The opening authority of the requesting person to the RFID intelligent cabinet and the authorized article information of the requesting person in the RFID intelligent cabinet can be stored in the database in advance. After the information of the requesting person is determined according to the opening request, the authority of the requesting person and the authorized article information of the requesting person can be called from the database according to the information.

After the determination, a corresponding alert is sent to the requesting person for the requesting person to know.

When each article is stored, an RFID electronic tag is fixed on the article, and the RFID reader-writer can scan the RFID electronic tag to acquire the content stored in the RFID electronic tag.
In some implementations, in the reading process of the RFID reader, if one or more of the original RFID electronic tags are missing, the article corresponding to the RFID electronic tag may be considered to be taken out of the RFID intelligent cabinet, at this time, the first unread time may be taken as the taking out time of the article, and correspondingly, when the RFID electronic tag is detected again, the article corresponding to the RFID electronic tag may be considered to be put back into the RFID intelligent cabinet, at this time, the first read time may be taken as the storage time of the article.
Therefore, when the electronic lock of the RFID intelligent cabinet is opened, the RFID reader-writer is controlled to read the RFID electronic tag in the RFID intelligent cabinet in real time, and simultaneously, the corresponding reading result is received, when the reading missing of a certain RFID electronic tag exists, the article corresponding to the RFID electronic tag can be considered to be taken out of the RFID intelligent cabinet, and at the moment, the article is taken as the article which is taken by a requester.

After the authorized article information of the requesting personnel is determined through the steps, the RFID reader reads the RFID electronic tag in real time, when a certain existing RFID electronic tag is missing, article information corresponding to the missing RFID electronic tag is called and matched with the authorized article information, and if the matching is consistent, the requesting personnel can be considered to take the article without problems; if the matches are not consistent, the requestor may be considered problematic to take.

