Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control method of a dish washer including an air pump, a condensing fan, and a water pump, the control method of the dish washer including the steps of:
step S101: during the normal operation process of the dish-washing machine for washing and sterilizing, the working condition of the dish-washing machine is monitored, and abnormal working signals are obtained;
step S103: if an abnormal working signal is obtained, only controlling the air pump and the condensing fan to work, and optionally controlling the water pump to work or stopping the water pump to work;
wherein, abnormal operation is a condition other than normal operation of the dishwasher.
The dishwasher further comprises a plasma generating device and a high-pressure preparation module, wherein the high-pressure preparation module can perform high-pressure discharge and generate plasma in a liquid phase environment, so that the dishwasher can perform washing and disinfection in the normal operation process. Wherein, the normal operation of the dish-washing machine refers to the normal operation of the dish-washing machine in the washing and sterilizing processes, and the abnormal operation of the dish-washing machine refers to the condition of the dish-washing machine except the washing and sterilizing processes.
When the dish washer enters a disinfection and sterilization working mode, the switch element is turned on, so that the disinfection water generated in the water storage device flows into the water cup to be mixed and diluted with water in the water cup, the disinfection water in the water cup is pumped into the spray arm by the washing pump, the spray arm sprays the disinfection water to the inner container and tableware in the inner container, the tableware is disinfected, the disinfection water flows through the water cup, the washing pump, the spray arm and the inner container, the disinfection can be performed on the tableware in all directions, and the disinfection effect is good.
The air pump provides air for the air inlet channel, so that the speed of plasma generated by electrolysis of the electrolysis mechanism in water of the water storage device can be accelerated, the dissolution speed of phase plasma in liquid is accelerated, more plasma is dissolved in the liquid, the concentration of the plasma in the solution is changed, and the sterilization effect of the solution is enhanced.
The condensing fan pumps external cold air into the condensing channel, water vapor in the inner container of the dish washer enters the condensing channel through the driving of the condensing fan and meets the external cold air to form condensed water, and the condensed water flows back to the inner container of the dish washer to dry the inner container.
In the normal operation process of the dish-washing machine for washing and sterilizing, if abnormal working conditions occur, the normal operation of the dish-washing machine is interrupted, and the dish-washing machine is indicated to enter the abnormal working procedure. The control of the dish washer can be realized by monitoring the working condition of the dish washer and acquiring abnormal working signals.
When an abnormal working signal is obtained, the normal operation of the dish washer is interrupted, at the moment, the air pump can be controlled to continuously work, air can be continuously supplied to the air inlet channel, more plasmas are dissolved in liquid, adverse effects on the high-pressure pressing module are avoided, the concentration of the plasmas in the solution is prevented from being reduced, and the sterilizing effect in the solution can be ensured when the normal operation of the dish washer is restarted after the normal operation of the dish washer is interrupted. Likewise, the normal operation of the dish washer is interrupted, the condensing fan is controlled to continue to work, when the normal operation of the dish washer is restarted after being interrupted, the drying effect of the inner container of the dish washer can be guaranteed not to be influenced, meanwhile, the constant air pressure in the glass tube can be guaranteed, the electrode can not be contacted with water, and accordingly adverse effects on the high-pressure preparation module can be avoided, and the function of the dish washer can be guaranteed not to be influenced.
Specifically, in the normal operation process of washing and sterilizing the dish washer, when the working program of the dish washer needs to be paused for some special reasons, at this time, a pause signal is acquired through the controller, and in consideration of that the washing and sterilizing program is started again after the pause, the air pump is controlled to work, so that the speed of dissolving the plasma in the liquid can be continuously accelerated under the action of the circulating air pump, the burden of the high-pressure preparation module can be lightened, and the sterilizing effect of the plasma can be ensured after the normal program is restarted.
Likewise, when the condensing fan continues to operate, the normal program can ensure the drying effect of the dish washer after restarting.
