wherein a laser welding gun (32) is arranged between the two base plates (1);
an adjusting shaft (9) is inserted in the middle of the base plate (1) in a rotating way, a plurality of first adjusting arms (10) are fixed on the outer wall of the adjusting shaft (9), second adjusting arms (11) are obliquely and rotatably arranged at the end parts of the first adjusting arms (10), and the second adjusting arms (11) are rotatably connected with the first sliding blocks (2);
