Which is an entity on the user side for receiving signals or transmitting signals. In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal is user equipment used by a driver. The second terminal is a user device used by the occupant. The first terminal may communicate with a camera, a fingerprint recognition module, a microphone, or the like on the vehicle to confirm the identity of the passenger, and further determine whether to unlock the vehicle. The taxi taking platform can be used for receiving a taxi taking request sent by a user through the second terminal and sending the taxi taking request to the first terminal, and a driver side can use the first terminal to execute the operation of whether to receive a bill or not.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic architecture diagram of another driving system according to an embodiment of the present application may include a first terminal 12, a second terminal 22, a driving platform 32, and a third terminal 42.
The first terminal 12, the second terminal 22, the taxi taking platform 32 and the third terminal 42 may also be referred to as User Equipment (UE). It may be deployed on land, including indoors or outdoors, hand held, wearable or vehicle mounted; can also be deployed on the water surface (such as ships, etc.); but may also be deployed in the air (e.g., on aircraft, balloon, satellite, etc.). It may also be referred to as a user terminal, terminal device, access terminal device, vehicle terminal, UE unit, UE station, mobile station, remote terminal device, mobile device, UE terminal device, mobile terminal, wireless communication device, UE agent, UE apparatus, or the like. The terminal may be fixed or mobile, etc. The specific form of the mobile phone can be a mobile phone (mobile phone), a tablet personal computer (Pad), a computer with a wireless receiving and transmitting function, a vehicle-mounted terminal device, a wireless terminal in a smart home (smart home), a wearable terminal device and the like. Which is an entity on the user side for receiving signals or transmitting signals. In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal is user equipment used by a driver. The second terminal is a user device used by the occupant. And the third terminal is user equipment used for sending the taxi taking request to the user. The first terminal may communicate with a camera, a fingerprint recognition module, a microphone, or the like on the vehicle to confirm the identity of the passenger, and further determine whether to unlock the vehicle. The taxi taking platform can be used for receiving a taxi taking request sent by a user through the third terminal and related to a second terminal user (namely a passenger) and sending the taxi taking request to the first terminal, and the driver side can use the first terminal to execute the operation of whether to take a bill or not.
The method according to the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of a driving method provided in an embodiment of the present application, applied to a first terminal, may include the following steps S301 to S304:
step S301: a taxi taking request is obtained, wherein the taxi taking request comprises the position of a departure place and the position of a destination.
And after receiving the taxi taking request sent by the user, the taxi taking platform sends the taxi taking request to the first terminal. The get-on request acquired by the first terminal comprises the get-on place of the passengers, namely the position of the departure place; and the location of the departure location, i.e., the destination. The driver can judge whether to accept the request of getting a car or not by himself, namely, whether the driver receives a bill or not. The manner in which the first terminal obtains the taxi request includes, but is not limited to, displaying the location of the departure point, the location of the destination on a display screen and/or playing the location of the departure point and the location of the destination included in the taxi request in voice.
In practical situations, there may be a group such as the old, children, etc. who cannot use the terminal to perform the taxi taking operation, a group in which the used terminal does not include the taxi taking function, or some other group in which the taxi taking function of the terminal cannot be used due to special situations, and then other people need to be contacted to help to take a taxi at this time. Thus, in one possible implementation, the request to drive may be generated in accordance with a drive requirement regarding the occupant sent by the second terminal to the third terminal. Therefore, third prompt information can be sent, and the third prompt information is used for prompting the driver that the passenger of the passenger manually meets the preset condition. Taking old people and children who cannot use the intelligent terminal to drive, the intelligent terminal can help the families to drive when the old people and the children need to drive. The terminals used by the old and children are second terminals, and the terminals used by the families are third terminals. The second terminal may send a taxi taking demand to the third terminal. The second terminal differs from the third terminal in that the user of the third terminal assists the user of the second terminal in sending a request to drive a car, the actual ride being the user of the second terminal and not the user of the third terminal. The driving requirement comprises the position of a departure place and the position of a destination. The sending mode includes, but is not limited to, making a call, sending a message, etc., and the embodiment of the application is not limited in any way. In actual situations, the driving requirement can be sent to the third terminal without the second terminal, or the old and the children can orally inform the home of the departure place and the destination place. And the passenger satisfying the preset condition means a passenger who is not a passenger who is a passenger of the passenger, such as the elderly, children, etc. The request to drive is determined based on a request to drive the vehicle by the second terminal to the third terminal, and the request to drive the vehicle by the third terminal may include, but is not limited to, an operation performed on the third terminal characterized as a request to drive the vehicle by another person. For example, clicking a button on the third terminal to characterize the request to drive for others. The embodiments of the present application are not limited in any way.
