The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for illustration and explanation of the present invention only, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
The existing sitting posture correcting products mostly adopt the infrared ranging principle when measuring the distance between a user and a target reading object. The working principle of infrared ranging is as follows: the infrared distance measuring sensor detects the distance of the obstacle by utilizing the principle that the infrared signals encounter different reflection intensities of the obstacle distance. The infrared ranging sensor is provided with a pair of infrared signal emitting diodes and a pair of receiving diodes, the emitting tubes emit infrared signals with specific frequency, the receiving tubes receive the infrared signals with the specific frequency, when the detection direction of the infrared rays encounters an obstacle, the infrared signals are reflected back to be received by the receiving tubes, after being processed, the infrared signals are returned to the robot host through the digital sensor interface, and the robot can recognize the change of the surrounding environment by utilizing the infrared return signals. Infrared ranging is a one-way ranging technology, and the error of the measured distance is large.
For this purpose, the object of the solution of the invention is to reduce the distance measurement error.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for reminding a user of sitting posture correction according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be performed by a device for reminding a user of sitting posture correction, which may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and which may be configured in an electronic device, particularly a sitting posture correction device. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and 101, acquiring distance data output by a distance measuring sensor.
When a user reads books, the sitting posture correcting device can be worn on a human body in advance. A common wearing style of sitting posture correcting devices has a temple that is clipped to the front end, which is not friendly to a user who does not have myopia and does not need to wear glasses.
Therefore, in order to facilitate the wearing of the user, the sitting posture correcting device of the present invention is designed to resemble a neck-hanging earphone style, and the sitting posture correcting device is worn on one side ear of the user.
After the sitting posture correcting device is worn and started to be used, the ranging sensor works. The distance measuring sensor is also called an ultrasonic sensor, and is a sensor developed by utilizing the characteristics of ultrasonic waves.
The ultrasonic wave is a mechanical wave with higher vibration frequency than sound wave, and is generated by vibration of a transduction wafer under the excitation of voltage, and has the characteristics of high frequency, short wavelength, small diffraction phenomenon, good directivity, capability of becoming rays and directionally propagating, and the like.
The distance measuring sensor outputs measured distance data to the processor. The distance data is the distance between the user and the target reading material, and the distance data is detected by a distance measuring sensor and calculated by a TOF algorithm.
The TOF English is called Time of Flight, TOF ranging technology is a Time-of-Flight ranging method, and traditional ranging technology is divided into two-way ranging technology and one-way ranging technology.
The TOF ranging method belongs to the two-way ranging technology, and mainly uses the time of flight of a signal to and fro between two asynchronous transceivers (or reflected surfaces) to measure the distance between nodes.
Compared to other ranging approaches, TOF ranging has the following advantages: (1) The TOF ranging mode is two-way ranging, and compared with one-way ranging, the TOF ranging mode can reduce ranging errors; (2) TOF ranging relies on time of flight, and time measurement accuracy does not change obviously along with the increase of test distance, and the performance is comparatively stable, and distance that can accurate measurement is farther.
Step 102, when the distance data is within a preset distance threshold, acquiring illumination intensity data of the environment where the user is located, wherein the illumination intensity data is obtained by an illumination sensor.
The processor presets a distance threshold for the distance between the user and the target reading object, and the distance threshold is the optimal reading sight distance. The optimal viewing distance refers to the vertical distance between the position where the content of the image is most clear and the reading material, and the position where the content is just completely seen on the reading material and is not flat. The optimal reading vision distance is generally selected to be 35-40 cm.
After the processor obtains the distance data from the ranging sensor, the distance data is compared with a preset distance threshold.
One case is if the distance data is within a distance threshold, i.e. in the range of 35-40 cm. For example, the distance data is 38cm, then 35cm <38cm <40cm is obtained, indicating that the distance data is within the distance threshold.
It should be noted that 35cm and 40cm from the threshold value are also included in the optimal viewing distance.
In addition, there is a case where the distance data transmitted from the distance measuring sensor exceeds a distance threshold.
Specifically, when the distance measurement data is smaller than a preset distance threshold, for example, the distance data is 30cm, a minimum distance threshold of 30cm <35cm, that is, the distance data is smaller than the distance threshold is obtained. At the moment, the fact that the distance between the user and the target reading material is too short is determined, and first reminding information is generated and pushed to the terminal.
The first reminding message is obtained by the processor according to the comparison result of the distance data and the distance threshold value, a result of too close distance is obtained, relevant message content is generated, and the message content is sent to the terminal of the user to remind the user of correcting sitting postures. The first reminding message specifically comprises: the current distance is too close and the distance to the target reading is increased appropriately.
When the distance measurement data is greater than a preset distance threshold, for example, the distance data is 45cm, 45cm >40cm is obtained, that is, the distance data is greater than the maximum distance threshold of the distance threshold. At the moment, the fact that the distance between the user and the target reading material is too far is determined, and second reminding information is generated and pushed to the terminal.
The second reminding message is that the processor obtains a result of too far distance according to a comparison result of the distance data and the distance threshold value, generates relevant message content, and sends the message content to a terminal of the user so as to remind the user of correcting sitting postures. The second reminding message specifically comprises: for the current distance to be too far, please properly decrease the distance to the target reading.
In a preferred implementation, the processor further performs the following operational steps:
s01: when the distance data is within a preset distance threshold value;
it will be appreciated that the distance data is within a preset distance threshold, i.e. the distance data is too close to the distance threshold as a result of comparison.
