recall, order the historical reviews. The comment service takes charge of operations such as database dropping (or storing in a database) and information caching of the data. The preference information 220 may generally be determined based on interest tags, historical behavior, etc. entered by the user currently requesting the first section, e.g., topic tags of interest to it, whether the comment content is more prone to positive or negative, etc. Thus, a set of history comments may be recalled based on the degree of similarity, degree of matching, etc. of the preference information and the feature information of the history comments. Further, the ranking is done from high to low in similarity, matching, and a model associated with the ranking result is obtained at block 250.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the user portraits of the user may be generated based on interest tags, historical behaviors, etc. entered by the user, and their preference information may be determined based on, for example, a pre-stored table of correspondence between the user portraits and the preference information. Thus, the preference information of the user can be quickly determined based on the relevant information of the user to provide more personalized services thereto.
Further, at block 260, the reviews presented in the first review area may be ranked based on the model obtained at block 250 to obtain more personalized review presentation results that more closely match the interests of the user. Thus, the user can conveniently acquire comments which are more interested in the user.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the method further includes: acquiring weight information associated with the comment recommendation information in response to the comment recommendation information associated with the first comment area, wherein the weight information is used for indicating reference weights of the comment recommendation information and the preference information; and updating a presentation order of the comments in the first comment area based at least on the preference information, including: the presentation order of the comments in the first comment area is updated based on the comment recommendation information and the preference information using the reference weight. In particular, comment recommendation information, such as a subject of content that the platform side desires to recommend, may also be associated in advance with respect to the comment area of the chapter. Further, when setting the presentation order of the comments in the first comment area, the comment recommendation information and the preference information may also be referred to at the same time. Generally, reference weights may be configured for a desired degree of intervention of comment recommendation information. For example, for some chapters where platform side intervention is highly desirable, the comment recommendation information may be set to have a higher reference weight than the preference information. Alternatively or additionally, to better quantify, facilitate ranking of the reviews, in some embodiments, a similarity score may be generated based on the comparison of the characteristics of the reviews with the review recommendation information, the preference information, and thereby facilitate ranking. Further, the total similarity (for example, the result of the addition of the similarity weights of the comment recommendation information and the preference information, respectively) may be calculated based on the reference weights, and the contents in the first comment area may be ranked based on the total similarity. Therefore, the content is better provided for the user by considering the recommended content of the platform and the personalized content of the user.
In addition, other chapters may be recommended to the user for the convenience of the user to obtain more content. It should be understood that the chapter may not be limited to the current first video, or the recommended chapter may be a chapter in the first video or a chapter in the second video. In addition, the chapter may be recommended to the user based on, for example, the user sending a chapter inquiry request, the content, or based on the user's preference information 220, or the chapter recommended to the user may be determined.
For chapter recommendation, a corresponding recommendation interface is usually required to be called according to chapter IDs, recommendation service is to make calculation data of a recommendation related list offline and buffer the calculation data according to the relevance of related video content, and the interface is directly acquired and then arranged.
For ease of understanding, the process of making chapter recommendations for a user using the preference information 220 is illustrated herein. For fig. 2, block 231 may also be included. At block 231, a content pool 232 may be generated based on the recommended chapters 230 (e.g., a set of chapters selected by the platform side). In some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, where a section 230 is present, the historical reviews 210 may be selected, for example, as historical reviews in the recommended section 230. Further, processing may be selected from the recommended chapters 230 based on historical comments in a similar ordering to the comments to obtain a recommended chapter group with a recommended order to make chapter recommendations for the user, enriching their viewing experience.
