The substation personnel behavior detection scheme of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 2:
fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a substation personnel behavior detection method according to an embodiment of the application.
S201, acquiring real-time behavior data of a worker for performing one-time switching operation;
the staff is about to carry out switching operation, reaches the operating point position in the monitoring scope, and the monitoring camera begins to gather the real-time behavior data that the staff carried out switching operation once, and this switching operation is confirmed by detecting the staff on operating point position to supervisory equipment detects that the staff is not on operating point position from supervisory equipment, can understand to: for example, when the working personnel appear on the operation point position is 10:00, and when the working personnel leave the operation point position is 10:40, the time for the working personnel to perform one switching operation is 40 minutes, so that the real-time behavior data are all behavior data of the working personnel collected by the monitoring camera in the 40 minutes.
It will be appreciated that the time taken to perform a switching operation will vary from one operator to another, depending on the skill level of the operator performing the switching operation, and is not limited herein.
S202, inputting real-time behavior data into a personnel behavior analysis function to obtain an initial action score corresponding to an initial action, one or more intermediate action scores corresponding to one or more intermediate actions and an ending action score corresponding to an ending action;
after the monitoring camera collects real-time behavior data of one-time switching operation of a worker, the real-time behavior data is input into a worker behavior analysis function, and three action scores can be obtained, wherein the three action scores comprise an initial action score corresponding to the initial action, one or more intermediate action scores corresponding to one or more intermediate actions and an ending action score corresponding to the ending action. The personnel behavior analysis function is as follows:the method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the In the formula, S is the initial action part, the intermediate action part or the end action part,/or->For the time specified for the completion of the standard initial action, the standard intermediate action or the standard end action, +.>For the point in time at which the initial action, the intermediate action or the end action is started, +.>For the point in time when the initial action, the intermediate action or the ending action ends, +.>An angle of arm swing when the worker is operating, +. >For the point in time in the initial action, the intermediate action or the end action, +.>The speed of the arm swing when the worker performs the operation.
For ease of understanding, we exemplify here: for example, action a, action B, action C are obtained, wherein action B is composed of action 1 and action 2, action a corresponds to the initial action, action B corresponds to the intermediate action, action C corresponds to the end action, we have three sets of data: action A%=5,/>=10:00,/>=10:04,/>=/>,/>=1.0); action B (+)>=20,/>=10:06,/>=10:24,/>=30°,/>=2.0); action C (+)>=5,/>=10:25,/>=10:30,/>=45°,/>=1.5), obtained by calculation of a person behavior analysis function: action a=1.66 for action a, action b=4.61 for action B, and action c=1.48 for action C.
It can be understood that, in the above example, only three actions are listed to complete the switching operation, and there may be more than three actions in the practical application scenario, which is not limited herein.
S203, judging whether the initial action score is in a preset standard initial action score, whether the intermediate action score is in a preset standard intermediate action score, and whether the ending action score is in a preset standard ending action score;
after the initial action score, the intermediate action score and the ending action score are obtained, the system judges whether the initial action score is in a preset standard initial action score zone, whether the intermediate action score is in a preset standard intermediate action score zone and whether the ending action score is in a preset standard ending action score zone.
The following examples are: the preset standard initial action partition is the preset standard action A action partition [1.60,1.80], the preset standard intermediate action partition is the preset standard action B action partition [4.55,4.70], and the preset standard end action partition is the preset standard action C action partition [1.48,1.58].
S204, if the initial action is divided into preset standard initial action division, the intermediate action is divided into preset standard intermediate action division and the ending action is divided into preset standard ending action division, sending information that the operation of staff meets the specification to the monitoring terminal;
if the conditions are satisfied: if the initial action is divided into the preset standard initial action division, the intermediate action is divided into the preset standard intermediate action division and the ending action is divided into the preset standard ending action division, the system sends information that the operation of the staff meets the specification to the monitoring terminal.
Receiving the above example, the action score a=1.66 corresponding to the action a, the action score b=4.61 corresponding to the action B, and the action score c=1.48 corresponding to the action C; the preset standard action A action partition is [1.60,1.80], the preset standard action B action partition is [4.55,4.70], and the preset standard action C action partition is [1.48,1.58]. The method can obtain the following steps: the action part A, the action part B and the action part C are all in the corresponding preset standard action part. Therefore, the switching operation performed by the staff meets the specification, and the system sends information that the operation of the staff meets the specification to the monitoring terminal.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned monitoring terminal may be a terminal with a display of a monitoring screen, such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a mobile phone, etc., which is not limited herein.
S205, if one or more of the initial action score, the intermediate action score and the ending action score are not in the preset standard ending action score, sending information that the operation of the staff is not in accordance with the specification, the action which is not in accordance with the specification and the action score corresponding to the action which is not in accordance with the specification to the monitoring terminal.
If the conditions are satisfied: if the initial action score is not among the preset standard initial action scores, the intermediate action score is not among the preset standard intermediate action scores, and the ending action score is not among one or more of the three conditions of the preset standard ending action scores, the switching operation of the staff is not standard, and the system sends information that the operation of the staff is not standard, the action is not standard and the action score corresponding to the action which is not standard to the monitoring terminal.
The following is illustrative:
example 1: let a=1.56 for action a, b=4.61 for action B, and c=1.48 for action C. Since the action division a is not within the preset standard action a action division [1.60,1.80], the switching operation of the staff is not standard, and the system sends information that the operation of the staff is not standard-compliant, the action a not standard-compliant and the action division a=1.56 corresponding to the action not standard-compliant to the monitoring terminal.