In addition, in the process of washing and sterilizing the dish washer, when the door of the dish washer needs to be opened for some special reasons, a signal that the door is opened is obtained through the controller, for example, a signal that whether the door is opened or not can be obtained through the position sensor. At this time, a door opening signal for opening and closing the door is obtained through the controller so as to keep the opening of the air pump and the condensing fan, and other loads need to be stopped so as to avoid adverse effects on the high-pressure preparation module. And will not be described in detail herein.
In another embodiment, the abnormal operation includes a pause or a door opening, and the control method of the dishwasher further includes:
step S201: acquiring a pause time or a door opening time;
step S203: and when the pause time or the door opening time is respectively larger than the corresponding first preset time, sending out a reminding signal.
When a pause signal or a door opening signal is obtained, the air pump and the condensing fan of the high-pressure preparation module are controlled to work, and other loads are controlled to stop working. In order to avoid waste caused by overlong work of the air pump and the condensing fan after other loads stop working, the time for suspension needs to be calculated, and when the suspension time is longer than the corresponding first preset time, the controller sends out a reminding signal, for example, a buzzer can be used for carrying out sound reminding so as to obtain timely response. Similarly, the door opening time is also required to be calculated, when the door opening time is greater than the corresponding first preset time, the controller sends out a reminding signal, for example, a buzzer can be used for carrying out sound reminding, and timely response can be obtained as well, and details are omitted.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the abnormal operation includes canceling a washing program or a malfunction of the whole machine, the dishwasher further includes a water tank and a liner, and the control method of the dishwasher further includes:
step S301: in the process of washing and sterilizing the dish washer, if a signal for canceling a washing program or a complete machine operation fault signal is obtained, only controlling the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump to work;
step S303: pumping water in the water tank to the inner container.
In the process of washing and sterilizing the dish washer, the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump are started to work. The water pump works to pump water in the high-pressure module water tank to the inner container of the dish washer, so that the electrode is contacted with the water under the condition that the water tank has water, and the water in the high-pressure module water tank can be pumped to the inner container through the water pump. When the washing program is canceled, the controller can obtain a signal for canceling the washing program, and the controller controls the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump to work according to the signal for canceling the washing program and simultaneously controls other loads to stop working, so that adverse effects on the high-pressure compression module can be avoided.
Similarly, when the operation fault of the whole machine occurs, the controller can obtain a whole machine operation fault signal, and the controller controls the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump to work according to the whole machine operation fault signal and simultaneously controls other loads to stop working, so that adverse effects on the high-pressure preparation module can be avoided.
In another embodiment, the control method of the dishwasher further includes:
step S401: acquiring the water level of a water tank;
step S402: when the water level in the water tank is lower than the preset water level, the rest load is controlled to stop working.
In the above step, when the water level in the water tank is considered to be too high, the electrode is in contact with the water, so that the water level in the water tank can be detected by the liquid level meter, the liquid level meter sends a detected water level signal to the controller, a preset water level is stored in the controller, and when the water level in the water tank is detected to be lower than the preset water level, the controller controls the rest loads to stop working.
When the water level in the water tank is lower than the preset water level, the dishwasher is controlled to enter a normal operation program, other modes can be prevented from being operated immediately after the washing program is canceled, the operation instruction needs to take the water level of the water tank as a starting instruction, and the normal operation of the operation mode is controlled when the water level of the water tank is lower than the preset water level.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the abnormal operation includes a communication failure, the dishwasher further includes a water tank and a liner, and the control method of the dishwasher further includes:
step S501: in the normal operation process of washing and sterilizing the dish washer, if a washing and sterilizing fault signal is obtained, only controlling the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump to work;
step S503: and controlling the water pump to pump the water in the water tank to the inner container.
In the normal working process of washing and disinfecting, when the dishwasher is in fault, the controller can obtain fault signals, then control the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump to work according to the fault signals, and control other loads to stop working so as to ensure that the high-pressure preparation module is not affected by adverse effects.
In another embodiment, the control method of the dishwasher further includes:
step S601: in the state of communication failure of the whole dishwasher, the high-voltage preparation module is controlled to stop working;
step S601: the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump are controlled to work so as to pump water of the water tank to the inner container.
