the classification module is used for classifying the current value points in the current curves, and calculating a first current average value and a second current average value according to the classified current value points.

classifying the current value points in the current curves to obtain an empty clamp type current value point and a clamp type current value point;
calculating a first current average value according to the empty clamp type current value point;
and calculating a second current average value according to the class current value points in the clamp.

sampling the working current curve to obtain a plurality of sampling value points;
for each sampling value point, if the absolute value of the difference between the sampling value point and the first current average value is smaller than the absolute value of the difference between the sampling value point and the second current average value, the clamping claw is in an empty clamping state when rising;
and aiming at each sampling value taking point, if the absolute value of the difference value between the sampling value taking point and the first current average value is larger than or equal to the absolute value of the difference value between the sampling value taking point and the second current average value, the clamping claw is in a clamping doll state when rising.
In an alternative embodiment, further comprising:
the user clamping medium rate statistics module is used for counting the medium rate of each user account according to the clamping condition of the clamping claw when the clamping claw ascends;
and the content recommendation module is used for pushing content recommendation about improving the pinch rate to the current user account if the pinch rate of the current user account is smaller than the pinch rate of other user accounts.
In an alternative embodiment, further comprising:
the equipment clamping medium rate statistics module is used for counting the medium rate of each doll machine according to the clamping condition of the clamping claw when the clamping claw ascends;
and the checking reminding module is used for sending equipment checking reminding to a merchant if the hit rate of the current baby machine is smaller than the hit rate of other baby machines.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first current average value when the clamping claw is empty and the second current average value when the clamping claw is clamped and the working current curve of the pulling motor is obtained when the clamping claw is lifted, so that the current characteristics of equipment when the clamping claw is empty and the clamping doll is clamped can be compared with the current characteristics when the clamping claw is lifted, and whether the clamping claw is lifted and clamps the middle doll or not is analyzed; the clamping condition is analyzed by adopting a current detection mode, so that the problem of increased cost caused by the fact that other relatively expensive hardware (such as a camera) is required to be additionally arranged to analyze the clamping condition of the doll machine can be avoided. And the image algorithm is not required to be matched, and the cost is relatively small when the data analysis is continued.

The processor 410 may invoke logic instructions in the memory 430 to perform a doll machine clamp detection method, the method comprising:
acquiring a first current average value when clamping jaws of a doll machine are hollow in a rising stage and a second current average value when clamping the doll in the rising stage;
when the clamping claw is in a rising state, acquiring a working current curve of a pulling-up motor of the doll machine;
and analyzing the clamping condition of the clamping claw during rising according to the working current curve, the first current average value and the second current average value.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 430 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
In yet another aspect, the present invention provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the method for detecting a baby machine grip provided by the above methods, the method comprising:
acquiring a first current average value when clamping jaws of a doll machine are hollow in a rising stage and a second current average value when clamping the doll in the rising stage;
when the clamping claw is in a rising state, acquiring a working current curve of a pulling-up motor of the doll machine;
and analyzing the clamping condition of the clamping claw during rising according to the working current curve, the first current average value and the second current average value.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. Claims (7)

1. A method of doll machine grip detection, wherein the doll machine includes a pull-up motor, the method comprising:
acquiring a first current average value when clamping jaws of a doll machine are hollow in a rising stage and a second current average value when clamping the doll in the rising stage;
when the clamping claw is in a rising state, acquiring a working current curve of a pulling-up motor of the doll machine;
analyzing the clamping condition of the clamping claw when the clamping claw ascends according to the working current curve, the first current average value and the second current average value;
wherein before the first current average value when the clamping claw of the doll machine is hollow and clamped in the rising stage and the second current average value when the clamping claw clamps the doll in the rising stage, the method further comprises the following steps:
initializing and detecting the baby machine, and acquiring a plurality of current curves of the clamping claws of the baby machine in a plurality of ascending stages;
classifying current value points in the plurality of current curves, and calculating a first current average value and a second current average value according to the classified current value points;
the classifying the current value points in the current curves, and calculating a first current average value and a second current average value according to the classified current value points, including:
classifying the current value points in the current curves to obtain an empty clamp type current value point and a clamp type current value point;
calculating a first current average value according to the empty clamp type current value point;
calculating a second current average value according to the class current value points in the clamp;
the analyzing the clamping condition of the clamping claw during rising according to the working current curve, the first current average value and the second current average value comprises the following steps:
sampling the working current curve to obtain a plurality of sampling value points;
for each sampling value point, if the absolute value of the difference between the sampling value point and the first current average value is smaller than the absolute value of the difference between the sampling value point and the second current average value, the clamping claw is in an empty clamping state when rising;
and aiming at each sampling value taking point, if the absolute value of the difference value between the sampling value taking point and the first current average value is larger than or equal to the absolute value of the difference value between the sampling value taking point and the second current average value, the clamping claw is in a clamping doll state when rising.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the doll machine further comprises a current sampling circuit coupled to the pull-up motor, a master control chip coupled to the current sampling circuit; when the clamping claw is in a rising state, acquiring a working current curve of a pull-up motor of the doll machine, wherein the working current curve comprises the following components:
and when the clamping claw is in a rising state, acquiring current sampled by an ADC interface of the main control chip, and obtaining a working current curve of the lifting motor.
3. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
according to the clamping condition of the clamping claw during rising, counting the clamping rate of each user account;
and if the pinch rate of the current user account is smaller than the pinch rate of other user accounts, pushing content recommendation about improving the pinch rate to the current user account.
4. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
counting the middle clamping rate of each doll machine according to the clamping condition of the clamping claw when the clamping claw ascends;
and if the hit rate of the current baby machine is smaller than the hit rate of other baby machines, sending equipment inspection reminding to a merchant.
5. A doll machine clamp detection device characterized in that the doll machine includes a pull-up motor, the device comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first current average value when clamping jaws of the doll machine are hollow in the rising stage and a second current average value when clamping the doll in the rising stage;
the lifting module is used for acquiring a working current curve of a lifting motor of the doll machine when the clamping claws are in a lifting state;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the clamping condition of the clamping claw when the clamping claw ascends according to the working current curve, the first current average value and the second current average value;
wherein before the first current average value when the clamping claw of the doll machine is hollow and clamped in the rising stage and the second current average value when the clamping claw clamps the doll in the rising stage, the method further comprises the following steps:
the detection module is used for carrying out initialization detection on the baby machine and obtaining a plurality of current curves of the clamping claws of the baby machine in a plurality of ascending stages;
the classification module is used for classifying the current value points in the plurality of current curves, and calculating a first current average value and a second current average value according to the classified current value points;
the classification module is specifically configured to:
classifying the current value points in the current curves to obtain an empty clamp type current value point and a clamp type current value point;
calculating a first current average value according to the empty clamp type current value point;
calculating a second current average value according to the class current value points in the clamp;
the analysis module is specifically configured to:
sampling the working current curve to obtain a plurality of sampling value points;
for each sampling value point, if the absolute value of the difference between the sampling value point and the first current average value is smaller than the absolute value of the difference between the sampling value point and the second current average value, the clamping claw is in an empty clamping state when rising;
and aiming at each sampling value taking point, if the absolute value of the difference value between the sampling value taking point and the first current average value is larger than or equal to the absolute value of the difference value between the sampling value taking point and the second current average value, the clamping claw is in a clamping doll state when rising.
6. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the doll machine clamp detection method of any of claims 1 to 4 when the program is executed by the processor.
7. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the doll machine grip detection method of any of claims 1 to 4.
