The split worm wheel 201 is fixed with a ratchet 202, and the ratchet 202 protrudes outwards from the outer peripheral surface of the worm wheel.
The outside of the split worm wheel 201 is provided with a bracket 100, the bracket 100 is formed by buckling two split shells 101, and the split shells 101 comprise a cylindrical shell for accommodating the split worm wheel 201 and an ear plate 102 for buckling connection. There is a space between the cylindrical shell and the split worm wheel 201, a pawl 104 is fixed on the inner wall of the cylindrical shell, and the pawl 104 and the ratchet 202 cooperate to form a unidirectional rotation mechanism. The split shell 101 is provided with a sliding groove 105, two ends of the sliding groove 105 are closed, the length direction of the sliding groove 105 is parallel to the axis direction of the worm wheel, and the axial length corresponding to the meshing section on the worm wheel is smaller than the length of the sliding groove 105.
The winding rod 300 comprises a rod body, a wire groove 301 and a thread part 302 are fixed on the rod body, the wire groove 301 is annular, the thread part 302 is meshed with the split worm wheel 201, and the winding rod 300 and the worm wheel form a worm and gear mechanism. The rod body is guided and installed in the chute 105, and the width of the chute 105 is smaller than the outer diameters of the wire groove 301 and the threaded portion 302. The axial direction space of the winding rod 300 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the worm wheel. The base circle diameter of the wire groove 301 is smaller than that of the thread part 302, and the helix angle of the worm teeth on the worm wheel is close to a right angle, so that the thread part 302 can do compound movement of axial movement and rotation relative to the worm wheel.
In this embodiment, two separate housings 101 are fixed by connecting bolts 103 passing through the ear plates 102.
The two split worm gears 201 have the same structure, the buckling surfaces of the two split worm gears 201 are provided with convex blocks and grooves, the convex-concave structures of the convex blocks and the grooves are adopted for buckling, and the two split worm gears 201 are symmetrical about the central axis center of the worm gear after buckling.
The preformed armor rods 200 are of a U-shaped structure, the middle positions of the preformed armor rods 200 are connected with the connecting devices 400 through bolts, and the connecting devices 400 are U-shaped connecting rings. The prefabricated silk pieces on the left side and the right side are alternately wound on the cable during winding. The specific winding manner of the preformed armor rods 200 is known in the art, and will not be described herein.
The working process comprises the following steps:
the preformed armor rods 200 are wound on the cable, and after tightening, the two split worm gears 201 are combined to form a complete worm gear, and when the worm gear rotates in the forward direction, the clamping force of the preformed armor rods on the preformed armor rods 200 on the cable is increased. Then, as shown in fig. 8, the wire is wound around the warp groove 301 from the end where the connection device 400 is located, and after the wire is assembled, the worm wheel connected to the pre-twisted wire 200 is engaged with the screw portion 302 of the winding rod 300. The two split cases 101 are preliminarily connected and fixed by a concave-convex structure, and then fixed by a connecting bolt 103 passing through the ear plate 102.
During use, as the tension of the cable increases, the winding rod 300 is driven to rotate and move along the chute 105 by the friction force between the cable and the wire groove 301, and as the threaded portion 302 on the winding rod 300 and the worm wheel on the preformed armor rod 200 are in a meshed state, the worm wheel on the preformed armor rod 200 also rotates and clamps the cable as the winding rod 300 rotates. Due to the unidirectional rotation mechanism, the worm wheel can only rotate forward, and the pre-twisted wire 200 cannot be unloaded after being clamped. When the winding rod 300 moves to the end limit position along the chute 105, the threaded portion 302 loses engagement with the split worm wheel 201, so that the winding rod 300 and the preformed armor rod 200 are separated, the clamping force of the cable reaches the limit, and the cable cannot be clamped continuously along with the pulling force.
In other embodiments of the portable electrical strain clamp of the present invention, the chute 105 on the bracket 100 may be omitted, such that the winding rod 300 is directly rotatably mounted on the bracket 100 without movement, regardless of the clamping force limitation.
In other embodiments of the portable electrical strain clamp of the present invention, when cable tension is always present and the worm and gear mechanism has a self-locking function, the unidirectional rotation mechanism may be omitted.
In other embodiments of the portable electrical strain clamp of the present invention, the bracket 100 may be an integrally configured housing, where an opening is provided on the housing, and the housing has elasticity; the stand 100 may also employ a hinged, separate housing 101.
It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, it is possible to make several variations and modifications without departing from the spirit of the present invention, as long as there are no contradictions between the combinations of these technical features, which should be considered as the scope of the present description. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