Step S302: and in response to receiving the taxi taking request, acquiring user information of a passenger, wherein the user information comprises a face image, a fingerprint or a voiceprint.
If a command for receiving a pick-up from the driver, such as a confirmation pick-up operation (e.g., clicking a confirmation pick-up button) performed on the touch screen or a voice command (e.g., a "confirmation pick-up") representing pick-up from the driver, indicates that the request for driving is accepted. Responding to receiving the request for getting a car corresponds to receiving a order instruction of a driver. And the driver determines that the taxi taking platform sends user information of the passengers to the first terminal after receiving the order, wherein the user information comprises a face image, a fingerprint or a voiceprint.
The information of the passenger may be stored in the second terminal in advance, or may be temporarily recorded in the second terminal when the request for driving is transmitted. And then the user information is sent to the taxi taking platform together when the taxi taking request is sent, or after the fact that the person receives the order is determined, the user information of the passenger is sent to the taxi taking platform, and the taxi taking platform sends the user information of the passenger to the first terminal. The user information of the passengers is sent to the first terminal after the first terminal determines the order, so that the situation that the privacy of the passengers cannot be well protected due to the fact that the user information of the passengers is acquired together when the first terminal acquires a taxi taking request can be effectively avoided.
When the taxi taking request is generated according to the taxi taking requirement of the passenger sent to the third terminal by the second terminal, the passenger information may be sent to the third terminal by the second terminal, so that the third terminal may send the taxi taking request, or may be pre-stored in the third terminal, so that the third terminal may send the taxi taking request.
Step S303: and acquiring first user information in a preset range in response to the fact that the current position is matched with the position of the departure place.
And acquiring the position of the first terminal at preset time intervals, and if the current position of the first terminal is matched with the position of the departure place in the received taxi taking request, indicating that the driver has arrived at the taxi taking place of the passenger. The preset time interval may be 1 second, 2 seconds, etc., which is not limited in any way. The current location and the location of the departure point may be matched such that the current location of the first terminal and the location of the departure point are within a preset range. For example, the preset range is 3 meters, that is, when the distance between the current position of the first terminal and the position of the departure place is not more than 3 meters, it is determined that the current position of the first terminal matches the current position of the departure place at this time. When the distance between the current position of the first terminal and the position of the departure place exceeds 3 meters, judging that the current position of the first terminal is not matched with the current position of the departure place at the moment. Further, the first user information in the preset range may be acquired again when the running speed of the vehicle is 0 or the length of time for which the position of the first terminal matches the position of the departure place exceeds the preset length of time. The first user information refers to user information of a first user located in a preset range, and the user information comprises a face image, a fingerprint or a voiceprint.
When the face image is used for the authentication of the passenger, a camera may be installed on the outside of the vehicle, for example, on the B pillar of the vehicle, to acquire the face image of the first user located within a preset range of the first terminal (or vehicle), and the acquired face image of the first user may be matched with the acquired face image of the occupant. Further, the first user located in the preset range may be only the passerby, so that the face image of the first user may be acquired when the first user is acquired to stay in the vicinity of the vehicle. That is, when the first user is located within a preset range of the first terminal (or vehicle) but is not stationary, the face image of the first user is not acquired.
When the voiceprint is used for the authentication of the passenger, a microphone may be installed on the outside of the vehicle, for example, on the B-pillar of the vehicle, to acquire the voice of the first user located within the preset range of the first terminal (or the vehicle), and the voiceprint in the voice of the first user may be matched with the acquired voiceprint of the occupant. Further, the first user located in the preset range may be only the passed pedestrian who is speaking, so the voice containing the specified voice instruction sent by the first user in the preset range may be obtained, and then the voiceprint in the voice containing the specified voice instruction is matched with the voiceprint of the obtained passenger. For example, if the voice command is designated as a, when the voice of the first user in the preset range is B, then the voiceprint in the voice of the first user is not matched with the acquired voiceprint of the passenger, and only when the voice of the first user in the preset range is a, the voiceprint in the voice of the first user is matched with the acquired voiceprint of the passenger.