In the steps, under the condition that the whole dishwasher has communication faults, the controller can control the high-pressure preparation module to stop working, adverse effects generated by the high-pressure preparation module can be avoided, water in the water tank is pumped into the water tank through the water pump, and the electrode in the water tank can be prevented from soaking in water.
In another embodiment, the control method of the dishwasher further includes:
step S701: in the communication fault state of the high-voltage preparation module, controlling the high-voltage preparation module to work and stop working;
step S703: the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump are controlled to work so as to pump water of the water tank to the inner container.
In the above steps, when the communication of the high-pressure preparation module fails, the controller can control the high-pressure preparation module to stop working, so that adverse effects generated by the high-pressure preparation module can be avoided, water in the water tank is pumped to the inner container through the water pump, and the electrode in the water tank can be prevented from soaking in water.
The working time of the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump is second preset time, so that the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump can be automatically closed after working for the second preset time, and the working is stopped, so that the timeliness is high.
Under the condition that the water tank of the high-pressure preparation module of the disinfection and washing program of the dish washer has water, the situation that the electrode is not allowed to soak water, the load work such as an air pump is needed to ensure that the electrode cannot be contacted with the water, and therefore, under the condition of the operation of the disinfection and washing program, abnormal operation can occur, as shown in fig. 5.
When the dish washer selects a disinfection washing program to run, if the operation of suspending or opening the door is performed in the running process of the disinfection washing program, other loads except the operation of the air pump and the condensation fan of the dish washer stop working, the constant air pressure electrode in the glass tube is prevented from being contacted with water, the problem that the suspending time and the opening time are overlong exists, when the suspending time and the opening time are more than t1, a user is reminded of starting or closing the door, for example, a buzzer is reminded of entering the starting program or closing the door to run, and t1 is a first preset time.
If the washing program is canceled or the whole machine is in fault during the operation of the disinfection washing program, for example, after the washing program is canceled, the air removal pump, the condensing fan and the water pump are operated, the loads of the dish washer are stopped, and then the operation of the dish washer in the mode to be selected or the whole machine is in fault. The water pump works to pump water in the high-pressure module water tank to the inner container of the dish washer, after the low water level of the water tank is detected, all load works are stopped, the water tank is prevented from being discharged when the next washing program runs, the water tank is prevented from having water to stop the load works, the electrode is contacted with the water, and the water in the high-pressure module water tank is pumped to the inner container.
Because the disinfection washing program fault state is similar to the situation of canceling the washing program, the load operation is stopped, and the abnormal situation is similar to the logic control of canceling the washing program in the operation process of the disinfection washing program.
When the communication failure of the whole machine and the high-pressure preparation module occurs, the corresponding water level of the water tank cannot be obtained through communication in the communication failure state of the whole machine and the high-pressure preparation module in the disinfection washing procedure, the high-pressure preparation module is required to control the load, the high-pressure module is stopped, the air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump work t2, the rest loads are stopped, and then the whole machine reports the failure. The air pump, the condensing fan and the water pump work for t2 time to pump water of the high-pressure preparation module water tank to the inner container, so that the water tank is ensured to have no water, and the discharged water is discharged when the next washing program is operated. And the time t2 is a second preset time.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6, there is also provided an electronic device including at least a memory 20, a processor 30, the memory 20 having a computer program stored thereon, the processor 30 implementing the steps of the control method of the dishwasher of any one of the items when executing the computer program on the memory 20.
In another aspect, there is also provided a storage medium, which is a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor 30, implements the steps of the method of controlling a dishwasher of any one of the items.
The first preset time for washing by the control method of the dish washer can be stored by the computer program, and a pause signal or a door opening signal is obtained in the washing and disinfecting processes of the dish washer; when a pause signal or a door opening signal is obtained, the air pump and the condensing fan of the high-pressure preparation module are controlled to work, and other loads are controlled to stop working.
By the computer program, the acquisition of the pause time or the door opening time can be executed; and when the pause time or the door opening time is respectively larger than the corresponding first preset time, sending out a reminding signal.
