Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of some embodiments of information interaction methods provided in accordance with the present disclosure is shown. The information interaction method as shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
step 101, responding to a target team information display operation of a first user, and displaying first information of the target team in a client interface of the first user; wherein the target team associates at least one group; the target team has a set of team members, and the first user belongs to the set of team members of the target team.
In the present disclosure, the execution subject of the information interaction method may be a client. The client here may be a client of an instant messaging application. The execution subject of the information interaction method may also be a server. The server side provides services for instant messaging applications.
Teams are concepts of the instant messaging field, and teams may be associated with at least one group or may have at least one team member. A team has a set of team members. In some embodiments, a team member in the set of team members may be a group member of a group associated with the team, and at least some of the team members may not be group members of the group associated with the team. In some embodiments, the group members of the group associated with a team all belong to team members of the team. In other embodiments, some group members of the group associated with the team may also be non-team members.
Team is created in an organization (usually in a tenant) that works cooperatively, with some members in the organization being instant messaging entities for team members. Multiple teams may be created within a tenant as desired. Existing generic groups may be added to the team to associate it with the team's team group of members. The association relationship between a group associated with a team can be released to make the group an ordinary group. I.e. the association of team and group is editable.
The target team here associates at least one group. The target team has a set of team members. The first user belongs to a team member set of the target team. That is, the first user is a team member of the target team. The first user may be any member of the target team.
In some embodiments, the group associated with the target team comprises: a team holonomy group and at least one first type group; the group member set of the team total member group is consistent with the team member set of the target team; and no preset linkage relation exists between the group member set of the first type group and the team member set of the target team.
In some embodiments, there is no preset linkage relationship between the group member set of the first type group and the team member set of the target team, including:
group member changes in the group member set of the first type group do not affect the team member set; team member changes in the team member set of the target team do not affect the group member set of the first type group.
In these embodiments, members between the first type group and the target team are independent of each other, facilitating management of the group members of the first type group and the team members of the target team.
The first user, who is a team member, may use a client interface that displays identifying information for the target team. The first user can execute a triggering operation on the identification information of the target team, namely execute a target team information display operation, so as to trigger and display target group information.
After receiving the above-mentioned target team information display operation, the first information of the target team may be displayed in the client interface of the first user.
In some application scenarios, the first information may be associated group information of the target team. For example, the first information of the target team includes one or more of:
the associated group index information of the target team;
target team information displayed in a team interface;
team home interface for the target team.
The associated index information of the target team comprises an index structure between the target team and each associated group, and group identification information of each associated group. For a first user, the associated group index information of the target team shown on its client interface is the index information of the associated group visible to the first user. The associated group index information here may display which groups the target team is associated with. The team interface is an interface that centrally presents information of a team joined by the first user. For example, the first user may open the team interface by triggering a team screening identification on the client interface. In some embodiments, the associated group index information for each team joined by the first user may be presented in a team interface. In some embodiments, the first user may quickly find a group related to a team through the team's associated group index and enter the session interface for that group.
Each team has its own team homepage interface, which can display team member list, associated group, team name, creation time, creator, team description information, team setting, etc.
Step 102, any information of the target team cannot be displayed in a client interface of the second user, or second information of the target team is displayed in the client interface of the second user; wherein the second user belongs to a group member set of a group associated with the target team, but does not belong to a team member set of the target team, the second information being different from the first information.
The second user here does not belong to the target team member set, i.e. the second user is not a team member of the target team. The second user may belong to a group member set of a group associated with the target team.
As an implementation, the second user's client interface may not display any of the targeted team's information. That is, the second user cannot perceive from the client interface that the group in which he is located is associated with the target team, and thus cannot perceive the presence of the target team. I.e., the group in which the second user is located, associated with the target team, is not different from the normal group.
Alternatively, the second information of the target team is displayed in a client interface of the second user. The second information may be different from the first information described above. Thus, the team information can be used for carrying out differential display on the team member and the non-team member. Typically, the second information covers less team information than the first information.
