The preset time is set to be 30 seconds, the first search formula is displayed to the user for 30 seconds, the user feels that the first search formula does not meet personal requirements after looking up, the first search formula can be modified on the terminal, a new search formula is generated based on the modification of the first search formula by the user, the new search formula is a second search formula, the second search formula is input into a preset patent database for inquiring, patent information is obtained, and the obtained patent information is displayed to the user.
By adopting the method, when a user inquires the patent information by inputting the keywords, the user can inquire by combining the previous historical keywords on the basis of inputting the keywords by the user, and when the combined keywords are used for inquiring the patent information, the matched patent information can meet the user requirement, the process that the user needs to repeatedly inquire due to inaccurate input keywords is reduced, and further the user experience is improved. When the number of patent queries is too large, the accuracy of the query is improved by setting the preset number of patent queries, keywords related to the search requirements of the user can be automatically identified and extracted, the time consumption of the user in the search process is reduced, and the accuracy of the query patent information is improved. The method and the device can query according to the specific requirements of the user, improve individuation of the query, and fuse two keywords when the user opens the associated query mode combining the contexts, so that the query requirements of the user can be accurately reflected, and the query efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a context-combined patent information query device, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the context-combined patent information query device provided by the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the server includes a receiving unit 201, a processing unit 202, and a confirmation unit 203.
The receiving unit 201 responds to a first patent query request of a user, wherein the first patent query request comprises a first keyword, and the first keyword comprises any one or more of information of a patent number, an applicant, an inventor, an agency and an application name.
The processing unit 202 obtains a second patent query request according to the first patent query request, where the second patent query request includes a second keyword, and the second patent query request is a query request before the first patent query request; and fusing the first keyword and the second keyword to obtain a first search formula.
The confirmation unit 203 inputs the first search type to a preset patent database for query, and obtains patent information to display the patent information to the user.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 202 is configured to determine whether the number of patent queries is greater than or equal to a preset number of patent queries, where the number of patent queries is the sum of the number of second patent query requests; and if the number of the patent queries is greater than or equal to the number of the preset patent queries, extracting keywords from a second patent query request with the number of the preset patent queries to obtain second keywords.
In a possible implementation manner, the receiving unit 201 is configured to obtain a context-combined association query manner of the user, where the context-combined association query manner is a manner of fusing keywords; when the user opens the associated query mode of the combined context, the first keyword and the second keyword are confirmed to be fused.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing unit 202 is configured to determine whether the patent type is a preset first type tag, where the patent type is a first keyword corresponding type; the preset first type tag comprises any one or more of information of a patent number, an applicant, an inventor, an agency, a filing date, an authorized bulletin date, an agency and a right person; the processing unit 202 is configured to confirm that the first keyword and the second keyword are fused by using the first connecting word if the patent type is a preset first type tag, so as to obtain a first search formula.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 202 is configured to determine whether the patent type meets the preset second type tag if the patent type is not the preset first type tag; presetting a second type tag to comprise technical nouns; and when the patent type meets the preset second type label, confirming that the first keyword and the second keyword are fused by using the second connecting word, and obtaining a first search formula.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing unit 202 is configured to determine whether the user performs the modification operation after a preset time interval; the confirmation unit 203 is configured to confirm that the first search type is input into a preset patent database for query to obtain patent information when the user does not perform the modification operation.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing unit 202 is configured to obtain a second search formula when the user performs the modification operation, where the second search formula is the first search formula; the confirmation unit 203 is configured to input the second search result into a preset patent database for query, so as to obtain patent information.
It should be noted that: in the device provided in the above embodiment, when implementing the functions thereof, only the division of the above functional modules is used as an example, in practical application, the above functional allocation may be implemented by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to implement all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the embodiments of the apparatus and the method provided in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes of the embodiments of the method are detailed in the method embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
The application also discloses electronic equipment. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 300 may include: at least one processor 301, at least one network interface 304, a user interface 303, a memory 305, at least one communication bus 302.
Wherein the communication bus 302 is used to enable connected communication between these components.
The user interface 303 may include a Display screen (Display), a Camera (Camera), and the optional user interface 303 may further include a standard wired interface, and a wireless interface.
The network interface 304 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), among others.
Wherein the processor 301 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 301 utilizes various interfaces and lines to connect various portions of the overall server, perform various functions of the server and process data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 305, and invoking data stored in the memory 305. The Memory 305 may include a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). Optionally, the memory 305 includes a non-transitory computer readable medium (non-transitory computer-readable storage medium). Memory 305 may be used to store instructions, programs, code, sets of codes, or sets of instructions. Memory 305 may include a program area and a data area, where the program area is stored. Instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the above-described respective method embodiments, etc. may be stored; the storage data area may store data or the like involved in the above respective method embodiments. Memory 305 may also optionally be at least one storage device located remotely from the aforementioned processor 301.
As shown in fig. 3, an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a context-dependent patent information query application program may be included in the memory 305 as one type of computer storage medium.
In the electronic device 300 shown in fig. 3, the user interface 303 is mainly used for providing an input interface for a user, and acquiring data input by the user; and processor 301 may be configured to invoke an application program in memory 305 that stores a contextual patent information query that, when executed by one or more processors, causes the electronic device to perform the method as described in one or more of the embodiments above.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all of the preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments are emphasized, and for parts of one embodiment that are not described in detail, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other ways. For example, the apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, such as the division of the units, merely a logical function division, and there may be additional manners of dividing the actual implementation, such as multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be through some service interface, device or unit indirect coupling or communication connection, electrical or otherwise.
The units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for querying patent information in combination with a context, which is applied to a server, the method comprising:
responding to a first patent query request of a user, wherein the first patent query request comprises a first keyword, and the first keyword comprises any one or more of information of a patent number, an applicant, an inventor, an agency and an application name;
acquiring a second patent query request according to the first patent query request, wherein the second patent query request comprises a second keyword, and the second patent query request is a query request before the first patent query request;
Fusing the first keyword and the second keyword to obtain a first search formula;
and inputting the first search type into a preset patent database to inquire to obtain patent information so as to display the patent information to the user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
judging whether the number of patent queries is greater than or equal to the preset number of patent queries, wherein the number of patent queries is the sum of the number of second patent queries;
and if the number of the patent queries is greater than or equal to the number of the preset patent queries, extracting keywords from the second patent query request with the number of the preset patent queries to obtain the second keywords.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to fusing the first keyword and the second keyword to obtain a first search formula, the method further comprises:
acquiring a context-combined associated query mode of the user, wherein the context-combined associated query mode is a mode of fusing keywords;
and when the user starts the associated query mode of the combined context, confirming that the first keyword and the second keyword are fused.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
judging whether the patent type is a preset first type label or not, wherein the patent type is the corresponding type of the first keyword; the preset first type tag comprises any one or more information of a patent number, an applicant, an inventor, an agency, a filing date, an authorized bulletin date, an agency and a right person;
and if the patent type is the preset first type label, confirming that the first keyword and the second keyword are fused by using a first connecting word, and obtaining the first search formula.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after determining whether the patent type meets a preset first type of tag, the method further comprises:
if the patent type is not the preset first type label, judging whether the patent type meets a preset second type label or not; the preset second type tag comprises technical nouns;
and when the patent type meets the preset second type label, confirming that the first keyword and the second keyword are fused by using a second connecting word, and obtaining the first search formula.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of inputting the first search result into a preset patent database to be queried to obtain patent information specifically comprises:
after a preset time interval, judging whether the user carries out modification operation or not;
and when the user does not perform the modification operation, confirming that the first search type is input into the preset patent database for inquiring, and obtaining the patent information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after determining whether the user has performed a modification operation, the method further comprises:
when the user carries out the modification operation, a second search formula is obtained, wherein the second search formula is the first search formula;
and inputting the second search type into the preset patent database to inquire so as to obtain the patent information.
8. A context-dependent patent information query device, characterized in that the device is a server comprising a receiving unit (201), a processing unit (202) and a confirmation unit (203);
the receiving unit (201) responds to a first patent query request of a user, wherein the first patent query request comprises a first keyword, and the first keyword comprises any one or more of information of a patent number, an applicant, an inventor, an agency and an invention name;
The processing unit (202) acquires a second patent query request according to the first patent query request, wherein the second patent query request comprises a second keyword, and the second patent query request is a query request before the first patent query request; fusing the first keyword and the second keyword to obtain a first search formula;
and the confirmation unit (203) inputs the first search type into a preset patent database to inquire to obtain patent information so as to display the patent information to the user.

An electronic device comprising a processor (301), a memory (305), a user interface (303) and a network interface (304), the memory (305) being for storing instructions, the user interface (303) and the network interface (304) being for communicating with other devices, the processor (301) being for executing the instructions stored in the memory (305) to cause the electronic device (300) to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium storing instructions which, when executed, perform the method of any one of claims 1-7.
