When the second sliding piece is arranged to slide the second sliding piece, the first locking piece is linked to be separated from the positioning hole, and the second locking piece is simultaneously driven to be disconnected with the locking mechanism for keeping the bracket in an open state, namely when the first locking piece is separated from the positioning hole to realize the length adjusting function of the handle bracket, the second locking piece is disconnected with the locking mechanism for keeping the bracket in the open state, so that the folding function of the front wheel bracket and the rear wheel bracket cannot be realized; simultaneously, when sliding first slider, second locking piece drives locking mechanical system unblock, realizes front wheel support and rear wheel support folding function, and at this moment, first locking piece cooperates with the locating hole, can't realize handle support length adjustment function. Therefore, the length adjusting function of the handle support and the folding function of the front wheel support and the rear wheel support are realized alternatively, and when one of the length adjusting function of the handle support and the folding function of the front wheel support and the folding function of the rear wheel support are realized, false triggering is effectively avoided to realize the other function, so that the use danger is avoided.
In order that the above-described aspects may be better understood, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
In order to better understand the above technical solutions, the following detailed description will refer to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a telescopic handle assembly of a stroller according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixed sleeve 1, a telescopic sleeve 2, a sliding body 3, a first sliding member 4 and a second sliding member 5.
The fixing sleeve 1 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 11 along the axial direction, and the longitudinal direction of the fixing sleeve 1 is defined as the axial direction, and the width direction is radial. The fixing sleeve 1 is provided therein with a connector of a locking mechanism for maintaining the bracket in an open state.
The telescopic tube 2 is slidably sleeved with the fixed tube 1, in this embodiment, the telescopic tube 2 is slidably sleeved in the fixed tube 1, and the sliding limit of the telescopic tube 2 is limited by the stop piece.
The sliding body 3 is fixed in the telescopic tube 2, and can sequentially pass through the telescopic tube 2 and the sliding body 3 through the limiting needle, so that the sliding body 3 is fixed in the telescopic tube 2, the sliding body 3 is radially provided with a first locking piece 6 which is suitable for extending out of the telescopic tube 2 and is matched with the positioning hole 11 in a sliding manner, a yielding hole can be formed in the telescopic tube 2, and the first locking piece 6 extends out of the telescopic tube 2 through the yielding hole.
A second locking member 7 connected to a locking mechanism for maintaining the stand in an open state is radially slidably provided on the first sliding member 4, and when the first sliding member 4 is arranged to slide the first sliding member 4, the second locking member 7 urges the locking mechanism to unlock. In the initial state, as shown in fig. 3, the connecting piece of the locking mechanism for keeping the bracket in the open state is provided with a groove, and the second locking piece 7 is snapped into the groove to connect with the locking mechanism.
When the second slider 5 is arranged to slide the second slider 5, the interlocking first locking member 6 is disengaged from the positioning hole 11 while the second locking member 7 is urged to be disconnected from the locking mechanism.
Since the second sliding member 5 is configured to slide the second sliding member 5, the first locking member 6 is linked to disengage from the positioning hole 11 and simultaneously drive the second locking member 7 to be disconnected from the locking mechanism, that is, when the first locking member 6 is disengaged from the positioning hole 11 to implement the handle bracket length adjusting function, the second locking member 7 is disconnected from the locking mechanism that keeps the bracket in the open state, so that the folding function of the front wheel bracket and the rear wheel bracket cannot be implemented; meanwhile, when the first sliding piece 4 is slid, the second locking piece 7 drives the locking mechanism to unlock, so that the folding function of the front wheel support and the rear wheel support is realized, and at the moment, the first locking piece 6 is matched with the positioning hole 11, so that the length adjusting function of the handle support cannot be realized.
Alternatively, the first slider 4 is axially slidably disposed on the sliding body 3, the first slider 4 is connected to the first pull wire 41, the first pull wire 41 is connected to an actuating mechanism, and the actuating mechanism can pull the first pull wire 41 to move, so as to drive the first slider 4 to slide. The second sliding piece 5 is axially and slidably arranged on the sliding body 3, the second sliding piece 5 is connected with the second stay wire 51, the second stay wire 51 is connected with an actuating mechanism, and the actuating mechanism can pull the second stay wire 51 to move so as to drive the second sliding piece 5 to slide. The first slider 4 and the second slider 5 are slidably arranged side by side.
A first elastic reset piece 81 is arranged between the first sliding piece 4 and the sliding body 3; a second elastic restoring member 82 is provided between the second slider 5 and the slider body 3. The second sliding member 5 is provided with a first chute 52 which is suitable for being matched with the first locking member 6 to drive the first locking member 6 to stretch out and draw back, a second chute 53 which is suitable for being matched with the second locking member 7 and is mutually communicated with the second chute, and a yielding straight groove 54, wherein the second chute 53 is suitable for driving the second locking member 7 to stretch out and draw back in the radial direction, and the yielding straight groove 54 is suitable for driving the second locking member 7 to translate in the axial direction. Optionally, a return spring 9 is provided between the second locking member 7 and the first slider 4 to urge the second locking member 7 to return.
In an initial state, that is, when neither the first slider 4 nor the second slider 5 is slid, the elastic restoring force of the first elastic restoring member 81 is greater than the elastic restoring force of the second elastic restoring member 82, and the elastic restoring force of the second elastic restoring member 82 is greater than the elastic restoring force of the restoring spring 9. The elastic restoring force of the maximum compression amount of the restoring spring 9 is smaller than that of the initial state of the second elastic restoring member 82. The elastic restoring force of the second elastic restoring member 82 at the maximum compression amount is smaller than the elastic restoring force in the initial state of the first elastic restoring member 81.
