The height of the hollow cylindrical portion 310 is greater than that of the camera lens 308, so that the camera lens 308 is wrapped in the hollow cylindrical portion 310, the hollow cylindrical portion 310 cannot be exposed, and the hollow cylindrical portion 310 is abutted with the transparent sheet 304, so that damage to the camera lens 308 is avoided. In this embodiment, the cameras 305 include two cameras, one is a main camera, and is mainly used for conventional shooting; one is a macro camera, which is mainly used for detail shooting.

The transparent sheet 304 is cylindrical and is fixed in a transparent sheet cylindrical hole 312, the hollow cylindrical portion 310 is fixed in a camera lens cylindrical hole 313 and is abutted against the transparent sheet 304, and the hollow square cylindrical portion 311 is fixed in a camera lens square cylindrical hole 314.
The lens 302 is provided with the mounting positions of the camera components respectively, when in mounting, the transparent sheet 304 is firstly stuck and fixed in the transparent sheet cylindrical hole 313 through waterproof double-sided adhesive, then the camera 305 is assembled with the elastic sleeve 306 and then assembled to the lens 302, so that the hollow cylindrical part 310 is fixed in the camera cylindrical hole 313 and abutted with the transparent sheet 304, and the hollow square column part 311 is fixed in the camera square column hole 314. The structure is stable and reliable, and the installation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6 to 8, in the present embodiment, the lens 302 is provided with a first fixing post 315, the first fixing post 315 is provided with a first fixing hole 316, the light source substrate 303 is provided with a first mounting hole 317, and the first fixing hole 316 is communicated with the first mounting hole 317 and connected by a first fastener 318. After the camera 305 is assembled to the lens 302, an elastic pad 307 is added between the camera 305 and the light source substrate 303 to form an abutment, and then the light source substrate 303 is assembled to the lens 302 by sequentially passing through the first mounting hole 317 and the first fixing hole 316 through the first fastener 318.
In this embodiment, the lens 302 is provided with a first positioning post 319, the height of the first positioning post 319 is flush with the first fixing post 315, the end of the first positioning post 319 is provided with a second positioning post 320, the light source substrate 303 is provided with a positioning hole 321, and the second positioning post 320 is inserted into the positioning hole 321, so that the first fixing hole 316 is communicated with the first mounting hole 317. When the light source substrate 303 is assembled with the lens 302, it may not be easy to align and fix the first fixing hole 316 with the first mounting hole 317, and it may not be convenient to sequentially pass the first fastener 318 through the first mounting hole 317 and the first fixing hole 316, and thus the installation is inconvenient. Therefore, the second positioning post 320 is inserted into the positioning hole 321, so that the first fixing hole 316 is aligned with the first mounting hole 317 just because the height of the first positioning post 319 is flush with the first fixing post 315, and the light source substrate 303 and the lens 302 are conveniently assembled and fixed by the first fastener 318.
In this embodiment, the elastic pad 307 is preferably an EVA pad, which has good flexibility, rubber-like elasticity, transparency and surface gloss, good chemical stability, good aging and ozone resistance, and no toxicity.
The camera 305 is wrapped by the elastic sleeve 306 and abutted by the elastic pad 307, and the whole camera 305 is wrapped and fixed by elastic materials up and down, front and back, left and right, so that elastic buffering can be obtained, the damage of the camera 305 caused by vibration impact after falling can be avoided, and the service life is prolonged. Moreover, the elastic pad 307 can prop against the camera 305, so that the camera 305 is prevented from being separated from the original position in the vibration impact, and the shooting effect is ensured. The lighting operation terminal is held by a worker on the hand, and is usually spaced apart from the ground by about one meter. Through multiple drop tests, the utility model can meet the requirement of no fault abnormality when a bare metal machine drops by one meter.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9 to 12, the lamp cavity includes a main lamp housing shell 104 and a lamp housing cover 105, the tail connection portion 102 and the base connection portion 103 are respectively located at two ends of the main lamp housing shell 104 and are integrally formed with the main lamp housing shell 104, at least two side connections of the main lamp housing shell 104 and the lamp housing cover 105 are respectively chamfered to form chamfer surfaces 106, and the chamfer surfaces 106 are rounded with adjacent surfaces.