Example 2: let a=1.56 for action a, b=4.51 for action B, and c=1.48 for action C. Since action division a is not within the preset standard action a action division [1.60,1.80], and action division B is not within the preset standard action B action division [4.55,4.70], the switching operation of the staff is not standard, and the system sends information that the operation of the staff is not standard, actions a and B which are not standard, and action division a=1.56 and action division b=4.51 corresponding to the actions which are not standard to the monitoring terminal.
Example 3: let a=1.56 for action a, b=4.51 for action B, and c=1.43 for action C. Since the action division a is not in the preset standard action a action division [1.60,1.80], since the action division B is not in the preset standard action B action division [4.55,4.70], since the action division C is not in the preset standard action C action division [1.48,1.58], the switching operation of the staff is not standard, and the system sends information that the staff operation is not in accordance with the standard, the actions a, B and C which are not in accordance with the standard, and the action division a=1.56, the action division b=4.51 and the action division c=1.43 which correspond to the actions which are not in accordance with the standard to the monitoring terminal.
In the above embodiment, the weaker step of the switching operation is detected by the detecting personnel, so that improvement is performed on the weaker step, and the operating skill, the switching operation efficiency and the safety in the switching operation process of the personnel are improved.
The above is to score each action when the action sequence meets the rule when the operator performs the switching operation, and the scheme of the operation flow of the judgment operator according to the present application is described below with reference to fig. 3:
fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for determining the operation flow of a person according to an embodiment of the application.
S301, obtaining initial actions, one or more intermediate actions and ending actions of a switching operation performed by a worker according to real-time behavior data;
after the monitoring camera collects real-time behavior data of a worker for one-time switching operation, initial action, one or more intermediate actions and ending action of the worker for one-time switching operation are obtained. For example: the initial operation of the operator for one switching operation is an operation a, one or more intermediate operations are an operation B, and an end operation is an operation C.
S302, judging whether the sequence of the initial action, the intermediate action and the end action is the same as the standard switching operation sequence;
The system starts to judge whether the sequence of the initial action, the intermediate action and the end action is the same as the standard switching operation sequence.
In the above example, the standard switching operation sequence is: action a, action C, action B. The operation sequence of the staff member is action a, action B and action C.
And S303, if the operation sequences are different, sending alarm information that the operation sequences of the staff do not accord with the specifications to the monitoring terminal.
If the operation sequence of the staff is different from the standard switching operation sequence, the system sends alarm information that the operation sequence of the staff does not accord with the specification to the monitoring terminal.
By receiving the above example, it can be seen that the operation sequence of the staff is different from the standard switching operation sequence, and then the system sends the alarm information that the operation sequence of the staff does not accord with the specification to the monitoring terminal. At this time, the real-time behavior data is no longer input into the personnel behavior analysis function, and the personnel is prohibited from switching.
It should be understood that the operation sequence of the staff member is not necessarily the operation a, the operation B, and the operation C, and may be other combinations different from the standard switching operation sequence, which is not limited herein.
In the above embodiment, whether the sequence of the operations performed by the staff accords with the flow is judged, so that the sequence of the switching operation is ensured to accord with the standard, and the safety of the switching operation performed by the staff is improved.
Before the above embodiment, we also need to acquire the face image information of the staff, then judge whether the face image information is the same as the face image information of the preset staff, if not, send the alarm information that the staff is not the preset staff to the monitoring device. If the worker performing the switching operation is not a preset worker, the switching operation cannot be completed or the completion process is dangerous due to the insufficient experience of the worker, so that the worker information is firstly matched.
In the above embodiment, before performing the switching operation, it is determined whether the current staff is a preset staff, so that effects of different staff affecting the switching operation are avoided, and switching operation efficiency and safety in the switching operation process are improved.
After confirming that the worker is a preset worker, the worker also needs to acquire working information of the substation circuit, judges whether the maintenance of the substation circuit is completed according to the working information of the substation circuit, if the maintenance of the substation circuit is not completed, the monitoring equipment sends alarm information for prohibiting the worker from operating, and if the maintenance of the substation circuit is completed, the step of acquiring real-time behavior data of the worker for performing one-time switching operation is executed. When the switching operation is carried out by the staff, the circuit of the transformer substation is in a closed state, so that the safety of the staff can be guaranteed.
In the above embodiment, before switching operation, whether the current circuit state of the transformer substation can be subjected to switching operation is judged, so that the danger of electric shock caused by switching operation of staff is avoided, and the safety in the switching operation process is improved.
In some embodiments, the staff member's action score does not have two cases within the corresponding preset standard action score: when the action score corresponding to the action which does not accord with the specification is smaller than the minimum value between the action partitions corresponding to the preset standard, sending information that the operation of the staff does not accord with the specification and the action score corresponding to the action which does not accord with the specification to the monitoring terminal; and when the action score corresponding to the action which does not meet the specification is larger than the maximum value of the corresponding preset standard action partition, taking the action score corresponding to the action which does not meet the specification as the maximum value of the preset corresponding standard action partition, and obtaining the updated corresponding action partition. The first case has been described clearly in S205, and the second case is exemplified below:
example 3: let a=1.82 for action a, b=4.61 for action B, and c=1.48 for action C. Since action partition a is not within preset standard action a action partition [1.60,1.80], but is greater than 1.80, then 1.82 is taken as the maximum value of preset standard action a action partition, forming a new preset standard action a action partition [1.60,1.82].
In the above embodiment, it is determined whether the action which does not meet the specification is not in the corresponding standard action partition due to the bad action or the very good action completion, so that the operation skill of the staff can be improved in a targeted manner.
The system in the embodiment of the application is described from the module point of view:
