The cooling assembly 300 comprises a bidirectional water pump 310, a cooler 320 and a heat exchange tube 330, wherein the bidirectional water pump 310 is welded at the bottom end of the lower box body 110, two ends of the bidirectional water pump 310 are respectively connected with the cooler 320 and one end of the heat exchange tube 330, the other end of the heat exchange tube 330 is connected with the cooler 320, and the heat exchange tube 330 surrounds on twenty-four heat conducting rods 231 outside the accommodating box 210;
the bi-directional water pump 310 is used to deliver the cooling fluid to the cooler 320 and the heat exchanging tube 330, the cooler 320 is used to reduce the temperature of the cooling fluid, provide the cooling function, and the heat exchanging tube 330 is used to provide the channel for the cooling fluid to flow, thereby exchanging heat with the outside.

the air cooling assembly 600 includes a rotary fan 610, a driving groove 620 and a slot 630, wherein two rotary fans 610 are rotatably connected in through slots formed in two sides of the lower case 110, the rotary fan 610 is movably connected with a third transmission belt 550, the center of the top end of the rotary fan 610 is provided with the driving groove 620, the center of the driving groove 620 is provided with the slot 630, the driving groove 620 is matched with the driving convex rod 251, and the slot 630 is matched with the inserting rod 252;
the first housing 410 is used for accommodating an internal water wheel 420, providing a channel for flowing the cooling liquid, the water wheel 420 is used for rotating along with the flowing of the cooling liquid to drive a driving shaft 430 to rotate, and the driving shaft 430 is used for driving a first bevel gear 520 to rotate;
the second housing 510 is configured to accommodate the first bevel gear 520, the second bevel gear 530 and the fifth driving wheel 540 therein, the first bevel gear 520 is configured to drive the second bevel gear 530 to rotate, the second bevel gear 530 is configured to drive the fifth driving wheel 540 to rotate, the fifth driving wheel 540 is configured to drive the third driving belt 550 to rotate, and the third driving belt 550 is configured to drive the rotary fan 610 to rotate;
the rotary fan 610 is used for ventilation, providing an air cooling function, and driving the driving groove 620 to rotate, the driving groove 620 is used for driving the driving convex rod 251 to rotate, the slot 630 is used for facilitating insertion of the inserting rod 252, and connection between the driving groove 620 and the driving convex rod 251 is enhanced.
Example 6
A lithium battery charging protection method comprises the following steps:
s1: the fixing assembly 220 is adjusted by putting the lithium battery to be charged into the accommodating case 210 such that the fixing assembly 220 can fix the lithium battery;
s2: by closing the upper and lower cases 100 and 110, the receiving case 210 and the closing cap 240 are clamped, the lithium battery is protected inside, and by opening the cooling assembly 300, the cooling assembly 300 causes the cooling fluid to flow through the heat exchange tube 330, exchanging heat with the lithium battery inside;
s3: when the cooling liquid of the cooling assembly 300 flows, the water flow driving assembly 400 is driven, the water flow driving assembly 400 drives the lower driving assembly 500, and the lower driving assembly 500 drives the air cooling assembly 600 to simultaneously perform air cooling;
s4: while the air cooling assembly 600 is in operation, the upper driving assembly 250 drives the dust collecting assembly 260, the dust collecting assembly 260 concentrates the dust on the surface of the lithium battery below the dust collecting groove 242, the dust is absorbed and stored by the dust collecting assembly 270, and the dust collecting assembly 260 is driven to reciprocate to clean the dust by timing conversion of the flowing direction of the cooling liquid in the cooling assembly 300.

Claims (10)

1. A lithium battery charging protection device, comprising:
the upper box body (100) is movably connected with the lower box body (110) at the rear part, and the upper box body (100) and the lower box body (110) form a closed box body;
the accommodating assembly (200) is respectively arranged in the middle of the interior of the upper box body (100) and the middle of the interior of the lower box body (110), and lithium batteries are arranged in the accommodating assembly (200) of the upper part and the lower part;
and a cooling assembly (300) installed inside the lower case (110), the cooling portion of the cooling assembly (300) surrounding the outer side of the lower portion of the receiving assembly (200).
The water flow driving assemblies (400) are respectively arranged on the pipelines at two sides of the cooling assembly (300);
a lower driving component (500), the movable part is connected with a driving part of the water flow driving component (400);
the air cooling assembly (600) is connected with a driving part of the lower driving assembly (500) at the movable part;
when the upper box body (100) and the lower box body (110) are covered, the driving part at the top end of the air cooling assembly (600) is connected with the upper part of the containing assembly (200).

The lithium battery charging protection device according to claim 1, wherein the accommodating assembly (200) comprises an accommodating box (210), a fixing assembly (220), a heat conducting plate (230), a sealing cover (240), an upper driving assembly (250), a dust collecting assembly (260) and a dust collecting assembly (270), the accommodating box (210) is installed in the middle of the inside of the lower box body (110), a wire clamping plate (211) is movably connected to the top end of the side wall of the accommodating box (210), a wire clamping hole (212) is formed in the bottom end of the wire clamping plate (211), sealing rings (213) are installed on the inner wall of the wire clamping hole (212), the fixing assembly (220) is installed on four side walls of the accommodating box (210), one end of the fixing assembly (220) penetrates through the accommodating box (210) and is connected with the heat conducting plate (230), a plurality of heat conducting rods (231) are installed on the outer sides of the four heat conducting plates (230), the sealing cover (240) is installed in the middle of the inside of the upper box body (100), a wire clamping hole (212) is formed in the outer side of the sealing cover (240), a sealing layer (240) is installed on the outer side of the sealing cover (240), sealing layer (240) is installed on the sealing layer (250) is installed on the two sides of the driving assembly (250) on the sealing assembly (250), the driving part of the upper driving component (250) is movably connected with dust collecting components (260), the two dust collecting components (260) are respectively and movably connected with two sides of the closed cover (240), the adsorption part of the dust collecting component (270) is connected with a dust collecting groove (242), and the dust collecting component (270) is arranged on the upper box body (100);
the fixing assembly (220) comprises fixing blocks (221), tightening springs (222) and tightening rods (223), the four fixing blocks (221) are arranged at the centers of the four side walls of the accommodating box (210), one ends of the tightening springs (222) are arranged in grooves formed in the fixing blocks (221), the other ends of the tightening springs (222) are connected with the tightening rods (223), the tightening rods (223) are movably connected to the fixing blocks (221), and one ends of the tightening rods (223) are connected with heat conducting plates (230).

The lithium battery charging protection device according to claim 1, wherein the upper driving assembly (250) comprises a driving protruding rod (251), a plug rod (252), a first driving wheel (253), a first driving belt (254), a second driving wheel (255), a third driving wheel (256), a second driving belt (257), a fourth driving wheel (258) and a driving gear (259), the driving protruding rod (251) is movably connected to the upper case (100), the plug rod (252) is installed at the center of the bottom end of the driving protruding rod (251), the first driving wheel (253) is installed at the top end of the driving protruding rod (251), the first driving wheel (253) is connected with the second driving wheel (255) through the first driving belt (254), the third driving wheel (256) is installed at the top end of the second driving wheel (255), the third driving wheel (256) is connected with the fourth driving wheel (258) through the second driving belt (257), and the driving gear (259) is installed at the top end of the fourth driving wheel (258).

The lithium battery charging protection device according to claim 1, wherein the dust collection assembly (260) comprises a driving toothed bar (261), a dust collection plate (262), a dust collection brush head (263) and a guide rod (264), one side of the driving toothed bar (261) is movably connected with a driving gear (259), one end of the driving toothed bar (261) is movably connected with a sealing cover (240), one end of the driving toothed bar (261) penetrates through the sealing cover (240) to be connected with the dust collection plate (262), the bottom end of the dust collection plate (262) is provided with the dust collection brush head (263), the other end of the driving toothed bar (261) is movably connected with the guide rod (264), and the guide rod (264) is installed on the side wall of the upper box body (100).

The lithium battery charging protection device according to claim 1, wherein the dust collection assembly (270) comprises a dust collection pump (271), a storage chamber (272), a cleaning door (273) and a buckling and pulling groove (274), the dust collection pump (271) and the storage chamber (272) are both installed on the upper box body (100), a suction end of the dust collection pump (271) is connected with the dust collection groove (242), a discharge end of the dust collection pump (271) is connected with the storage chamber (272), the cleaning door (273) is installed at the bottom end of the storage chamber (272), and the buckling and pulling groove (274) is formed at the bottom end of the cleaning door (273).

The lithium battery charging protection device according to claim 1, wherein the cooling assembly (300) comprises a bidirectional water pump (310), a cooler (320) and a heat exchange tube (330), the bidirectional water pump (310) is installed at the bottom end of the lower box body (110), two ends of the bidirectional water pump (310) are respectively connected with the cooler (320) and one end of the heat exchange tube (330), the other end of the heat exchange tube (330) is connected with the cooler (320), and the heat exchange tube (330) surrounds a plurality of heat conduction rods (231) outside the containing box (210).

The lithium battery charging protection device according to claim 1, wherein the water flow driving assembly (400) comprises a first shell (410), a water wheel (420) and a driving shaft (430), the two first shells (410) are installed on two sides of the heat exchange tube (330), the water wheel (420) is movably connected to the inside of the first shell (410), the heat exchange tube (330) is located at the bottom of the water wheel (420), the driving shaft (430) is connected to the center of the water wheel (420), the driving shaft (430) is movably connected to the first shells (410), and the driving shaft (430) penetrates through the outside of the first shells (410).

The lithium battery charging protection device according to claim 1, wherein the lower driving assembly (500) comprises a second housing (510), a first bevel gear (520), a second bevel gear (530), a fifth driving wheel (540) and a third driving belt (550), the two second housings (510) are mounted on two sides of the lower case (110), the first bevel gear (520) is movably connected to the inside of the second housing (510), the driving shaft (430) is movably connected to the first bevel gear (520), the second bevel gear (530) is vertically movably connected to the first bevel gear (520), the fifth driving wheel (540) is mounted on the top end of the second bevel gear (530), and the third driving belt (550) is movably connected to the fifth driving wheel (540).

s4: when the air cooling assembly (600) works, the upper driving assembly (250) is driven, the upper driving assembly (250) drives the dust collecting assembly (260), the dust collecting assembly (260) concentrates dust on the surface of the lithium battery below the dust collecting groove (242), the dust is adsorbed and stored through the dust collecting assembly (270), and the dust collecting assembly (260) is driven to reciprocate to clean the dust by timing conversion of the flowing direction of cooling liquid in the cooling assembly (300).