Specifically, because in an area, there may be not only one RFID intelligent cabinet, but also different usage requirements of each RFID intelligent cabinet, different stored articles, and different used personnel, there may be a situation that a certain requesting person has authority to open the a intelligent cabinet, but cannot open the B intelligent cabinet, so according to the authority of the requesting person obtained above, it is determined whether the requesting person has authority to open the RFID intelligent cabinet at the current moment, and if so, it may be determined whether the RFID intelligent cabinet has corresponding articles according to authorized article information and article information stored in the RFID intelligent cabinet. And when the corresponding article exists in the RFID intelligent cabinet, the RFID intelligent cabinet is started.
If the request personnel does not have the opening authority of the RFID intelligent cabinet, the request personnel is lower in authorization level, and the RFID intelligent cabinet cannot be opened. At this point, an authorization request may be sent to the highest authorizer's device. In some implementations, the job level of the requesting person in the enterprise may be determined based on the personal information obtained in the above embodiments. From this level, the immediate upper level of the requesting person is determined. And calling the authority information of the directly superior, determining the authority level of the directly superior, and determining whether the directly superior of the requesting person has authority to authorize the requesting person according to the authority level. If yes, the authorization request is directly sent to the directly subordinate device, and the directly subordinate device performs authorization selection, so that time is saved.
In other implementations, whether the requesting person has an article taking requirement at the current moment can be determined according to the working content of the requesting person. If the requesting person has a requirement for taking the article at the current moment, generating an authorization suggestion according to the authorization level of the requesting person, and sending the authorization suggestion to a person capable of performing authority allocation, such as a subordinate or highest authorized person. Such authorization suggestions may be for requesting personnel to authorize adjustments in level, etc.
If the requester has no article taking requirement at the current moment, the requester may be considered to trigger the request by mistake, and the authorization request may not be processed. Accordingly, in order to avoid the existence of temporarily arranged working contents, when a requesting person initiates an authorization request, some instructions for taking the article can be attached, and at this time, the instructions can be sent to persons who can perform authority allocation, and the persons can judge whether the requesting person is authorized or not.
Through the scheme that this embodiment provided, when the request personnel possess the opening right of RFID intelligent cabinet, confirm once more through authorized article, provide dual guarantee, avoid the request personnel to open this RFID intelligent cabinet maliciously and take the condition of unauthorized article when possessing the opening right of this RFID intelligent cabinet. In addition, when the requester has no authority, an authorization request can be initiated, so that the problem that the requester cannot take the article without the authority is avoided, and the promotion of the corresponding matters is influenced. In addition, when the authorization request is not authorized, the authorization request can be directly sent to the corresponding personnel, communication possibly faced in the actual authorization process can be reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, controlling an RFID reader to read an RFID electronic tag in an RFID intelligent cabinet and receiving a read result; determining whether a new RFID electronic tag exists in the RFID intelligent cabinet according to the reading result and a preset database; if a new RFID electronic tag exists, storing information corresponding to the new RFID electronic tag into a preset database; if no new RFID electronic tag exists, determining whether a missing RFID electronic tag exists according to a reading result and a preset database; if the missing RFID electronic tag exists, information corresponding to the missing RFID electronic tag is called from a preset database; and determining the object which is required to be taken by the person according to the information corresponding to the missing RFID electronic tag.
The preset database can be considered as a database which is specially used for storing the read-write result of the RFID reader-writer, wherein the database can comprise the relevant information of the article corresponding to the RFID electronic tag, the storage time, the taking-out time and the like of the article. The storage time and the taking-out time may be obtained by referring to the above embodiments, and will not be described in detail herein.
Specifically, an RFID reader-writer is controlled to read an RFID electronic tag in the RFID intelligent cabinet, and a reading result is received; according to the reading result and a preset database, determining whether a new RFID electronic tag exists in the RFID intelligent cabinet, if the new RFID electronic tag exists, indicating that a requesting person stores a new article in the RFID intelligent cabinet, and at the moment, storing the read corresponding information into the preset database.
If the new RFID electronic tag does not exist, determining whether the missing RFID electronic tag exists according to the reading result and information stored in a preset database. If so, the requesting person is informed of the removal of one or more items, and at this time, it can be determined which item is removed according to information stored in a preset database.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, whether the missing or newly added RFID electronic tag exists is determined by utilizing the reading result of the RFID reader-writer, so that the operation of a requester is determined, and the condition that the requester performs certain operations and is not completely disclosed is avoided, so that the flow direction of the articles in the RFID intelligent cabinet is abnormal.
In some embodiments, the open rights are analyzed to determine if the requesting person is a temporary authorizer; if the requesting person is a temporary authorizer, sending an opening prompt corresponding to the temporary authorizer to a mobile terminal of the requesting person, and receiving an opening action initiated by the requesting person according to the opening prompt; analyzing the opening action, and determining whether the opening action is consistent with the content in the opening prompt; and if the opening action is consistent with the content in the opening prompt, the RFID intelligent cabinet is determined to be opened.
In this embodiment, the rights may be differentiated, for example, the RFID intelligent cabinet may be opened only once, which may be regarded as temporary rights; and the RFID intelligent cabinet can be opened for unlimited times after authorization, and can be regarded as permanent authorization. The authorization can be divided according to the job level, such as the highest leader is permanent authorization, the related department leader can be permanent authorization, and other persons allowed by the permanent authorizer can be permanently authorized. In a specific implementation manner, a person with permanent authorization can be considered to have rights allocation rights, that is, an authorization request sent by a corresponding requesting person can be received and processed. While temporary authorization will typically be authorized to a lower level of staff or temporarily assigned to the person opening the RFID intelligent cabinet.
In a specific implementation manner, in order to improve the safety of the RFID intelligent cabinet, and also in order to avoid that other people randomly open the RFID intelligent cabinet, corresponding opening actions can be set for temporarily authorized personnel to perform secondary verification, for example, when the current requesting personnel and the person initiating the authorization request are the same person through face recognition, the cabinet door of the RFID intelligent cabinet can be opened. If not, the door is refused to be opened. In addition, iris can also be recorded for each person, and after the requesting person is granted with the opening authority, the current requesting person and the same person initiating the authorization request can be determined through iris verification.
In order to avoid that some requesting personnel do not know the opening action, an opening prompt can be sent to the mobile terminal of the requesting personnel to prompt the requesting personnel to make corresponding actions so as to open the RFID intelligent cabinet.
According to the scheme provided by the implementation, the temporary authorizers are distinguished, so that the temporary authorizers can perform secondary verification through opening actions, the fact that the current requesting person and the person who initiates the authorization request are the same is guaranteed, the situation that other people open the RFID intelligent cabinet by means of the mobile terminal or other paths of the person who initiates the authorization request is avoided, and safety is improved.
In some embodiments, determining article storage information in the RFID intelligent cabinet according to a reading result of the RFID reader-writer; determining the position of the article corresponding to the authorized article information of the requesting person according to the article storage information and the authorized article information of the requesting person; and displaying the position of the article corresponding to the authorized article information of the requesting person in the display screen.
The RFID intelligent cabinet further comprises a position sensor and a display screen. The position of the article is obtained by tracking the corresponding RFID electronic tag by the position sensor. This location is updated after each change and stored in the above-mentioned preset database. The content which can be displayed on the display screen can be set during production, for example, the position of an article can be displayed, and information such as the storage capacity, the residual capacity and the like of the RFID intelligent cabinet can also be displayed. In order to enrich the content displayed by the display screen, different contents can be displayed in different scenes according to the operation instruction of a requester, for example, when the requester initiates an opening request, the display screen can display information such as storage capacity, residual capacity and the like of the RFID intelligent cabinet; however, after the requester initiates the opening request, the position of the object in the RFID intelligent cabinet can be determined according to the authorized object of the requester, and meanwhile, the position information is displayed to the requester.
It should be noted that what content is shown on the display screen in different scenes is not limited in the present embodiment, and the above is merely illustrative.
The article storage information can be understood as information corresponding to all articles stored in the current RFID intelligent cabinet. And determining the position of the article in the RFID intelligent cabinet according to the information and the authorized article information of the requesting personnel, so that the article is displayed on a display screen of the RFID intelligent cabinet, and the requesting personnel can know the position of the article conveniently.
In some implementations, the volume of each item within the RFID intelligent cabinet may be determined based on the item storage information. And then determining the capacity of the RFID intelligent cabinet at the current moment according to the internal capacity of the RFID intelligent cabinet and the volume of each article, and displaying the capacity on a display screen.
Through the scheme provided by the embodiment, the position sensor can be utilized to track the position of the article, and meanwhile, after the authorized article information of the requesting personnel is determined, the position corresponding to the article is displayed on the display screen, so that the searching time of the requesting personnel is shortened, and the taking efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, determining an interlayer in which the corresponding article is located according to the position of the corresponding article of the article information authorized by the requesting person; determining the volume of the corresponding article according to the authorized article information; and starting a baffle plate of the interlayer where the corresponding article is positioned according to the volume so as to enable a requester to take the corresponding article.
The RFID intelligent cabinet comprises at least one interlayer, wherein the interlayer can be used for carrying out partition management on articles, each interlayer is provided with an independent baffle, the opening and closing of the baffle can be controlled by the mobile terminal, at the moment, only the authorized articles in one interlayer can be opened by the mobile terminal, and other interlayers cannot be opened by the requesting personnel.
In addition, in order to make full use of the space of the RFID intelligent cabinet in one interlayer, a plurality of articles possibly exist in the space of one interlayer, and in order to facilitate the taking of one article, the baffle plate can be arranged to be movable up and down and left and right without affecting the exposure of other articles. According to authorized article information, the volume of the article can be determined, at this time, according to the volume of the article and the corresponding position, when the baffle is opened, the baffle in the corresponding direction is selected to be opened according to the size of the reference volume, so that a requester can smoothly take the corresponding article, and meanwhile, the possibility that the requester takes other articles in the baffle can be reduced as much as possible.
For example, there are four articles in the interlayer where the authorized articles are located, when the authorized articles are at the leftmost side of the interlayer space, at this time, when the baffle is opened, the baffle can be opened from left to right by referring to the volume of the authorized articles, so as to ensure that the requesting personnel can take the leftmost authorized articles within the minimum opening range.
In some implementations, since some articles stored in the RFID intelligent cabinet may be some important documents, if the baffle is opened only according to the volume of the document, the corresponding document may still not be able to be fetched, and meanwhile, the probability of fetching errors may be increased. Therefore, in a specific implementation manner, a fixed storage position can be set for the files, such as an independent interlayer region with a relatively narrow space, or a partition is set in the interlayer to isolate each file. When the file needs to be taken, the baffle in the interlayer can be directly opened, and then the file is pushed out by means of the intelligent mechanical arm or certain switches arranged in advance in the RFID intelligent cabinet, so that a requester is prevented from directly contacting with other important files, and the possibility of mistakenly taking the file is reduced.
Through the scheme that this embodiment provided, through setting up a plurality of intermediate layers, carry out the subregion with the article and handle, set up the baffle in addition, can avoid requesting personnel to take the article of other intermediate layers, improve the deposit security of article. In addition, the baffle plates with corresponding sizes are opened according to the volumes of the corresponding articles, so that the possibility that a requester takes other articles in the baffle plates can be reduced as much as possible.

