In addition, in order to limit the rotation angle of the cap 41, a first limit portion and a second limit portion are further provided on the inner wall of the cap 41, and the first limit portion and the second limit portion extend along the axial direction of the cap 41; the first limiting part is positioned at the outer side of the inner end part of the first inclined guide surface, and the second limiting part is positioned at the outer side of the outer end part of the first inclined guide surface;
the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are respectively configured to cooperate with the second pushing portion 421 to limit the rotation angle of the cap 41.
Specifically, in the rotation process of the cap 41, the first limiting portion, the second limiting portion and the first inclined guiding surface rotate together, and when the first limiting portion or the second limiting portion abuts against the first protruding structure, the cap 41 can be limited to rotate continuously.
The first and second limiting portions may be positioning vertical surfaces formed inside the cap 41, and the positioning vertical surfaces are distributed on both sides of the first inclined guide surface.
Further, the end of the adjusting member 42 is provided with a first insertion rod, the first protrusion is formed on the rod wall of the first insertion rod, and the free end of the first insertion rod is inserted into the cap 41.
Specifically, for convenient, fast and accurate assembly, the end of the adjusting member 42 is provided with a first insertion rod, and a first protrusion structure is formed on the first insertion rod, and during the assembly process, the free end of the first insertion rod can be inserted into the cap 41, so that the first protrusion structure is in abutting contact with the first inclined guide surface.

In use, the cap 4 drives the second protruding structure to rotate, and the second protruding structure slides along the second inclined guiding surface, so that the adjusting part 42 slides in the barrel 1.
Further, a second inserting and connecting rod 423 is arranged at the end part of the adjusting part 42, the second inclined guiding surface is formed on the rod wall of the second inserting and connecting rod 423, and the first inclined guiding surface is spirally arranged around the axial direction of the second inserting and connecting rod 423; the free end of the second insertion rod 423 is inserted into the cap 4.
Further, a third limiting portion 424 and a fourth limiting portion 425 are disposed on the rod wall of the second inserting and connecting rod 423;
the third limiting portion 424 extends from the first end of the second inclined guiding surface toward the free end of the second inserting and connecting rod 423 along the axial direction of the second inserting and connecting rod 423;
the fourth limiting part 425 extends from the second end of the second inclined guiding surface toward the free end of the second inserting and connecting rod 423 along the axial direction of the second inserting and connecting rod 423;
a second end of the second inclined guiding surface is adjacent to the free end of the second inserting-connecting rod 423, and a second positioning groove 36 is arranged between the second end of the second inclined guiding surface and the fourth limiting part 425; the second positioning groove 36 is configured such that the end of the second protruding structure is caught in the second positioning groove 36 after the nib 21 protrudes to the nib 11;
the third limiting portion 424 and the fourth limiting portion 425 are respectively configured to cooperate with the driving portion 40 to limit the rotation angle of the pen cap 4.
Specifically, during the rotation of the cap 4, the second protrusion structure will rotate between the third limiting portion 424 and the fourth limiting portion 425, so as to limit the rotation angle of the cap 4 by using the third limiting portion 424 and the fourth limiting portion 425.

the pen comprises a pen holder, wherein a pen point is arranged at the head part of the pen holder, a first mounting opening is arranged at the tail part of the pen holder, and a second mounting opening is arranged on the side wall of the pen holder;
the pen comprises a pen core, a pen tip and a pen holder, wherein the pen core is provided with the pen tip and is arranged in the pen holder;
the pen cap is movably arranged in the first mounting opening;
a spring disposed in the cartridge and configured to drive the cartridge to return;
the driving assembly comprises a sliding part, the sliding part is slidably arranged in the pen holder, and an inclined surface is arranged on the sliding part;
the pen clip comprises a pen clip, a connecting frame and an elastic piece, wherein a connecting part is arranged on the pen clip, a mounting channel is formed between the connecting frame and the connecting part, a pressing rod is further arranged on the connecting frame, and the pressing rod is positioned in the mounting channel; the connecting frame is provided with a plug hole, the connecting part is provided with a connecting column, and the connecting frame is positioned between the elastic piece and the pen clip; the connecting part is inserted into the second mounting hole, the connecting frame is positioned on the penholder, the inserting hole is opposite to the second mounting hole, the connecting column is inserted into the inserting hole and is in interference fit with the mounting hole, and the elastic piece is clamped between the connecting frame and the inner wall of the penholder;
wherein the sliding part passes through the mounting channel, and the inclined surface is abutted against the pressure rod; the cap is connected with the sliding component and is configured to drive the sliding component to slide in the pen holder.