When the second slider 5 is configured to slide the second slider 5, the first chute 52 urges the first locking member 6 out of the positioning hole 11, while the second chute 54 urges the second locking member 7 out of connection with the locking mechanism. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the first locking member 6 is engaged with the positioning hole 11 and the second locking member 7 is engaged with the locking mechanism, at this time, the first locking member 6 is located at the lowest position, i.e., the position closest to the locking mechanism, and when the actuating mechanism pulls the second pull wire 51 to move, the second sliding member 5 is driven to slide, the first chute 52 drives the first locking member 6 to move radially inwards and disengage from the positioning hole 11, and at the same time, the second chute 53 drives the second locking member 7 to move radially inwards and disengage from engagement with the locking mechanism, so that the folding function of the front wheel bracket and the rear wheel bracket cannot be realized when the length adjusting function of the handle bracket is realized.
As shown in fig. 5, the first locking member 6 is disengaged from the positioning hole 11, and at the same time, the second locking member 7 is disengaged from the locking mechanism to release the second pull wire 51, and the second sliding member 5 is driven by the second elastic restoring member 82 to move the first locking member 6 radially outwards to engage with the positioning hole 11 by the first chute 52 of the second sliding member 5; at the same time, the first slider 4 is reset by the first elastic reset member 81, and the second locking member 7 is reset by the reset spring 9. At this time, the first locking member 6 is engaged with the positioning hole 11 farther from the locking mechanism, i.e., the first locking member 6 is engaged with the positioning hole 11 at a high position.
As shown in fig. 6, when the first locking member 6 is at a high position, the actuating mechanism drives the second sliding member 5 to slide when continuing to pull the second pull wire 51, and the first chute 52 drives the first locking member 6 to move radially inwards and out of engagement with the positioning hole 11; the second chute 53, in which the second slider 5 slides, drives the second locking member 7 to move radially inward, and at this time, the second locking member 7 is not connected to the locking mechanism, and the folding function of the front wheel bracket and the rear wheel bracket cannot be achieved. At this time, the retractable handle can be moved to a lower position or a higher position.
The yielding groove 54 is adapted to drive the second locking member 7 to translate axially to drive the locking mechanism to unlock when the first slider 4 is arranged to slide the first slider 4. As shown in fig. 7, when the retractable handle is at the lowest position, i.e. the first locking piece 6 is closest to the locking mechanism, the actuating mechanism continues to pull the first pull wire 41 to move, so as to drive the first sliding piece 4 to slide, the first sliding piece 4 drives the second locking piece 7 to move in the yielding straight groove 54, and the second locking piece 7 is embedded in the locking mechanism connecting piece groove, so that the locking mechanism is driven to move and unlock, and the folding function of the front wheel bracket and the rear wheel bracket is realized, i.e. the folding function of the vehicle is realized.
As shown in fig. 8, when the telescopic handle is at a high position, that is, the first locking member 6 is farther away from the locking mechanism, the actuating mechanism continues to pull the first pull wire 41 to move, so as to drive the first sliding member 4 to slide, and the first sliding member 4 drives the second locking member 7 to move in the yielding straight groove 54, and since the second locking member 7 is not located in the locking mechanism connecting member groove, the locking mechanism cannot be driven to move and unlock, that is, the vehicle collecting function cannot be realized.
The first locking member 6 includes a first locking body 61 and a first boss 62 radially provided to the first locking body 61, the first locking body 61 is slidably provided on the sliding body 3, and the first boss 62 is engaged with the first chute 52. When the second slider 5 slides, the first chute 52 pushes against the first boss 62 to drive the first locking body 61 to move radially inward and outward.
The second locking member 7 includes a second locking body 71 and a second boss 72 radially disposed on the second locking body 71, the second locking body 71 is slidably disposed on the first sliding member 4, and the second boss 72 is matched with the second chute 53 and the yielding straight groove 54. The second chute 53 pushes the second boss 72 to move radially inward and outward when the second slider 5 slides, and the second boss 72 slides in the relief straight groove 54 when the first slider 4 slides. A rib may be provided at the upper end of the second locking body 71 to be engaged with the locking mechanism coupling groove.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the stroller according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a front wheel support, a rear wheel support, a handle support, and the telescopic handle assembly. The front wheel support and the rear wheel support are correspondingly provided with a front wheel and a rear wheel, wherein the length of the handle support can be adjusted and arranged, and the handle support is fixed at different length positions through a fixing mechanism, and the fixing mechanism mainly comprises a locking pin matched with a positioning hole; the front wheel support and the rear wheel support can be arranged in a folding way, and the front wheel support and the rear wheel support are kept in an open state through a locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism mainly comprises a clutch. The telescoping handle assembly is disposed on the side of the handle bracket as shown in fig. 9.
The stroller of the embodiment of the invention comprises a telescopic handle assembly, and when the second sliding piece 5 is arranged to slide the second sliding piece 5, the first locking piece 6 is linked to be separated from the positioning hole 11 and the second locking piece 7 is driven to be disconnected from the locking mechanism, namely when the first locking piece 6 is separated from the positioning hole 11 to realize the length adjusting function of the handle bracket, the second locking piece 7 is disconnected from the locking mechanism which keeps the bracket in an open state, so that the folding function of the front wheel bracket and the rear wheel bracket cannot be realized; meanwhile, when the first sliding piece 4 is slid, the second locking piece 7 drives the locking mechanism to unlock, so that the folding function of the front wheel support and the rear wheel support is realized, and at the moment, the first locking piece 6 is matched with the positioning hole 11, so that the length adjusting function of the handle support cannot be realized.