Under the condition that the first information of the target team comprises the associated group index information of the target team, the first user benefits from being a member of the target team, the associated group index information of the target team can quickly find a group associated with the target team, and the working efficiency is improved.
Under the condition that the first information of the target team comprises the target team information displayed in the team interface, the first user serving as the team member of the target team can conveniently find the information of the target team in the team interface, and the working efficiency is improved.
Under the condition that the first information of the target team comprises a team homepage interface of the target team, a first user serving as a team member of the target team can check the information of the target team on the team homepage of the target team, and the working efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the second information includes indication information associated with the target team of the first group to which the second user belongs.
In some other embodiments, displaying the second information of the target team in the client interface of the second user includes: displaying a group notification message in a session interface of a first group to which a second user belongs, the group notification message being used to indicate that the first group is associated with the target team; and/or displaying indication information in a group setting interface of a first group to which a second user belongs, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the first group is associated with the target team.
In these embodiments, the group notification message may be browsed when the second user opens the session interface for the first group. I.e. the second user can browse to the group notification message in the session interface of the first group in which he is located.
In addition, the second user may also enter a group setting interface of the first group in which the second user is located, and the group setting interface may include group setting information. The group settings interface may include a plurality of settings, such as settings that set a nickname of the second user in the group, and the like. Indication that the first group is associated with the target team may be displayed in a group settings page.
In these embodiments, the second user may be made aware that the first group is associated with the target team by presenting the second information to the second user.
According to the information interaction method provided by the embodiment, first information of a target team is displayed in a client interface of a first user by responding to target team information display operation of the first user; wherein the target team associates at least one group; the target team has a set of team members, and the first user belongs to the set of team members of the target team; any information of the target team cannot be displayed in the client interface of the second user, or second information of the target team is displayed in the client interface of the second user; the second user belongs to a group member set of one group associated with the target team, but does not belong to a team member set of the target team, and the second information is different from the first information, so that when the team is associated with the group, information of the target team is not displayed to group members of non-team members in the group, or team information different from the team members is displayed to group members of the non-team members in the group, on one hand, disturbance of the team information to the group members can be reduced, on the other hand, the team information can be controlled in the team members, and leakage of the team information is avoided.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes:
displaying a plurality of session screening identifications in a client display interface of a third user, wherein the session screening identifications comprise team screening identifications used for indicating team information, and the third user is a team member of the target team;
responding to the trigger operation of the third user on the team screening identification, and displaying team information on the display interface, wherein the team information comprises a team creation portal; the team creation portal is positioned at a corresponding position of the team information display interface; the corresponding position is a preset fixed position or varies along with the size of the space occupied by team information to be displayed.
Here, the third user may be any team member of the target team. The third user may be the first user, or may be another team member other than the first user.
The session screening identifier is used for screening the message related to the third user according to preset conditions. The screening conditions of the team screening identification can screen the team-related messages of the third user from the plurality of messages.
The triggering operation may be, for example, a click or touch operation on a team screening identifier.
Team creation portals for creating a team may be included in team information displayed in a client display interface displayed by a third user. When the third user performs a triggering operation on the team creation portal, a team creation interface may be displayed. A third user may enter a team name, a graphical or image identification for the team, team members, etc. in a team creation interface.
The team creation portal may be displayed in a corresponding location on the team information display interface.
In these alternative implementations, the third user is facilitated to create a team by presenting the team creation portal to the third user.
In some application scenarios, the corresponding position may be a preset fixed position. For example, the corresponding locations described above may be provided at the top or bottom of the team information display interface.
In some application scenarios, the size of the space occupied by the team information to be displayed varies, including: if the team information to be displayed can be displayed in the current interface, displaying a team creation portal at the bottommost part of a team information display area; or if all the team information to be displayed cannot be displayed in the current interface, not displaying the team creation portal.