When using a fingerprint for authentication of a passenger, a fingerprint identification module may be installed on the outside of the vehicle, such as the vehicle B-pillar or the vehicle handle, to acquire the fingerprint. When a first user places a finger on the fingerprint identification module, a fingerprint of the first user is acquired, and the fingerprint of the first user is matched with the acquired fingerprint of the passenger.
Step S304: unlocking the vehicle in response to successfully matching the first user information and the occupant's user information.
If the first user information (face image, voiceprint or fingerprint) is successfully matched with the user information of the passenger, the first user is the passenger, and then the passenger can be successfully loaded by unlocking the vehicle in response to the successful matching of the first user information and the user information of the passenger.
In one possible implementation, in response to successfully matching the first user information and the user information of the occupant, first prompt information is sent, where the first prompt information is used to prompt the occupant to get on the vehicle.
If the first user information (face image, voiceprint or fingerprint) is successfully matched with the user information of the passenger, the first user is the passenger, and then the first prompt information can be sent through a loudspeaker or a loudspeaker and other devices capable of emitting sound in response to the successful matching of the first user information and the user information of the passenger, and the first prompt information is used for prompting the passenger to get on the car.
In one possible implementation, in response to not successfully matching the first user information and the user information of the occupant, a second prompt is sent, where the second prompt is used to prompt the occupant to replace a vehicle.
If the first user information (face image, voiceprint or fingerprint) is not successfully matched with the user information of the vehicle occupant, the first user is not the vehicle occupant, and then the first user information and the user information of the vehicle occupant can be successfully matched at the moment, a second prompt message is sent through a device capable of making a sound such as a loudspeaker or a loudspeaker, and the first prompt message is used for prompting the vehicle occupant to replace a vehicle.
By implementing the method, the identity of the passenger can be more conveniently confirmed.
Referring to fig. 4, a flow chart of another driving method provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a second terminal, may include the following steps S401 to S403:
step S401: and sending a taxi taking demand of a passenger to a third terminal, wherein the third terminal is used for sending a taxi taking request to a taxi taking platform according to the taxi taking demand, the taxi taking request comprises the position of a departure place, the position of a destination and user information of the passenger, and the user information comprises a face image, a fingerprint or a voiceprint.
In one possible implementation, the user information of the occupant is stored in advance in the third terminal or transmitted to the third terminal by the second terminal.
That is, the user information of the occupant may be input to the third terminal in advance, or the user information of the occupant may be input to the second terminal and then transmitted to the third terminal by the second terminal. The third terminal sends a taxi taking request to the taxi taking platform instead of the passenger car. The occupant's user information includes, but is not limited to, a face image, a fingerprint, or a voiceprint. It can be understood that the third terminal obtains the user information of the passenger corresponding to the user information of the passenger authorized by the passenger to the third terminal for sending the taxi taking request.
Step S402: and responding to the first terminal to confirm that the taxi taking request is accepted, and sending fourth prompt information, wherein the fourth prompt information is used for prompting the passengers to go to the departure place.
Because the passenger who sends the taxi taking request and does not use the second terminal does not have to receive the ticket (that is, the first terminal does not confirm to accept the taxi taking request), the situation that the passenger waits too long at the place of departure and the passenger waiting time is reduced occurs, so that after the first terminal confirms to accept the taxi taking request sent to the taxi taking platform by the third terminal, the second terminal can respond to the first terminal to confirm to accept the taxi taking request and send fourth prompt information. The fourth prompting information is used for prompting the passengers to go to the departure place.
Step S403: and sending fifth prompt information in response to the fact that the current position is matched with the position of the first terminal and the first user information in the preset range acquired by the first terminal is matched with the user information of the passenger, wherein the fifth prompt information is used for prompting the passenger to get on the vehicle.