For example, reference may be made to fig. 3B. A schematic of an interface 300B including a first comment area provided for a user in some scenarios is shown in fig. 3B. Controls 341 through 343 for recommending chapters may also be included in interface 300B for selection and use by a user to obtain recommended chapters. The recommended section may be determined in the manner described above, for example, and the description is not repeated here.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, a second chapter associated with the chapter may also be provided to the user in response to the user sending an associated query request for the first chapter, where the second chapter is associated with a second video. In particular, a second chapter may be recommended in association with a first chapter, e.g., a second chapter in an associated other video (not the first video) may be determined based on semantic information of the first chapter. Alternatively or additionally, the associated second chapter may be determined based on the description information (e.g., semantic information) of the first chapter when determining the recommended chapter as described above. In the case where a second chapter is recommended to the user, if the user requests the recommended chapter (e.g., clicks on control 341), then the recommended second chapter may be provided accordingly. For example, the user may be provided with a second chapter across the video by means of a pop-up hover window to facilitate more content acquisition. Alternatively or additionally, only the pre-recommendation control can be provided for the user in advance, and after the pre-recommendation control is triggered by the user, a second chapter is provided for the pre-recommendation control, so that the interface of the user is tidier, the acquisition requirement of the current presentation resource of the user is reduced, and the response speed of the interface is improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, if a second chapter is provided to the user, a second comment area associated with the second chapter may also be presented in association with a display area of the second chapter. Specifically, the second chapter and the second comment area associated with the second chapter may be presented in a similar manner to the presentation of the first chapter and the first comment area thereof, for example, after the play suspension window of the second chapter is popped up, the second comment area is presented at an associated position (e.g., horizontally below) of the play area of the second chapter in the suspension window for the user to obtain the comment associated with the second chapter. Therefore, the comment information related to the chapter can be conveniently acquired by the user, and the information acquisition efficiency of the user is improved.
The method for presenting comment information in the application further comprises the following steps: in response to receiving the sub-comment information for the comment information, the sub-comment information is presented in association with the comment information. Specifically, the user may obtain an input box related to the comment by, for example, clicking on the comment, or an input box indicating that a comment is to be made for the video (or chapter), pointing to the comment that it describes. Further, the sub comment information input by the user in the input box is associated with comment information indicated by the user, for example, an association identifier is added to indicate comment information and comment sub information with association relation. Alternatively or additionally, at least one of the comment information and comment sub-information is generally presented to the user in its entirety when determined to be recommended by the user. Similarly, the comment information and comment sub information have the same presentation order. Further, the comment information and comment sub-information may be presented to the user in a combined form, e.g., adjacent on a display location, adding an identifier of the associated comment information in a presentation element of the sub-comment information). Therefore, the user is allowed to interact with comments in the comment area, so that interaction among different users is realized, and interactivity is improved.
In some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, it is also possible to: in response to receiving the friend addition request for the sub-comment information, the friend addition request is sent to a first target user associated with the sub-comment information. Specifically, after the user (for convenience of understanding, referred to as the first target user) adds sub comment information to comment information, the original user who sent the comment information can also interact with the user. Further, to facilitate the social relationship between the two, the user can interact continuously and conveniently, and an entry (e.g., a friend adding entry) for establishing the social relationship with the user can also be provided for the original user. After the original user can interact with the sub comment information, the friend adding entry is acquired, so that a friend request is sent to a first target user sending the sub comment information, and a social relation is requested to be established.
In some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, it is also possible to: generating a sharing link associated with the first chapter in response to receiving the sharing request for the first chapter; and sharing the sharing link to the second target user based on the incoming sharing instruction. Specifically, a sharing portal may be added in association with the first chapter (e.g., a sharing portal is presented in presentation area 310). After the sharing portal is triggered by the user, a sharing link is generated based on the read address of the first chapter, and the sharing link is provided to the user or shared to the second target user based on the indication of the user. Accordingly, a receiving user (e.g., a second target user) of the shared link may obtain the corresponding chapter content based on the shared link. Alternatively or additionally, for convenience of other users, the content shared based on the sharing link may be complete video content, but the current playing position is at the start position of the chapter that the user desires to share. For example, for the chapter information that is shared, the corresponding video playing time point and chapter information are set on the link address, and when the user clicks, the video position jump at the corresponding time is performed, which is exemplified as follows: https:// xxx. Com/video/{ video id }/? The set=10001 & playtime=02%203, where set refers to jumping to the corresponding chapter of the video and playtime is the time of play. Thus, the corresponding playing address can be directly jumped to through the playing link. Meanwhile, the user side can bring the chapter ID to the comment presentation at the time of the request, so that only the comment corresponding to the chapter ID can be presented at the front end, and the user can quickly locate the corresponding chapter to participate in the related process. Therefore, the user can share and push the video to other users conveniently, and the social experience of the users is synchronized and enriched.