The pressing pen with the pen clip retracting function according to claim 1, wherein the connecting portion is a connecting plate arranged on two sides of the pen clip, connecting columns are arranged on the connecting plate, the section of the connecting frame is of a U-shaped structure, and the two sides of the connecting frame are respectively provided with the inserting holes.

The pressing pen with the pen holder folding and unfolding function according to claim 1, wherein a first positioning groove is formed in the inner wall of the pen holder, a second positioning groove is formed in the connecting frame, one end portion of the elastic piece is located in the first positioning groove, and the other end portion of the elastic piece is located in the second positioning groove.
4. The pressing pen with a pen clip retracting function according to claim 1, wherein the inclined surface is arranged to extend away from an inner wall of the barrel toward the pen tip.

The pressing pen with a pen clip retracting function according to claim 1, wherein the pen cap is rotatably provided in the first mounting port, the sliding member abuts against an end portion of the pen core, a first driving portion is provided in the pen cap, and a first pushing portion is further provided on the sliding member;
wherein the driving part is configured to cooperate with the first pushing part to drive the sliding part to slide in the pen holder when the pen cap rotates along a first direction so that the pen point extends out of the pen point; the driving part is further configured to abut against the pushing part when the pen cap rotates along the second direction, and the spring drives the pen core and the sliding part to reset so that the pen point is retracted into the pen point; the first direction and the second direction are reversed.

The pressing pen with the pen clip retracting function according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of guide ribs are arranged on the inner wall, close to the tail part, in the pen holder, and extend along the length direction of the pen holder, and a guide groove is formed between two adjacent guide ribs;
the pen cap comprises a cap body and an adjusting part, wherein a second driving part is arranged on the cap body, the cap body is rotatably arranged in the first mounting port, a second pushing part is also arranged on the adjusting part, and the second driving part is abutted against the second pushing part;
the driving assembly further comprises a rotating part, the sliding part is of a hollow structure, the sliding part is provided with a first tooth structure, the rotating part is provided with a second tooth structure, and the first tooth structure and the second tooth structure are oppositely arranged;
the sliding part is slidably arranged in the pen holder along the guide rib, and the rotating part can rotate in the pen holder and also can slide along the guide rib; the sliding part and the rotating part are sleeved on the adjusting part;
the cap body is rotatably arranged on the sliding part, and the second driving part is configured to be matched with the second pushing part to convert the rotary motion of the cap body into the sliding motion of the adjusting part;
the end part of the adjusting part, which is opposite to the pen holder, is an adjusting end part, and the end surface of the adjusting end part selectively extends out of the rotating part.

The push pen with pen clip retracting function according to claim 6, wherein a limit part is further provided in the pen holder, and the rotating member is located between the limit part and the sliding member; the limiting portion is configured to limit sliding of the rotating member during rotation of the rotating member.
8. The pressing pen with a pen clip retracting function according to claim 7, wherein the limiting portion is an annular rib formed on an inner wall of the pen barrel.
9. The push pen with pen holder according to claim 7, wherein the limiting part is a limiting sleeve, and the limiting sleeve is clamped in the pen holder.
10. The push pen with a pen clip retracting function according to claim 6, wherein when an end face of an adjustment end of the adjustment member protrudes outside the rotation member, the adjustment end of the adjustment member abuts on the pen core;
when the end face of the adjusting end of the adjusting member is retracted to the inside of the rotating member, the rotating member abuts against the cartridge.