The current location refers to the location of the second terminal. It is understood that the location of the first terminal refers to the location of the first terminal. The matching of the current position of the second terminal with the position of the first terminal means that the position of the second terminal and the current position of the first terminal are within a preset range. For example, the preset range is 3 meters, that is, when the distance between the current position of the second terminal and the current position of the first terminal is not more than 3 meters, it is determined that the current position of the second terminal matches the current position of the first terminal at this time. If the current position of the first terminal matches the current position of the second terminal, the driver using the first terminal and the second terminal are indicated to reach the position of the departure place. And under the condition that the first terminal successfully matches the first user information with the acquired user information of the passengers to the first user in the preset range of the first terminal, sending fifth prompting information to prompt the passengers to get on.
In one possible implementation, in response to the current location matching the location of the departure location and the location of the first terminal not matching the location of the departure location, a sixth prompt is sent, the sixth prompt being used to prompt the occupant to wait at the departure location.
When the current position of the second terminal matches the position of the departure point and the current position of the first terminal does not match the departure point, it is explained that the occupant arrives at the position of the departure point prior to the driver, and since the occupant is not the person who sent the request for getting a car, the occupant may not know the current position of the first terminal and not know whether the driver has arrived at the position of the departure point (for example, the occupant does not know how to use the software for getting a car, and thus cannot learn the position of the first terminal). At this time, in order to enable the occupant to know about the relevant situation, sixth prompting information may be sent to prompt the occupant that the vehicle has not arrived at the position of the departure place (or the current position of the driver) and prompt the occupant to wait at the departure place in response to the fact that the current position of the second terminal matches with the position of the departure place and the current position of the first terminal does not match with the position of the departure place.
In one possible implementation, a seventh prompt is sent to prompt that the rider vehicle has arrived at the departure location in response to the current location not matching the location of the departure location and the location of the first terminal matching the location of the departure location. The vehicle occupant can know the position dynamic of the vehicle in time.
When the current position of the second terminal does not match the position of the departure place and the current position of the first terminal matches the position of the departure place, the driver is stated to arrive at the position of the departure place prior to the driver. At this time, a seventh prompt message may be sent to prompt the occupant that the vehicle has arrived at the departure location in response to the current location of the second terminal not matching the location of the departure location and the location of the first terminal matching the location of the departure location.
In one possible implementation, in response to the current location matching the location of the departure location and the location of the first terminal matching the location of the departure location, an eighth prompt is sent to prompt the occupant to replace the vehicle if the first user information does not match the occupant's user information.
When the current position of the second terminal and the current position of the first terminal are matched, the position that the driver and the passenger have reached the departure place at the moment is indicated. If the first terminal judges that the first user information is not matched with the user information of the passenger acquired by the first terminal, that is, the passenger is not matched with the current vehicle. Because there may be a plurality of vehicles matching the position of the departure place, in order to avoid the passengers from getting wrong and to more conveniently confirm the vehicles corresponding to the passengers, the eighth prompt message is sent to prompt the passengers to replace the vehicles under the condition that the first user information is not matched with the passenger information. It should be noted that, the first terminal may match the first user information with the user information of the occupant, and the first terminal sends the result of successful or unsuccessful matching to the server and then the server sends the result to the second terminal; the server may match the first user information with the occupant information, and the server may transmit the first user information and the occupant information to the second terminal.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned preset ranges of the first user and the first terminal, the preset ranges of the first terminal and the second terminal, the preset ranges of the first terminal and the place of departure, and the preset ranges of the second terminal and the place of departure may be the same, may be different, may be partially the same, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited in any way.
In one possible implementation manner, the current position and the position of the first terminal are matched according to a preset period; and sending abnormal information to the third terminal and/or the server in response to the fact that the current position is not matched with the position of the first terminal.
After the passengers get on the vehicle, in order to ensure the safety of the passengers, the current position of the second terminal and the position of the first terminal can be matched according to a preset period to ensure that the passengers are located on the vehicle before reaching the position of the destination, and accidents or midway get off the vehicle are not caused. If the current position of the second terminal does not match the position of the first terminal before the vehicle occupant arrives at the destination, it is indicated that the vehicle occupant may experience an abnormal situation, and therefore, abnormality information may be sent to the third terminal and/or the server in response to the current position of the second terminal not matching the position of the first terminal.