The cabinet door position of RFID intelligent cabinet can set up an induction system for whether the response cabinet door opens, and this induction system can be defaultly opened, if the response lasts after a period, the state of cabinet door does not change, then can the automatic shutdown response, changes when the state of cabinet door, starts immediately to with the response result send mobile terminal.
Under the cabinet door opening state, articles in the RFID intelligent cabinet can be changed, so that the RFID reader-writer is required to operate at a high speed to read the RFID electronic tag in the RFID intelligent cabinet, and the articles can be ensured to be fetched or stored at the first time. This speed may be considered as a preset start-up read-write speed.
In the cabinet door closing state, no article change exists, at the moment, the RFID reader-writer can not work, but in order to ensure that articles are lost due to malicious damage to other areas by people in the cabinet door closing state, a read-write frequency can be set, so that the RFID reader-writer can read the RFID electronic tag within a certain time, and the corresponding read-write frequency can be regarded as a preset read-write frequency.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned preset start read-write speed and preset read-write frequency can be adjusted by a permanent authorizer.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, the read-write frequency or the read-write speed of the RFID reader-writer is adjusted according to the opening state of the cabinet door of the RFID intelligent cabinet, so that the loss caused by long-time high operation of the RFID reader-writer is avoided, and the service life of the RFID reader-writer is prolonged.