The lamp cylinder cavity is divided into a lamp cylinder main shell 104 and a lamp cylinder shell cover 105, so that the control assembly 101 is conveniently arranged in the lamp cylinder cavity. The control assembly 101 is assembled and fixed with the main lamp housing 104, and then the lamp housing cover 105 is assembled and fixed with the main lamp housing 104. The connection parts of the two sides of the lamp cylinder main shell 104 and the lamp cylinder shell cover 105 are respectively subjected to chamfering treatment to form chamfer faces 106, the chamfer faces 106 are inclined planes after cutting, and compared with the curved surfaces of the shell profiles, the effect of impact stress can be reduced, and the impact strength is improved. The chamfer surface 106 is rounded from adjacent surfaces to further disperse shear forces at the interface between the surfaces when dropped. In addition to chamfering the two side connections, chamfering may be performed on other profile surfaces, such as the profile surface of the lamp housing cover, to form more chamfer surfaces 106.
In this embodiment, the main lamp housing 104 is provided with a second fixing post 107, the second fixing post 107 is provided with a second fixing hole 108, the lamp housing cover 105 is provided with a second mounting hole 109, the second fixing hole 108 is communicated with the second mounting hole 109 and is connected with the second mounting hole 109 through a second fastening piece 110, and the second fastening piece 110 is accommodated in the second fixing hole 108 and the second mounting hole 109. After the second mounting hole 109 is aligned with the second fixing hole 108, the second fastener 110 sequentially passes through the second mounting hole 109 and the second fixing hole 108, so that the lamp housing cover 105 and the lamp housing main cover 104 can be assembled. The second fastening member 110 is accommodated in the second fixing hole 108 and the second mounting hole 109, so as to prevent the second fastening member 110 from being exposed to affect the appearance.
In this embodiment, an annular bump 111 is disposed on a surface of the main lamp housing shell 104 facing the lamp housing cover 105, a bump surface 112 is disposed on an end of the main lamp housing shell 104 near the lamp cap connection portion 103, a first reinforcing rib surface is disposed on an end of the main lamp housing shell 104 near the lamp tail connection portion 102, and a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 113 are disposed on the first reinforcing rib surface. The annular protruding block 111 can promote the impact strength of lamp section of thick bamboo main casing 104 and the whole junction of lamp section of thick bamboo shell lid 105 in the annular, and boss face 112 can promote the impact strength between lamp section of thick bamboo main casing 104, lamp section of thick bamboo shell lid 105 and lamp holder connecting portion 103 three, and first strengthening rib face can promote the impact strength between lamp section of thick bamboo main casing 104, lamp section of thick bamboo shell lid 105 and lamp tail connecting portion 102 three.
In this embodiment, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 114 are disposed at one end of the lamp housing cover 105, which is close to the lamp cap connecting portion 103, towards the lamp tail connecting portion 102, and a third reinforcing rib 115 is disposed at a plurality of positions on the inner wall of the lamp housing cover 105 towards the lamp housing main shell 104, and the third reinforcing rib 115 is higher than the lamp housing cover 105 and extends towards the lamp housing main shell 104. The second reinforcing rib 114 can promote the impact strength between lamp tube housing cover 105 and the lamp holder connecting portion 103, and the third reinforcing rib 115 is higher than the lamp tube housing cover 105 and stretches to the lamp tube main shell 104, just is located the junction between lamp tube housing cover 105 and the lamp tube main shell 104, can promote the impact strength between lamp tube housing cover 105 and the lamp tube main shell 104.
In this embodiment, the end of the tail connection portion 102 near the cavity of the lamp tube is provided with a second reinforcing rib surface, the second reinforcing rib surface is provided with a plurality of fourth reinforcing ribs 116 along the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the curved direction, and the end of the lamp cap connection portion 103 near the cavity of the lamp tube is provided with a plurality of fifth reinforcing ribs 117 along the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction. The fourth reinforcing rib 116 can improve the impact strength of the lamp tail connecting portion 102, and the fifth reinforcing rib 117 can improve the impact strength of the lamp head connecting portion 103.

the lamp tail assembly comprises a lamp tail shell and a battery assembly, wherein the lamp tail shell is connected with the lamp tail connecting part to form a lamp tail cavity together, and the battery assembly is arranged in the lamp tail cavity;
the lamp holder assembly comprises a lamp holder shell, a lens, a camera assembly and a light source substrate, wherein the lamp holder shell is connected with a lamp holder connecting part to form a lamp holder cavity together, the lens is fixed at the top end of the lamp holder cavity and seals the lamp holder cavity, the light source substrate is fixed at the bottom end of the lamp holder cavity, the camera assembly comprises a transparent sheet, a camera, an elastic sleeve and an elastic pad, the transparent sheet is fixed to the lens, the elastic sleeve wraps the peripheral surface of the camera and is in butt joint with the transparent sheet, and the elastic pad is in butt joint between the camera and the light source substrate.
2.
