the cleaning cotton pads 29 and the scraping plates 34 arranged on the mounting frames 27 are contacted with the inner wall of the conveying pipeline, the second motor 38 is started, the meshing ring sleeve 8 is driven to rotate on the corresponding supporting table 5 through the meshing relation of the two driving gears 37, the movable push rod 1 is driven to rotate, the mounting box body 2 and various parts mounted on the mounting box body 2 rotate together to clean the inner part of the conveying pipeline, when impurities under cleaning are required to be removed from the conveying pipeline, the driving electric cylinders 24 are started, the sliding plates 20 are pushed to move in the sliding frames 19, the sealing scraping plates 23 mounted on the mounting clamping frames 22 are contacted with the inner wall of the conveying pipeline, an overlapping area exists between the sealing scraping plates 23, the sealing scraping plates 23 can be tightly attached to the inner wall of the conveying pipeline, and the impurities under cleaning in the conveying pipeline are removed along with the mounting box body 2.
