Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the second supporting table 120 is movably disposed relative to the first supporting table 110, so that the dispersing mechanism 300 can be moved away from the path of the screw extrusion element 230 from the barrel 240, and thus the screw extrusion element 230 is not interfered by the dispersing mechanism 300, and can be conveniently taken out from the barrel 240, thereby reducing the difficulty of maintenance, cleaning and replacement and improving the disassembly and assembly efficiency.
In some embodiments, the second support table 120 is rotatably connected with respect to the first support table 110, specifically, the second support table 120 is rotatably connected with the second support table 120 around a rotation axis F1, and the rotation axis F1 is parallel to the height direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, that is, parallel to the third direction Z.

In some embodiments, the second support stand 120 includes a second support surface 122 and a limiting flange 123 on a periphery of the second support surface 122, and the dispersing mechanism 300 is disposed on the second support surface 122.
In some embodiments, the pulping apparatus 1000 further includes a plurality of first casters 330 disposed on the dispersing mechanism 300, and the dispersing mechanism 300 is disposed on the second supporting surface 122 by the plurality of first casters 330. In some embodiments, the first support stand 110 is substantially rectangular, the second support stand 120 is substantially rectangular, and the cross sections of the first support stand 110 and the second support stand 120 perpendicular to the first direction X are substantially the same, so that the integrity of the first support stand 110 and the second support stand 120 after connection is better and more attractive. It is understood that the shapes of the first support stand 110 and the second support stand 120 are not particularly limited in this application. In other embodiments, the first support stand 110 and the second support stand 120 may also be different in cross section perpendicular to the first direction X.
In some embodiments, the barrel 240 includes a plurality of segments 241 sequentially arranged along the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, for example, the number of segments 241 may be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and other numbers, and two adjacent segments 241 are detachably connected, and by reducing or increasing the number of segments 241, the screw extrusion elements 230 with different lengths can be adapted to meet the processing requirements of different materials. In some embodiments, the first support table 110 includes a first support surface 112, and the pulping apparatus 1000 further includes a plurality of adjustable support bars 400 disposed on the first support surface 112, the adjustable support bars 400 for supporting the section cylinders 241 and adjusting the positions of the section cylinders 241. When the adjacent two section cylinders 241 are disassembled or assembled, the adjustable support rods 400 are used for supporting the section cylinders 241 and adjusting the positions of the section cylinders 241, so that the parts for fixing the adjacent section cylinders 241 can be disassembled or assembled at the proper positions by adjusting the relative position relation of the adjacent two section cylinders 241, and the difficulty in disassembling or assembling the section cylinders 241 can be effectively reduced. Of course, each of the cartridges 241 may be supported by the adjustable support bar 400.
In some embodiments, the machine 100 further includes a first bracket 131, where the first bracket 131 is used to support the first support table 110.