Optionally, the mobile terminal 41 includes a cloud server program for completing wireless network communication between the RFID intelligent cabinet 42 and the mobile terminal 41.

The memory 501 is used to store application code for performing the implementation of the present application and is controlled by the processor 502. The processor 502 is configured to execute the application code stored in the memory 501 to implement what is shown in the foregoing method embodiments.

Claims (4)

1. If the electronic lock of the RFID intelligent cabinet is determined to be opened, receiving a reading result of the RFID reader-writer in real time, and determining an article which is required to be taken by a person according to the reading result;
According to the authorized article information of the requester and the articles, determining that the articles taken by the requester are matched with the authorized article information, and determining whether the requester takes the articles by mistake;
If the requesting person takes the alarm device by mistake, sending an alarm signal to the alarm device so as to enable the alarm device to alarm;
The determining whether to unlock the electronic lock of the RFID intelligent cabinet according to the authority of the requesting person and the authorized article information of the requesting person comprises the following steps:
Determining whether the request personnel has the opening authority of the RFID intelligent cabinet according to the authority of the request personnel;
If the request personnel has the opening authority of the RFID intelligent cabinet, determining whether an article corresponding to the article information exists in the RFID intelligent cabinet according to the article information;

If the requester does not have the opening authority of the RFID intelligent cabinet, an authorization request is sent to the equipment of the highest authorizer;
receiving authorization feedback returned by the highest authorizer, and determining whether to authorize the opening authority of the RFID intelligent cabinet to the requesting person;
If the request personnel is determined to authorize the opening authority of the RFID intelligent cabinet, the RFID intelligent cabinet is determined to be opened;

Controlling the RFID reader to read the RFID electronic tag in the RFID intelligent cabinet, and receiving a reading result;
