Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a transport means specially suitable for patients or disabled persons, in particular to a wheelchair.
Background
An existing wheelchair frame comprises a base portion, a seat portion pivotally connected to the base portion, and an air pressure lever. The pneumatic rod is arranged between the rear side of the base part and the riding part and can be driven to drive the riding part to pivot relative to the base part. Therefore, a user can operate the pneumatic rod from the rear end of the wheelchair and adjust the relative pivot angle between the sitting portion and the base portion according to the requirement.
However, when the pneumatic rod is used, the impact generated instantaneously shakes the sitting portion and the seat frame is shaken as a whole, so that the sitting person is easily frightened or uneasy. On the other hand, since the rear side of the base part is generally used for accommodating the related fitting of the user, and the air pressure lever is disposed at the rear side of the base part, the installation space of the fitting is compressed, which hinders the utilization of the accommodating space and is disadvantageous for adjusting the air pressure lever.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of a frame of a wheelchair according to the present invention includes a base unit 1, a seating unit 2, a driving unit 3, and a buffer unit 4.
The base unit 1 comprises a chassis 11 and two pivoting seats 12. The chassis 11 has two front pole portions 111 extending forward and backward, two first rear bottom pole portions 112 extending backward from the front pole portions 111, respectively, and two second rear bottom pole portions 113 extending backward from the front pole portions 111 and located below the first rear bottom pole portions 112, respectively. The chassis 11 also has a first rail 114 coupled between the first rear bottom stems 112, a second rail 115 coupled between the second rear bottom stems 113, and a third rail 116 coupled between the front stems 111. A connecting portion 117 extending up and down is connected between each first rear bottom rod portion 112 and the second rear bottom rod portion 113 corresponding to the lower portion. The pivot seats 12 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the first cross bar 114, and each pivot seat 12 is provided with a pivot hole that penetrates from left to right.
The seating unit 2 includes a seat frame set 21, a back frame set 22, and two pivoting levers 23. The seat frame set 21 has two frame bars 211 extending back and forth, a cross bar 212 connected between the frame bars 211, and a seat plate set 213 fixedly installed on the upper side of the frame bars 211. The seat back frame group 22 has an engagement portion 221 mounted to the frame bar 211, and an extension portion 222 disposed above the engagement portion 221. The pivoting bars 23 are respectively installed at the inner sides of the frame bars 211 and are respectively pivoted to the pivoting holes of the pivoting seats 12.
The rotation driving unit 3 is disposed between the front side of the base unit 1 and the riding unit 2, and includes an operation lever 31, a first engagement assembly 32 disposed on the cross bar 212, and a second engagement assembly 33 disposed on the third cross bar 116. The first connecting assembly 32 has two first plates 321 fixed to the cross bar 212 and a first pin 322 disposed between the first plates 321. The first latch 322 is provided for pivoting an upper end portion of the operating lever 31. The second connecting assembly 33 has two second plates 331 fixed to the third cross bar 116 and two second pins 332 respectively disposed on the second plates 331. The second latch 332 is pivoted to the lower end of the operating lever 31. The upper end and the lower end of the operating lever 31 are pivotable relative to the first latch 322 and the second latch 332, respectively.
Preferably, the operating rod 31 is a pneumatic rod or a hydraulic rod, and the first engagement member 32 is movable relative to the second engagement member 33 during driving of the operating rod 31.
The buffer unit 4 is disposed between the base unit 1 and the seating unit 2, and includes two elastic members 41. Each elastic element 41 is installed between the corresponding pivot seat 12 and the corresponding pivot rod 23.
Preferably, the elastic member 41 is installed at a position symmetrical to the center of the seating unit 2, so that the cushioning effect can be more stably exerted for the user having unbalanced body gravity, such as a stroke patient and a scoliosis patient.
Preferably, each elastic element 41 is a torsion spring.
In the present embodiment, the number of the elastic members 41 is two, but in other embodiments, the number of the torsion springs may be one or more than three.
Taking the operation rod 31 as a pneumatic rod and each elastic element 41 as a torsion spring as an example, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the operation rod 31 may be driven to move up a rod body in the pneumatic cylinder, and the first connecting component 32 pushes the cross rod 212 upward to drive the seat frame set 21 to pivot with the pivot rod 23 as a pivot point, so as to generate a moment to drive the seat unit 2 to pivot with respect to the base unit 1, and a user may adjust a relative pivot angle between the seat unit 2 and the base unit 1 according to a requirement. At the same time, each torsion spring arranged between the corresponding pivot seat 12 and the corresponding pivot rod 23 can generate a reverse moment with an action direction opposite to the moment and used for buffering. Therefore, during the operation of the rotation driving unit 3, the generated unstable impact force can be absorbed by the elastic element 41 in real time, the whole chair frame does not shake too much, the user can have more comfortable riding experience, and the user with unbalanced body gravity center can be more effectively protected from injury caused by excessive vibration.
In summary, the chair frame of the wheelchair according to the present invention can buffer the impact generated when the driving unit 3 is operated to pivot the riding unit 2 and reduce the shaking by the arrangement of the buffer unit 4, thereby improving the riding comfort, and the space for accommodating other components at the rear side of the base unit 1 can be reserved by arranging the driving unit 3 at the front side of the base unit 1, so as to increase the accommodating space of the chair frame of the wheelchair, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