In these application scenarios, the corresponding location may vary with the size of the space occupied by the team information to be displayed. Specifically, if the team information to be displayed can be displayed in the current interface, a team creation portal is displayed at the bottommost part of the team information display area; if all team information to be displayed cannot be displayed in the current interface, a team creation portal is not displayed.
The team information to be displayed may be all team information of the team. Or may be part of team information determined based on the selection of the third user.
That is, when less team information is to be displayed, which may be displayed at the current interface, a team creation portal may be displayed at the current interface.
When team information to be displayed is large and the current interface cannot be displayed completely, a team creation portal is not displayed in the current interface. The bottom of team information may be displayed by a swipe operation, at which point a team creation portal may be displayed.
It should be noted that, when team information corresponding to the team screening identifier is empty, the team creation portal may be displayed in the displayed team information interface.
In these application scenarios, the team creation portal is changed along with the size of the space occupied by the team information to be displayed, so that the team creation portal is not fixedly displayed, and more use experience can be brought to the user.
In some alternative implementations, the information interaction method further includes the steps of:
according to a received team member reducing instruction of a target team sent by a fourth user, moving a first target user indicated by the team member reducing instruction out of a team member set of the target team;
if the first target user is a group member of a second group associated with the target team, keeping the first target user unchanged from the group member of the second group.
The target team may be associated with a team total member group. The team total member group may be a team system message publishing group. The group of full members may be automatically created when created for a team. The member set of the team total member group is consistent with the team member set. The second group does not include a team total member group.
In some application scenarios, the fourth user may be a team member of the target team with preset rights. Such as the owner of the team, or the administrator of the team.
In practice, a team member immaterial portal for indicating removal of a team member from a team member collection may be displayed in the team information display interface, and a fourth user may perform a triggering operation on the team member portal, thereby displaying the team member immaterial interface. The fourth user may enter the first target user to be moved out of the team member collection in a team member deduction interface. For example, a team member list may be displayed in the team member reduction interface and a fourth user may select a first target user from the team member list. A corresponding move-out operation is then performed to effect a move-out of the first target user from the team member set of the target team.
In some application scenarios, the fourth user may be the first target user. In these application scenarios, the fourth user may be a general team member of the team, and may also be a team member of the target team with preset rights. I.e., team members may actively exit the team or be moved out of the team by a team administrator.
In these application scenarios, the fourth user may exit the team member set by himself.
In practice, a team exit portal for exiting the target team is displayed on a team information display interface (team setting interface) of the fourth user. The fourth user may issue team member deduction instructions to exit the target team by triggering the team exit portal.
After the first target user is moved out of the target team, leaving the group membership of the second group of the first target user unchanged.
That is, the change in the team member set of the target team does not affect the group member set of the second group.
In this way, the weak coupling between the set of team members of the target team and the set of group members of the second group maintains the relative independence between the set of team members and the set of group members of the second group.
In some optional implementations, after the first target user indicated by the team member deduction instruction moves out of the team member set of the target team, the information interaction method further includes: and shielding all or part of team information of the target team from the first target user.
That is, after the first target user is no longer a team member of the target team, team information of the target team may no longer be displayed to the first target user.
Alternatively, after the first target user is no longer a team member of the target team, team information for a portion of the target team may be displayed to the first target user. The team information displayed to the first target user may be indication information associated with the group in which the first target user is located and the target team.
By masking all or part of the team information from the first target user who is no longer a team member of the target team, information interference from the first target user who is not a team member can be reduced.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes:
a group association entry for associating an existing group with a target team is displayed in a client interface of a fifth user, wherein the existing group is a group of which the fifth user is a group member, the fifth user is a team member of the target team, and the group association entry is used for associating the existing group with the target team;
And associating the target existing group input by the fifth user through the group association entry with the target team.
The fifth user here may be any team member of the target team.