S02: triggering a timer to count time, and if the duration of the distance data in the preset distance threshold exceeds the preset time, starting an alarm to generate a first reminding message or a second reminding message.
Through the design, the probability of reminding misjudgment can be greatly reduced. For example, the wearer may have to see certain pictorial details of the target reading material; or the children get close to the target reading material at one instant and then recover the normal reading distance due to the natural motion of the children; in this scenario, if the distance data is directly used for judgment, a warning can be sent out, so that the reading of the wearer can be greatly influenced, and the reading experience of the user is reduced. Therefore, the invention can well avoid the occurrence of the problems by monitoring the duration of the distance data within the preset distance threshold and sending out the alarm when the duration exceeds the preset time.
In one implementation, the preset time may be 5s, 10s, etc.
In one implementation, the above functions are implemented by providing a timer module, or timer circuit, in the associated circuitry of the processor.
And when the processor judges that the distance data is in the distance threshold value, acquiring the illumination intensity data output by the illumination sensor in the sitting posture correcting equipment. The illumination intensity data refer to the illumination intensity of the environment where the user is located, which is measured by the illumination sensor.
The illumination sensor is a sensor for detecting illumination intensity, and the working principle is to convert the illumination intensity value into a voltage value.
And 103, acquiring gesture data of the user when the illumination intensity data is within a preset illumination intensity threshold, wherein the gesture data is an angle of the sitting posture deviation of the user, and the gesture data is obtained by a six-axis sensor.
The processor presets an illumination intensity threshold for the illumination intensity of the environment in which the user is located when reading.
The illuminance requirement in the national lighting Specification (CIES 008/E-2001) for office environments, school environments, library reading environments is 500lux. In consideration of energy consumption, actual national conditions and other factors, the current national standard is relatively lower than the international lighting standard, and the lighting of a school classroom is required to be not lower than 300lux. The lux is light illumination unit, which refers to the energy of visible light received in unit area, and is called illumination for short.
Therefore, the preset illumination intensity threshold value in the embodiment of the invention is 300-500 lux.
When the processor receives the light intensity data output by the sitting posture correcting device, the light intensity data is compared with a preset illumination intensity threshold value.
Normally, the light intensity data should be within the illumination intensity threshold. For example, a light intensity data of 350lux may yield 300<350<500lux, indicating that the light intensity data is within a light intensity threshold.
When the user reads the sitting posture incorrectly, the light is blocked easily, and the light intensity becomes dark. When the light intensity data measured by the sitting posture correcting device is within the light intensity threshold value, the sitting posture of the user is determined to be not required to be corrected.
Alternatively, the light intensity data exceeds the light intensity threshold.
Specifically, when the light intensity data is smaller than a preset light intensity threshold, for example, the light intensity data is 290lux, 290<300lux is obtained, that is, the light intensity data is smaller than the minimum value of the illumination intensity threshold. At this time, the processor generates third reminding information and pushes the third reminding information to the terminal.
The third reminding message specifically comprises: the current light is weaker and the target reading material is not required to be continued in the environment.
When the light intensity data is greater than a preset light intensity threshold, for example, the light intensity data is 505lux, the result is 505>500lux, that is, the light intensity data is greater than the minimum value of the illumination intensity threshold. At this time, the processor generates fourth reminding information and pushes the fourth reminding information to the terminal.
The fourth reminding message specifically comprises: the current light is strong, and the target reading material is not required to be continued in the environment.
When the processor compares the light intensity data to obtain that the light intensity data is within the light intensity threshold, the sitting posture of the user does not need to be corrected, and the current posture data of the user is obtained. The gesture data is the current reading sitting posture offset angle of the user. The posture data are measured by six-axis sensors in the sitting posture correcting device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the six-axis sensor can adopt an MPU6050 chip, and the chip consists of a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer. The quaternion and the Euler angle can be directly calculated through a digital motion processor DMP integrated in the chip. The result of the gesture calculation can be easily read in the external interrupt only by waiting for the external interrupt generated after the completion of the DMP settlement.
And 104, when the gesture data is within a preset angle threshold, determining that the current sitting posture of the user does not need to be corrected, and sending a message to the terminal.
It was found that normal reading angle of a typical person is about 40 degrees of depression. The correct reading sitting posture should form a reading angle of 40 degrees of depression.
The processor presets an angle threshold, namely 40 degrees of depression. And analyzing the received attitude data transmitted by the six-axis sensor and comparing the attitude data with an angle threshold value.
Under normal conditions, the gesture data is consistent with the angle threshold value, which indicates that the reading sitting posture of the user does not need to be corrected.
Under special conditions, when the gesture data exceeds a preset angle threshold, the processor generates fifth reminding information and pushes the fifth reminding information to the terminal. For example, when the user lifts the reading object for reading or lowers the reading for reading, the gesture data exceeds the angle threshold.
The fifth reminding message specifically comprises: the current reading angle is offset and is required to be adjusted appropriately.
In summary, the sitting posture correction device performs related data measurement on the sitting posture of the user, specifically, distance data, illumination data and posture data, and determines that the related data are abnormal, so that the current sitting posture of the user can be determined without correction.
The processor generates correction-free information and sends the correction-free information to the terminal. The terminal may be a mobile phone, a computer, an IPAD, etc. of the user, which is not limited in the present invention.
Meanwhile, the sitting posture correcting device is connected with the terminal through the Bluetooth module, and when the measured data indicate that the sitting posture of the user needs to be corrected, for example, when the distance between the user and the target reading material is too short, the terminal can remind the user to correct the sitting posture in a mode of vibrating and/or voice and reminding information.
