and (3) discharging the frame, starting a discharging driving piece 1, wherein the discharging driving piece 1 is pulled by a first traction rope 2 to slide the hydraulic support to be removed along the first working surface 311 to the second working surface 321 so as to discharge the hydraulic support to be removed, and switching the uplink platform 31 to a discharging position.
The technical advantages of the method for rapidly discharging the hydraulic support in the retracting working face according to the embodiment of the present application are the same as those of the system for rapidly discharging the hydraulic support in the retracting working face, and are not described herein.
In some embodiments, after the step of unloading is completed, the hydraulic support to be unloaded on the unloading device is unloaded by using the unloading device, when the next group of hydraulic supports to be unloaded need to be unloaded continuously, the stepping device 4 is started, the unloading device is driven by the stepping device 4 to step along the first horizontal direction until the loading platform 32, the ascending platform 31 and the next group of hydraulic supports to be unloaded are sequentially arranged along the second horizontal direction, the stepping device 4 is closed, and the operations of connecting frames and unloading are sequentially repeated.
The method for quickly withdrawing the hydraulic support frame system from the withdrawing working surface is described by combining the specific structure of the frame withdrawing system, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1) In the retracing roadway, the loading platform 32, the ascending platform 31 and the hydraulic support to be retracted are sequentially arranged along the second horizontal direction, the ascending platform 31 is positioned below the base of the hydraulic support to be retracted, the fixing platform 5 is connected to the loading platform 32 through a screw, the fixing platform 5 is connected to the flat push rod 41 of the shield support 42 through a bolt, and the frame driving piece 1 is fixed on the side wall of the base 43 of the side-most shield support 42 along the first horizontal direction, so that the layout of the retracing system in the retracing roadway is completed;
2) Then, the overturning driving piece 34 is started, so that the overturning driving piece 34 pushes the ascending platform 31 to rotate to the upper frame position through the second traction rope 35;
3) The second end of the first traction rope 2 is connected with a single-lug cross head of the hydraulic support to be removed;
4) Starting the frame discharging driving piece 1, wherein the frame discharging driving piece 1 is pulled by the first traction rope 2 to slide the hydraulic support to be removed along the first working surface 311 to the second working surface 321, and then the overturning driving piece 34 pulls the ascending platform 31 through the second traction rope 35 until the first working surface 311 is abutted with the base of the hydraulic support to be removed, so that the frame discharging operation of a group of hydraulic supports to be removed is completed;
5) The second end of the first traction rope 2 is disconnected with the hydraulic support to be removed on the loading platform 32, and the hydraulic support to be removed on the loading platform 32 is removed by the removing equipment;
6) Starting the stepping device 4, wherein the stepping device 4 automatically moves and drives the rack discharging device to step along the first horizontal direction until the rack loading platform 32, the ascending platform 31 and the next group of hydraulic supports to be removed are sequentially arranged along the second horizontal direction, and closing the stepping device 4;
7) And (3) sequentially repeating the steps 2) to 6) to realize one-to-one retraction operation of a plurality of groups of hydraulic supports to be retracted, which are sequentially arranged.

The quick release device for hydraulic carriers in a retractable work surface according to claim 1, wherein the racking platform and the ascending platform are arranged in sequence along a second horizontal direction, and the racking drive pulls the second end of the first traction rope along the second horizontal direction.

The quick hydraulic mount racking device in a retracting work surface according to claim 2, wherein said racking drive pulls a first end of said first haulage rope in a first horizontal direction, said first horizontal direction and said second horizontal direction being perpendicular to each other.
4. A quick racking device for a hydraulic mount in a retractable working surface according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said racking platform has first and second ends opposite in length, said racking drive being provided at said first end of said racking platform;
the first working surface is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite along the length direction, and the first end of the first working surface is connected with the second working surface;
the ascending platform is rotatably connected to the second end of the loading platform and is provided with an upper frame position and a loading position, the second end of the first working surface is lower than the second working surface in the upper frame position, the second end of the first working surface is equal to or higher than the second working surface in the loading position, and the first working surface is in butt joint with the hydraulic support to be removed.
5. The quick hydraulic mount racking device for a retractable worksurface of claim 4 wherein said racking assembly further comprises a flip drive disposed on said racking platform and connected to said upper run platform, said flip drive for pushing and pulling said upper run platform to rotate said upper run platform relative to said second end of said racking platform.
6. The quick release mechanism of claim 5, wherein at least two of said turning drives are correspondingly secured to said racking platform, said turning drives being connected to said upper platform by a second traction cable.
7. The quick hydraulic mount racking device for a retractable working surface according to claim 1, wherein the racking platform is of a plate-like structure, and a support beam is arranged at the bottom of the racking platform.
8. A quick hydraulic mount racking system in a retracting work surface comprising:
a racking device which is a retracting operation according to any one of claims 1 to 7
The hydraulic support in the surface is quickly taken out of the support device;
the stepping device comprises at least one flat push rod which is telescopic along the first horizontal direction, the end part of the flat push rod is connected with the frame discharging device, and the stepping device is used for driving the frame discharging device to step along the first horizontal direction.