In some optional implementations, before the associating the target existing group input by the fifth user through the group association portal with the target team, the information interaction method further includes:
receiving a selection operation of the fifth user through an existing group list displayed in a group adding page, wherein the group adding page is displayed according to the selection operation of the fifth user on the group adding inlet;
at least one existing group selected by the selecting operation is determined as the target existing group.
Specifically, after the fifth user performs the triggering operation on the group association entry, a group adding interface may be displayed. The group adding interface can display the existing group list of the plurality of the existing groups participated by the fifth user. These existing groups may not have been previously associated with any team. The fifth user may select a target existing group among the presented plurality of existing groups through a selection operation. After the target existing group is selected, an operation of associating the target existing group with the target team may be performed.
In these alternative implementations, it is achieved that the group members associate their own existing groups with the team according to their own needs.
Further optionally, the information interaction method further includes: and if the number of the existing groups selected by the selection operation reaches the preset number, prohibiting the selection of other existing groups after the preset number is reached.
The preset number may be any number, and the preset number may be set according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited herein.
By controlling the number of selections made for an existing group, multiple unnecessary groups for a team are avoided.
In some application scenarios, the fifth user may be a group member of the target existing group with a preset authority, for example, a group owner of the target group, or a group administrator of the target group.
In the application scenes, the group members with preset authority of the target existing group are used for associating the group managed by the target existing group with the team according to the group demand, so that the conflict caused by the fact that different group members respectively associate the group with different teams can be avoided.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes: according to the operation of the fifth user, associating the target existing group in the group with the target team; the information interaction method further comprises the following steps: group members of the target existing group are added as team members of the target team.
After the above-mentioned target existing group is associated with the target team, the group member of the target existing group may be added as a team member of the target team by default, which is beneficial for the team owner to manage the team member.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes: according to the operation of the fifth user, associating the target existing group in the group with the target team; the information interaction method further comprises the following steps: the group members of the target existing group that are not team members are not added as team members of the target team while maintaining the team member identities of the group members of the target existing group that are team members unchanged. In these alternative implementations, the relative independence of the team member sets from the group member sets is maintained. Is beneficial to ensuring that team information does not leak.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes: according to the operation of the fifth user, associating the target existing group in the group with the target team; the information interaction method further comprises the following steps: judging whether the group members of the target existing group belong to a preset member set, adding the group members belonging to the preset member set as team members of the target team, and adding the group members not belonging to the preset member set as team members of the target team.
The preset set of members here may be: a member set of a tenant, a member set of a department, or a member set of a human setting. The tenant here may serve an organization user to whom the service side provides services. A tenant here may correspond to a set of tenant members.
In these alternative implementations, after the association of the target existing group with the target team, it is automatically determined whether there are any group members belonging to the preset member set in the group member set of the target existing group, and if so, the group member is added as a team member of the target team. Advantageously reducing the operations of the group members to join the target team.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes: according to the operation of the fifth user, associating the target existing group in the group with the target team; the information interaction method further comprises the following steps: and giving the group members of the target existing group a selection permission for selecting whether to join the target team or not, and sending first prompt information for prompting the group members to select to join the target team to the group members.
In these alternative implementations, the group members are given the option to join the target team, which is advantageous for achieving autonomy in managing their information by the group members.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes: according to the operation of the fifth user, associating the target existing group in the group with the target team; the information interaction method further comprises the following steps: and opening a first selection authority for selecting the group member to be the team member of the target team to the fifth user, and adding the group member selected by the fifth user by using the first selection authority as the team member of the target team.
In these alternative implementations, the team members of the member target team are selected by the fifth user, i.e., the user who associates the target existing group with the target team determines which of the group members (group members other than team members) may be added as team members, facilitating overall control of the group members into team members.
In some optional implementations, the information interaction method further includes: according to the operation of the fifth user, associating the target existing group in the group with the target team; the information interaction method further comprises the following steps: and keeping the operation authority of the group members in the target existing group on the target existing group unchanged.