In some embodiments, the adjustable support bar 400 includes a fixing base 410, a supporting bar 420, and a fastener 430, wherein the fixing base 410 is movable in a width direction (a second direction Y) of the pulping apparatus 1000 relative to the first supporting surface 112, and the fastener 430 is used to fix the fixing base 410 on the first supporting platform 110. Since the fixing base 410 is movable in the width direction of the pulp manufacturing apparatus 1000, the joint cylinders 241 can be adjusted in position in the width direction of the pulp manufacturing apparatus 1000 to change the relative positional relationship of the adjacent two joint cylinders 241 in the second direction Y.
In some embodiments, the fixing base 410 is provided with a first adjusting through hole 411 penetrating through the fixing base 410 along the height direction of the pulping device 1000, the first adjusting through hole 411 is in a strip shape, the length direction of the first adjusting through hole 411 is the width direction of the pulping device 1000, and the fastener 430 penetrates through the first adjusting through hole 411 to fix the fixing base 410 on the first supporting platform 110. In this embodiment, by matching the first adjusting through hole 411 with the fastener 430, since the first adjusting through hole 411 is elongated in the width direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, by adjusting the position of the fastener 430 in the first adjusting through hole 411, the relative positional relationship of the fixing base 410 with respect to the first supporting surface 112 in the width direction of the pulping apparatus 1000 can be adjusted, and then the position of the joint cylinder 241 can be adjusted in the second direction Y, so as to change the relative positional relationship of two adjacent joint cylinders 241, so as to facilitate the disassembly and assembly between two adjacent joint cylinders 241.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a structure of the adjustable support rod 400 shown in fig. 3 for supporting one end of the section tube 241.
In some embodiments, the end of the strut 420 facing the barrel 241 includes a support ramp 421, and the barrel 241 has an inclined bearing surface (not shown) that interfaces with the support ramp 421. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the fixing base 410 is movable relative to the first supporting surface 112 along the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000. Because the fixing seat 410 is movable relative to the first supporting surface 112 in the length direction (the first direction X) of the pulping apparatus 1000, the relative positional relationship between the section tube 241 and the first supporting surface 112 can be adjusted in the first direction X, so as to facilitate the disassembly or assembly of the adjacent section tube 241.
In some embodiments, the first supporting table 110 is provided with a second adjusting through hole 113, the second adjusting through hole 113 penetrates through the first supporting table 110 along the height direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, the second adjusting through hole 113 is long, the length direction of the second adjusting through hole 113 is the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, the fastener 430 includes a bolt 431 and a nut (not shown in the figure), and the bolt 431 penetrates through the first adjusting through hole 411 and the second adjusting through hole 113 and then is in threaded connection with the nut. In this embodiment, by matching the second adjusting through hole 113 with the fastening member 430, the position of the fastening member 430 in the second adjusting through hole 113 can be changed, and the second adjusting through hole 113 is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, so that the relative positional relationship of the section tube 241 with respect to the first supporting surface 112 in the longitudinal direction of the pulping apparatus 1000 can be adjusted. The combination of the first adjustment through hole 411 and the support slope 421 in the foregoing embodiment enables the adjustment in position of the joint cylinder 241 in the present embodiment in the first direction X, the second direction Y, and the third direction Z.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a guide support assembly 500 of the pulping apparatus 1000 of fig. 2; fig. 7 is an exploded view of the guide support assembly 500 of fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the pulping apparatus 1000 further includes a guide support assembly 500, where the guide support assembly 500 is disposed on the first support table 110 and is located between the first support table 110 and the barrel 240 in the third direction Z, and the guide support assembly 500 is configured to support the screw extrusion element 230 when the screw extrusion element 230 is withdrawn from the barrel 240, and guide the screw extrusion element 230 to move along the first direction X. In this embodiment, the screw extrusion element 230 is supported and guided by the guide support assembly 500, so that the screw extrusion element 230 and the inner wall of the barrel 240 are prevented from being scratched and damaged when the screw extrusion element 230 is taken out from the barrel 240, or the inner wall of the barrel 240 is prevented from being damaged.
In some embodiments, the guiding support assembly 500 includes a fixed rail 510, a moving rail 520, and a support assembly 530, where the fixed rail 510 is disposed on the first supporting surface 112, the extending direction of the fixed rail 510 is the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, the moving rail 520 is slidably disposed on the fixed rail 510 along the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, the support assembly 530 is detachably disposed on the moving rail 520, and the support assembly 530 is used for supporting the screw extrusion element 230. In this embodiment, based on the fact that the extending direction of the fixed rail 510 is the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, the moving rail 520 is slidably disposed on the fixed rail 510 along the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, and the supporting component 530 is detachably disposed on the moving rail 520, the supporting component 530 is used to support one end of the screw extrusion element 230 toward the dispersing mechanism 300, so that when the screw extrusion element 230 is detached, the supporting component 530 can be fixed on the moving rail 520, then a part of the screw extrusion element 230 extending out of the barrel 240 is supported by the supporting component 530, and then the moving rail 520 is slid, so that the screw extrusion element 230 can be taken out from the barrel 240, and the screw extrusion element 230 can be prevented from being worn due to collision with the inner wall of the barrel 240 during the taking out of the barrel 240 due to the relatively stable positional relationship with the moving rail 520.
In some embodiments, the moving rail 520 includes a base 521 and a fixing portion 522 located on the base 521, the fixing portion 522 has an inverted trapezoid shape in a cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, the fixing rail 510 is provided with a connecting slot 511 having an inverted trapezoid shape in a cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, and the moving rail 520 is slidably disposed in the connecting slot 511 through the fixing portion 522. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 522 has an inverted trapezoid shape in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, and the fixing rail 510 is provided with the connecting groove 511 having an inverted trapezoid shape in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pulping apparatus 1000, so that the moving rail 520 can be stably connected to the fixing rail 510, and the moving rail 520 is not easily dropped even when the moving rail 520 is slid.
In some embodiments, support assembly 530 includes a support screw 531 and a flexible support block 532, flexible support block 532 disposed on support screw 531, flexible support block 532 for supporting screw extrusion element 230. The flexibility of the flexible supporting block 532 may be sufficient that the relative position between the flexible supporting block 532 and the screw extrusion element 230 does not slide relatively under the action of no external force after the screw extrusion element 230 is disposed on the flexible supporting block 532.
In some embodiments, the end of the supporting screw 531 facing the screw extruding element 230 is provided with a fixing groove 5311, and the fixing groove 5311 may be a circular groove, a square groove, or another groove, and the flexible supporting block 532 is disposed in the fixing groove 5311.
In other embodiments, the support screw 531 may be replaced with a clamp that clamps the screw extrusion element 230.
In some embodiments, an external thread is provided at one end of the supporting screw 531, a threaded hole 523 is provided on a side of the moving track 520 facing the cylinder 240, the axial direction of the threaded hole 523 is parallel to the third direction Z, the supporting screw 531 is screwed into the external thread, and the height of the supporting screw 531 in the third direction Z can be adjusted to accommodate the screw extrusion elements 230 with different thicknesses through the screwed connection of the supporting screw 531 and the threaded hole 523.
In some embodiments, the moving track 520 is provided with a receiving groove 524 adapted to the supporting component 530, and when the supporting component 530 is not used, the supporting component 530 can be placed in the receiving groove 524 to receive the supporting component 530, so as to prevent the supporting component from being lost.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a fixing rail 510 of the guide support assembly 500 of fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, a first through hole 512 and a second through hole 513 penetrating the fixed rail 510 along a first direction X are formed in the fixed rail 510, and a first sub-through hole 514 communicating with the first through hole 512 in a second direction Y and a second sub-through hole 515 communicating with the second through hole 513 are formed in the fixed rail 510. The first through hole 512 and the second through hole 513 are used for transmitting a cooling liquid, such as water, respectively, wherein the first through hole 512 and the second through hole 513 serve as an output pipe and a return pipe, respectively, i.e., input from the first through hole 512 and output from the second through hole 513. The first sub-through holes 514 serve to drain the coolant of the first through holes 512 to the water-cooled piping in the joint cylinder 241 and then output from the second sub-through holes 515 to the second through holes 513.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a method for removing a screw extrusion element 230 of a pulping apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 9, the embodiment of the present application further provides a method for removing the screw extrusion element 230 of the pulping apparatus 1000, where the method for removing the screw extrusion element 230 in the present embodiment is based on the pulping apparatus 1000 in fig. 1-7 in the previous embodiment.
The method of removing the screw extrusion element 230 includes:

In step S300, the portion of screw extrusion element 230 located outside of barrel 240 may be supported by support assembly 530, such as in some embodiments, a portion of screw extrusion element 230 may be withdrawn from barrel 240 by a clamping tool or a human hand, and then a portion of screw extrusion element 230 withdrawn from barrel 240 may be supported by support assembly 530. In some embodiments, the screw extrusion element 230 may be supported by the support assembly 530 by first detaching one of the barrels 241 near one end of the dispersion mechanism 300 and then supporting the portion of the barrel 240. The supporting component 530 and the section tube 241 in this step may refer to the previous embodiments, and will not be described herein.

1. A pulping apparatus comprising:
the machine comprises a first supporting table and a second supporting table;
the extrusion mechanism is arranged on the first supporting table and comprises a cylinder body and a screw extrusion element arranged in the cylinder body, and the extending direction of the screw extrusion element is the length direction of the pulping equipment;
the dispersing mechanism is arranged on the second supporting table and detachably connected with the extruding mechanism, the dispersing mechanism is used for dispersing materials extruded by the extruding mechanism, and the extruding mechanism and the dispersing mechanism are distributed along the length direction of the pulping equipment;
wherein the second support table is rotatably connected to the first support table around a rotation axis parallel to a height direction of the pulping apparatus so that the dispersing mechanism can be moved away from a path along which the screw extrusion element is drawn out of the barrel;
the pulping equipment further comprises a guide support assembly, wherein the guide support assembly is used for supporting the screw extrusion element when the screw extrusion element is pulled out of the cylinder, and guiding the screw extrusion element to move along the length direction of the pulping equipment;
The guide support assembly comprises a fixed rail, a movable rail and a support assembly, wherein the fixed rail is arranged on a first support table, the extending direction of the fixed rail is the length direction of the pulping equipment, the movable rail is slidably arranged on the fixed rail along the length direction of the pulping equipment, the support assembly is detachably arranged on the movable rail, and the support assembly is used for supporting the screw extrusion element.
2. The pulping apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of first casters disposed on the dispersion mechanism, the second support including a second support surface and a limit stop on a periphery of the second support surface, the plurality of first casters being disposed on the second support surface, the limit stop being configured to limit the first casters from disengaging from the second support surface.

A pulping apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first support table comprises a first support surface, the cylinder comprises a plurality of section cylinders arranged in sequence along the length direction of the pulping apparatus, two adjacent section cylinders are detachably connected, the pulping apparatus further comprises a plurality of adjustable support rods arranged on the first support surface, and the adjustable support rods are used for supporting and adjusting the section cylinders.
4. A pulping apparatus according to claim 3, characterised in that the adjustable support bar comprises a fixing base movable in the width direction of the pulping apparatus relative to the first support surface, a strut and a fastener for fixing the fixing base on the first support table.

The pulping device of claim 4, wherein the fixing base is provided with a first adjusting through hole penetrating through the fixing base along the height direction of the pulping device, the first adjusting through hole is in a strip shape, the length direction of the first adjusting through hole is the width direction of the pulping device, and the fixing piece penetrates through the first adjusting through hole to fix the fixing base on the first supporting table.
